Generally speaking, Day #8 follows a recovery psychology filled with determination provided by the key focus on fellowship. Many impacted families cut-off from their traditional supply resources are now finding hope amid strangers, angels and a very focused group of recovery workers.
Unfortunately, there are multiple reports of scant federal assistance now becoming excessive federal interference. Many people now reporting that the Federal Emergency Management Agency or FEMA is actively blocking efforts to deliver critical supplies.
Several people have asked me if I have ever experienced FEMA stopping me from my personal efforts to deliver supplies or blocked my transit into some of the most devastated areas during emergency response. The answer is no, I never have; however, the team I work with has never asked for permission. That said, I do not doubt the reports.
Elon Musk has reported that people working on his relief missions have been blocked from rescue flights in the region. Apparently, FEMA is trying to intercept “unapproved” transit by air, mostly helicopters, under the auspices of FAA flight authority.
SpaceX engineers are trying to deliver Starlink terminals & supplies to devastated areas in North Carolina right now and @FEMA is both failing to help AND won’t let others help. This is unconscionable!!

I have never seen FEMA block private sector relief efforts before. Remember, emergency management responses are state issues.
It is the STATE that must grant FEMA the authority to operate (under an emergency declaration), not vice-versa. My gut reaction to these reports is that the real source of the problem is the North Carolina STATE government abdicating its responsibility to the FEDS. I might be wrong, but something tells me this is the core issue at hand.
There is an FAA operated, state controlled, regional airport in Asheville, North Carolina. If the state emergency response team has abdicated or stepped aside, deferring to FEMA, that might be the problem. I simply don’t know.
What I do know is that emergency rescue and relief flights can proceed despite FEMA efforts, simply by enlisting the assistance of the local Sheriff. The County Sheriff is the highest constitutional authority in any of the regions and they can challenge (literally arrest) any federal official who interferes in a county rescue operation.
Another way around any FEMA block of rescue and relief is simply to ignore them. Don’t even tell them what you are doing and do it. Perhaps people might better understand why CTH efforts, and my CERT team do not advertise or promote our entry/exit whenever we deploy.
The information provided by Spencer Smith on the Twitter platform generally aligns with common visibility:
Just got off the phone a Pastor in the midst of the flooding in TN/NC. He is in one of the most devastated locations. He verified a few things about the situation:
– Almost all help is being done by private citizens, mainly churches.
– Private helicopters are flying in the vast majority of the supplies.
– Local Sheriffs are telling people to feel free to defend their property from looters by whatever means they have.
– WROL (Without Rule of Law) is happening in some areas, which means looting, robbing, and etc.
– FEMA’s involvement has seriously complicated the rescue efforts.
– Local Sheriffs have threatened to arrest FEMA workers if they hinder rescue and aid work.
– The response to this tragedy has been massive and overwhelming. All from private individuals and local Churches.
This report reflects what I would expect to see/hear if the statements from others are accurate. Notice the importance of Sheriffs according to the pastor who is providing the information. That simply tracks accurate!

There are many private sector resources now beginning to reach the area by helicopter, truck, ATV, mule pack as well as the old standby, Pete and Sam. Pete is the left foot, Sam is the right foot, used together they walk.
Samaritans Purse is one of the largest relief efforts underway. Franklin Graham and his family are now leading the effort. Samaritans Purse is headquartered right in the middle of the impact zone, Boone – North Carolina. As we say in the South, “this is the Graham families stomping grounds.”
Pray that more volunteers would get involved in Boone NC as well as the NC High Country, Asheville NC, Valdosta GA, Perry FL, and Tampa/St. Petersburg FL. Visit https://t.co/Hb9sgnz3gx or https://t.co/OLMI1yeGEy for more information on how to get involved. pic.twitter.com/YChaLu834U

Most of the people within the most damaged impact zone, have not had electricity for a week. Today, is day #8. Resupplying these people with immediate needs, food, water, fuel and communication services, should be mission focus #1. The Starlink system can be a critical component to assist with communication, but it needs a power supply (electric, gas generator or solar).

