In an effort to keep the Daily Open Thread a little more open topic we are going to start a new daily thread for “Presidential Politics”. Please use this thread to post anything relating to the JoeBama Administration and Presidency.
“This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.”
“But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from that day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”
This thread will refresh daily and appear above the Open Discussion Thread.
Whenever the possibility presents, throw sand into the machinery…

I filled out my mail-in ballot, while listening to the MSG rally. It was in the corner of my screen. Voting was easy, because I used the online Progressive Voter Guide on my computer. I went right down the ballot and voted for the opposite candidate to the ones they recommended, for my state, federal and local races. And on the non-partisan races and ballot issues, voting opposite the progs’ recommendations helps avoid making a mistake, because some of those are confusing.
Joe Rogan’s Donald Trump Episode Racks Up 26 Million Views in First 24 Hours
https://www.newsweek.com/joe-rogans-donald-trump-episode-racks-26-million-views-first-24-hours-1975512
I sat down to watch the full Rogan episode last night. I’ve watched quite a number of Rogan’s shows on Spotify… and the Trump episode was not a disappointment. I was already aware of most, if not all, of the Trump-specific info with regard to his presidency, relationship to politics, etc… but the conversation was a real Rogan one-on-one, not just a stock “interview”. For example, they talked a lot about MMA and boxing, etc. The two of them could have easily filled up another half hour, which is not unusual for Rogan’s podcast. There was so much they could have covered, but it was Trump who cut it at three hours sharp. It’s usually Rogan who has to run to do a stand up appearance at his club. Obviously, Trump is on a tight schedule. Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York… honestly, I can’t keep up.
Anyway, I didn’t get the sense that any punches were pulled by Rogan whatsoever… his demeanor was consistent with any other guest he has on, and I think everybody got to see Trump as he really is, not some crazed authoritarian lunatic they’ve all been told about…

I was flying back from Wisconsin on a friend’s plane tonight and got called up to the cockpit. The pilots were very confused at what they were seeing. Something was above them and not showing on radar. I’m sure there is a logical explanation here. Watch this video and tell me what I am missing.

Something I have never seen before. D’s have always won this group heavily.

Next time the democrats want to win a state, perhaps instead of sending money to Ukraine and Lebanon they will send hard working FEMA and Red Cross along with money to hard hit NC.
Biden and Harris could have actually worked a long day, showing they actually care for the American people that need help, much like Pres. Jimmy Carter would have done, but sadly their lack of care for Americans showed.

I don’t know what to make of this. However, I do recall in the runup to the 2022 midterms, it was consistently reported that a large number of Americans (as much as 70%) polled said the country, under the potted plant, was going in the wrong direction.
Yet, the Senate remained in the hands of Ds and the House was nearly lost as well to the Ds.
Weird. Like, Tim Walz weird.

Protests😡😡
This is a live demonstration to a class of students of a (now mature) technology that at least one of the 3-letter agencies has been using to “control” borderline/unstable people into becoming (sometimes suicidal) assassins or to commit otherwise highly illegal felonies without creating any traceable communications instructing them…. “I heard a voice (or voices) in my head that told me to do it” is quite possibly very true and NOT their imagination.
haha.
