We used to allow one of our kitties out onto the patio with us, till one day a huge hawk tried to take him out. The bird knocked himself out on the sliding glass door- and my Gypsy never went outside again! We do, however, have a large outdoor kitty enclosure for the cats. Not the same, but it keeps the predators at bay.

Can’t believe the VA still wants to do Covid tests. I Refused.
What’s the logic right? They have no actual treatment for covid or flu since they will not do ivermectin or hydrochlorquin.
The tests are known to give false readings, so again what’s the point. ((The vaxx is out of the question, no way for this kid.))
At the VA for sinus infection. Thought they had urgent care, nope, ended up in ER. Need to update their online info.
At least once a week, usually on a weekend when the local pharmacy is closed, we get a phone call at the store I cashier at asking if we have covid tests. And the maskers are still coming in too, lol.
The really sad part is that after a long wait and the doc saying, “we’re gonna giver you something to fix that”…………..
the nurse rolls back in with this medium sized syringe and when asked what is that says steroids……..that was enough steroids for someone with bad joint or back pain and no mention of the cure for an infection…….antibiotics!
I had to use the magic four words and walk out. Remember these words if you are ever in doubt and the medicos push a treatment……”I refuse further treatment.” That is the full stop response to halt everything.
I have chronic sinus problems. Best thing is to to do nasal washouts with saline. Xylitol in a nose spray is also good because it breaks up biofilms the slimy mucus that bacteria thrive in.
Then blow and blow until all out. Also steam and Vicks inhalations. If you do this regularly it wont build up. Then use Flixonase or rhinocort(budesonide) nasal spay once a day to stop allergies.
I find antihistamines are OK once in a while with pollen season but they tend to dry the nasal mucosa out. Also if blocked up, short term use of oxymetazoline nasal spray to unblock and then saline washouts and blow.
I have never had to take an antibiotic for more than 8-9 years.

Xlear, a sinus rinse with xylitol, as long as you use distilled water to mix the packet with, also works great for clearing the sinuses, that same company also makes the nasal sprays.
Mentioning them because they actually did a study, and FDA approved their results – it killed the Covid-19 virus from the sinuses so it made it harder to get into the lungs.
