It would be great for republicans in the midterms if “republicans” in Congress gave us pro-U.S. citizen accomplishments as a motivation to vote for them.
The horrible truth is uniparty republicans in Congress benefit from the fake election system. By the Senate voting for the Save America Act, they are voting themselves out of office. The House puts it through because they know the Senate will kill it.

I’m probably more cynical than you. I believe the House passes a lot of good stuff knowing the Senate will kill it. Meaning, if they thought it had a chance in the Senate, they don’t pass good stuff.
The House has to more pretend to do good stuff because they are up for reelection every two years. Another thing that annoys me is House members touting their great ideas on new bills that they know will never pass so they have a talking point with which to lie to voters in an effort to get reelected.
Congress is a domestic terrorist and criminal organization. Bribed blackmailed and controlled by the people and organizations that fund them. To become a member of Congress, one must be pre-controlled. Most primaries are a joke and all bad choices. When a good one slips through, if they can’t corrupt them, they get hit with fabricated controversies and get kicked out by various means.
