If they go after pols and gov’t workers in states for fraud, they need to sprinkle in some red states to show they are being fair. This will give the administration cover from MSM attacks and provide valid talking points. If they go after D pols, the need to sprinkle in some uniparty R pols while at the same time being more aggressive in blue states wherein the fraud is greater.
Everybody knows all fifty states have some level of fraud. Fraud is built into the system to enrich lawmakers e.g. it’s a feature not a bug.
However I will admit there may be one problem with this strategy: Ds may escape justice in the court system while Rs don’t so the admin needs to be careful and take special care that doesn’t happen.
