Olha Stefanishyna says she resigned. Volodymyr Zelenskyy says she was removed. Regardless of which storyline is accurate, the Ukraine Ambassador to the United States is no longer in position. There is no replacement.
Stefanishyna is also under investigation for her connection with financial irregularities involving the Asset Recovery and Management Agency, although she has not been formally charged, yet.
The Western narrative, which has continuously looked like an intelligence community shaping, says that U.S. relations with the government of Ukraine have never been stronger. The reality seems to be something else entirely.
Aug 3 (Reuters) – President Volodymyr Zelenskiy dismissed Ukraine’s ambassador to the United States, Olha Stefanishyna, in a decree published on Monday.
Stefanishyna had been in her job for nearly a year. Her departure had been expected for several weeks.
Her departure coincides with a shake-up in recent weeks of top officials, including the replacement of the prime minister and defence minister. A reshuffle of Ukraine’s diplomatic and ambassadorial appointments is also expected.
Stefanishyna, writing on Facebook, said the decision to leave her post was “my own decision, driven by personal circumstances … ” and said she had accomplished much during her time in the post. (read more)
I am not going to belabor the points, because I’m told by most my review of the data is incorrect. However, once again, I would simply point out the distinct difference between the preferred Western narrative and the reality of events as they unfold.
From the June 11th London visit that preceded the G7 assembly in Paris, things have not made sense when you compare Western narrative to the reality of events. The removal of Stefanishyna is simply just another datapoint.
Western media say Ukraine has turned the tide on the war against Russia. Reality – Russia has methodically gained ground in Eastern Ukraine.
Western media say Ukraine has exceptional drone building and technological capabilities to share with allies. To highlight this expertise Ukraine held a drone exposition in Kiev; Russia blew it up killing hundreds of contractors. Media went silent.
Ukraine drones attack Wildberries warehouses. Russia blows up drone manufacturing factories.
Western media say Ukraine drone capabilities are the most remarkable testimonial to their military effectiveness. Zelenskyy fires the Minister of Defense responsible for the drone capabilities.
Western media say Ukraine is effective in stopping the Russian advancements in the Donbas region. Zelenskyy fires the military general in command of the Ukraine military in the Donbas.
Western media say Ukraine long-range drones are striking deep into Russian oil refining capacity. Zelenskyy says he needs to build drone and missile factories in Great Britain.
If you want to evaluate the war, go back to the timing of events right after Zelenskyy last went to London and met with King Charles. It was a few days before the G7 summit in Paris. Go back to that exact date and then read the headlines on Ukraine/Russia from that date to today.
If you can be emotionally disconnected from the spin, and just focus on what the headlines would mean in every other timeframe, what you will notice is that Ukraine is panicking. Every move is a panic move from that London visit to today.
Every Russian move exists silently, almost in isolation from Western media. Every Ukraine move exists loudly, coordinated and promoted for maximum media value. It looks like an intelligence influence operation.
Go look.
The recently organized U.S. Senate sanctions against Russia are mostly directed toward China and India, while framing censorship in the form of punishment against any action that might “undermine” the government of Ukraine. It’s the ‘be careful what you say’ sanctions.
Russia is methodically destroying Ukraine defenses, and the only response Zelenskyy has put together is flashy political promotion and media headlines to hide a reality that Russia is methodically destroying Ukraine defenses.
Western media says one narrative; the datapoints show something entirely different.
I give it four months, and it’s over.
Perhaps, that’s why President Trump: (A) pulled back from Patriot and Tomahawk missile sharing; and (B) has told his team to reengage both sides in peace negotiations now.

