Major win for Pennsylvania Republicans and election integrity groups. A few days ago, 3 Democrat judges on the Pennsylvania appellate court (3-2 decision) struck down a date and accuracy requirement for mail in ballots to be received. Today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just stayed that ruling and put the date requirement back into effect. This makes it harder for Democrats to cheat. [Pdf Here]
(Pennsylvania) – The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday accepted Republicans’ request to again declare that mail ballots returned with a missing or incorrect date cannot be counted this election.
The Republican National Committee (RNC) filed an emergency appeal to ensure that election officials do not leverage a lower court’s ruling handed down Wednesday finding such disqualification violates the state constitution.
That 3-2 ruling concerned 69 misdated and undated ballots in a September special election, where the outcome was not in doubt either way.
But Republicans raised concerns the decision injects new uncertainty in the days leading to the presidential election, where potentially thousands of ballots are at stake in the battleground that both campaigns see as a must-win.
The court’s unsigned order states the lower ruling “shall not be applied to the November 5, 2024 General Election.”
In a concurring opinion, Justice Kevin Dougherty condemned lower courts for intervening too close to an election in recent cases, saying they “repeatedly have taken the bait” despite past warnings.
“To reiterate the point once more: we said what we meant, and we meant what we said. Moving forward, lower courts should think twice — maybe even three times — before granting relief that could arguably be construed as imposing ‘substantial alterations to existing laws and procedures during the pendency of an ongoing election,’” Dougherty wrote. Good. Another one in President Trump’s WIN column!! 💥🇺🇸🎉🎉🎉🇺🇸💥
YES . . AND NOW OUR JOB IS TO GO VOTE !!
Well so you say. I was reading over at The Gateway Pundit about the (at least) 1 million, dead, departed, juvenile and even some not yet born, Voters lining in car parks, abandoned buildings a nd on the streets who will be voting – presumably – for the Camel
I find it impossible to comprehend how the number one country in the world cannot run a fair election.
It’s Kamel Toe
“But, but, but we’re losing. Nothing is being done.”
😏 😏 😏
Setting em up, knocking em down, AGAIN!
😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣
Yesterday in these limbs sounded like that.
The gotta get outta da kitchen if deys can’t standa the heet! 😂😂😂🎯
Almost everyday and usually by the same suspects.
Yesterday was just a little bit turbo charged.
Yes indeed, unless you’re planning on saving the world in 3 days, JUST GO VOTE !!
I already have voted, can walk and chew gum at the same time. Multitasking.
Yes, but how many times did you vote? 😉
Bout damn time a court showed a modicum of common sense in interpreting, not legislating, from the bench.
Now that’s a sternly worded letter!
Cue the Adam Kinzinger tears. Jim Jackson on deck. Bottom of the ninth.
That’s their damn job. All of us would be fired if we didn’t do ours and now its our job to VOTE!!!!
It’s a fine line that holds this country together. You would think honest voting would be on everyone’s agenda.
That is where we are as a nation. “It’s a thin line between love and hate”- song by the Persuaders but Annie Lennox does it justice.
No I wouldn’t. Only honest people.
Indeed. This is somewhat shocking, as the PA Supreme Court is Democrat-controlled.
They set their partisanship aside for once.
…… because it benefits “Shapiro 2028″……
I wouldn’t be surprised if Whitmer in Michigan is likewise less than gung-ho about flipping votes in MI for Kamala’s benefit. 2032 is the next century politically.
The SCPA was deeply involved in the 2020 steal. You are right: if KH wins America will overwhelmingly select a republican president in ‘28. A-Trump win paves the way for Shapiro/Soros to manipulate the ‘28 vote in their favor.
They’ve been getting their towers buzzed
I would bet the order has gone out to “play it straight”. They’ll then use a Trump win to try and discredit the reforms he is proposing. And, they’re worried they can’t save Harris, and if they go full 2020, there’s a chance they will get big time caught.
I think that’s what the “non endorsements” last week were about and I said it then: they’re worried about giving away the store on vote fraud and are willing to take a strategic loss.
Then the 22nd Amendment needs to be found unconstitutional and repealed.
