This is not great news. A major donor to President Trump’s campaign has switched to RFK Jr.
After having donated over $35M to Pres. Trump during and since his 2020 campaign, Timothy Mellon (part of the Mellon banking family) has now shifted and donated $20M to RFK Jr.’s PAC.
Do not brush off RFK Jr’s threat to PDJT. It is real enough to potentially siphon enough anti-Biden votes so as to prevent PDJT from winning 270 electoral votes in November.

Back of the mind question, are we seeing a divide in who these rich donors give to decided on whether their selected candidate is pro- or anti- Israel?
Wondering because saw today on someone’s twitter/x feed (sorry, can’t remember, think it was Laura Loomer but not sure) that huge donors are switching to PDJT because of his pro-Israel stance and that author commented these are large Jewish donors that normally donate to the Democrat side of things.
People are shifting their preferences as more political positioning hardens.
Too much concern over donors.
I recall that Hellary’s 2016 campaign had greatly outspent Trump’s, but she still got schlonged.
And rich donors’ too much concern for another country’s well-being and not their own.
The article did not mention Mellon’s reason(s) why he shifted his large donation from PDJT to RFK Jr.
As part of the banking cabal, Mellon must see more profits from the Democrat / Globalist plans than from PDJT’s policies to benefit Main Street rather than Wall Street. Mellon must have been turned off by Biden in particular which would explain his donating to Trump in the 2020 campaign and up to now. But RFK’s increasing poll numbers must give Mellon a better choice in his mind because he knows that RFK Jr will align with the vast majority of Leftwing / Globalist policies. This is all MHO. YMMV.

Looking over his history, he seems like an 81 y/o who plays many sides. He’s supported at times both hard left and hard right causes. He’s given millions to MAGA candidates as well as to the likes of RFK Jr.
Perhaps he’s just a retired 81 y/o with little to do and wants to see his name in the papers to make sure people are talking about him, and to know that he’s still above ground?

If the left’s version of things is to be believed, and I don’t, the Rosenbergs only saved the Soviets a bare minimum of time.

Information the Rosenbergs passed along stopped the Soviets from pursuing paths that would not work and that we had wasted precious months on during WWII. Besides which, the Rosenbergs did not know whether the information passed on would enable the Soviets to build an atomic bomb in 1 year or 10. It wasn’t for the lack of trying on the Rosenbergs’ behalf that determined how long it actually took.

According to videos on Military Summary channel, Ukraine destroyed a Russian strategic facility that detected the launch of nuclear weapons.
Since Ukraine has no concern about Russia using nuclear weapons against them, this was obviously a NATO target using Ukrainian hands with US/UK weapons, US/UK intelligence targeting and guidance systems. It is a serious escalation that nobody in the media is discussing.
And this is probably exactly why more and more people in the US/UK/NATO/EU are calling for allowing Ukraine to strike Russian territory. Victoria Nuland last week encouraged this policy on a television interview. Jens Stoltenberg also approves. The approval for Ukraine striking deep inside Russia will allow NATO to destroy Russian strategic defenses. I seriously doubt Russia will take kindly to such attacks.

Anyone who has read my posts knows that I do not agree with the U.S. financial and military support of the Ukraine in this conflict, but as far as international law, the Ukraine was invaded by Russia and in my opinion have the right to target any part of Russia in retaliation.
I do worry that these morons running the U.S. right now will do something stupid aiding the Ukraine and get us all in WWIII.
I do not agree with your supposition that Russia “invaded Ukraine”. Russia entered the Donbass region with their full cooperation and in answer to their pleas to the Russian legislature.
So your position is that Russia invaded Russia and not the Ukraine. And this helps international law and the current situation how?

I’m not sure of the exact wording of the 22nd Amendment but I could see nefarious actors suddenly saying DJT won the 2020 election reinstating him now, in mid 2024, and then using the 22nd Amendment to say he’s served two terms and therefore can’t run again.

I have always contended that the 22nd Amendment is unconstitutional. How can one body override the jurisdiction of another body of our government. The Congress had no constitutional right to term limit the head of the Executive branch.
I’m not sure how not conceding helps in my scenario. Maybe you could illustrate that difference to us all here now?

I assume Admiral Levine would have to present its birth certificate to prove it is 35 or older, as the Constitution requires in order to be President. The birth certificate will show what sex the attending doctor deemed the Admiral to be at its birth.