“I am not going to belabor the points because I’m told by most my review of the data is incorrect. However, once again I would simply point out the distinct difference between the preferred western narrative and the reality of events as they unfold.”
I guess this is one of those things where we are going to have to sit back and wait, because I have absolutely no faith in “the preferred western narrative”.
I have watched the Military Summary channel on RUMBLE for more than a year and agree that the reality on the line of contact between Russia and Ukraine has consistently shown steady progress along the entire front line. There are many western news stories that just seem to repeat only Ukraine government news releases. There have even been times when Zelenskyy indicates progress has been made in an area which turns out to be based on drone footage from months or even years past. The fate of Odessa will like decide the outcome of the war.
T y Sundance.. for a excellent report.
Your analysis is vastly superior to most. You’re one of two sites I read daily. (Coffee and Covid is the other.)
C&C could be a fair to middlin’ website if he would learn use sentences to convey what could be conveyed in sentences instead of dragging every thought into multiple paragraphs.
Makes me think of grade school when we had to use at least 500 words to describe what we did on Saturday.
C&C more humor engaged in the presentation. Sundance is outstanding and C&C is a lawyer (maybe SD is too, I have no idea); I like the different takes about the same issues.
I’ve “accused” C&C of first reading the CTH.
Ditto.
WWReddit.
May it finally finish its run at the box office.
It certainly has been a flop.
Seriously they can’t do a real war coverage thing because their people would get killed filming. You have to have something to spin.
They’ve hired Ellen/Elliot “the idiot iliad” Page for the sequel. She will play Little Z.
What is being described here are careful cause and effect scenarios, using a contrast and comparison analysis. I agree with the datapoints vs the media narratives analysis. If this Ukraine-Russia war is indeed over in for months, or less, that would be a wonderful thing.
“If you can be emotionally disconnected from the spin and just focus on what the headlines would mean in every other timeframe, what you will notice is that Ukraine is panicking…. Every move is a panic move from that London visit to today.”
Is it Ukraine panicking or the puppet masters pushing for war and ultimately controlling their marionette Ukraine that are panicking?
Ukraine is only the tool of the Globalist/EU/London Empire. How much American money has gone from Ukraine to their London based masters and American traitors?????
Can’ be having Christian USA and Christian Russia (It hasn’t been Commie USSR for decades, mostly thanks to Putin) joining hands against the Evil Satanist.
Thoria Nudelman (Nuland) & all Kaganites never ever allow that….
Good question. One of the firings was of a general that was cleaning up the corruption to focus the money towards fighting Russia.
That sure sounds like puppet master panicking. But the carnage of all the firings is just too broad. Too many people, appointed by Z are having to be removed. That is a much deeper panic than just a few thieves protecting their ill gotten cash flow.
There are protests. There are people fighting the press gangs. And Z is having to replace his handpicked people throughout government. Military, Security, Diplomats.
Could this be a sign that Z is losing his people and country and desperately trying to prevent a coup?
It’d be funny if the Ukrainians free themselves from tyranny long before the Iranians do. And it could make Z more desperate to accept Putin’s terms to end the war.
But honestly, I think ending the war is a sure-fire way for Z to share Mussolini’s fate. The people just won’t forgive him for what he has done to them.
I think Little Z will be taken out before this war is over, the people are now starting to realize that they have lost a generation of their young men for what? You can see it in the videos off the people fighting the military who are rounding up young men on the streets to send them to fight in the meat grinder. That is not what you see if your people aare happy with what is going on in the war.
How is the Z-Dog gonna win his “precious democracy” reelections with all this drama?
Oh, wait, nevermind …
World War reddit….plz can someone put a stop to poking the bear before more than EU and Udump gets mauled?
Artificial always has to end…..propped up jacked up BS from day one.
At this point I cannot speak the language to truly describe the EU/glob ball ist/IC sham that is the eastern European money pit meat grinder.
Thank goodness Putin and his generals haven’t lost patience or perspective…..yet.
But, but Putin is ill and dying, Monti…
So is President Trump…
If you read the Western media that is.
Never ending attempts to paint scenarios like this and others which don’t exist and which fall to bits within days of the enemedia’s reporting.
Such obvious hackery.
“The world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players etc etc etc….”
No wonder Gonzalo Lira, observer and truth teller, was disposed of.
UKRAINE FATIGUE….I had no $#its to give to begin with….There I said it.
it’s been a con from Day One. I can’t unsee all the retards with their blue and yellow EVERYTHING….
🤮 🤢 🤢
“Her departure coincides with a shake-up in recent weeks of top officials, including the replacement of the prime minister and defence minister. A reshuffle of Ukraine’s diplomatic and ambassadorial appointments is also expected.“
Should we add the death of Lindsay Graham to that list? Coincidence? He had just returned from Kiev. Looking at the big picture I begin to wonder.
Can you die from having your ass kissed too much? Seriously Senator Graham dying is a bitter loss for Z.
Victor Bout says the Ukraine poisoned Lindsey Graham.
Yes, that Victor Bout, the one swapped for Britney Griner.