If you are in the impact zone, and you are safe and stable, let us know how y’all are doing. Also, use this comment section to update on any areas of concern that might be identified in your specific area.
Dear Lord, You say in Isaiah 40:31, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint.”
Today we turn to You as our strength. Help us to fill our hearts with fuel so that we may be a source of Your true hope for all. We ask Your will to renew and restore us.
When we feel we are near our end, when we are weary, tired, or heavily burdened, give us firm reliance in You. Strengthen our bodies and our spirit in the way that only You can provide. We thank You for the ways You provide providence each day.
Heavenly father, cleanse our eyes and souls. Give us the vision to see Your perspective in all things.
In our time of despair, we turn to You. When the moments feel hard or taxing, we turn to You. Seed our minds and hearts with the reminder that You are beside us. We are never forsaken; You are with us.
We pray for strength in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
~ Amen

I read the fema has a list of contributors? that give fema? kickbacks or sell @ outrageous prices.
If you ain’t on that list, you don’t get to donate—this is an outrageous idea but what other reason to block aid unless it is monetary??
Control…
Yep, it’s all about the “approved vendors” with contracts w/FEMA, to provide aid and kickbacks. Heard this first hand from a friend on the ground.
To keep information out of the public eye until they do ‘their’ clean up of the area??
DEW/direct energy weapons mimicking storm devastation, fires, derailments, etc is not a new phenomenon.
Palestine PA couldn’t be seen for the longest time…….Maui was totally unexplainable……California devastating ‘wildfires’ that didn’t prove to be a ‘common fire’…………the list goes on…….
The heinous ‘new’ weapons of mass destruction are being ‘perfected’……they are not readily distinguished from natural destruction from bombs, storms, or diseases.
…and I can name an individual and the company responsible for this destruction but,
WHO CAN I TRUST TO REPORT IT TO?
Good news Treepers!
(And thank you for prayers, as I had earlier posted my concerns on the “prayer request” message board.)
We have –finally– heard from my niece & family (East TN); thank Heaven. And it does sound like the efforts of many good people are getting results.

I received a good update from Abraham regarding his family in eastern Tennessee:
No power yet. We have a generator that runs the fridge and freezer and we get water from a spring. Annelise hand washes clothes and dishes. We cook on propane and outdoor fire. There’s people all over handing out supplies. The road is out on 321 before you get to elk mills fire dept and store so we have to take long way around. There’s bridges out up from us on Poga that’s affected other people worse, some were on an “island” because of it, but they’ve been airlifting those people stuff or getting them out.
***********************
This is disturbing. Land grab of Chimney Rock, NC. Town to be bulldozed before removal of the deceased. Sickening and disrespectful. Lord help us.–Chimney Rock resident
That story is false. There’s been people on the ground in Chimney Rock that have said it’s ‘internet nonsense’.
The guy in this video was told it wasn’t true by a volunteer in Chimney Rick itself. We shall see how it plays out.
I’ve seen the same claims from a few different sources. The area of W. NC is resource rich with deep reserves of lithium and some of the purest quartz in the world, which is sold to Taiwanese chip makers.
The people of the area have been very vocal in their opposition to lithium mining but the DoD wants it bad and invested $90 million in 2023 for the re-opening of Albermarles lithium mine and Blackrock Inc just bought 2 million shares of Albermarles in August 2024. Coincidence…??? There are now no persons in the area to oppose mining for these resources. Piedmont Lithium is another mining company that just had it’s permit to mine in W. NC finalized in May 2024.
Shades of Lahaina on Maui…??? Perhaps….but this time with floods instead of fire. Weaponized weather…??? In time, I think it will be seen as another land and resource grab by the Feds. But using eminent domain laws is old fashioned and time consuming. The government now just kills people and takes what once belonged to the dead through abandonment or low cost purchase from the financial institutions holding the notes to the personal and business property.
