The Trump Administration just declared the EEOC’s disparate-impact regime unconstitutional. Disparate impact forced employers to trade neutral standards for racial quotas. This is a direct strike on one of the Left’s favorite tools for forcing racial outcomes through law.

NEW voter registration analysis across 28 key battleground districts is brutal for House Dems:
🔴 GOP gained 229,000 voters relative to Dems since 2024 alone
🔴 Dems lost 275,000+ voters across 28 swing districts since Nov 2024 (avg. 10,000 per district)
🔴 Dems lost registration share in 27/28 districts
🔴 Every district shifted toward GOP since 2020, totaling nearly 737,000 voters gained relative to Dems
