I’m not exactly sure what Acting Secret Service Director Ronald L Rowe Jr is talking about here, as he delivers remarks during an update on the assassination attempt investigation. However, he seems to imply the U.S. Intelligence Community is telling him to prepare for a “geopolitical event” that will require expansion of the Secret Service protection mission.

War is coming it sounds like, from what he’s saying.
War is 100% definitely coming. The massive uptick in early deaths caused by the clot shot and the obviously collapsing economy of the West require a distraction and a scapegoat. Plus, war is what removes all the strong patriotic men to die in a meat grinder so there is no internal opposition to the hardcore tyranny the globalists are planning. And the fog of war allows them to install the CBDC slavery system.

Climate change is not a “paradigm” because it is not a universally accepted explanation of mostly fraudulent data (regardless of what they say).
In science, (see Thomas Kuhn, Structures of Scientific Revolution) it might be Newtonian principles in physics, for biology maybe evolution and natural selection or chromosomal genetics and DNA, or something like psychoanalytic theory (Freud) or reinforcement principles (Skinner) in the social sciences. If someone talks about any of those issues other people generally understand where they are coming from and you don’t have to explain things.
A war, pandemic, financial collapse, it isn’t clear what major created catastrophe is planned for this election.