The mining companies are probably like oil interests in TX, you don’t buy the actual and, you get a “mineral rights lease” to get whatever is UNDER the land. Usually regulated by the state.
Some old country boy is on TikTok talking about how Doug Emhoff is a “majority shareholder” of Albemarle, and has some printouts from Google.
Really?? Trying to make us look like buffoons. Honestly, DO BETTER. Geez …
One can’t get a “mineral rights lease” without the consent of the landowner.
How does a mineral rights lease work? – MAJR Resources
You may want to ask yourself why eastern TN has finally been receiving “official” help, but NC has not. You may want to ask why the road has been deliberately closed off between the two states. You may want to ask why FEMA is allegedly confiscating and diverting donated supplies to “migrant shelters.” In North Carolina.
“The truth has no agenda.” And … “There are trillions at stake.”

Would like to know how these residents will be able to vote. Axelrod made the comment that Harris voters will figure out how to vote but MAGA voters may not be able to. Whatever that means.
Well the regime can just feed preloaded Harris into the system as they were planning to do anyway. They don’t have any of those for patriotic American voters.
According to my rep, the state has set up a website that allows voters to change their polling place. That’s okay but is pretty weak sauce considering the scale of the destruction.
I would love to see FEMA personnel arrested for their interfering in rescue & relief efforts. Put those corrupt public servants in their place.
A comrade in arms of mine and fellow OIF vet in the path of destruction in NC finally came up on the net thanks to STARLINK and @elonmusk
he and his family are ALIVE but things are deteriorating fast. He’s a fellow multiple tour Iraq vet and is not prone to exaggeration. You wanna know what’s REALLY going down—at least one person’s perspective in their area?
His first update:
“This entire area is a war zone, even if not directly “destroyed” by flood waters. There are men, women and children starving, without water and sanitation. No fuel. People can’t get to any distro points because they have no fuel. People are walking on foot and dragging wagons . . .
The majority of federal and state assets are being diverted to the incorporated areas of Asheville, Black Mtn, etc. and without a deliberate effort yet into the rural unincorporated areas.
People are suffering, and communities are rapidly moving to isolation and self-defense and policing.
There are bodies floating down the rivers. There are bodies stuck in the tops of trees.
Linemen entering destroyed areas are finding dozens of children as young as 3 walking thru the mud near naked, crying for their parents, some with ropes still tied on their arms attached to broken lumber where clearly their dead parents had last ditch tied them to something.
Was talking to a lineman yesterday how he’s finding heads and limbs everytime debris is removed.
Entire communities are just gone. Gone gone. Nothing to repair, and in some of the areas just no one to even help anymore. Just bodies, with a stench increasing by the day.
The death count WILL be in the thousands.
Desperation is increasing, and most vets are lying on their roofs with rifles. Local rural gas stations, markets etc have clear militias forming with men in hodge podge gear and rifles patrolling. We are self-policing now.”
Hope he comes back up for an update in the morning; he’s currently conserving power and engaged in nighttime security ops. Pray.
Insight directly from large family living near Bat Cave, NC: FEMA is HINDERING relief efforts. Bat Cave is about 10 miles SE of Asheville.
I live in Flat Rock, NC, about 30 minutes south of Asheville. Last week on my wife’s birthday we shopped in Canton west of Asheville, had a great lunch in Black Mountain, drove through its neighbor town of Montreat, then took the scenic route through the hills home, passing within minutes of Chimney Rock. We may not get back to those lovely places any time soon.
My immediate neighborhood was lucky, with most damage sustained by the golf course in the lowest area. Several house were damaged but no one was hurt.
