What’s happening right now to the ADL and SPLC is critically important and deadly serious. They are both part of an ecosystem leveraged by radical left vigilantes to dehumanize conservatives and stoke political violence. They provide the sheen of legitimacy for the left’s violent foot soldiers.
The day before Charlie was murdered, the SPLC published a newsletter directly attacking Charlie. In May, they added TPUSA to their notorious Hate Map. Did these contribute to the assassin’s motive? We may never know, but the swirl of extremist propaganda certainly played a role.
The SPLC has been credibly accused of corruption, mishandling of donations, union-busting, and covering up of sexual assault by senior leadership, all while sitting on nearly $1 billion in reserves and being based in red Alabama. These are legitimate predicates for investigation. Those should happen immediately.
The influence of the ADL and SPLC must be completely purged from any serious company, org, and agency. Companies like PayPal which still rely on these disgraced orgs should be the focus of future boycotts if they insist on continuing their association.

As an FYI, I’ve seen elsewhere that they recently (since Kirk’s murder) scrubbed much of their content from their website covering a range of conservative voices and organizations, with commentary released that “some of their data was old and needed updating.” *cough*trying to eliminate evidence against them*cough*

For years, former Des Moines Public Schools Superintendent Ian Roberts, 54, had claimed he completed programs and was honored at several universities, including Morgan State University and MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Roberts had long stated that he received a doctorate in urban educational leadership from Morgan State University in July 2007.
Morgan State confirmed to the Des Moines Register, part of the USA TODAY Network, on Sept. 30 that Roberts did not obtain a degree from the school, despite attending from the fall of 2002 through the spring of 2007
But MIT spokesperson Sarah McDonnell said in an email that the school’s “Registrar’s Office has no record of enrollment for a person with the name Ian Andre Roberts.”
In addition, Des Moines Public Schools officials wrote in a 2023 news release announcing Roberts’ hire that he had previously been honored by the George Washington University as its District of Columbia “Principal of the Year.” But a George Washington spokesperson told the Register on Sept. 30 that the “university has no record of awarding such recognition to DC principals, and did not present this award.”

UNC Professor Dwayne Dixon was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into his affiliation with Redneck Revolt.
Redneck Revolt is a gun club described by the Counter Extremism Project as a “far-left group” that “stands against capitalism and the concept of the nation-state, including its symbols such as police, prisons and courts.”
Dixon headlined the panel, during which he spoke for about 30 minutes about Redneck Revolt’s presence at the 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville. He made his case for armed political action, billed as self-defense against violent Nazis, white supremacists and fascists.
He described the “far-right” as “filled with murderous rage,” though he never clearly defined the term “far-right.”
During his speech, Dixon framed armed political action in the United States in 2018 inside the context of the era of American slavery, when violent means were used to achieve political goals.

IIRC the crowd was attacking the car which belonged to his mother so if he lived through the crowd trying to get to him he sure was going to get it when he brought home a damaged vehicle – if the vehicle was even drivable after the crowd got through with it – that was my understanding at the time.
