They have gone on a five minute break to relocate the press pool camera because the Defense stated that Defendant Robinson was shown with his shackles in the view screen which is an apparent violation of a previous order not to show his shackles.
Defense also complained to the Court that the Defense computer screens were in the view screen.

(Disclaimer: I am not an attorney licensed in the state of Utah, although I do not mind playing one on the internet AND I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.)
1) Erika Kirk was determined by the Court as ‘Designated Victim Representative’.
2) A Preliminary Hearing is tentatively scheduled for May 18, 19, and 21, 2026 and Defendant Robinson will attend in person.
3) The January 16, 2026 hearing has been moved to December 29, 2025 and defendant Robinson will attend by audio only, the hearing will be via WEB-X.
4) The January 30, 2026 hearing (on cameras in the courtroom) has been moved to February 3, 2026 and Defendant Robinson will appear in person.
5) The State and Defense are bickering about Discovery and timeliness of delivering Discovery and the timing of motions being filed.
6) The Court granted the State’s motion regarding pre-trial publicity and said the State and Defense attorneys have to abide by the rules and adhere to the Court’s orders.
7) Whatever the two issues are that were brought before the Court in today’s hearing, the judge is taking under advisement and will give his ruling soon.

Something I noticed early on about this Tyler Robinson person who is reportedly 22 years old is he looks like he’s in his late 20’s.

Looking a bit older could be caused by spending a lot of time outside. I grew up in Utah and people do tend to do things outside (hiking/camping, boating, skiing, swimming, tennis, horseback riding, hunting, biking).
That could be it.
He is rather fair-skinned, so sun-baking could cause the skin wrinkling.
Sometimes, young men that are malnourished or that have taken particular medications experience early onset of male pattern baldness.
He also has the look in his eyes of an older young man.

From the supposed vantage point Tyler Robinson was at he couldn’t have been the shooter the angles are all wrong. I’ve no doubt the projectile was .30 caliber, just not a 30-06 cartridge.