We may get power back late Sunday. Again, I’m lucky in that I have a NG-powered generator. We got internet back today but it’s an off and on thing. I still have no cell service. Up until Thursday we faced a dwindling water supply due to flooded treatment plants. The pressure is back now but we’re still on a boil advisory.
Outside my neighborhood, though, both Flat Rock and contiguous Hendersonville suffered a ton of damage, with downed trees and power lines blocking roads, homes and businesses flooded, and small bridges destroyed.
I’ve not heard of any local deaths, but from various reports I’ve heard I believe the WNC total count will be over 1000 and that could double.
Stores are opening with most being cash only, but that’s slowly changing. Grocery stores are decently stocked but with periodic empty bread and dairy aisles. Though some gas stations have run out gas for a day or two you can find an open one somewhere. ATMs don’t work so you have to use the drive-through and get a limited amount of cash the old-fashioned way.
All in all, compared to the surrounding devastation, I’m doing fine and so donated a good amount to Samaritan’s Purse today.
Side note: My 45th wedding anniversary is Sunday. This is the second hurricane-affected anniversary we’ve had. Our 10th was impacted when Hugo swept into Charlotte going 90mph. We had planned on going to Charleston but it was wiped out. Weeks later we went to Savannah instead. I doubt we’ll be going anywhere soon this time.

A man and his truck, doing all he can to help…
I can’t believe what I saw today. I’ve been out for 12 hours bringing supplies to people up in the mountains. I was in Yancey County, Mitchell County, Bakersville, Spruce Pine, Burnsville, etc… I kept an old mans generator running for his oxygen and waited with him until his family showed up. I handed out thousands of dollars to people. They have no driveways, no power no food. People are dying. Grown men crying and hugging me for giving them $100. I’m going back out tomorrow to do it all over again. It’s making me SICK what I saw and heard today. I’ve also been crying on and off all day. I usually don’t get like this. The government is confiscating supplies from small towns at their “drop off points.” That’s why I’m bringing everything to the people directly. I met up with a convoy of patriots and we drove supplies to places people couldn’t get to and roads that were closed. I went everywhere with the truck that they went with their side by sides. We met by the grace of God. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. PLEASE donate if you can. I am draining my own bank account tomorrow to give more money to people, and I’m getting even more supplies.

Well…. we have no eta on power but I’m guessing 10+ days now. Good news is that neighbors have improved the road enough that we were able to get a propane refill to our tank late Thursday. This keeps our well water flowing and the freezer cold by running part time. We have a few weeks worth of propane so that’s good.
Now that I’ve seen the news I can confidently say that most is factual but it is entirely ineffective at communicating what’s happening here. Asheville’s situation is bad but entirely different than the high country where we are at. Even in our county, the damage is different from one mountain road to the next. River valleys are decimated with flood waters that rose 20-40 feet higher than normal flood peaks. Most mountain gravel roads are washed out. Ours is passable now but we had to clear a 80 foot mud slide that cut off 16 families further up our road. Thank god for hillbillies with excavators and skid steers. The sound of chainsaws is ever present.
There is heavy helicopter activity with search and rescue and dropping supplies to people trapped on mountains. There are still huge areas with no cell service, and even larger areas without power.
In terms of tangible aid, there is an enormous amount of water, food, and supplies coming in. Right now in some areas they are overloaded with supplies. I’m sure that’s not the case everywhere, but I saw it myself yesterday at one hub, and heard a neighbor describe another hub the same way.
I know people in Asheville who are very frustrated about the slowness and efficacy of federal help. I think that’s very real. Up here we have seen national guard and some military helicopters but the majority of help is neighbors, churches, and private citizens. But up here nobody is expecting the federal government to save them. Different in cities.
While there are some verified examples of private help being turned away on social media, what I’ve seen is an enormous amount of private help unhindered, including countless helicopter operations here in our county focused on search and rescue.
Unfortunately, this is going to take months and years to recover from.
WNC Regional Livestock Center is trying to get the word out that they have tons of supplies that have been donated and stalls for horses and livestock. Relief effort update – yes it is a long post, but please read.
