Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

Morning Ya’ll 🙂
Mornin’ jay :-0
One of my very favorite “boogie woogie” songs… including the tale behind it all.
🙂
I know your right 🇺🇸😁🇺🇸
Good morning, Mr jay. Going back a lot of years with those. Why does it seem like yesterday… blessings as always, sir🤗
Maidin Mhaith Betsy 🇺🇸🙏🏻🇺🇸
So so beautiful. Thank you🤗😍
Good morning jay!
Another good morn, G…
Where is Leon? And his beautiful cat pictures?? 🙏🙏🙏
Howdy Gramps 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
When the cup is turned to wormwood, And the wormwood turns to gall; When your walking turns to stumbling, And the stumbling to a fall; When you’ve climbed above the mountains, Yet the Alps rise rough and tall; DON’T QUIT.
When the path ahead is crooked, And the road’s too rough to tread; When the best upon the table Is replaced by sorrow’s bread; When you’ve crossed some trobled waters, Yet a Marah’s just ahead; (Exodus 15;16) DON’T QUIT.
When the vultures have descended And disturbed your downy nest; When sweet fruit has changed to thistle, While the thorns disturb your rest; When a deep to deep is calling, And when failure seems your best; DON’T QUIT.
When the Lord has cleansed the table; Then He takes away the fat; And the best wine has been taken, Till you find an empty vat; When another fills the throne room Where once you proudly sat;
DON’T QUIT.
When your health is feeling sickly, And the medicine tastes bad; When your fellowship is lonely, And your happiness is sad; When your warmth is getting colder, And in clouds your sunshine’s clad; DON’T QUIT.
When you find your wins are losses, And that all your gains are lacks; When ill things never come alone, And your troubles run in packs; When your soul is bruised and battered From the Tempter’s fierce attacks; DON’T QUIT.
Be not weary in well doing, For due seasons bring the grain; He who on the Lord hath waited Shall never run in vain; The just man falleth seven times, Yet riseth up again; DON’T QUIT.
Just sayin’
Amen 🙏
These are the times that try man’s soul ✝️
Thanks Frank ❤️
And I’m glad you said it, dear Frank🙏
Good morning Frank, Cat, and Bet! Frank, that’s a good one to remember. No quitters here! Blessings y’all!
Good morning, G, on this truly autumnal day. Rain all day yesterday (yes!!!) and through the night, plus sudden uber strong winds which ripped the leaves from the trees for the 30 minutes it went on. You are right…no quitters here at all. 😘
Amen!
I’ve been praying for fresh oil and this devotional is helpful.

28 October 2022 Jerry Lee Lewis, the hard-driving rockabilly artist whose pounding boogie-woogie piano and bluesy, country-influenced vocals helped define the sound of rock ’n’ roll on hits like “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On” and “Great Balls of Fire,” and whose incendiary performing style expressed the essence of rock rebellion, died on Friday at his home in DeSoto County, Miss., south of Memphis. He was 87.
H/T sunnydaze
Jerry already has a stand-in ready to go in Deutschland.
Just for reference, this kid has 75 million views vs. Jerry’s top GBoF video @21 million.
I believe this video pops up first after the topic of JLL.
He is that good.
On the other hand, it’s also a song sung by enthusiastic, though often off-key, local bands on town squares in the summer. I’d just gotten my camera and started making videos to local thingies. Our town is the typical New England small town – main square surrounded by churches, creche at Christmas, band concerts in the summer. We can handle off-key.
Great Balls Of Fire – The Renaissances – 3 Sep 1995
Urls. Details!
Great Balls Of Fire – The Renaissances – 3 Sep 1995
Being the karaoke guy in town, tolerating off key and or not in time is kinda normal for me and most audiences.
If I step outside for a “smoke” well…….. no comment.
I’m just awestruck by anyone who can carry a melody or play an instrument. Sang choir but never learned to sight read. When I was transcribing Henry Livingston’s late 18th century music manuscript, I had to go to a music professor to learn how to correct incorrectly written songs. Traded teaching her how to use the program Mozart for transcription. But, oh, my envy over her two harpsichords!

Here’s another good one that I hadn’t heard before.
(and thanks for the H/T)
RIP Jerry.
I have to give a shout out to Dennis Quaid for doing a phenomenal job in the movie playing Jerry. If you have never seen and need a movie to watch its a good one.
Thx for the tip!
Wow. JLL had a most unusual keyboard style…. definitely was not classically trained…. but that never hurt his career.
Great song.
Probably during one of his “down” cycles, saw him at the Appleton WI VFW hall in 1970. Couldn’t have been more than 100 people there. He did the whole show, the feet on the piano, all the crazy stuff. The place went absolutely nuts. Women running up to the stage with their little Kodaks.

