Thank you for all of your news today, Sundance . . . as always!
It just seems like a fruitless exercise to turn on the television to look for “news”!
The heat wave returned today.
It was so hot…
I saw a dog chasing a cat and they were both walking 🙂
It couldn’t have been my dog.
On days like this my Lab will stick his head out the door, say nope I can hold it til the sun goes down, and goes back to the couch.
<my Lab…goes back to the couch.>
My dog used to sleep on the couch also…
But I had to explain to him that I was married now…
And that’s where I sleep. 🙂

This may be one of the strongest endorsements of President
@realDonaldTrump’s leadership you’ll hear from a world leader.

Former Australian Prime Minister
@ScoMo30:
“One of the criticisms made by President Trump’s hecklers, whether here in Australia or elsewhere, is that he’s so transactionally driven and that it’s all about politics.
Well, frankly, doing this in Iran was not in his political interests.
And staying there now is not in his political interests.
He has taken a big hit on this and continues to domestically and politically.
You would only do that if it is something you know is deeply important to the national interest.
I admire this. He has been prepared to take the heat.
I’m sure there have been many advising him to do something very different from a political point of view, and I’m sure they have his best interests from that perspective at heart.
But I think it disproves this idea that he is some political automaton, transactionally motivated by self-interest.
What he has done here—and how he has supported Israel at this moment—is quite extraordinary.
And I think, of the many things that will be remembered about Donald Trump—and there will be a lot—
His strength on the question of Iran has been quite extraordinary and very commendable.”

Speaker Mike Johnson
@SpeakerJohnson
Given Democrats’ absolute refusal to work with us on the nation’s top priorities, we’re moving forward with the SAVE and Protect America Act to deliver on:
✅ Securing our elections
✅ Strengthening our national defense
✅ Supporting our farmers
Video linked (8:21 mins –Speaker Johnson and JD Vance presser)…
I could have told you Democrats weren’t going to work with you back in Jan 2025. Why did you wait until after the cutoffs to affect the Nov 2026 midterms?
JMO.
Over the past 5 years, those observing President Trump’s dedication and performance in bringing to life his “MAGA / America First” motto have mused:
“You had to believe it to see it …… fight, fight, fight ….. win, win, win ….. again, again, again!”
That is a statement following in the vein of the century old wives tale:
“Believe nothing of what you hear, and only half of what you see.”
It emphasizes the importance of critical thinking and seeking evidence before making decisions or forming conclusions, promoting a careful and thoughtful approach to understanding information.
Those MAGA / America Firsters among us ….. who have been with President Trump since his personal decision in the early spring of 2021 to form the “Make America Great Again” movement, ….. marvel at how smart and innovative that decision was …. no doubt, God inspired and protected ….. as the evil democrats and RINOs have found out in the subsequent years.
He formed it to retake our America from the communist democrat / RINO traitors who stole the 2020 election in their 1/6/21 coup d’état against our Constitutional Republic, our Constitution and our President Trump.
There will be some enterprising MAGA Firster who will produce a travelogue of the key points along the 5 year path.
It would be in a form of a colorful road map that will be used to train the up-and-coming, future MAGA / America Firsters in the future K – 12 civic classes.
It would be illustrated like a road map that Americans of the ‘50s and ‘60s might have used to “see the USA in your Chevrolet.”
A teacher’s teaching tool that would be included in the “teaching material’ would be the poem by American poet, Robert Frost, “A Road Not Taken.”
“The speaker’s contemplation of the road not taken serves as a reminder of the weight of choices in shaping one’s life.”
American’s of all generations must be educated to choose freedom not communism.
MAGA / America First isn’t just our motto, it is our duty!
“The Road Not Taken”
Robert Frost
1874 –1963
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

We need to start stigmatizing anybody who denies election fraud or any other kind of fraud.
Call them “Fraud Deniers”.
Take a page out of the Alinsky playbook. Isolate them, ridicule them.
This ought to make for some ruffled feathers at the citizen level.
Tonight’s findings on vulture capitalism in health care…per Brave AI:.
AND
Vulture capitalism and the financialization of healthcare reduce citizen tax burdens in the short term through corporate tax avoidance and shifts to low-tax jurisdictions, but significantly increase the overall financial burden on citizens through higher premiums, out-of-pocket costs, and reduced public health funding.
