The process is now clear, and the timeline was just announced; but there is a surprise.
The DNC will nominate and confirm Kamala Harris as the official Democrat nominee for President on Thursday.
Kamala Harris is the only candidate on the DNC party nomination ballot – her win is assured. However, unless something radically changes in the next 24 hours, not likely, there will be no vice-presidential nominee on the official DNC nomination ticket.
According to Politico Kamala Harris will announce her VP choice (selected by Obama/Holder) at a campaign event in Philadelphia next Tuesday [ SEE HERE] Philadelphia was the #1 most frequent destination for Biden visits throughout his term, and #1 location for previous democrat ballot fraud operations.

WASHINGTON – Kamala Harris will be the only candidate on the Democratic National Committee’s virtual roll call ballot for president, cementing her status as the party’s all-but-certain nominee.
Convention delegates will begin voting on Harris’ nomination on Thursday and finish by Aug. 5, according to a statement released by the DNC Tuesday night. The vice president secured support from 3,923 delegates to appear on the virtual ballot.
Harris’ expected nomination next week marks the end of a dramatic and condensed process that immediately elevated the vice president after President Joe Biden withdrew from the race on July 21. Less than 10 days later, Harris has cleared the field, and her name will be the only one placed in nomination.
Three other candidates filed with the DNC, but they failed to collect 300 delegate signatures necessary to gain access to the virtual ballot.
Harris, Biden’s chosen successor, benefited from the compressed timeline. Within 24 hours of announcing her own run, a cascade of Democratic officials, donors and activists backed her candidacy, and no serious candidates challenged her bid. The DNC’s push for a virtual roll call — aimed at avoiding a Republican-backed legal challenge for ballot access in Ohio — also helped speed up the process.
Automatic delegates — traditionally referred to as superdelegates — will vote on the first ballot, since Harris “has the verified support of a number of pledged delegates equal to or greater than a majority of all pledged and automatic delegates,” the statement said. (read more)

This process aligns with an interview that James Carville gave last Sunday. As much as people do not like the guy, me included, it is really something to listen to him tell the interviewer how the system within the private club of the DNC operates and the gleeful expressions Carville exclaims. If you look at Carville’s facial expression and body language, in response to the interviewer’s challenges to the nature of the process of selecting Harris, he appears fatigued, annoyed, frustrated, as if he wants to reject the criticisms made to the democrat party, but has a difficult time justifying the “selection” process.
Carville has no problem shading the truth, saying “People” “wanted a change,” Implying that alone was enough justification for appointing Harris to run as President instead of Joe Biden. Yes “people” wanted a change from Joe Biden, but the truth is, no one voted for Harris, so the DNC “appointed” a woman who didn’t run in a single Presidential primary and she goes from VP directly to being the winner of the entire democrat primary without a single vote from Americans.
The uncomfortable truth for Carville is exactly that: the democrat party is the party of totalitarianism, elitism, appointing Presidents with complete disregard for the electoral system in the US, thus is the party that wants to tear up the Constitution of the US.

AFTER the nomination, we need a case built which proves she did not “inherit” her citizenship from her parents. She was GRANTED citizenship by ill-advised and misunderstood practice of granting citizenship to children born on US soil to non-US citizens.
“Birthright” is a term meaning “rights inherited from parents” and most usually from the father. It NEVER meant “inherited from the state” or “inherited from the soil.” And specifically, the term Natural Born Citizen has always been based on the citizenship status of the father or the parents.
She is not eligible to be vice president and not eligible to be president. We need a SERIOUS case made brought to the SCOTUS for ruling. This is not a states elections case. This is a constitutional one. The notion of “standing” and all other SCOTUS weasel positions cannot apply. This is specifically about the US Constitution and how it is interpreted.
The conflation of Art. II “natural born citizen” with 14th Amend. “birthright” citizen is just another example of the mockingbird MSM taking advantage of, and promoting, the ignorance and gullibility of much of mainstream America. The Marbury opinion states that no words in the Constitution are extraneous. “Natural born” was deliberately inserted in Art. II in order to create a higher standard of scrutiny and greater degree of anticipated loyalty for the office Commander in Chief. Unfortunately too many of us are too busy just surviving to invest the time and energy necessary to become informed voters – and this syndrome is what the establishment depends on to preserve their power (both Parties). The fact that Congress never enjoys more than a low-teens approval rating, yet incumbents are re-elected ninety-plus percent of time, is proof positive of this.

Hoed on! There are a few states in which it is too late to put a new candidate on the state’s ballots. Their laws required the original candidate to die before he can be replaced. They missed the deadline. So, these states will probably just ignore their laws.

I think you are mis-interpreting the law. From what I’ve read, states require “recognized parties ” (mostly R and D but in some cases also Green or Libertarian) to submit the names of their electors and certified candidates by a certain date. The only question was as regards Ohio whose date was before the DNC. Only after the certified nominees have been accepted by a state’s election authority do the provisions for replacing candidates kick in.
At least the DNC did not use coin flips and high-card draws as they did in the 2016 Primaries to remove Bernie Sanders after Hillary miraculously won ALL the flips and card draws … or … reopen their primaries in 2020, when the DNC realized Sock Puppet JoeBama Biden did NOT have the required number of primary votes to be declared the nominee after ALL the candidates conceded … JoeBama was the only candidate on those extended primary ballots by the way.