One more . . .
Lyle does a great job of singing a classic song by my friend John Townes Van Zant. We were good friends in the 60’s . . . he wrote many of these iconic songs before he became famous. I sometimes opened for him . . . to audiences of about 12 people . . . 🙂

Mornin’ jay :-0
What incredible memories! I love stories of memories like that. As many as you’d share, please.
And then there was the snake hunting adventure with Townes and my friend Dave. Trust me, levitation is entirely possible once you put your mind to it . . . 🙂
Love it!
Morning Garrison! Thanks for sharing. And I’ve seen our oldest son levitate after stepping next to a rattler in his flip flops. 😂
Mornin’ Gramps! One of the Child ballads i was told my great grandmother sang teaches about not “goin’ down to the snakey meader”. Lesson learned. 🙂
Good morning, Garrison. Lyle did your friend’s song very proud. I can either feel a song straight away, or I can’t (if that make sense). This one reached right down into me and grabbed hold. Not what I expected. Forcing a tear or two as well in this wet, dark morning. Just….perfect.😘
Me, too, but in the morning haze.
I had only heard this song by Don Williams and Emmy Lou. Lyle was wonderful.
Thank you, Garrison.
Took me by complete surprise, greenswampgirl. All the best ones do.
🙂
Mornin’ Bet. Townes was writing some of his best stuff during this time. His genius was in his ability to capture emotions in song. Have you seen the documentary “Heartworn Highways”? It was made about ’75 or so and has a great side story about Townes when he lived in the old Clarksville neighborhood in Austin. Definitely worth watching. I think some of the film is on Youtube.
Will look. Blown away by that one this morning for some reason. I have bookmarked it so I can go back and listen again💕
Bet, do you know about this company? This is where I get my made-in-Ireland flat caps.
https://celticclothing.com/product-tag/tweed-flat-caps/
No I didn’t know of them!! This is great! Thanks for the link. Wonderful. Thank you for remembering we are lovers of that type of headwear. Lovely!🤗
Wish I had my flat cap this morning. Nipper’s game started at 8:30, temperature in the mid-fifties but 14 mph North wind made it miserable. He and I went to warm up at the gun show going on this weekend in Fredericksburg, ate breakfast at one of the local Mexican restaurants and I handed him back to his mama. They’ll be doing stuff this weekend. We’ll meet tomorrow at my favorite almost 8 yo granddaughter’s birthday party. I’m taking it easy this afternoon, even managed a nap. Going to check on one of my feeders now. ❤️💜😘
Afternoon Garrison! D0 you drive a ’64 Austin Healy 3000 MK II convertible while wearing one of these caps?
Good, very early morning all.
I’m home safe and sound. Got in at about 17:30 yesterday.
Go out again at 10:00 on Monday for a 3 stop milk run in the Chicago area.
This is always a busy time of year for us salary drivers, not withstanding the fact that there are now 14 of us. Nestle’s shipping a lot for the Holidays and this new business for Toyota down in Kentucky.
This run I will be doing is a Vandalia terminal run which means Toyota and check sheets, and as usual we drivers out of the Anderson terminal have to pick up their slack. Never has the Vandalia terminal been able to carry it’s own weight since it opened. I know because I was one of three salary drivers back when it opened for business about 7 years ago. For six weeks or so I spent every other week at that terminal doing their runs when they first opened.
A big part of the reason they can’t keep drivers is that Toyota sets up the routes and their times are often unrealistic and they are regularly changing the routes. Drivers get tired of that and go to other companies where the money is easier because their route is not changing all the time.
My plan for today is to pickup a few things at the store and then grind leaves in the yard. About 1/2 the leaves are down now and it is a good time to lessen the load of the last mowing after they are all about down to finish mulching them up. They are the only fertilizer my yard gets. If the wind cooperates I will also burn off my fire ring today since it is full.
Niiiiice. 🙌🤟🙌
Wonder if the route and schedulers have ever driven, or are they men in suits looking at their screens.
Have a great weekend, rah.
They are kids sitting behind computers which have a program that does the calculations. The program in calculating times, makes no allowances for traffic, construction, weather, or delays at shippers or receivers.
Probably played so many video games, they don’t realize there is a real world out there that doesn’t comport to fantasy visions. No lateral thinking.
Enjoy being home.
I will. Thank you!
Dinner tonight will be BBQ Chicken breasts done on the grill. I like Montgomery Inn small batch sauce. Not so sweet as most others. The breasts without sauce will be put on the top rack of the grill to start off. Below on the bottom will be two small cast iron smoker boxes with damp hickory chips.
I put the meat on when the chips in smoker boxes start smoking real good. Once the chips are done smoking or the breasts reach a certain stage of doneness, I start moping with the BBQ sauce. If you start moping at first or marinate them in the sauce, you get less flavor from the smoke because the sauce blocks the smoke from getting to the meat. Shortly before taking them off I move them to the bottom to get the grill marks and set the sauce. Extra sauce, warmed on the grill a bit at the end, will be served with the breasts.
Sides will be chicken Stove Top stuffing and another batch of homemade coleslaw. This grilling will be accomplished while the chef consumes at least a couple short Jack & non-cokes.
Won’t be long until my grilling days will be cut down considerably once winter weather sets in, so I’m making hay while the sun shines!
Picking up sticks/branches today, century old Pecan trees, then mowing the turf low, leaf fall should begin soon. Will be ready to mulch them, riding..riding…riding…
Winds already gusting, odd so early in the day.
Same, ‘this is the only fertilizer’, for my ‘Tara Turf’. Mix of what was here, what the wind blows in, and some pretty clovers found for-sale at seed store, adding to clovers already here.
Heads-up about these simple mixed lawns, ‘Tara Turf’, they can increase crop yields by 80%, with all the extra pollinators attracted.
Clovers rich in pollinator food, also soil enrichment.
Foraging in Tara Turf will add a lot of taste & health to your cooking !!

