Monday of the Twelfth Week in Ordinary Time

Today the Church celebrates the Optional Memorial of St. John Fisher, Bishop (1469-1535) and St. Thomas More (1478-1535), Martyrs. John Fisher studied Theology in Cambridge (England) and became Bishop of Rochester. His friend, Thomas More, wrote of him, ‘I reckon in this realm no one man, in wisdom, learning and long approved virtue together, meet to be matched and compared with him.’ Thomas More was born in London, England and was Chancellor of King Henry VIII. As a family man and a public servant, his life was a rare synthesis of human sensitivity and Christian wisdom. They gave up their lives in testimony to the unity of the Church and to the indissolubility of Marriage.

St. Thomas More 
His belief that no lay ruler has jurisdiction over the church of Christ cost Thomas More his life. Beheaded on Tower Hill, London, July 6, 1535, he steadfastly refused to approve Henry VIII’s divorce and remarriage and establishment of the church of England. Described as “a man for all seasons,” More was a literary scholar, eminent lawyer, gentleman, father of four children and chancellor of England. An intensely spiritual man, he would not support the king’s divorce from Catherine of Aragon in order to marry Anne Boleyn. Nor would he acknowledge Henry as supreme head of the church in England, breaking with Rome and denying the pope as head.

More was committed to the Tower of London to await trial for treason: not swearing to the Act of Succession and the Oath of Supremacy. Upon conviction, More declared he had all the councils of Christendom and not just the council of one realm to support him in the decision of his conscience.

Four hundred years later, in 1935, Thomas More (along with John Fisher) was canonized a saint of God by Pope Pius XI. Few saints are more relevant to our time. In fact, in 2000, Pope St. John Paul II named him patron of political leaders. The supreme diplomat and counselor, Thomas More did not compromise his own moral values in order to please the king, knowing that true allegiance to authority is not blind acceptance of everything that authority wants. Henry himself realized this and tried desperately to win his chancellor to his side because he knew More was a man whose approval counted, a man whose personal integrity no one questioned. But when More resigned as chancellor, unable to approve the two matters that meant most to Henry, the king felt he had to get rid of him.

 
St. John Fisher 
John Fisher is usually associated with Erasmus, Thomas More and other Renaissance humanists. His life, therefore, did not have the external simplicity found in the lives of some saints. Rather, he was a man of learning, associated with the intellectuals and political leaders of his day. He was interested in contemporary culture and eventually became chancellor at Cambridge. He had been made a bishop at thirty-five, and one of his interests was raising the standard of preaching in England. Fisher himself was an accomplished preacher and writer. His sermons on the penitential psalms were reprinted seven times before his death. 

He and Thomas More refused to take an oath to the new Act of Succession because the Act presumed the legality of Henry VIII’s divorce and his claim to be head of the English church. They were sent to the Tower of London, where Fisher remained fourteen months without trial. They were finally sentenced to life imprisonment and loss of goods.

When the two were called to further interrogations, they remained silent. Fisher was tricked, on the supposition he was speaking privately as a priest, and declared again that the king was not supreme head. The king, further angered that the pope had made John Fisher a cardinal, had him brought to trial on the charge of high treason. 

Fisher met death with a calm dignified courage which profoundly impressed all present. His headless body was stripped and left on the scaffold till evening, when it was thrown naked into a grave in the churchyard of Allhallows, Barking. Thence it was removed a fortnight later and laid beside that of Thomas More in the church of St. Peter ad Vincula by the Tower. 

For its part, Fisher’s head was stuck upon a pole on London Bridge, but its ruddy and lifelike appearance excited so much attention that, after a fortnight, it was thrown into the Thames, its place being taken by that of Thomas More, whose martyrdom occurred two weeks after Fisher’s. More’s head, after being parboiled, was exposed on London Bridge for a month when Margaret Roper bribed the man, whose business it was to throw it into the river, to give it to her instead. The final fate of the relic is somewhat uncertain, but in 1824 a leaden box was found in the Roper vault at St. Dunstan’s, Canterbury, which on being opened was found to contain a head presumed to be More’s.