You can’t poison someone into an aortic dissection.
Who said it was an aortic dissection? Fake news.
There are no coincidences in politics.
Thank you, thank you very much.

Tin foil hat conspiracy.
I guess an old guy who wasn’t in shape just can’t die these days, huh?
Axing Grahamnesty is suicidally stupid, unless Ukraine is going to fall over tomorrow.
I refuse to believe they would kill one of their best supporters.
That’s the mystery unless something changed

If LG even accidently gave away the location of the drone factory, that might have been enough motivation.
My guess is he worried himself into a heart attack knowing they’d be coming after him blaming him for the drone factory being destroyed.

The last Ukraine war KIA figures from someone I trust is Ukraine 1.6M-1.8M and Russia 300,000-400,000.
The someone you trust must not be Donald Trump nor Marco Rubio.
That sounds like Z’s claim that they caused 1.7 million Russian Casualties but only 50,000 Ukrainian KIA and maybe 300,000 casualties.
Though at the start of the year it was 55,000 KIA. Just amazing that Z is resurrecting the dead.
So many brazen lies.
On the other hand Russia hasn’t given out the facts, so they can’t be accused of putting out propaganda.
Every statistic that I found showed just the opposite:
Russian casualites (killed, wounded, MIA) approaching 1.4 million
Ukriane: 400,000 – 600,000
as they say … “The first casualty of any war is the truth”
Insert eye-roll emoji for the troll John.
They do prisoner swaps including bodies. The numbers tell the story. Russia also claims Ukraine is refusing to accept back their dead to avoid paying the families the death money.
First of all it’s john, not John.
Secondly, not a troll. Been here for 8-9 years. Maybe you have Alzheimer’s.
Thirdly: those are the internet search numbers. Just posting what I could find. Do you have some reliable insider information, Armpit?
And forthly: STFU “troll”.
SOMEONE DID HACK TO MINISTRY OF DEFENSE 13 MONTHS AGO… KIA REPORTED IN THIS TIME…1.6 MIL. KIA……WITH CURRENT DAILY KIA…IT COOILD BE WELL OVER 2 MILLIONS….
Meanwhile, Apple has removed Telegram from the app store.
That ain’t winning.
It is back already. I just checked.
The less people agreeing to Apple (or google) ‘terms and conditions’, the better.
Update: 11:00 p.m. ET: In a statement to 9to5Mac, Apple said: “We briefly removed Telegram from the App Store after our review found content that violates our strict guidelines prohibiting child sexual abuse material. The app was subsequently restored after the developer promptly removed the content and banned the user who posted it.”
When I checked that website, the article was dated 2018
Lets not forget all of those bio-labs, going back to Obama (spit).
Fauci the magnificent, the I am science guy did this too. I think Ukraine had almost 40 bioweapons labs.
Four months you say? What a coincidence that would be…
Spot on Sundance. I always believe the opposite of the western narrative.
It’s too bad the people of the US don’t have the means to send Putin a collective note with a picture of a thumbs down with a caption that says “Just Finish It”
Thank you, Sundance!
Attenuating circumstances, meet cognitive dissonance.
Opinion columns and news summaries generally claim Eastern Ukraine war is stalemated, and Ukraine long-range drones are doing significant damage to Russian energy infrastructure. How are we supposed to determine what is real and what is not? I find it hard to imagine Putin is willing to sit quietly and tolerate these attacks—either he is impotent, or is patiently waiting for Ukraine to collapse. Which is it?
My first guess would be the IC is clearing the field of people who have direct knowledge of the billions of stolen dollars.
Reuters still refer to Zelenskiy as “President”. Without elections, maybe “Ukraine Dictator Zelenskiy” would be more apt.
Ukraine is a broken country. From the top down it’s nothing but backstabbers and grifters all trying to get some. It would be beneficial for Russia to reclaim it as their own. Full speed ahead Vlad!!!
Ukraine is such a mess not even Russia wants all of it.
Both Poland and Romania may want to reclaim lands that once belonged to them though.
A much diminished and landlocked Ukraine is a fairly certain outcome.
Something like . . . this . . .