Unfortunately an Amendment IS the Constitution and can be further amended, but cannot be overturned by the court. You’ve got to pass the amendment by 2/3 in both houses of Congress, then get 3/4 of the states to ratify it. A hard process by design, it has to be overwhelmingly approved.
A good reason for that process.
Yep, states have been screwing up their constitutions for years because it’s simply too easy. 50.1% and abortion is “legal”.
Partisanship is apparently falling behind the fear of everyone’s future if that dimwit give obama another four years.
STAY IN LINE! 5+ Hour Wait Times to Vote Early in Bucks County, PA – Elections Officials Did Bare Minimum to Comply with Court Order (VIDEO)
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/11/stay-line-5-hour-wait-times-vote-early/
Lucky for me I’ve never lived in a place where such waiting times are commonplace. This has to be deliberate. What happens with older folks or for anybody with a physical problem? I know people with spinal stenosis and sciatica for whom standing for even short periods results in excruciating pain. Are accommodations made for them?
Not deliberate. However, in answer to your question, “No, there are no accommodations to elderly or older folks or to those with disabilities or infirmities. Before Election Day was turned into election month plus (pick your extra bonus days) we actually had Election Day and you voted or you didn’t. We’d gather at the township Grange and it’s what Americans did. Rich, poor, old, young; but we didn’t bitch. We were citizens and we wanted to contribute to our country. So, we voted.
I THINK they can request mail in ballots be sent to their homes. Anyone from Pennsylvania able to confirm that?
My beauette requested a mail in ballot and it just arrived today. She has not visited any early voting facilities. We live in Chester County which is just two over from Bucks (map). It was delivered today and she will fill it out and hand deliver it.
She NEVER got a validation (receipt) of her 2020 Election due to the Plandemic (they said) but she did get one with the 2022 elections.
Chester County used to be all RED but it is a battleground these days and we are close to West Chester University…..Need I say more? Although Vivek (hmmm) and Charlie Kirk were here yesterday at the WCU
hopefully speaking truth over the lies. We found out about it too late to attend. Typical local RINO support.
There has been a huge flight to the Philly suburbs over my lifetime as the city crumbled, and unfortunately they brought their Dem voting with them. Additionally, the GOP machine is WEAK out here, they don’t even try. And when they do, we get Club For Growth type globalists, or Dems in Rep clothing.
A big voting issue is the Republicans don’t engage the Indian immigrants that have heavily moved into this area. They are all family loving good citizens who just wanted to be left alone, to seek good opportunities, own a bit of land, advance their careers by merit.
We do have accommodations here in TX. Curbside voting, a poll worker comes out with a portable electronic tablet including ballot, the voter has to have ID, then votes in their car. The poll workers for curbside voting were quite busy when I was there, the line to vote was the longest I have ever seen here. We waited 90 minutes to vote. Part of the problem here is there are only 2 people verifying IDs etc. and of course insufficient number of machines to use so you get a bottle neck. But 90 minutes to vote can be done, any amount of time to vote can be done, just go vote
It’s a small polling place and not a lot of space. Nick Sotor. Brought pizza for the voters Peaceful and orderly
Think of it as a pre tantrum.
Bucks County, PA Voters are STILL waiting for their Ballots after 7pm ET
THIRD WORLD… they are trying to make voting as inconvenient as possible.
STAY IN LINE!
Where is that insufferable woman in the purple sweater?!
We got a name yet?
This is war. I think the people in line are there to punish the bureaucrats. “Oh really? Watch this shit, liberal.”
What is going on in the polling place?
Are they also frying and serving chicken
Cackle cackle.
Looks like Trump and the RNC are tag teaming. He does a rally, fires up the base, the DNC react by getting a pocket judge to allow cheating to counter the threat, only for the RNC to raise an appeal. Good active counter strategy, drawing out the poison before the election day, drop by drop.
They are so gonna rue creating election season!
Before we couldn’t get judicial traction before or after, so now we get it during the election.
May well better position us for post election battles too.
We are counting on it Sir! 😎🙏🏽❤️
Harris is such a terrible candidate, and they know it. No needs to shoot straight arrows this year…DC, along with the MSM, are gearing up for another 4 years of what we saw in the 1st term.
It will be some ugly stuff to witness is my fear.
