Not a military lawyer but in effect Capt Kelly(ret) is fighting a non judicial punishment (NJD) which is an action by a commander to effect discipline. If as active duty you do not accept a NJD then the result is a courts martial and the end result is usually more severe. Capt Kelly(ret) would have to be called back to active duty to be court martialed which would be very interessting.

Commissioned officers could potentially get Article 15s (Nonjudicial Punishment; ie NJP) not that I’ve seen that compared to enlisted receiving them for offenses where it was more or less appropriate.
I have seen Officers getting a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand at minimum (GOMOR) from the first General Officer in their chain of command which is more administrative and a typical starting point for Commissioned Officers.
More to the point at hand, Servicemembers reserve the right to refuse an Article 15 and be tried by Courts-Martial for the same offenses with escalating legal consequences. Not usually a wise idea.
What is more likely going to happen is a purely administrative procedure and not a criminal one to reduce Senator Kelley’s retirement pay by reducing the effective grade and or rank that he retired at.
The standard of evidence is lower and aside from lowering his effective retirement pay, it is not necessarily a punitive action as his statements and conduct reflect quite poorly on the US Navy which are public record and incontrovertible.
This all supposes that he is not ordered back to active duty to appear before a Courts-Martial hearing, but a lot more has to happen in the interim that I do not see as being probable.

Petty officers in the US Navy are noncommissioned officers, ie enlisted just like sergeants in the US Army.

I keep on referring posters to Trump’s original occupation, construction, and as anyone who’s ever worked in that business knows, you often need to demolish and clear first, before you build. The President is doing both, he’s demolishing the globalist project, by striking at their finances on numerous fronts, whilst building the foundations for a restored Republic, based on establishing the supremacy of the Executive. Something people need to keep in mind, when they fall prey to understandable feelings of impatience at the slow progress on certain ‘projects’.
The wicked irony is, in this endeavour, his opponent’s have been helping him by being forced to activate LawFare speed bumps, which, when inevitably rolled over, set legal precedent. Each time they activate ‘a hack in black’ the DS’s room for manoeuvre is reduced, at a cost for Team Trump of a delay that would have been factored in at the planning stage, as expected friction.
Team Pretender are fighting Team Real Deal, and Davos will once again display, to everyone but the cultics and their support network, what the inevitable result of such a clash has and will, always be. The real variable is the time it takes to achieve the victory and in this regard Team Trump haven’t even been going for a year, yet have achieved so much foundational work and cleared so much debris.

Many people like subtle earthy type colors instead of glaring bright shades. I’m one of them. Love those softer shades for background accented by brighter colors used in small but impactful doses. It’s just artistic preference and what makes you feel comfortable in your space. There have been plenty of bright colored trends over the years to add into these other shades. Changes all the time really.
Maybe the truth is softer shades make people calmer and more relaxed in this chaos we live in outside our homes all the time. Roam a forest and see how you feel walking in shades of soft greens, browns and grays with pops of bright flowers and bright green meadows around. I don’t think it means we are losing our souls. We are just always looking for calm spaces to recharge and relax. As our chaos increased perhaps this back to nature urge in color is an instinctive reaction.
Nor do I believe depending on our colour choices means we are losing our souls.
Colour preference, as with music and humour, is very personal.
And wouldn’t it be a drab old world if we all had the same tastes?
Variety IS the spice of life and makes it very interesting indeed 😊

Historically, the side that loses the presidency becomes the Loyal Opposition. We did it with Clinton, Obama, and even Biden. Sure there were differences and political fights, but civil and mostly respectful.

Greenland will be crucial in defending and monitoring those routes.
Then there are the resources. Maybe 7.3 billion barrels of oil and 53 trillion cubic feet off that coast. This is why Greenland is trying to expand their coastal shelf control. Coal, rare earth metals, precious metals… 25 of 34 rare strategic minerals are present in viable quantities on that Island. The Dragon REALLY wants those. They have none of their own and are trying like WWII Japan to acquire a source of materials to supply their manufacturing regime. Just look at how the Dragon got almost all of Congo’s Cobalt. They have 80 percent of that critical mineral used in batteries and other high tech gadgets.
