Evidently what’s left of the DOE is cutting grants and funding. Florida will lose $400,000,000 + for after school programs for needy children, along with classes for English Language Learners. How are states supposed to take care of students without this money – and on such short notice?
Appeal to people in your community who are committed to making a difference. Ask questions about how services to families can be provided more economically and meet the goals we share

how about asking those who need to learn English to do so without taxpayer money, like the rest of us had to. Why is that a federal responsibility?
