I have a friend who owns a ranch in SD. She uses H2-A Visa’s each year to bring in workers for her ranch. She has to go through HHS to vet them, she has to pay to bring them in and pay for their housing while here, she also has to make certain they return at the end of the season. I have to assume President Trump knows about H2A’s and I don’t see where ranchers should be able to get around this for their workers.
I will get killed here, but I never saw a way to deport 15M-20M illegals out of our country with many of them being here for many years. Practically, it would probably be a disaster.

Regarding the Farm Workers, I think the administration should take a look at the Bracero program from the 1940’s and 1950’s and think about recreating a similar program. Under that program workers were vetted before coming to the US, and were on “short term” contracts with US companies. Meaning that they were known to have legitimate jobs, pay taxes, and there was a definite end to their stay in the US before either returning home or reapplying to the program.
The next BILL congress needs to address is the how the census is tabulated. NON us citizens cannot be counted for the in the tabulation used for Congressional districts!!! Why do you think these DEMONRAT states have so many congressional representatives!!!

You are correct. All persons are to be counted for the census however the counts used to determine congressional apportionment are supposed to exclude non-citizens.