Most likely the impeachment papers are ready to file Jan 20 2025
Winning the HoR is arguably as important as the presidency.
What a difference four years makes.
Last time around, iirc, unsigned and undated ballots were accepted.
The PA State legislature issued an unconstitutional ukase approving the shenanigans at the 11th hour before the election and the PA S-C agreed with them.
Something is afoot.
🧐
The game is afoot. Shakespeare
I thought it was Sherlock Holmes
I thought it was Star Trek 3: The Undiscovered Country
Shakespeare first. Holmes second. It was both.
The Constitution requires that state legislatures set the law for elections and yet Bolshevik judges can say “No” do it our way?
Shakespeare had it right….Judges, lawyers,…..hang’em ALL!
Nate silver is screaming the polls are being ginned, polymarket is dropping by the minuet on trump. There is some serious betting against our boy.
Is this going to be like 2016?
Peoples Pundit is having a field day with Nate for tbt past month. It’s great
Only because many gamblers like to hedge their bets. Take the early odds on your winner. Take the late odds on the long shot. Worse case, break even.
Right now its a 3 point margin for Trump according to the only polster that got it right last time.
Pollster you are referencing?
Polymarket right now:
Trump 59.4%
Harris 40.7%
Woo hoo! Great news😁👍!
I think I’ll go watch MSM attempt to push poll and narrative shift their way through this.
…just for sport.😁

BREAKING: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court just blocked an effort by lower court judges to force election officials to count mail-in ballots that show up with incorrect dates or no dates at all This is yet another massive loss for Democrats. They can’t even get Democrat Justices to side with them anymore. It’s why they’re doing everything in their power to disenfranchise Trump voters. Do not let up. WE ARE WINNING!

I got plenty of red yarn and push pins, cousin!
Hoffman was an Epstein Island guy.
Didn’t he have a monogrammed seat on the plane?
A garbage island.
Musk was asked about him recently. Musk said he thinks this guy is nervous as hell because of his past associations.
I think he knows something.
About Those Fraudulent Voter Registrations in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania…
…A Tuesday statement from Monroe County District Attorney Mike Mancuso on social media claimed an Arizona-based political canvassing firm was tied to about 30 potentially fraudulent voter registration applications that were flagged by Monroe election officials.
Mancuso said in his statement that the group, Field+Media Corps, was “working out of Lancaster County.”
…the fraudulent voter registration forms were traced to FieldCorps whose clients included Biden-Harris, Mark Kelly and Arizona Democrats.
Calls to the number listed went unreturned and the FieldCorps website was mysteriously taken down…
…Field+Media Corps CEO Francisco Heredia indicated Pennsylvania election officials had not contacted his group, he did confirm that the group had worked in Lancaster County this year.
…@CarolineWren
Hey guys, meet Francisco Heredia (@MesaDistrict3) the Democrat Mesa City Councilman and the CEO of Arizona based Field+Media Corp which is now under investigation by four counties in Pennsylvania for mass voter fraud. Think he was committing the same fraud in Arizona? …

So you hear chatter boxes on the right and left talking about how the constitution gives states the sole authority to administer elections. No idea how true that is, but it sure seems like you’ll never clean this up if states do have that right. The big, blue states certainly won’t clean it up and any attempts at congress passing election integrity laws would just get tossed by the courts. The GOP would help get those laws torpedoed.
It’s not a plenary power. The US Congress can regulate elections. The left is in a panic because it Trump runs the table, there’s a good chance Trump aggressively pushes one Election Day, with ID, and paper ballots.
This would destroy the blue state firewalls.
All under the left’s more than loved Civil Rights division of government.
Meanwhile AZ Attorney General to investigate Trump’s Liz Cheney “threat.” I’m gonna weigh 300 pounds just from popcorn by next week.
“Taken the bait”, lol. The lower courts are participants not innocent fish.
I’ll take it!! It’s about time we tighten up this loosey goosey voting system.
Give God the Glory!
AMEN!!!
I just worry about what happens when Trump wins. A few days ago several military planes flew low over my house in PA, and although I occasionally see them here, it was a first to see those huge ones with the wide bottoms that carry troops or equipment and almost on the tails of one another. Today a person commented on another site about what they viewed as an increase in military flights over PA.