Israel Update:
I will start with a big thank you.  Thank you for tolerating my latest updates.  I have been harsh and angry including at Trump himself.  I expected major and nasty reactions and it was not the case aside for one that I can waste.  It tells me that you are good people who can listen and discuss with fairness.  Today I am less angry but still sarcastic. But I think this one is closer to my old self with more information and less talk.  

~God may be in action on those who cursed us and mainly those who recognized the Pale-Satan  imaginary Wonderland State:

Spain:  Our biggest hater in Europe, the antisemite Prime Minister of Spain just had his wife under a serious  trial for corruption, illegal trade, embezzlement, etc…She is prohibited from leaving Spain.  And tell me that he didn’t know.  The Progressive Globalist who was all busy with Hamas Propaganda and is pushing to legalize half a million illegal muslim immigrants to get votes, is projected to crush in the elections (2027) and a Right wing candidate is leading the poles. One who is sympathetic to Israel.  

England: The big fat zero Prime Minister of England, Satanmer, sorry I meant Starmer who recognized the Pale-Satan nation of Wonderland and has had his part of making England look and be like Afghanistan,  is crushing and is projected to retire in a day or few, with God’s help. It is not known if he will actually leave for sure but his latest poll number is 13% support.  The UK has no room to hospitalize the poor 13% as the hospitals have been all converted to mosques.  LOL

Nigel Farage is leading the polls.  Much more sympathetic to Israel and opposed the recognition of 
The Pale-Stan of Wonderland.  

Columbia: The President of Columbias who is the worst hater of Israel in that continent who yelled and smeared and said he is willing to go fight the IDF, just had Cancer in the esophagus area.  It was removed and he had a mass removal from his face that eventually turned out to be not cancer. Columbia is facing a massive crisis.  Rising violence and insurgency, drugs trafficking, etc… Dozens of massacres and hundreds of deaths linked to armed groups were reported in 2026.  

Elections are near and President Gostuvo who also recognized the Pale-Satan of Wonderland has a term limit.  The new Presidents was actually elected pending final approval and is a strong supporter of Israel and is saying he wants to move the embassy to Jerusalem.  The Progressive globalist worm is going home to recover. 

~Aside for Brazil all of South America is now strong pro Israel.  This must be used to enhance economic projects and ties.  We are heading to a Trillion Dollars GDP despite of the toughest few years.  Once we reach that number we will be officially one of the 10 strongest economies in the world despite our small size of 10 million people only.  Per Capita we are likely to be in the leading five.  

Slovenia: The new Government is supper pro Israel in a complete opposition to the vile previous one and they are now discussing on moving the embassy to Jerusalem.  The leader visited Israel and they are now into major economic collaboration.  They are in the Evil Institution of the EU and said they will veto anti Israel votes.  One is enough in the EU for a veto.  

Somaliland: This is a new nation that Israel pushed into existance.  No joke.  In Somaliland they will learn Hebrew in some elementary schools.  They say “Israel is the future and we want to be there”. They opened the embassy in Jerusalem.  They are muslims and are driving the Muslim world berserk.  As a note they are located quite close to the Houthis if you wondered why we pushed for their independence.   We will be able to act from there if needed.  And not too far from Iran.  We have a proxy LOL.  

The Lead Prosecutor of the ICC (International Criminal Court) Karim Khan from, the lost island of England, who issued arrest warrants against Netanyahu, the Defense Minister and Chief of Staff (for war crimes) is in deep trouble.  

He was accused of “sexual misconduct” by a former staff member under him. This is one of the biggest scandals in the history of the ICC. I investigated Chat GPT about “sexual misconduct” , it was “unwanted sexual advances”, “unwanted touching and sexual encounters”.   To say it short the man is suspected rapist.  And he pushed the verdict fast, he was supposed to travel to Israel to hear the other side and he didn’t.  He rushed.  There are reports that she delayed her complaints to enable the “suspected rapist” to declare the verdicts.   Did I mention that he is a Muslim?  

Chile: Had elections in 2025 and elected one of the most pro Israel Presidents in South America.  The previous President was a very vocal critic of Israel.  The earlier one also stated his recognition of the 
Pale-Satan State of Wonderland.  