Garden & Be Well…………………
In the midst of our day long rain yesterday, sudden fierce winds from nowhere, as if the switch for them was turned on. Brought colder temps with it, dropped them, then the switch was turned off suddenly. Unusual for us.
Always have to police the yard for sticks/deadfall before mowing.
The widow lady, Phillis, that lived to the south of me took a fall and broke her hip. Phillis is 98, and thankfully the break did not go through the pelvic girdle. But it did require surgery. She is now in a rehab facility and we all doubt that she is going to be able to come home again and will probably have to live out the rest of her days in an assisted living facility.
We all knew that the only way her family would get her out of that house was when she was carried out the door feet first. Well, she was by the Ambulance EMTs. I know she would Love nothing more than to get back to her home that She and her late husband, Hank, built, but I don’t think that coming back is in the cards for her. Sweet, wonderful Lady, and I hope she beats the odds and recovers enough that she can come back and spend the rest of her days here.
Steve and Betty and Sherry and I have never minded mowing and taking out the trash and doing whatever chores she needs to keep the place up.
Rah, my dad lived alone as a widower for years. Eventually he went to live at an assisted living facility, and he made this choice himself. I visited frequently, and this may have kept his care on a higher level.
My point is that he made a few very good, very dear friends in those years. He would not otherwise have met these people who became so close and so dear.
They would always sit at the same table for supper. They would be, at turns, silly and comical, and then ask questions of a very serious nature about God, death, etc.
There could be a similar blessing waiting for your neighbor.
Very similar to my Mom’s experience. A big ingredient was my sister being there every day.
I certainly hope so. On a more selfish note; I’m afraid that her family is going to sell it and what I am going to end up with a neighbor to the south.
When making decisions about a loved one people need to soul search and question if the decisions they are making are best for the person or if they are making their decisions on what they think is best for themselves.
My daughter-in-law’s mother is in intensive care on life support. My daughter-in-law has been an ICU nurse for years. She knows the signs. She says her mother has the “death rattle” even on a ventilator. She is telling her siblings it is time to let their mother go. But one of her siblings is a nurse practitioner and does not agree.
And that is where things stand now. God bless them all. But it seems to me that someone needs to quit being selfish and do the right thing and let Mom go.
A few years after Grandpa died Grandma and Great Aunt Pearl went to live in Odd Fellows home. They were both in their 90s, both had lost a leg and both were in wheel chairs. They bought one pair of socks, usually wild animal print, and shared the one pair. They also used their wheel chairs to chase old gentlemen up and down the halls. Pearl played piano and Grandma the saw. They were pretty good at strip poker. Descendents of Injun Joe Studebaker. Grandma got pnemonia one day and was gone. They had a lot of fun no matter where they were.
One reason Grandma decided to go to the home was a late night breakin. She was wakened by loud rattleing of her front door. After front door tried each window tried. She got up and opened window next her bed and stood to the side with crutch raised over her head. When a head came through that window, Grandma smashed it with the crutch and called for an ambulance. Guy was out cold. Grandma shook up. She was 92 at the time.
The guy was lucky Grandma didn’t use a shotgun.
yep. It was in the kitchen and she couldn’t get to it fast enough. always loaded though and not bird shot either. big heavy wooden crutch did the job.
For all you guys and gals out there. Not an Einstein question, but interesting all the same…
“What is something every ” junk drawer” must have in order to be considered a proper “junk drawer”?
Talk amongst yourselves😉
A “church key”.
Yes!! If I can’t find what I need and know I have in a place where it SHOULD be, I go to the “junk” drawer where I usually find it, often wondering how on earth it got there.😉
Twist ties, Krazy glue, retractable tape measure, and scissors.
Yep…in ours as well. I seem to find all sorts of different types of loose screws and charging cords, to what I have no idea…daren’t throw them out.

