I know military aircraft pretty well, but I didn’t know what the hell a “Growler” was, so I looked it up. It’s an F-18 (EA-18) specializing in electronic warfare. A fairly new type, having become operational in late 2009.

Yes. There seems to be some overreaction over the obvious historical fact that not all ballots are counted on Election Night.
We need to all bear in mind that all the votes are rarely counted in their entirety on Election Night. The final tally accounting for every single ballot cast taking days past Election Day has been a standard practice for many years.
What had normally happened in years past, however, is that by sampling key precincts and with precision exit polling, sufficient data can emerge for election analysts to usually project most races on Election Night, before every single ballot is accounted for. Colloquially, it was “calling the race”, and is based on statistical historical patterns for the voting areas. And there are usually thousands of votes still unprocessed and uncounted when that call is made.
2020 was a severe deviation from that practice, with counting being incredibly stopped in several states simultaneously for hours if not days, without and before the projection analysis normally applied in years past could be done. That was the key clue that 2020 was being stolen in those states.
I believe it’s any delays in totals presumed to be dispositive at issue with the overseas ballot, and any delays. Raffensperger has already allowed for an additional three days from 11/5 for them to drift in to GA. Any add’l time allocated for the cheaters, will be used for cheating.
Therein lies the problem.

According to attorney Robert Barnes, these ballots are all, every state, still subject to the state registration deadlines everyone else in that state is subject to. If they did not register to vote in the state by deadline, then their ballot is null and void and should not be counted.

When dairy cows in Texas began falling ill with H5N1, alarmed veterinarians expected a fierce response to contain an outbreak with pandemic-sparking potential. Then politics—and, critics say, a key agency’s mandate to protect dairy-industry revenues—intervened.
The Institute for Disease Modeling, a research institute within the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, has estimated that a global flu pandemic could kill close to 33 million people within six months.
At that existential moment back in March, when the virus was first detected in cows, veterinarians involved in the response had every expectation that a well-honed network of experts, led by USDA scientists, would immediately rev to life.
But it didn’t. “Nobody came,” says one veterinarian in a Western state. “When the diagnosis came in, the government stood still. They didn’t know what to do, so they did nothing.”
Now, H5N1 has spread to more than 324 dairy herds in 14 states and has sickened at least 26 farm workers exposed to infected cows and poultry. Those numbers are widely assumed to be vast undercounts, as there is no formal nationwide surveillance program, many dairy farmers oppose testing, and few farm workers are being screened.

On April 10, state veterinarians and diagnostic officials began getting furtive phone calls from longtime colleagues at the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), the USDA division responsible for protecting the nation’s livestock from diseases. Calling from personal cell phones, they confided that they’d been muzzled by their own agency.
“They had been told to not discuss, not engage, to discontinue” even routine conversations with health officials in the field, “unless agendas and talking points were given prior clearance,” one state veterinarian says of the back-channel calls.
“The functional intent was, nobody was allowed to talk to anyone,” says a Midwestern veterinary specialist. “That’s when our phones started ringing. That’s when we started putting it all together. It became very clear: Everything was on the down low, and that really hampered the response from the very beginning.”
