The “paper ballots” the voter completes ARE NOT being Hand Counted, they are being counted by a computer driven automated system using the bar code interpretation of the “paper” ballot..
Again a computer is still in the loop reading and interpreting my ballot … the voter is still NOT provided any feedback as to how the computer interpreted my ballot.

“The governor is not helping himself by refusing to take responsibility for the welfare fraud that happened in plain sight during the pandemic. Residents, mostly of Somali descent, targeted established Medicaid programs. They opened fake food distribution centers and autism centers to funnel resources away from the neediest. The numbers alone made clear what was happening,” the editors wrote.
“Autism centers in Minnesota grew by 700 percent between 2018 and 2023 once it became clear how much welfare money was available for the taking. Funding increased by 3,000 percent, from $6 million to almost $192 million. No reasonable person could possibly believe this money was addressing a real surge in autism, yet attempts to flag strange trends went unanswered,” they continued.

State governments are directly responsible for the disbursement of Federal Funds related to Medicaid, SNAP and other social welfare aid … that includes validating eligibility as well as oversight.

This is worth the time to listen …. it is actually a great summary that links allot together to build the case with “proof” that Hansen claims exists. I believe him … it will be interesting to see if Bondi, Patel and Hegseth actually do something.
It appears there is actually proof that can be linked to the video which shows the INTENT required by the law exists.
Towards the end of the video Hansen IMPLICATES the same people who ran the color revolution elections in Eastern Europe and Ex-Russian controlled Republics by the CIA (Victory Newland and associated contractors).

I hate it for him. This goes back to a bill that was rejected earlier this year that would forbid states from having any say in the building of AI or data centers in their state, regardless of the negative effects it might have on local power and water prices and availability.
Sorry, but we the people are should NOT be subsidizing such centers through rising electricity costs due to the massive power consumption of such centers. Nor should we allow them to such millions of gallons of fresh water out of our local aquifers – which could not only raise the price of fresh water to the people, but also cause water shortages for farmers and people.
Nvidia had also opposed a separate proposed piece of legislation that would have required it to offer to sell its chips to U.S. customers before obtaining licenses to sell those chips to “countries of concern.” Nvidia had argued the bill would restrict global competition in AI markets.
On this matter he also told CONgress that there wasn’t need for such legislation because they would never not provide their products to American companies in whatever quantities they wanted. This sounds like utter BS – if overseas sales would never cause any shortages to American companies as he stated, then he shouldn’t care one iota about a legal requirement that prevents them from doing so.
It’s akin to saying, “Oh, don’t worry – we would never inject toxins into your food supply, so there isn’t a need to pass a law preventing us from doing so…” If you wouldn’t do something, than a law preventing it shouldn’t matter to you.
I guess the moron doesn’t think that enough drugs to kill several hundred thousand Americans is a weapon…

She knew the situation when she ran to lead her nation and accepted the associated risks – but then, she was already deeply involved before she ran, so knew there were no risks and simply is protecting her money and power source. It’s why she said that her policy would be “hugs” not “guns” to bring the cartels under control – effectively given them free reign to do whatever they wished. As a result, her nation’s citizens have been paying a very heavy price – as have countless children they’ve trafficked and Americans whose lives their drugs have ruined.

I could care less what Jeffries thinks, but the article is a reminder that Trump has a crew looking into weaponized prosecutions and he is pardoning or commuting any cases recommended by his crew that were targeted politicized lawfare cases.
It is also obvious that Trump is being fair about these cases no matter if it targeted a Republican or democrat (which it did on rare occasion).

A SENATE “TRADITION” IS DESTROYING THE JUDICIARY
The Results of the “Blue Slip Tradition” — Judicial Districts in Blue States With Almost Entirely Democrat Appointed Judges.
For 12 of the past 16 years there has been a Democrat in the White House, but the Senate’s “Tradition” has been the main driver in destroying an independent judiciary.
[There are 677 authorized full-time district court judgeships in the federal judicial system. This is the “Trial Court” level of the federal judiciary. When they become vacant, these judgeships are filled by the President, with the “Advice and Consent” of the Senate. This “Advice and Consent” role has been developed by the Senate to include a procedure by which the “home state Senators” — the state where the Judgeship is open — have an effective veto power of any nominee.
But how does this process work when the President is of a party different than the two home state Senators of a particular state?
…The chart above reflects the number of District Court Judges by the President who appointed them in states that have had two Democrat Senators since the start of the Bush 43 Administration in 2001. The District Courts are the trial courts in the federal judicial system — the courts where Plaintiffs engaging in lawfare first run to in order to seek TROs and Preliminary Injunctions to stop the implementation of new policies by the Trump Administration.
The Senate’s confirmation of District Court nominees is subject to the “Blue Slip Tradition” in the Senate Judiciary Committee. This tradition is not part of the Constitution, it is not set forth in a statute, and it is not even part of the Senate Rules. It is a tradition upheld by Judiciary Committee Chairmen from both parties for more than 100 years.
…But the tradition has been corrupted. It is now used to simply hold open judgeships in Blue States with the hope of a change in the occupant of the White House — which would result in a bonanza of appointments to a long list of open judgeships by a new President of the same party. That’s exactly what happened in 2021.
…For all its “noble” purposes when first adopted, the Blue Slip tradition has now been turned into a partisan tool to hold judgeships open for the purpose of taking the opportunity to “pack the courts” with ideologically partisan judges when that opportunity presents itself. The partisan divide in the politics of the state is going to mirror itself in the partisan divide of the district court judges. Scrapping the tradition would mean that Presidents get to nominate judges at the rate the openings happen, rather than at the rate individual Senators let the votes take place — holding the process hostage based on partisan tactics.
Final note – the Trump Administration and the GOP Congress need to take a hard look at the distribution of federal district judges in some of the districts that are noted above. The current distribution reflects a very dated analysis of the country and its population…
…The Trump Administration and the GOP need to take a very hard look at re-allocating the distribution of district court judges away from old-line Eastern and Midwestern districts where declines in population over the past few decades are not matched by a change in the allocation of judicial resources. A small number of very Blue States have a disproportionately high number of federal district judges, which allows the liberal/progressive/socialist Senators from those states to have a larger that deserved influence on the composition of the federal judiciary at the trial court level.
That is where lawfare is being waged at its most intense level.]
