President Trump is bringing a few additional resources to the final months of the 2024 campaign.
Former 2016 campaign manager Corey Lewandowski is returning to the 2024 campaign in an advisory capacity.
(Via Politico) – […] Lewandowski, who has remained an informal Trump adviser since his first campaign, is being brought on to advise the campaign’s senior leadership team, according to a person familiar with the move and granted anonymity to speak freely. He joins several other former Trump aides who will play similar roles.
Tim Murtaugh, who was the communications director on Trump’s 2020 campaign, will also be joining. So, too, will be Alex Pfeiffer and Alex Bruesewitz, who were top officials on the Trump-aligned MAGA Inc. super PAC. Bruesewitz is known for having a wide following on social media. POLITICO reported early this week that Taylor Budowich, who had been leading MAGA Inc., had left the super PAC to join the Trump campaign in a senior capacity.
“As we head into the home stretch of this election, we are continuing to add to our impressive campaign team,” Trump co-campaign managers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita said in a statement. “Corey Lewandowski, Taylor Budowich, Alex Pfeiffer, Alex Bruesewitz, and Tim Murtaugh are all veterans of prior Trump campaigns and their unmatched experience will help President Trump prosecute the case against Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, the most radical ticket in American history.” (read more)

I can’t recall the granular details, but, something along those lines. He liked to drink, was making aggressive, inappropriate advances at women on the staff, ended up cheating on his wife with a lady if I remember correctly. Translated in another way, what typically happens to a generic, married, Regional Company Sales Mgr who attends an industry trade show conference on the other side of the country from where he lives. Oh well, hoping he isn’t a liability for Trump.
Only Jason Miller outdid Corey in zipper problems. Miller cheated on his wife, got the mistress knocked up, then tried to hide the evidence by coercing her into aborting the baby. So many people of poor character in politics.
One of the accusations was debunked due to cameras catching the incident at Mar a Lago, I have no idea about the others, but zipper problems seem very common. There are so many lies that I need lots of evidence to be convinced anything is real, especially when people are as effective as Lewandowski.

I’m a very big supporter of Trump, but don’t understand why he’s had ANY election fraud deniers involved in his campaign.
At the very least, being oblivious to the obvious fraud indicates a serious lack of wisdom and discernment. At worst, it could indicate a person who’s ok with the fraud.
I agree. IMO denial of the 2020 fraud should be an automatic “no.” If someone has changed their stance on the existence of fraud, the evidence of that change in thinking must be identifiable in other actions, statements, associations, etc.

The Trump campaign has a good amount of cash. I believe they are already using it in swing states and online.
Regarding speeches used for persuading swing voters, that would necessitate coverage from the media in a semi-unbiased way. That has not been the case for years.
People are smart and adapting to the dearth of legitimate coverage. MSM will spin the most finely tuned, perfectly delivered speech into the unrecognizable.
I’ve been impressed that those in my sphere sympathetic to Biden who do not like how Harris was installed as the new candidate. She really is a trainwreck. More than a few are talking about staying home or voting RJK, Jr.
Again, those without the ability to see how their lives were better under DJT than they have been under Biden/Harris are probably too drunk on koolaid to persuade. They better not show up on my doorstep when it all turns to crapola because I won’t have food or shelter for them.

Exactly right. Our country is on the brink, and those who haven’t noticed have not been paying attention. As far as swing voters goes, well, I can’t find words for their denial of reality. I find myself wondering just how many regular commies live here, and how many are just plain out to lunch. The attendance and resp0nse at the DJT rallies is encouraging though. Even in my blue state, I’ve been hearing that some voters will be voting Republican for the first time in their lives. They’re sick of the crime, homelessness, bad economy, unemployment, unsafe communities, invasion by foreign nationals, wildfires in our forests (over 1,400,000 acres burned in our state of Oregon this year), and a failing education system.
Yes, we’ve heard it many times, but those rally attendees haven’t and everyone needs to hear that basic information. I once read that humans have to hear something several times for it to stick in their mind.
I keep listened because one never know what nugget will get tossed in the mix.

The Groypers are claiming that Lewandowski’s hire was the result of their campaign against LaCivita, Wiles, and Vance, but are refusing to back down and are still demanding that Trump drop them.
Meanwhile, individuals close to the Trump campaign such as Laura Loomer are denying that the Groypers had anything to do with the decision to rehire Lewandowski, and that Trump had been contemplating rehiring him since March.
I’ll go with believing Loomer on this one.

I like Corey. IMO, he is the real deal. And, yes, I am aware of the “bad” press he got during PDJT’s first term in multiple “issues.” That tells you the DS would prefer that Corey would be stopped in his tracks because he was doing TOO GOOD A JOB.
