Had to scan the CBS national news this evening because NBC was busy with some kind of SPORTSBALL! presentation.
The biggest fib was the story about the Fragile (TM) cease fire in the ME. Highlighting Vice-President Vance’s fact finding mission, they claimed the peace was briefly shattered a few days ago by Israeli bombing missions.
I knew that those missions were in retaliation for the killing of two IDF soldiers by Hamas.
So-mention the bombing missions FIRST, then slip in the retaliation thingy 30 seconds later as an afterthought.
By the way these two doofusses suck. Also they have this segment where they “investigate” some supposed problem a la 60 Minutes, complete with bylines for those credentialed journos who have been lucky enough to have been kicked up the ladder to lie to an exponentially bigger set of folks.
The good news: No one’s watching their lies anymore.

Ok, which one of his advisors is lying to him? I guarantee the majority consensus amongst his supporters– this is untrue. They are struggling from being gouged on groceries, gas, energy, & insurance.

Food away from home prices are resolutely sticky high.
Gas varies. Down a little in some places, but not way down.

At the Ann Arbor “No Kings” protest, a far-left anarchist contingent handed out these flyers threatening that if their demands are not met—the dismantling of ICE, Homeland Security, law enforcement, the Supreme Court, and property rights—they will escalate their attacks and unleash “disorder that will be without parallel in modern times.”
At the bottom is an invitation to a training session on fighting ICE, being held in Ann Arbor at a student housing 501(c)(3) nonprofit called the Inter-Cooperative Council Education Center.