Thanks.
That was exactly the sort of picture that I was thinking of.
Ukrainian claims 10 people were killed . So I guess, somewhere between 10 and hundreds.
Thank you again Mr Putin for understanding that Joe Briben was a total hot mess of an idiot clown and a total fabrication! The world is much safer for that
Sundance – you are most likely correct in most aspects of this story. If you are predicting a collapse of Ukraine in four months than I would say that is a bad bet. Ukraine has proven quite a tough nut. I would have expected Russia to have over whelmed Ukraine by now. Russia is either a paper tiger or Ukraine is a honey badger.
In a May 14, 2026 interview with Fox News, Marco Rubio said that Russia is losing five times as many soldiers per month as Ukraine.
Rubio’s intelligence sources are the same entities directing the Ukraine war.
They have no interest and perhaps no ability in providing accurate intelligence.
Russia isn’t trying to “overwhelm Ukraine”
This video explains positioning at Druzhkivka and Kramatorsk.
Run it up to about 9 minutes 30 seconds.
Right now there is no air defense at Kramatorsk.
Once Kramatorsk falls, it’s over.

Ukraine suddenly announces licensing plans to revive YUGO car production utilizing mothballed plants in Canada!
Keep throwing spaghetti at the wall, Mr. Z, and eventually something will stick.
On a used car lot on the edge of town a liberal guy and a liberal gal buy a Yugo.
I’m not gonna ride in that thing ! YU GO
This has always been the West’s proxy war against Russia, waged by globalist elites who apparently control the West’s intelligence services and clandestine war-making capabilities. That Russia hasn’t nuked the West is a testament to Putin’s infinite patience.
Sundance was correct when he wrote, “Western media say Ukraine has turned the tide on the war against Russia. Reality, Russia has methodically gained ground in Eastern Ukraine.” I have been following the frontline changes on the Singapore-based Defense Politics Asia website. Here are the average net daily gains of Russia in square kilometers:
Oct 25: 24.2
Nov 25: 33.4
Dec 25: 18.0
Jan 26: 23.9
Feb 26: 14.1
Mar 26: 8.1
Apr 26: 14.0
May 26: 7.3
Jun 26: 10.9
Jul 26: 14.8
Russia has advanced in the Donbas region while Zelenskyy and his media fan club gain ground in the Dumbass region. LOL

It’s either true or not true that Putin seized
Crimea on February 20, 2014 with his “little green men taking over the government. Donetsk & Luhansk declared that they were also Republics in 2014. Putin invaded in February 24, 2022. Does this kinda sorta remind you of any other leader in history. (Hint: WWII).
Kinda sorta . . . no.

I use kinda sorta as a way of saying well maybe this or that. I know my kinda sorta isn’t correct! But, I up voted you because proper grammar and grandma are important in life.

I guess you strongly disagree. But, I up voted you because the German language seemed appropriate.
Putin has slow cooked the frog….
I didn’t realize how dimunitive the king is.
Zelenskyy didn’t wear a sweatshirt so apparently really wanted to impress! He may have read that ‘the clothes make the man’.
Britain has had designs on russia for centuries. The current russia-control effort is only the latest manifestation. Britain considered colonizing northern russia in the 1600s (when it was colonizing the US). By 1758, Britain conquered India as a major source of economic wealth, raw material (including opium), and global military power. At the end of the 18th century, Britain tried to block russia from the Black Sea, and then the British ‘Great Game’ sought containment of russia to protect Britain’s own India+ conquests. English politician H. Mackinder defined control of the russian-centered eurasian landmass as key to global dominance. Britain entered the Crimean war to block russian influence over the Ottoman Empire. If russia could be divided and dominated like India, it might reinvigorate an old failed empire.
However, ironically, Britain is now fully invaded and colonized, and thereby almost completely destroyed as an effective power which could not even defend itself. If Ukraine was not beset by russia, ukraine could easily overtake England.