Wasband & I had best big black cat ever. Gone decades, we text each other pics of ‘Poot’ sightings.
This one, PERFECT. Already sent.
Poot would wake us up, standing on dresser, pushing things off, one-by-one. If we did not get up, once all pushed off, Poot raised up on his gorgeous muscular haunches, one forepaw on wall, the other slid behind the mirror hanging on the wall. Boom, mirror rocking front to back and side to side…………..We Got UP.
MISS HIM.
The world is provably NOT flat
If it were, cats would have pushed everything off the edge by now
A can of tuna always works for me. They can’t resist!
The first cat we had in Wales was one my husband found at the coach company he worked for as a mechanic, alternating with driving tours of Britain for a major firm (which is how we met…I was one of the tourists on his coach).
He was doing some maintenance that day and out crawled a teenage kitty, black and white, long hair, all covered in diesel. A friendly little thing, he rode home on my husband’s shoulders. We named him Decker because he crawled out from under one of the double decker buses.
He was our first, but certainly not our last. We added many more over the years. But we loved him first. Losing him at the end of his well cared for life left a hole that is only partially filled in. We have lots of holes like that. Still miss them all.
Lovely video, Garrison. That little fellow’s rescuer had the patience of Job in waiting for just the right moment. What a good heart. And St Francis is smiling😍

Funny Q&A from the Quora website
What do British keep for self defense? In Eastern Europe, it’s an axe. In Cuba and Puerto Rico, a machete. In America, a gun or baseball bat. In Africa, a heavy chopping blade called a panga. In India, a piece of rebar. What’s Britain? Cricket bat?
The British don’t need to keep a specific thing for self-defence, because we are savage enough to be able to weaponise anything we can grab. Did you miss the part where an armed terrorist was taken down by three guys wielding a narwhal horn, a fire extinguisher and a small plastic chair?
They also wanted to ban GLASS mugs… pints…. and such (bar patrons only I assume) as they are much too dangerous “grabs”.
Loved the narwhal horn one and I do think watched the video of it…. ah yes:
wonderful
thx for digging out those video clips, Wand

And he and his blood sucking attorneys are still dragging Mark Steyn through the courts for Mark’s audacity in calling his already debunked hockey stick theory out for what it is…bunkum. I’ve lost track of the number of years it has been going on…about 11 and counting in the corrupt DC courts, I think. Mark, on the other hand, could tell you precisely right down to the minute. Thus his definition of (in)justice in these United States today…
“The process is the punishment.”
Yea, but unlike the malicious suite he brought against recently deceased Tim Ball in Canada, and lost, he can’t run away and refuse to pay the court costs and any punitive damages that will be rewarded when Mark wins.
Mikey and those that believe his tree ring BS are so stupid they don’t realize that the amount of precipitation received in a year is a far greater factor in the formation of tree rings than temperature.
Every single case brought by Mann has been lost, including the one against National Review for saying the exact same thing Mark said. Every single one.
As far as I know, Mark’s is the only one left to be ruled on. This is all about pique, ego, and vindictiveness. He’s a miserable so and so, a little, petty man who wants more than a pound of flesh. This should have been settled long ago, but it is in the corrupt DC courts. Reminds me of Dickens’ Jarndyce vs Jarndyce, which ran for years and years until all the money argued over was eaten up in court costs…which makes think is the only purpose.

