They’re called “avatars”, and it’s relatively easy to get one. Since we used to be managed by WordPress…(we are now self-hosted, but we still use their open sourced software)….the following site works with all WordPress sites. This means that if you register to use it with us, you’ll also carry it to other WordPress-bases sites.

Just select a picture that isn’t too big….their downsized version will be relatively small/about 40x40pixels. You can enter several and perhaps keep them or change them out whenever you prefer. I have two others that are “seasonal”.
