Timing is everything.
There are no conspiracy theories, but there are no coincidences.
The Ian Carroll reveal about the Bank of America being the largest owner of BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard, and that it was orginally founded as the Banco de Italia America using Italian (cough cough) money, and the whole tie in to the Vatican Bank, is not, I would suggest, a pure coincidence of timing with the Buffett advance sell off of BAC and this tipping over of the Japanese apple cart, with the obvious cascading effects (think US banks, which are already deep into extend and pretend with the commercial real estate losses).
He’s very good, that one.