Substitution
He hath made Him to be sin for us,…that we might be made the righteousness of God.… —2 Corinthians 5:21
The modern view of the death of Jesus is that He died for our sins out of sympathy. The New Testament view is that He bore our sin not by sympathy, but by identification. He was made to be sin. Our sins are removed because of the death of Jesus, and the explanation of His death is His obedience to His Father, not His sympathy with us. We are acceptable with God not because we have obeyed, or because we have promised to give up things, but because of the death of Christ, and in no other way. We say that Jesus Christ came to reveal the Fatherhood of God, the loving-kindness of God; the New Testament says He came to bear away the sin of the world (RV mg). The revelation of His Father is to those to whom He has been introduced as Saviour: Jesus Christ never spoke of Himself to the world as one Who revealed the Father, but as a stumbling block (see John 15:22-24). John 14:9 was spoken to His disciples.
That Christ died for me, therefore I go scot free, is never taught in the New Testament. What is taught in the New Testament is that “He died for all” (not — He died my death), and that by identification with His death I can be freed from sin, and have imparted to me His very righteousness. The substitution taught in the New Testament is twofold: “He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” It is not Christ for me unless I am determined to have Christ formed in me.

PLEASE PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ.
AMEN.

Good morning Admin, I have an error in my posts in the choice of email addresses. Pardon me.
This AM’s Boston Herald who have been trying to get Kerry’s payroll since Brandon took office:
John Kerry considering fleeing Biden administration, escaping GOP scrutiny
Jet-setting climate czar John Kerry is reportedly thinking of fleeing the Biden administration just before a potential GOP takeover of Congress, escaping likely scrutiny into his payroll and globetrotting ways.
Kerry, former Massachusetts Democratic senator and Secretary of State, can see which way the headwinds are blowing on Election Day, and it’s not good for him.
Does he really need to be repeatedly hauled before the Republican-controlled Senate to justify his job, his jet, his staff and his carbon-emitting world travels?
Kerry has arrogantly refused to release even his climate czar payroll to the Herald….
Here we go…from the Daily Mail

