Livelsberger then joined the National Guard from March 2011 to July 2012, followed by the Army Reserve from July 2012 to December 2012. According to early media reporting, Matt Livelsberger, aka Matt Berger, was on duty station in Germany and on leave at the time of his death in Las Vegas. His wife was reportedly unaware of his location. After the Tesla Truck Explosion in Las Vegas, officials are saying that they found a Military Identification, Desert Eagle pistol, an SLR B-30 AR Pattern Rifle, an IPhone, and a Smart watch all in Matthew Livelsberger’s name. Also, Livelsberger had sustained one gunshot wound to the head.

Both attacks happened within hours of each other on the same day. Both attacks were carried out by U.S. Army servicemembers. Both Army Vets attended Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty) at the same time. Both attacks used EV trucks (F150 EV and Tesla Cyber Truck). Both trucks were rented with the same app Turo. Both attacks had similar IED explosives as part of the attack. The FBI claim there is no connection.

According to the court documents, on or about November 6, Wagenius did “knowingly and intentionally sell and transfer, and attempt to sell and transfer, confidential phone records information of a covered entity, without prior authorization from the customer to whom such confidential phone records information was obtained fraudulently.”
Wagenius appeared in a Texas court on December 20, and federal prosecutors requested his extradition to Washington state (more)

Musk said what he said, and that is all true. FSD (Full Self Drive) requires an attentive driver – correct. In fact, there is a camera near the rear view mirror that watches the driver’s eyes, to make that they are watching the road. It can even see your eyes through sunglasses. If you look down at your phone for only seconds (I know), it will alert you to stop doing so or it will banish you from having FSD capabilities. That same camera is always watching, and recording you. Hence, if someone shot himself in that car, Elon would know about it, via the recording. Also, Elon was referring to FSD requiring the driver to be fully attentive in order to operate. Again, correct. What he left out was that the vehicle also has “Summons Mode”. This allows a person, not in the vehicle say, one who just finished eating dinner at the Trump Hotel, to summon the car from the parking lot to come and pick him up at the front door of the hotel, or wherever. This does not require anybody to be in the car, so an inattentive dead person, could have been in the vehicle and it wouldn’t have mattered. He could have been shot well before the car was summoned. If that was the case, I’m guessing that the person who summoned the Cybertruck would be recorded on the hotel cameras, standing near the front door, for at least a short period of time? Lastly, every Tesla has several cameras around the exterior of the vehicle. They are definitely working while the vehicle is operating, primarily to record the roads in an effort to improve FSD for Tesla, and then they also have an option to work when it is sitting stationary, even while locked. This is to record a thief, or the like, attempting to steal or damage the vehicle. He would be recorded, to the benefit of the owner, if there is any movement around the vehicle. You don’t even need to touch it. Therefore, and I’m not saying it was foul play, any person who may have shot the Army Ranger could/would theoretically have been recorded doing so, or putting the body into the driver’s seat, if he was shot outside the vehicle, but conveniently put behind the wheel. Someone renting the vehicle would almost certainly have turned on that option, because they would want to know what happened to their vehicle if a renter did something to ruin it. Again, I know, from being on the renter’s side. Therefore, in summary, Elon, and quite possibly the renter, know exactly what transpired to/in/around the Cybertruck. A renter would not have had access to manipulating the cameras (turning them off). What Elon said was completely accurate, but what he failed to say, will speak volumes. More to follow, I hope. But, think about this. If you were the owner of the vehicle, or Elon, would you go to the FBI with what you know? Until at least January 20th, absolutely not! What happened to the good guy who turned in Hunter’s laptop? If history repeats itself, and it generally does, their fingerprints may be all over it. Especially considering that this Army Ranger was an American living conservative.
