Unless the helo pilot was “MKUltra’d”, he/she probably didn’t consciously make that decision.
Given current technologies, it’s unfortunately a possibility that the helo pilot was not able to manually control the aircraft in the critical last few seconds before impact…..
Yes this is pure speculation but if an “autopilot” was remotely engaged and remotely controlled which also shut off voice comms, the on-board pilot(s) were helpless to avoid the collision or to provide verbal witness to the “attack” over the comms before they died.
We’ll likely never read about it from any official source if that was indeed the actual cause. Just as we’ve never read an honest official explanation of Paul Walker’s strange fatal car crash (Nov 2013), or of Michael Hasting’s strange fatal car crash (June 2013), or of Anne Heche’s strange “fatal” car crash (Aug 2022), or many others’ apparent “suicide by vehicle”. One thing was common: all three actors were engaged in trying to expose child trafficking operations at the times of their horrific deaths.
Timing – I think it was after my original post that information of erratic movement by the helo just prior to the collision was released. Erratic vertical and horizontal movement was observed. My thoughts then were perhaps a struggle for control inside the helo. The co-pilot is reported to have been female. Could it be that she tried to gain control of the aircraft to prevent the collision, hence the erratic movement, but was over powered by the male pilot. If this were the case then the missing ingredient is the “why”. Someone on the AA flight needed killing?
The onboard flight recorder very likely will reveal the tale of the pre-crash conversations. Oh… But… Wait… TPTB have thus far been unable to locate that particular device.
This is what we need more of – “ out of the box thinking“.
Lacking a black box recorder from the helo or any witness in its crew, we’re forced to use all external observations as evidence of what may have happened to put the helo in the direct path of the airliner on a well-established routine final approach to the airport.
Training flight means very inexperienced student pilots unfortunately. Did they change the runway for the AA flight I wonder? Something went terribly wrong but I honestly do not think it was deliberate.

A very mature (older) military guy was on Newsmax last night and said that helicopter pilots flying the airspace around DC were in constant training because it was so important and such a tight airspace. Many helicopters are in the air at all times in the DC area because of the need to possibly do an extraction on a moment’s notice. Newsmax had such a line up of people last night giving good information.
Training flight does not mean ‘inexperienced student pilots’.
Check ride. Every pilot in a flying billet does one annually. Doubt they were students as the unit was not a training unit. At one set of controls was an instructor pilot. IP’s are the most experienced and proficient pilots in the Army. Which makes this accident even more perplexing.

I think it pays no attention to the personality of Tulsi Gabbard. While she comes from Hawaii and made it to Congress as a Democrap, she always impressed me as a true Patriot who loves her Country and Our Constitutional Republic. She frightened Hillary so much that she had to endure a public trashing by Hillary Clinton when she had the temerity to try to run for President during the Democrap Primaries. This taught her that you can’t just run as a Democrap without embracing the Democrap Party line. After being ostracized from the Democrap Party she decided to rethink who she is and what she stands for, and she stayed with Our Constitutional Republic.

Sounds as if the schmuck has read the MAGA room properly. That is good but I think that Cornyn should be removed in the next Texas GOP primary.