To Betsy Jones and other treepers who know about events in places like England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. I just read this fascinating piece by Anna Von Reitz: http://annavonreitz.com/somethingintheair2.pdf
She is discussing Elizabeth II successor.
I confess complete iggorance of the subject and would love your reactions to what Anna wrote
IMHO if true it would be a game changer on the world drama played out before our very eyes.
Good morning, ms Idaho. Thank you! Will read and get back to you.😘
Shoot…my Kindle won’t let me download…tried. multiple times. Is it possible to give me the short gist?
Betsy – try this: https://mainerepublicemailreport.com/
scroll down to ‘something is in the air’.
it is long (4 pages) and full of things i do not understand – so summarizing it would likely be wrong on my part
what I was able to understand is that she (Elizabeth II) did not want her son Charles to be her successor. Anna also opines that we will know in the not too distant future how she ‘arranged’ the future king – Charles of Scotland.
if you can read it I am sure you will not only understand it, but understand what, how and why it (IS?) happening.
Betsy – then there is this from Dianne Marshall: https://diannemarshallreport.com/king-charles-vows-to-usher-in-the-great-reset-with-schwab/
Lots of posters here and there are not happy that (son) Charles is a devotee of Klaus Schwab and the globalists
Going to click on the links.
But stopping to tell you, I’m not happy either, nor my husband. Charles has long been a devotee of climate lunatics, so it would naturally follow he would cozy up to Schwab,an unnatural alliance.
I saw a story in the Daily Mail today, which confirms that the WEF installed PM Sunak has agreed with the previous short term PM Truss that Charles will not be able to attend a Climate Summit next week.
And yes…they can forbid him to go. It’s too political for him to do so. It will upset him no doubt, but too bad. What he could do as Prince of Wales is off limits to him as King. Good!
Now I am off to read your links…as General MacArthur said, “I shall return.”
yes, i have read all of that too.
the one liner i saw that twicked my brain – saw it only one time – there are plans being made for Charles’ funeral – casket and all.
leaves me wondering…
Don’t wonder, ms Idaho.
The plans for when the Queen died were put into place decades ago, long before she passed. She even had a hand in a lot of the decisions. Every single detail was attended to. And she was much younger than Charles is today.
It sounds ominous, but isn’t.
Ok…still couldn’t get into “something’s in the air” as it is a PDF download, but I was able to read the other link.
Here is what I’m reading now into it.
First, contrary to how people think they understand Charles’ role as King, he has no power… NONE…to implement policy.
He can make his views known to those in government, as I am positive he will. But otherwise he is a figurehead and therefore without any ability to himself put his ideas and desires into practice. That’s a constitutional issue.
Second…and this is key…
The new PM Rishi Sunak, is a hard-core globalist and climate “change” enthusiast and devotee of Klaus Schwab. Sunak is Schwab’s chosen acolyte.
Sunak is an ex Goldman Saks man, a banker part of the bankster elite. The ex PM Truss declared that Britain would return to fracking, which Johnson banned. Sunak has now reversed her edict. He is of like mind with Charles. The pair of them are cut from the same WEF cloth.
So I fully expect that he and Charles will have many meetings in order to impose on Britain Schwab’s malevolent, satanic agenda. This is why I have no hope that Britain will survive this coup which saw Sunak achieve power on behalf of the WEF, via the WEF and international banking cartel
We are horrified by it. Should, in an election, the Tories be defeated, life under Labour and their dimwitted leader Sir Keith Starmer, will be even worse. And at this point the Tories are so far down in the polls that if an election were held today, Labour would have (it is estimated) a 372 seat majority. This would wipe out the Tories as a party. Completely.
Which is why Sunak will not call for an election. It is within his power to do so at any time during the remainder of what was Boris Johnson’s 5 year term (about 2 more years to go). But knowing what would happen to the Tories should he do so, he will not.
So in conclusion…while Charles has no overt power to treasonously hand Britons over to the WEF, in effect it doesn’t matter…because Britain was handed over lock, stock, and barrel the day Sunak was sworn in.
Hoping that makes sense. It is complicated.
Thank you. Your comments do not directly answer the pdf post, but they are really more apt.
without knowing much, i kinda liked Truss. i sighed when she was obviously sandbagged.
also, i did think that the monarchy had no real power any more, but the two likeminded ‘leaders’ will override the will of the citizens – i assume they cannot stop what is headed their way?
people worked so hard for brexit – now that too may be reversed?
Brexit has never been finalized. Some little niggle about the”Peace Process” in Northern Island, which is, of course, a part of the United Kingdom, which most Americans do not understand.
I’ve come to believe that kitten niggle is being used as a spanner in the works so that Brexit cannot be.completed…just waiting for the WEF to install their preferred man as PM…which they now have done. A stalling tactic, in other words.
Truss’s heart was in the right place, but she’s not particularly bright. A Margaret Thatcher/Kari Lake she is not. Had she been, I think she’d still be there.
Oh well…the barn door has been ripped off its hinges. All the horses are gone, and they’re not coming back.
And you are right…only a mass uprising has the potential to stop what has arrived and will get worse. It may happen, but if it does, Britain will be torn apart. So far, we don’t see that the populace has yet full appreciated what has and is happening…though from comments I’ve seen elsewhere, Britons are furious a PM has been installed with a chance to affirm it. Furious. Sunak is not popular…at all.
Little niggle…not kitten!
my brain is still on Anna’s post. She seems to think there is something to who will be / or is the Queen’s successor
FTA
Even Native Heirs of Britannia don’t realize that under the terms of the formation of Great Britain, any one of the four (4) kings — England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales — can serve as the King of Great Britain in a pinch. This would adequately explain the otherwise completely inexplicable recent swearing-in ceremony of the members of the Parliament and Judiciary, wherein they all swore allegiance to “King Charles”, not “King Charles, the Third”. Astonished commentators, including myself, gave side-long glances and knew, absolutely, that something is afoot. Top British Barristers could never and would never make such an omission, and neither would the seasoned members of the Queen’s Government. I would sooner bet on Mount Everest falling down, than consider that swearing-in ceremony anything but deliberate and precise.
***
I assume this does not alter your opinion?
No, it doesn’t. Interesting though.
May 26, 2023 is the date set for his coronation. I expect that to go ahead. Preparations for a coronation which will be scaled down from his mother’s all those years ago are well in hand and in progress, as you can imagine.
I think as well that iff they were to use the ” III”, then it wouldn’t be King Charles the Third…it would be styled simply Charles the Third. Only guessing here.
64 dollar question: Is ANY WEF installed leader/ PM/ puppet popular?
Seems like the population in the EU is protesting en masse – reports say in large numbers and in lots of cities
For some reason they do not seem happy facing a winter with no heat and no food – why do you suppose they feel that way? / x
Short answer to that question… No..or more accurately…NO! Apparently, especially in German, it never occurred to the populace their leaders don’t give a tinker’s damn about them. It’s all about Green ideology and “saving the earth”…humanity though? Not so much. Britons, I regret to say, haven’t realized it yet. But they will.
“Something in the Air” by Anna Von Reitz is posted on this website (linked from her own website http://www.annavonreitz.com/):
http://www.paulstramer.net/
Note: It is important (and a bit hair-raising) to watch the 18 minute video of certain events at the opening of the 2022 Commonwealth Games) that is hot-linked in her article about 2/3 of the way down. Listen carefully to the comments made in that video, which is an excerpt from Janie DuVall’s interview with Tim Cohen on the identity of the Antichrist.
thank you for the updated better link – scroll down for ‘Something in the Air’
I’d like to know the source for the Queen saying that Charles would not be her successor. To my ear, I’d say something is amiss there.
thank you for your response. as i said, i have no way to put that in perspective.
still, i was surprised – each of the countries has its own king?
Thank you, GB!! I will view with interest.
👍
GB, I’ve seen that! Quite a while back, and in fact I posted on the other Open Thread about it right after. It raised my hair then, and seeing it once more, once again. I might add those who commented on my post couldn’t see what I saw… such as “nothing to see here, move along.” Nevertheless, it bothered me for some considerable time.
Toeing the line.
Jump School, Ft. Benning. First thing every morning stand for inspection on a gravel pad with painted cables stretched across the surface marking the lines.
Every morning the sound of dog tags clinking on that gravel as those that had been gigged did their pushups.
We had weekends off. Monday starting the second week, Tower Week, a kid in the rank in front of me had a bandage on his shoulders. The black hats knew what it was and made him take it off to show what was under it.
It was a new tattoo that said “Airborne Ranger”. That kid wasn’t even through jump school yet and he would never finish.
Five minutes of Black hats running him through grass and guerilla drills screaming at the top of their lungs calling him and his family every name in the book and he quit.
It was all I could do to stand there at parade rest and not even smile as that happened because to show any emotion would mean I would be doing pushups and not be able to watch as that foolish kid got what was coming to him.
Now THAT is toeing the line.
A note to Betsy Jones and treepers who know about England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
I confess to complete iggorance, but just read this fascinating piece by Anna Von Reitz: http://annavonreitz.com/somethingintheair2.pdf
It’s about Elizabeth II’s successor
If true, IMHO, this is a game changer on the world worries we are witnessing today – maybe?
please excuse the double post
INDULGE your love of chocolates on Caturday!