I want to start off by explaining how strong the Appalachia people are, because the scale of devastation is truly bizarre.
We have had team members on the ground reach some of the most rural places that havent seen a single “agency” since this has all happened.
Our crews have reached people whose homes no longer exist, who have lost loved ones and who have nothing but the clothes on their backs, people completely cut off from the outside world.
That being said, the common theme through every one of these interactions, is that the citizens who live in these communities still have their heads held high and have rolled up their sleeves and begun the process of trying to clean the FEET thick layer of mud covering everything to see what is even left to salvage.
These people are “mountain tough” and their resolve is unbreakable, but they need our help, AS A COUNTRY.
One of our forward crew member on the ground, providing updates on road conditions into towns that are cut off and need help, has hiked into several places that have been neglected.
The pictures i include in this post are of the area in and surrounding the Green Mountain area.
The level of destruction depicted in the photos and videos do not do the scope of the damage justice, but you can tell from the imagery, that this situation is not only challenging, but dire. Critical infrastructure is completely decimated in most of these places and will take months if not longer to repair or rebuild.
We have coordinated a group of Doctors that will be bringing life saving medical supplies, well above and beyond basic first aid needs. They will be traveling by helicopter to areas that are inaccessible by vehicle to give that life saving aid.
We have been able to get supplies into the remote town of Marshall, where their homes have been either damaged by the flood waters to the point of being unlivable or just completely deleted from the earth.
Talking with these people, they have concerns for the future, and not just the coming days or weeks, but in the near future as winter creeps into the area.
As that happens, the challenges they are presented with become exponentially more difficult and so much more dire.
From the difficulty of building temporary housing to the logistics and availability of supplies to rebuild, the geographical location of this devastation is creating more problems to overcome than what most would associate with “hurricane damage”.
As the country descends on Asheville, supplies and help has become bountiful there and our operations will begin to shift further into the mountains to help those that have not had help.
Supply needs are changing rapidly, and as they do we are having to pivot on what we are procuring to bring into the affected areas.
I call on the people of this country to help us help these people. They have been largely neglected and are deserving of our compassion and help in any way that we can deliver it.
I can’t speak for the government and what they are or aren’t doing, but i can speak for our efforts.
We are just everyday citizens, husbands, wives, sons and daughters, standing together to help those in need.
We will not stop, until our mission is complete.
A description of their mission plan.
Some excellent ideas on how to build out and start re-establishing self sustaining communities. There are a LOT of felled trees that could be used. Some chain saw based saw mills would be superb – one per team. Much of the skilled labor could well already be in the areas.
We need to identify any carpenters or other skilled workers. Focus on building community centers, kitchens, kilns, and steam power stations with car alternators. Build a small center people can go to for food and warmth. Particulate filters can be created from gravel and sand. Distillation or kiln fired filters could be used. Create micro self sustaining centers. Look for volunteers to help build leech fields. Some people could benefit from methane digesters. Focus on survivors reestablishing businesses like bakeries. Setup a fund for food supplies.
Community centers could be fashioned around a continuous fire of drift wood. Steam power can reestablish basic needs. Begin organizing groupings of skilled workers into small community cores.
Create a fund for bakery supplies and other basic supplies small businesses may need around aid stations. @realDonaldTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @mtgreenee
We need to create micro communities around each aid station as we work to cut a path of civilization back to these people.
Hope we can rebuild militias locally that can coordinate things in the future.
Helicopter pilots noticing people in tents, homes destroyed. Down thread there are discussions of getting them RVs and a suggestion that the Chinooks could sling load them in if only those flight resources were made available.
An add on to that thought is they could load the RVs up with supplies, which could then be offloaded and shared with others in the area.

Hurricane Helene: A note to friends outside of the South.