Turkey: Another one who is trying to lead the Israel hate in the world and is a host of Hamas is in a deep dive.  25-30% inflation.  Since 2010 the Turkish Lira currency lost 97% of its value.  High interest rates are hurting businesses.  The recent oil crisis is hurting their economy even more.  Their GDP is still high. We shall see the destiny of Erdogan the hater.  

South Africa who led the “genocide” claims against Israel in another court is also in trouble.  Unemployment around 30%.  One of the highest crime rates in the world. Chronic electricity problems. Slow economic growth. Significant corruption scandals over the last decade.  Murders of white farmers.  

Israel: There is a very nice birth rate in the Jewish population, amongst the highest in the West. Half a million to 700,000 new voters are expected in the upcoming elections. While productive religious jews lead the way (conservatives) the Arabs have a decline.  Unlike what the Liberal fake media is saying that the left is on the lead, 18-22 years old are clearly right wing inclined. 

~Tel Aviv is now number four in the world in ecosystems for startups.  This means a great location to find investors and open startups.  

~After the “terrorist in a suit” the wanted Al Qaeda leader who is the President of Syria noticed the American capitulation and after Trump lifted his sanctions in Syria, he is now saying that “no way he is going to fight Hezbollah”. This is a response to Trump’s latest idea of letting him do it. He said he will talk with Lebanon and Hezbollah.  LOL. 

~Israel located a huge massive underground base in south Lebanon.  It’s all in rocks and some areas you can drive large trucks in there.  It had large numbers of anti tanks missiles and drones. It is a few miles from our south border.  It has multiple number of shafts from which you can aim missies to Israel. I just watched a reporter visiting the area and walking with a commander.  The commander is saying that every second building has massive amounts of weapons and munitions.  If you wondered why Israel is there at all and why it gets demolished.  If Israel withdraws they will recreate underground attack cities by our borders again.  

~The Regime said it closed Hormuz.  Trump woke up furious and threatened them badly.  As I said, they are now trying to make Israel stop or withdraw in Lebanon.  Trump posted that Hezbollah must stop attacking Israel.  He took our side this time.  But I am hearing reports of intense American pressure to withdraw from Lebanon (not verified). 

Prime Minister Netanyahu said today that “He is not going to withdraw from the buffer zone in Lebanon until our North citizens are safe.  This means Hezbollah is dismantled.  But the deal is saying that there will be a ceasefire.  A huge mistake to let Iran connect the Lebanon area with Iran.  Israel can’t have a ceasefire with the terror organization.  We just managed to reduce their missile inventory from over a hundred thousands to a small number. Our cities were under grave risk and the Beeper operation and killing their leaders and targeting the missiles was successful.  We can’t let them grow again.  

~So after we had casualties and we are in a battle on their key headquarters of south Lebanon and they are losing, Iran is negotiating in Zurich an Israeli withdraw or ceasefire.  They are using the US as leverage aginst the IDF.  The leader of Hezbollah just praised the mighty Iranian victory over the US and he is certain that the US can be made to force Israel out of Lebanon.  Our soldiers are still limited in the depth of which they can attack.  

~After Trump posted threats against Iran this morning.  The Iranian delegation wanted to humiliate his team and him and walked out of the meeting in Switzerland.  Iran is demanding that Trump will apologise.  LOL
Later on they returned to negotiate.  There are no handshakes with Americans.  

~VP Vance is with Kushner and Witkoff in Switzerland with Pakistan, Qatar and Iran. 
Qatar and Pakistan are declared enemies of Israel not to mention Iran. Vance is on video saying how he loves Pakistan.  Not long ago the Defense Minister of Pakistan called Israel a cancer.  The Qataris are even worse.  

Note: Witkoff and Kushner are from our own tribe- Jewish.  They are deeply involved in this fiasco.  They are endangering our very existance.  And I will quote from the Book of Ester, Mordecai is warning Ester who is the wife of the leader of the Persians who threatened to anahilate the Jews: 

“Do not think that because you are in the King’s house you alone of all Jews will escape. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish.”  

And this is for being silent.  Kushner and Witkoff are leading the moves along with the VP.  