The world is a cat playing with Australia. Happy National Cat day!
Hello all,
Working today. Just someone in charge to keep the seat warm and wrangle the drivers on the road today. Easy duty, I’m planning on watching a movie on my tablet later.
But the cats, the cats! I want to stand on the rooftop and shout out to the world how amazingly cool it is to have 2 cats in the household, made even better by the fact that they’re both little black pint-sized panthers.
When I brought home little Libby a few months ago, she was so skinny it was pitiful. But I’m happy to report that she’s put on some pounds and filled out nicely. So much so that now they’re both on diet food, and I think she’s now bigger than C.J.!
And it fills me with unspeakable joy to know that she never again has to live the feral life, eating out of dumpsters, always afraid, and ever alert for predators. I feel privileged to be the one she selected to take her out of that miserable life and give her a warm and happy home.
Well, mostly happy, except for that darn C.J. No, I kid. Even though the 2 cats aren’t exactly friends, they do play together now. However, it’s a little one-sided because C.J. is always the aggressor, and sometimes the instigator. But it’s massively entertaining to watch the herd come thundering through at top speed and disappear into the other room, and a few seconds later here they come again in the opposite direction, and ascend to the very top of the cat tree in what seems to be a single bound. Anti-gravity felines.
Here’s something funny. Having these two black cats is a little like having twins. For a while it was hard to tell them apart from a distance, and I had to bend down and see the white star on C.J.’s chest to make sure it was her.
But we continue to grow together, and I hope that one day soon I will be rewarded with the ultimate prize, and that is seeing those two sleeping or cuddling together. When that happens I will know that I have at last reached Nirvana and will have no need to look any farther.
Best wishes to all you wonderful Treepers.
Jeff!!!Were you reading my mind? Thinking of you over the past few weeks, wondering how things were going.
But particularly today and yesterday, as Leon who has faithfully posted cats every day has been missing for a couple. When someone whom we see every day suddenly and without explanation disappears (Levi and now Leon), we worry.
But here you are with your most joyous update! Thank you🤗
Oops! Posted too soon…more….
So it sounds as if things have taken a day to day armistice situation. I know exactly how you feel, recognizing that you were essentially Libby’s saviour. It is such a wonderful feeling. And I feel it with you. Simply wonderful. You have such a big heart. Good to know she is filling out, but with loving care, I am not surprised. Don’t leave us so long without another update. We love hearing about this little one’s journey. And CJ’s continued tolerance of this bless-ed tiny interloper. Every day seems as if it witnesses progress. Excellent. Blessings to all three of you. 😘Bet
Dr, sounds like the interloper is not so tiny anymore. 😂😘
Hi, Betsy! Always a delight to hear from you, and to know that you enjoy my stories about the two “moggies.” 🙂
The best part of the day is morning coffee when everything is still and quiet and first one, then the other, will take turns coming to sit in my lap and share a purr session, with some good ear-scritchin’ thrown in for free.
C.J. likes a firm hand; she head bumps me so hard I call it “pushing her face in.” Libby is still a little sensitive and shy around her face, she prefers a lighter touch. But she does love a good belly rub, which C.J. can’t take. It tickles! And then the kicking and biting begins.
And usually after these sessions, it’s “chase me” time. C.J. will get “zoomie eyed” and the tail starts whipping. Libby, watching this, will get drawn in, and the trap is sprung! Zoom, they’re off and running.
Jeff, thanks for the update. Black kitties are the best.
That they are, Grandpa, that they indeed are.
This is a great read. Always interesting to know what the CIA deem important.