We live in Greene County, East Tennessee. Our county’s southern border is the Tennessee-North Carolina state line that runs along the heights of the Appalachian Mountains. We are within the hardest hit region of the U.S.
The questions I have been hearing a lot is why was this so bad, and why weren’t people prepared. I’ll try to answer those questions in the following post. Hurricane Helene was the strongest hurricane (in recorded history) to hit Florida’s big bend region (on the eastern edge of the panhandle). It is the deadliest hurricane to hit the United States since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
The death toll is over 160 so far. We are still finding bodies, and there are still many, many people missing as I write this today six days after the hurricane hit land. I work in the emergency department at Greeneville Community Hospital. The hospital itself has been evacuated because we have no water in the majority of the county. We are still running our emergency department as a critical access site for our community. Fortunately, I have a well and didn’t lose electricity for long. I was able to haul water in a 300 gallon tote in the back of my truck to the hospital for the first few days so we could flush toilets and wash hands. It took a few days, but we now have porta-potties and water tanks on trucks to keep the emergency department running.
Under an hour from our hospital to the east, Unicoi County Hospital was flooded requiring patients and providers to be rescued from the roof via helicopter. Under an hour from our hospital to the south, over the mountains, Asheville, NC has been hit particularly hard. But why was this region hit so hard?
First, we had a lot of rain before Hurricane Helene even showed up. Depending on the area, we had 7-11 inches of rain in the week before the first storm clouds of the hurricane arrived. This rain saturated the ground and filled ponds and streams. Then the hurricane arrived. She barreled her way up through the panhandle of Florida, quickly shot through Georgia, and then slowed down and stalled over North Carolina and East Tennessee. And that’s right where we live.
The reason she stalled involves atmospheric pressure conditions that I don’t fully understand, but the result was that this hurricane dropped 20 inches to over 30 inches of rain in some areas… that’s an estimated 40 trillion gallons of rain. How much is 40 trillion gallons of water? 40 trillion gallons of water is enough to fill the Dallas Cowboy’s stadium 51,000 times. 40 trillion gallons of water is enough to cover the entire state of North Carolina with 3.5 FEET of water. 40 trillion gallons of water is enough to fill 60 MILLION Olympic-sized swimming pools. 40 trillion gallons of water is 619 DAYS of water flowing over Niagara Falls.
So this is an unprecedented amount of rain already falling on an area that had just received ground-saturated rain.
But it wasn’t just the amount of rain, it was the geography of where that rain fell. The southeastern slopes (of western North Carolina) and the northwestern slopes (of East Tennessee) acted as funnels or rain catchments that directed all this water downhill and concentrated it into streams and rivers running into the valleys. It overflowed these streams and rivers causing massive flooding.
How much flooding? The French Broad River usually crests at 1.5 feet… but it reached 24.6 feet during the storm.
The Nolichuckey River rose to almost 22 feet. The Nolichuckey River Dam in Greene County, during the peak of the flooding, took on 1.2 MILLION gallons of water per SECOND. Compare that to Niagara Falls which peaks at 700,000 gallons per second. Fortunately, this dam held… but barely, with damage.
Consequences.
The flooding, and all the things the flooding carried with it (large trees, vehicles, buildings, etc.) caused widespread damage. It destroyed homes and businesses. It destroyed roads and bridges. It knocked out power. This isolated many places for days and days from normal rescue efforts and evacuation plans. Here in Greene County, the flooding destroyed the intake pump for the county’s primary water supply. We hope they will be able to bring in a temporary pump to bypass the damaged system, but that still may take a couple weeks. In the meantime, most people in the county have no clean water for drinking, washing hands, or bathing, and no water for sanitation.
I have taken care of people in the emergency department who had their homes literally washed away. Everything they own, other than the clothes on their back, has been lost. Many friends have had their homes almost destroyed by flooding and their houses are filled with mud and debris. And this is just in my immediate area. Other places around us have unfortunately been hit harder.