Kushner has significant financial ties to Qatar through his investment firm Affinity Partners.  I am talking about hundreds of millions of dollars of Qatari money.  Qatar had significant financial ties to Witkoff.  He had a troubled hotel with significant debts and couldn’t sell.  Qatar bought it for $623 millions getting him out of a potential bankruptcy.  

While Witkoff is secular, Kushner is religious.  They are going to have a special place in Hell if this deal continue and cost blood or our young soldiers. It will guaranty perpetual wars again with Iran and Hezbollah if we can’t conclude our operations.  Israel is cornered and restrained on its security needs.  This doesn’t look good.  

~The US is saying that there is still traffic in the Straits but slower.  Some reports say it is closed.  I can’t tell.  Iran is in control. 

~President of Iran: “All the clauses of the MOU are in our advantage and the achievements of the negotiations will become apparent.”   Note: True, they got it all. How on earth?  

~The Chairman of the Iranian Parliment the “moderate rational who was close behind  the murder of tens of thousands of Iranian protesters is also a key negotiator : “The American threats are a show off, they have to accept all our demands”.  

~Leader of Hezbollah: 
Iran showed the American enemy who controls the Middle East and closed Hormuz for us.  The status of the US in the Middle East is over. 
We will not accept an Israeli presence in Lebanon nor freedom to operate.  
The project of eliminating Hezbollah has failed now we will start the project of eliminating Israel.  
The Lebanese delegation in Washington (peace negotiations Israel/Lebanon) must return home, it is serving Israel and the US, we will not agree, we are deciding on Lebanon”.  

Note that I mentioned earlier that Lebanon was given to Hezbollah on a plater.  The MOU says that Israel is in a ceasefire.  The MOU is protecting Hezbollah.  I have to mention that Hezbollah murdered 243 Marins in Beirut with a suicide attack and now the ex-Marine Vance is protecting them.  

~Progress on the black list.  Another terrorist who participated in 10/7 and held one of our hostages was eliminated.  This list is getting shorter every week. 

Conclusion: 
Overall Trump’s threats are no longer taken seriously because he threatened before about 40 times, counted.   The purpose of the deal was oil and economy, no nukes and the Midterm elections.  This divided the Republican public and representatives and is more likely to crush the Midterm than help.  They are still opposing giving out the nuclear material and they now learned the power of blocking the Starit.  
Iran appears loyal to its proxies and the US appears money motivated with no loyalty to its allies.  

The consequences are yet to be seen but the Divine aspect may be the prominent one. Will God change the heart of Trump or will punishments begin. This is how I see it. 

May God be merciful and guide our leaders to do what is right for the long term.

It’s time to take a hard look at the memorandum of understanding (MOU) and to think about it objectively. On one hand, it is not the utter catastrophe that a lot of people – people who largely agree with my position that we should be actively destroying these goat-molesting, pagan semi-humans – think it is. On the other hand, it’s a crap sandwich, and there’s no need to take a bite and announce that it’s “Yummy.” It is not yummy, but it might be the best we can hope for today.

The adult world is full of bad choices. If there were some sort of easy solution to this conflict, it would’ve likely been solved long ago. But there isn’t. There are no optimal courses of action. There are only various levels of suboptimal courses of action. Once we, like adults, accept that, we can move forward.

First, let’s examine what the MOU is. It’s more of a pause, an interregnum, or even a halftime (as my friend Hugh Hewitt calls it). This isn’t going to be the end of the 50-year war with the Iranian mullahs. Nobody thinks that, including Donald Trump, no matter what he says.

Like every experienced negotiator, Donald Trump is never going to publicly say what he actually thinks, and anyone expecting him to is a child and unworthy of your attention. This agreement will not end the war because the war is rooted in an irresolvable dispute.

These 17th-century savages are religious fanatics who believe that their fake Mahdi is going to crawl out of a well or something and blah blah blah blah blah. The bottom line is they can’t tolerate the existence of the Jewish state, or the West, or anybody whose culture isn’t run by people who shouldn’t be allowed within 1,000 feet of a school.

The only way this war is going to end is when one side is fully and completely defeated. So this is not peace. This is a hudna, a temporary truce that both sides exploit to prepare to resume fighting. If you can’t accept that we are at war with Islamic fanatics, I can’t help you
