Remember, Flock cameras catch criminals that Democrats and their allies in the legal system which includes judges don’t want caught! If don’t have them on video they are going to walk. 😉
Talked to my towns Police chief. He said so far flock cameras has reduced crime 30%.
And in the SW suburbs of Chicago, it has caught criminal LEO’s using it to stalk others, namely old girlfriends etc, but caught they were.
Flock cameras can be hacked and their data falsified very easily.
Most of them have little to no security measures in place to prevent this, and in many cases they can be overridden and taken control of (by bad actors) without even so much as a password.
Their most effective and efficient use is for stalking.
With all the AI and deep fake videos being made these days . . .
Flock cameras remind me of those dubious cameras people were buying years ago and putting in their children’s rooms, nanny-cams, and then come to find out the cameras and the camera feed were hackable.
These contraptions do not inspire trust at all.

You can just tap into them over unsecured wifi using cheap, readily available handheld devices put to their basic elementary use, and literally alter the license plate data in real time. Or switch out real footage with fake footage, completely undetected.
Private individuals can easily frame innocent people with them.
They are as reliable as lie detector tests which are so reliable as to be generally inadmissible in court.
And the police who monitor and operate the FLOCK systems, usually dum dums of the highest order who fail at regular policing, can be EASILY fooled by fake, inserted or altered footage.
Go look on YouTube. The demonstration videos proving this are all over the place.
Apparently, there were some videos, discovered in the Kohberger case out of Idaho, that contain instances of almost-seamless tampering; date/time stamp, ghosting figures out of the frames, all sorts of manipulation.
It’s so bad that it’s almost impossible to tell the fakes from what’s real.
And to think altered videos have been or could be used in court.
The videos would need forensic examination to authenticate before being submitted as evidence.
Yes, yt has hundreds if not thousands of demonstration videos illustrating exactly what you have described.

There was a lady somewhere who spent 13 days in jail for false info from a Flock Camera…not too long ago…I cannot wait to hear the settlement details…!