this is a link for the ambassador’s instructions:
(i suppose its only one of the seven posts to establish a new agenda for going forward)
The Ukrainian position, our opinion, our view, our narratives, our needs should be and be available on podcasts, social networks, bloggers and influencers. But at the same time, – and in each of the usual media that still influence, are quoted, have political significance and a real opportunity to maintain attention to Ukraine, and therefore to strengthen support for Ukraine and respect for our community in the country.
In order for there to always be a result for Ukraine, you and your key employees at the embassy must speak the same language – in all senses – with those who make decisions and can help. We have a traditional, long-standing flaw in our diplomatic service, which with all languages except English is a shortage. Please prepare system solutions that can change this. You need to navigate deeply in the values, holidays and pain of each nation where you work, in culture and know the language.
It is necessary that the ambassadors know more about what and how is happening in Ukraine. You need to visit Ukraine regularly, live the same life with Ukraine and feel that Ukrainians are worried. Each of the Ukrainian ambassadors should feel how it is – front, how it is – front-line or border community, how it is – recovery after shelling. Every ambassador should feel what it’s like when the air defenses are empty and the Russians hit with ballistics.
Taking all this into account, it is necessary to more carefully select and prepare replacements as part of embassies, and those who return to Ukraine should be offered a level of positions that will really correspond to their contribution to the joint result of Ukraine and the experience that our people have here and which was acquired by an employee of the embassy in the country of work. Otherwise, there is a risk of losing experienced specialists for the diplomatic system, which we cannot afford.
From a speech at a meeting of heads of foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine. (7/7)
With everything that you described, it looks to me like Zelenskyy is now firing everybody that would get in the away of them doing their last bit of war looting before they close down the war.
The general they fired has already went on record saying that he was fired because he wasn’t giving the big money contracts to the muckity mucks around Zelensky and company.
1) Russia has shut down the port facilities in Odessa. I believe that about 75% of Ukraine’s international trade was moving though it. Ukraine now has to rely on slow and extremely vulnerable river barges coming from Romania, which are already carrying Romanian cargo. (Remember those stories about the “Graveyard of the Russian Fleet” a few weeks ago?”)
2) Russia is systematically targeting gas stations in Ukraine. Western media is portraying this campaign as an attack targeting civilians. What the Russian military is probably doing is knocking out all fueling infrastructure along one or more strategic axis of advance. (Remember those stories about the Russian fuel crisis?”)
Ukraine can’t import anything, and will soon have no capability to move anything it has faster than a horse, unless it’s on a train. I imagine trains don’t play well with drones.
A country with no fueling capacity is a country fighting a 19th century war against a 21st century army.
This is all happening as the Russian forces are poised to break out into open country, with the knowledge that the terrain will soon begin to harden.
It’s going to get uglier (suicide bombing in Moscow) but that’s a sign that it’s getting close to the end. The Japanese didn’t crawl into caves and lay on hand grenades because they though they were winning.
The late great Scott Adams said the best way to determine whether a world view is accurate, is how well it predicts future events. SD is plus 90% accurate. Nuff said.
YES, four months which brings us to December when the ground becomes muddy, a problem to operate in. This is when the missiles will become very destructive in major Uke cities, power plants (Baby, it’s cold out there)…
The right wing influencers all of a sudden pushing Ukraine seems off also. Who is behind that?
How does israel tie in?
“Every Ukraine move exists loudly, coordinated and promoted for maximum media value. It looks like an intelligence influence operation.”
That Ukraine ever had a chance against Russia has been a Western IC / media PSYOP since day one.
Besides, it’s the Russian people that need to be convinced that Russia can not win the war and IIRC, Finland is pulling the plug to Russia’s Internet connectivity to the West. Propaganda 101 sez that this is completely the wrong approach, eh? How does Western propaganda reach the Russian people, if those people can not reach out to Western “news” reporting?
I read that there are a couple of mathematical models that predict the collapse of the Ukrainian army by end of summer to Christmas time. The unknown is how much the use of drones can cover for lack of manpower. This aligns with the new press for peace negotiations by Zelenskyy. The deep drone attacks are about political pressure before Russian elections. Our neocon war hawks are under the delusion that creating mild economic hardships in Russia will make the people turn against Putin. Nothing about the Russian psyche leads me to believe this. Nothing hardens the resolution of Russians more than suffering. The only pressure Putin will feel is to take off the gloves and reduce major Ukrainian cities to rubble and harden his negotiation demands. There will be no peace deal anytime soon.
Was she going to spill the beans on Zelenskyy’s corruption and siphoning off of funds donated to the Ukraine war effort?
