Two eggs every morning -either fried in olive oil, poached in buttered tiny pots placed in small frying pan with water cooked slow with a lid, or scrambled.
Sauted fresh spinach with salt pepper and some garlic.
Sliced mushrooms cooked in butter with salt n pepper.
Toast heavily buttered and lightly jellied.
2 tablespoons large curd cottage cheese with fresh fruit or canned mandarins, or peaches, or fresh pineapple, or strawberries. Cantaloupe slice cubed.
Sometimes a thin slice of cherry pie.
She eats ‘good’; yes.
French toast or pancakes every couple weeks in lieu of toast; easy on the syrup -with 2 eggs and fruit.
Fried sliced potatoes (dangerous for me; I l o v e anything potato) with 2 eggs, toast, fruit and sometimes bacon.
Grilled cheese cut into triangles, with pickle and beans or a f e w chips.
Watermelon triangles, or melon cubes.
-Presentation seems important.
I stagger her meals and snacks throughout the day.
Always keep a container with pecans, and some dark chocolate, or a real small bag of a salty junk (she loves crunchy Cheetos; go figure) where she sits; it’s her table pantry 😃. She has enough to satisfy her tastebuds and leaves some for later or tomorrow.
She just had a good sized serving of pasta with zucchini n onion and a bit of fresh garlic and basil cooked in olive oil and tomatoe sauce -and mixed grated Italian cheese.
A 2 x 4 inch slice of Italian bakery cannoli cake (yum!) is three to four servings in my house 😹.
Thinly slice 2 to 3 strawberries and lay them on small plate like a ☀️ sun, place the two slices of cake off-centered on top and drop a couple slices of strawberry on top.

Ma usually leaves most of the whipped cream. She leaves the last bite of edge crust of pie as well; as she has tremendous self-control.

-olive oil and red wine vinegar salt n pepper.
Pork tenderloin medallions fried in butter.
We do pizza, burgers, hotdog with the works, macaroni salads, … you name it!

Approximately 8 years in to Parkinson’s with mom. Finally had to handover to caregiver in a private home, Mom got to be more than wife and I could handle. She’s hardly ever “aware” anymore, delusional most of the time. Had to start anti-anxiety/sedatives last week. Sad.

I do love the Beekeeper movie that came out last year…. there was a lady that owned the home he was living on (beekeeper), and she was scammed like that, the scammers emptied all her bank accounts, and she committed suicide over it. Well, the beekeeper (jason statham) was secret government special ops, and he took out all the scammers. Good action flick. Your post just reminded me of that movie.
p.s. I am not trying to make light of this “scammer situation”, just your post did remind me of what happened in the movie.

Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.
Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.
As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.

Ok, I have not liked the direction Taylor Swift has been going in since her “snake video”, she was covered in snakes, and wore a red dress, and also had the tombstone in it with her in it.
This was the turning point for Taylor, see went very DARK! There was even a part where someone called asking for “taylor swift”, and she said “TAYLOR SWIFT is DEAD”.
Taylor got into revenge and all type of stuff.
This was the girl who sang “shake it up” a few years earlier about if “bad people” do stuff, you got to shake it off and was good natured about it, and was very popular video.
OK, … yesterday, I did see a 30 minute tape of Taylor Swift at the age of 15 year old, and she was cute and innocent, and she was asked all type of stuff. My HEART softened when I saw that 30 minute video yesterday. (I am praying lately about asking GOD to teach me to forgive).
Now, the “being” Taylor Swift was listening to when she went DARK was the 3rd powerful negative power I interacted with in my late teens and early 20’s. This being has a name, and I do know it, and I know her very well, got to know her, … and she is connected with FAME/Fortune, GLAMOR. She can “help” you or “harm” you, … there is a price to pay if you ask for “fame” and to be positively “glamoured”. My SOUL was repulsed by this one, although she was very nice to me, until I did pick the GOD TEAM. Then I did see her “dark” side.
Well, Taylor did join with that “dark being”… so she is billionaire now. The thing is if you fall for one of the 3 “dark” powers, they will destroy you eventually, and “they don’t care about any human”, they tempt humans. Now there is a “movie” … that sort of depicts this glamour. The movie is called OH GOD 3. The dark being glamours a singer … and … he does regret it, and asks “GOD to help him”. Now what I see and experienced was much “darker” then movie.
So, I am asking GOD to teach me forgiveness (all around forgiveness). Maybe 10 years ago, I did see this DARK glamour being, and tried to HELP HER. So I do go up to her, and she told me “not to look at her”, and I looked at her and looked directly into her eyes, … and told her “GOD made you so beautiful, what happened?”, … this Dark being started to cry, and said “yes I used to be beautiful, … and I know I’m not anymore… and I saw her … and said “GOD stills LOVES YOU”, and she cried.
I guess, Taylor Swift did make a mistake and hopefully she GOES back to GOD.
Again, GOD is trying to teach me forgiveness.
There is a “tale” which tells that after God had redeemed Israel from Egypt, the angels were so happy, they asked God to reward Israel (besides what had already transpired), and so, in His usual fashion He looked at every possible angle and declared “I shall reward them with poverty. Note! poverty here does not refer to monetary, but rather humbleness. A humble person is grateful for any gift and recognizes the true source of that reward. The number 1 deception of the evil one is to make a person believe he/she has achieved solely on the power of self (I made myself). Forgetting that he/she/all of us cannot guaranteed we will wake up in the morning.
