Topics included the devastating flood in Texas, Elon Musk creating a third party, the ongoing trade negotiations and pending tariffs, President Trump’s conversations with both Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy as well as the upcoming visit of Benjamin Netanyahu to the White House on Monday.

80 years later, in 1992, Ross Perot’s candidacy obtained nearly 19% of the vote, tipping the election to lecherous Clinton. Of course, we now know that Bush the elder and Clinton were/are two sides of the same uni-party coin, but that’s a different discussion.

I am no fan of Elon Musk. I wish President Trump had stayed far away from him. Yes, DOGE was needed, and I will give Elon credit for taking on such a task. It was not easy on him or his DOGE crew. It is a shame that he is acting like a petulant toddler who isn’t getting his way, so he is lashing out at Daddy Trump. But what Elon should be more concerned about how his shareholders are viewing his behavior. I know President Trump is a Republican but for me he was the third party I was looking for in a President. I yearned for the day someone outside the Washington DC cocktail circuit would take the country by storm. There will be no breakup with President Trump and the America First MAGA affiliation for me.
Now if Elon wants to spend his money trying to take out one or two of the DE democrats in my state, I’m okay with that.
