Illegal aliens do not need to vote (per se’), they only need to exist in a captured state database as physical persons. Their personage is then shifted to voter rolls, that then generate ballots.
Any state or federal system that links a physical identity to the secretary of state voter rolls is good. Any system, like the USPS postal change of address system, that would remove physical identities from the state voter rolls is not useful. The goal is to maximize the number of systems that generate registration, that eventually generates ballots.
Beyond the Driver’s License/State ID issue (motor-voter), it’s everything. Sign up for public assistance, get registered to vote. Sign up for state benefits, get registered to vote. Sign up for a state id, get registered to vote. Sign up for state college, get registered to vote. Sign up for a grant, get registered to vote. Sign up for unemployment, get registered to vote. Sign up for any state system and get registered to vote. Get married, change names, change addresses, etc, that’s how the voter rolls expand and that’s the origin of how the ballot printing database is assembled. From there the distribution of ballots transfers to logistics.
Just raw data within the logistics helps to frame what you are familiar with….
The logistics:
Approximately 500 ballots = a file box
500,000 ballots = 1,000 file boxes
Average semi-trailer = 1,600 boxes (22 to 24 pallets)
500,000 ballots = Approx 15 pallets holding 1,000 boxes.
You can see from the physical logistics of using extra ballots, a lot of paper and physical resources are needed. The logistics present a challenge. That’s the conversation.
If electronic voting is the process, then USB drives can be uploaded and deployed. If physical paper ballots are required, it is more challenging.
Downstream from this ballot creation process, that’s where you find the “ballot submission assistance” programs. This is where the local community networks, regional activist groups and widespread community organizers come into play. Instead of advertising or the previous electioneering systems around candidate promotion and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts, the majority of donations to the DNC are now used in the ballot assistance programs.
Collect ballots (harvesting), then combine them with the ballots assembled for scanning (Clyburn team) in the key districts.
The key districts, the destination for the pallets of extra ballots, are run by Democrats in regions dominated by Democrat residents. It is very uncomfortable for Republican poll watchers to operate there. This remains part of the problem.
In the 35 years that the RNC was not legally permitted to challenge voter fraud, the 1982 to 2017 New Jersey Consent Decree, the RNC lost all the mechanisms and institutional knowhow to organize election security measures.
The RNC has been slow to establish any institutional power thereafter. This problem within the RNC is still visible. Democrats are using this advantage with their ballot harvesting and scanning operations.

In my state, and from I’ve seen is generally the case, the State Party Executive Committee is made up of state-wide elected party officials and representatives from elected political officials. As such it is broadly representative of the rank and file, particularly those who actually work on party business. If they are “RINO controlled” it is because MAGA does not work at the rank and file level for the party. From what I see, MAGA like to complain about the Republican party but is unwilling to work in the party and understand how a party functions.

Just a bit of an aside that directly relates to this topic.
Was getting driver’s license renewed and was asked about voting and if I wanted a ballot.
I said yes.
Next question surprised me a bit though.
Do you want that mailed to you or do you want that emailed to you?
While that may seem innocuous, it struck me as quite odd.
Seeing as to how that pattern could go, email addresses can be used to receive ballots and these can be printed out, prefilled. They wouldn’t have to be transported even, just have them printed out at the counting site, conveniently, no logistics to worry about at all since everything is right there.

For federal elections, the 1986 Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act requires states to provide absentee ballots for covered persons. The Act was amended in 2010 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which included a sub-title Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act. Those amendments require electronic transmission as an option to hard-copy.
AFAIK, to to receive one of these ballots, you not only need an active registration, but also a valid absentee ballot request timely submitted.
Note that logistics requires that active registered voters be tied to precincts, as in most cases due to multiple races/ballot issues being provided on a single ballot each precinct has a unique design ballot. Further, since ballots are intended to be electronically tabulated, the physical design must conform to the requirements of the tabulation system being used. Typically municipal/county clerks are responsible for these designs and they are submitted for validation prior to distribution.
In my state the state primary is 10 Aug, so you don’t know who is on the general election ballot until the primary results are certified.

Wouldn’t anyone planning (conspiracy) or facilitating/directing others to participate in ballot/election fraud be committing fraud and be prosecuted for it, including people from South Carolina? The courts refused to hear these cases under two pretexts: Laches (have to report the fraud before or while it’s happening, not AFTER) and standing- somehow they will find standing as an issue for refusing to hear a case (a voter doesn’t have a standing, a third party doesn’t have a standing, etc)

Then consider at the Local Level in “Battleground” precincts, especially the smaller precincts how easy a House Congressional race can be flipped or Senate Race be flipped with votes dumped into a Democrat Urban Fortress of any state.
Further … with local elections drawing far LESS THAN a 20% voter turn out, smaller Municipal Elections and State Congressional Elections can be flipped with just a fraction of semi-trailer of Ballots.
Now consider that many of those “illegals” have been in the US over 7-Years … by hook or crook they are now considered LEGAL Citizens per current US Government and State Government actions (DACA, Green Cards issues at the border, SSN’s issued at the border, amnesty green cards, anchor babies born to illegals et al).

This is how Democrats have ‘won’ elections since the 1990s. Prior to electronic voting the best they could hope to do is to sway elections for the logistical reasons presented in this article. The sheer number of statistical anomalies in the 2020 election alone should have raised a large number of ‘red flags’ warning of massive fraud. Add in the video footage of boxes of hidden ballots being fed multiple times through tabulators, security of footage of trucks dropping of cases and cases of ballots days after the election, and photos and physical evidence of supposedly mailed-in ballots missing the creases associated with stuffing into an envelope and there can be no serious doubts that the last election was – at the very least – heavily influenced by fraud.
In this election cycle it became clear that the sheer amount of fraud to help Joe Biden ‘win’ was too great to seem plausible. The solution, bring in a different candidate who polls a little better so that the massive fraud would at least seem a little more plausible.
Add in the illegal alien invasion – 18 million just in Biden’s term, plus the 30-40 million already here – and you can see that, if they are not removed/deported, the next time Congressional apportionment is done (which counts ‘residents’ not ‘citizens’) the Democrats have positioned themselves to benefit greatly. Illegals are already voting in droves, so the next time Democrats take control they will immediately pass a mass amnesty and the American experiment in self-rule will be over.
