A huge win for women in sports. The University of Pennsylvania has completely reversed course and admitted they violated Title IX by allowing transgender male swimmer Lia Thomas to compete as a woman athlete.
PENNSYLVANIA – The U.S. Department of Education announced Tuesday that the University of Pennsylvania has agreed to a resolution with President Donald Trump’s administration to keep biological male trans athletes out of women’s sports, in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.
The department previously launched an investigation into UPenn on Feb. 6 for Title IX violations that occurred in the swimming program. Trans athlete Lia Thomas competed for the women’s team in the 2021-22 season, after previously competing for the men’s team.
“Today, the U.S. Department of Education (the Department) announced the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) has entered into a Resolution Agreement to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX),” the statement read. (read more)

I am a 64yr old female & if any guy were to show up in any female activity that I or my girlfriends were in I shudder to think of what my Dad would have done. He also would have been backed up by all other men case closed.

My daughter played travel ball for 10 years. No father (or mother) would have put up with a guy on her team, or the opposing team.

Not just the men in the stands, the referees, umpires, officials, etc. should have made sure these men were disqualified as fast as possible. Call a foul on the male basketball player every time he goes near someone, call travelling every time he touches the ball. Call a false start on the swimmers and DQ them. Make it painful for the coaches to put them into the lineup. Then this garbage would have stopped a long time ago.

Only had to do it a few times, and the non-woman athlete could stop pretending that it was winning. The coaches and the school administrators all played along. The media cheered them.Now everyone will pretend and carry on.They should resign and no you don’t get a pass for saying ”sorry”.It shouldn’t take this non pretending President to end this. Many years ago I would make fun of people that would comment on how Germans failed in the 1930s as they were going along with Jews are the cause of all our problems, and they have it coming. They, all the good Canadians, would never have done that. They eagerly played along with covid mandates, snitched on neighbors who had company over, they played along with Trump bad because the media says so. I have no trust in my fellow man. Parents today are afraid of CPS taking their kids if the threaten the system. Common practice in Cali. State is now the self appointed guardian of many children here. 2 of my children work at SoCalhigh schools in security and maintenance. Approx. 1/4 to 1/3 of the kids on campus are in foster care. This is what they hang over people’s heads if they do not go along with the left’s agenda. It is also why many people stay here. They hold their kids hostage basically.

This is, of course, very good news. However ,I never understood why biological women didn’t ‘boycott’ these competitions to begin with. Imagine a competition where a known biological man is a ‘transgender woman’, and the opposing team of actual women refuse to participate (or, even better, the team mates of the transgender refuse to participate). People tend to forget that, as a group, we are the ones with the power….to shut down Bud Lite, to boycott Target, to refuse to participate in women’s sports where men are participating.

This is good news, but only one step. Progress would be represented by a general consensus that we stop treating transgenderism as a “thing” and get back to scientific reality – men cannot become women, and women cannot become men, just by wishing it so. This is the sort of nonsense we once patronizingly tolerated in children, but at some point we always expected them to mature and move closer to reality, at least we used to. Now? We’ve turned childhood playful fantasies into a religion in which adults are the biggest players.
Make no mistake about it, the transgender acolytes are militant true believers and not likely to give up their delusions anytime soon. It would not at all surprise me if they view moves like stripping Lia Thomas of his dishonestly won accolades and are privately wishing that he would resort to self harm in response. They’d love nothing more and the mockingbird media would make it front page news for weeks with direct attacks on Trump as the cause of it all (because isn’t he, ultimately, the cause of all their ills? For goodness’s sake…).
We need to hold the line against the attempt to erase the image of God in humanity, which is what this is. If people know that they’re created in the image of a loving Creator, and are each unique and special because of that fact, there will be no need to chase mind bending fantasies for validation.

They made those poor young ladies change in front of that freak in the locker room, while he paraded around naked with his dong swinging in the wind, and then threatened all of them with revoking their scholarships if they complained – clear-cut sexual harassment (threat of reprisal) case.
So what will these guys who wanted to compete in girls’ sports do now? How long will Lia remain Lia away from the spotlight?
How can you ever trust a liberal? Penn and all the other like-minded institutions went woke because it was popular. They had no conviction, but tried to make everyone who disagreed with them out as racists or sexists, or whatever.