The game is afoot. Shakesphere
Who is the huy on YouTube that has monkey in his handle. He lays out every military asset in the air. The what, why and where. Pretty interesting.
Monkey werx
Is it possible that local judges are starting to see what is going to happen to them if the entire judiciary is “unburdened by what has been” and have decided to actually start doing their jobs, while they still can?
On what planet will this occur or what dimension?
Me thinks they are seeing exactly what you refer to. Trees with rope and some very angry locals.
I do not think they are so much afraid of the locals as they are afraid of losing their VERY cushy jobs, which WILL happen if Kamala gets in and stacks the courts, thereby rendering them obsolete! This is purely self preservation, IMHO, but I will take it!
Maybe they just realized they’re not immune to rope burns
Really like Justice Dougherty’s unambiguous language to the PA Appellate Court justices — knock it off with your bullshit!
Praise God!!!
OK, so the one lamb looking around the corner needs “RUN”!
They have deleted their website.

Nibbling away at every angle. Every win is a win at this point. I’ll take what we can get.
I still won’t sleep well, but perhaps I’ll sleep better.
We got us a problem at the SCOTUS. Out of penn.
Retired Magistrate here: Yes we do. It appears that the US Supreme Court ruled that the incorrectly filled out provisional ballots can be counted.
We do not have a problem.
The SCOTUS decision involved a different, specific, case, involving 2 provisional ballot requests in the Primary.
This PA Supreme Court decision refused to extend and stays that Commonwealth Court decision to the General Election.
Its not all good news out of PA. I’m not celebrating until after inauguration.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/supreme-court-upholds-pennsylvania-provisional-ballot-ruling-major-loss-gop
This is what I kept seeing, yet it did not match with the article here. I went and re-read it, on the Mail and then when I saw it on Gateway. Well F.
See above. The SCOTUS decision is confined to 2 provisional primary ballots.
Your concern is noted.
Can always count on Dem judges to do the wrong thing.
Always.
Except they did the right thing here. Surprisingly.
The “concurring opinion” is where the Justice speaks out most clearly against “election litigation,” a.k.a. Lawfare. Without ever using the term, nor losing his temper. “We said what we meant, and meant what we said.” Boom.
And – in every State of this Union – he is dead right!
Elections are supposed to be fairly decided in the election hall – not in the courtroom – and election laws are written to be scrupulously obeyed. Every one of the fifty State Legislatures spent considerable time crafting their own versions of these laws, striving to make them fraud-resistant and fair. Which they would be, but only if carried-out as written. Because, as these Justices also correctly observed, “elections happen all the time.”
(The one-page “second concurring opinion” is also worth looking up. It also says a lot, in much fewer words.)
I read somewhere yesterday that 58%of DEMS don’t trust the elections won’t be rigged. 85%repubs. Awful.
You’d think not being able to vote after the election would be a given.
Thank God, President Trump got good people into RNC. Ronna was our enemy!

SunDance@ from Conservative treehouse has the proof James Clyburn and Allegations of Payoffs: Regarding Representative James Clyburn, your query suggests a direct accusation of him being involved in payoffs, which is a serious claim. While Clyburn is a prominent Democrat from South Carolina and has significant influence within the party, especially in mobilizing black voters, direct evidence of him being a “bagman for payoffs” isn’t provided in the information given. Political figures often engage in fundraising and campaign finance, which are legal activities, but crossing into illegal payoffs would require substantial, verifiable evidence.
Clyburns ties to AME Church
Answer
Representative James Clyburn’s ties to the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church are multifaceted, reflecting both his personal faith and his political engagement within communities that the AME Church serves. Here’s an overview based on the information available up to November 2, 2024:
In sum, James Clyburn’s ties to the AME Church are emblematic of a broader strategy and personal commitment to intertwine faith, community service, and political advocacy. This relationship reflects not just political opportunism but a lifelong engagement with community issues through a faith-based lens, though like any politician, his actions and affiliations can be subject to various interpretations and criticisms.
The 2020 election in PA was stolen when they allowed the counting of mail-in ballots that received AFTER the legal date.
I’m sure that similar shenanigans will be attempted this time, too