Why weren’t people prepared?
No one in the mountains of North Carolina or East Tennessee prepares for a hurricane. It’s kind of like asking why someone in Iowa doesn’t prepare for a tidal wave or why someone in Florida doesn’t prepare for a blizzard. It’s not what happens, like ever.
This was a combination of already rain-saturated ground before the hurricane hit, the hurricane/storm stalling over this region dumping unprecedented amounts of rainfall in a small area, and the geography of mountains channeling and concentrating all this water into the valleys below that created a perfect storm, so to speak, of conditions that caused this disaster. It couldn’t have been prevented or prepared for.
Please feel free to share this. Hopefully it answers some questions and provides a better understanding of what has happened and why it is so devastating.
Side note – nobody will ever convince me there wasn’t human intervention. Here is a link to a video on the subject.

Now why would they ever do such a thing as alter a storm? Might it be about money and power? Why have they kept trying to assassinate PDJT? “Trillions are at stake.”
As of yesterday – Tennessee/North Carolina border paths closed.
American bringing aid to Hurricane Helene victims said there are entire areas completely destroyed getting no help at all because there is no media coverage
“The people in Tennessee and that North Carolina border of Iron Mountain, they’re not getting the coverage that they need to have, and they have lost literally everything. Like, their mountains are gone. The trees pushed over, the valleys washed out. It is one of the most catastrophic events I have ever seen in the entirety of my life.”
“Well, what a f*cking day. This morning at 9 AM, I hopped in the truck, got on the road, swung by a donation center from one of my friends, Jeff, who owns a Baker Boy Pizza Company, collected those donations, plus the water I had in the truck, you know, several cases of that that we’re bringing down to the affected area.
I had one agenda today, and that was to deliver goods where needed and resources where needed and to take photos to document what we have seen and what has happened to the people of Appalachia. My main goal was to get into Asheville. I got into Asheville.
I started around Greenville, Tennessee, and then followed my way all the way down the river till I was able to push into Asheville. Newport, Greenville, Asheville, they’re getting a lot of media coverage, and there’s a lot of bad stuff that happened in those areas, but nothing prepared me for what I saw as I was traversing across Iron Mountain, trying to make it back into Tennessee.

If you guys will interact with this post and actually, like, share it, comment, and all that good stuff, — and I’m gonna share some static photos that I took today from the Iron Mountain region and all along the areas that I went to. But my main focus right now is getting the people of Iron Mountain attention and help. I dropped off a lot of water with them, and it was one of the most heartbreaking things I’ve ever seen in my life.”
Someone else talking about the lack of FEMA load requests.
It’s heartening to see communities coming together during this crisis, but it’s disheartening that federal agencies like FEMA may be hindering aid efforts. It’s crucial that local authorities and private initiatives maintain the flow of support to those in need. Effective communication is key, and technologies like satellite internet can play a vital role in ensuring that help reaches the affected areas without unnecessary interference.
“It’s crucial that local authorities …maintain the flow of support to those in need.”
It’s crucial that Sheriffs start making arrests of those hindering relief efforts and confiscating donations.
Fixed it for you.
FEMA is deployed by States. Each State has FEMA personnel. It is not just “US FEMA.” During 911, I was on a job assignment in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, an easy drive to SHANKSVILLE. I stayed in the brand new Sleep Inn with FEMA guys whose gear identified them as “FEMA Massachusetts.” I had breakfast with the MASS guys on their first morning responding to Shanksville incident.
All from private individuals and local Churches. the mockingbird
I testify to this being the absolute TRUTH in East Tennessee…even though the whores in the mockingbird media continue to pimp Red Cross, United Way, and allies of corporate fundraisers; it is PRIVATE CITIZENS and CHURCHES getting the job done. Remember this is the Biden-Harris FEMA, and he just called flood victims GARBAGE. Then you act surprised when they f*** everything up. Of course it is DELIBERATE.