So I get to this part “Solar towers are proposed for
Rajasthan, in India, and rural Victoria, in Australia.
At a cost of around $600 million, the Mildura tower in Victoria
is estimated to generate 200 megawatts of electricity, enough to
supply 200,000 households. Projected to start construction in 2003
and to be completed in 2006”
And I Google it
“The Mildura Solar Concentrator Power Station was a proposed 100 megawatts (130,000 hp) concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) solar PV system to be built at Carwarp, near Mildura, Victoria, Australia.[1] It was proposed by Solar Systems in 2006,[2] which was acquired by Silex Systems in 2010. A 1.5 MW demonstration plant was completed in April 2013. Construction of the larger facility was expected to commence in 2014 and be completed in 2017.[3][4] However, the expansion plan was abandoned in August 2014 due to a number of factors, including low wholesale electricity prices, a lack of commitment to clean energy by the Australian government and uncertainty surrounding the Renewable Energy Target”
If Oz is so keen on the green. Why did it stop?
“At a cost of around $600 million, the Mildura tower in Victoria is estimated to generate 200 megawatts of electricity, enough to supply 200,000 households.”
That equates to $3,0o0 per household. That is actually a good price if it is true. But estimates are usually wildly optimistic and rarely hold over the duration of the project. That the project was cancelled was likely because better engineers took a closer look at the project and found that it wouldn’t come close to meeting those estimates.
A lot of money to fail!
I got “access denied”
Amen.

Hi Sundance
What’s your view on the lefty Australian government immediate attack on reversing Trumps decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel endorsed by the conservative government and now deciding to repatriate several IS wives who went to support their partners on their Jihad to terrorise and oppress innocent people.?? Australia is so far to the left it’s once upon a time 70% catholic and 90% Christian population is now 40%.
Australia is now ruled by the left labour and there is a surge of the woke climate change teal members are winning conservative seats.
Their families have fought hard to bring them home. I wonder if yazidi women will give evidence of those who participated in humanity crimes. I believe some of them were estatic believing this was it this was the rising of caliphate in the end times and they would be successfully, some of them were submissive, the children are innocent.
But just goes to show The left and the media constantly attack Trump and project about the Jan 6 capital riots and also portray the Christians as intolerant for trying to organise a coup( in reality Trump won) that we are delusional. But IS members get sympathy . The family doesn’t want to pay to support them. It seems each of them will cost the government several millions of dollars. The gov taxes us like hell. We don’t get to go for holidays or eat out like our American friends but bringing them home is another thing and giving them handouts and tax payers hard earned cash is another thing. Would like to know where Christ teaching of not judging, forgiving fits in with this. I like the Jewish professor from Harvard testimony part 2 30 mins mark on his analysis of Islam. It fits in with a sign of hope grom Charlie Johnston on Islam.
✝️ Lord, thank You for the day. Amen.
