Effective Sept 16th Florida Will Fine Any Organization or Business That Attempts to Discriminate Based on Vaccine Status, $5,000 Per Incident

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is in the crosshairs of every leftist organization in the country.

The laser-like focus of the Florida legislature and executive branch toward the protection of individual liberty is really making the collectivist activist groups apoplectic.

Meanwhile, the value of real estate in the Sunshine State is skyrocketing; and jumpin’ ju-ju bones, the economy is on fire with freedom.

Now comes this…  TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Florida will start issuing $5,000 fines to businesses, schools, and government agencies that require people to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination.

Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill earlier this year that banned vaccine passports.  The fines will start on Sept. 16 if people are asked to show proof of a vaccine. Violators will have the chance to appeal but, once the fine is finalized, they will have 30 days to pay. (read more)

FL needs to get rid of their vote flipping machines though before 2022.

He and anyone like him, nationwide, is clear target for off the scale election and voting fraud in 2022.

You could have 90% approval rate in 2022, it won’t matter, its just a vote flip setting on these corrupt ‘networked’ machines.

There are trillions at stake and the ground swell in favor of MAGA coming in 2022 is larger than it was in 2020. But it won’t matter if machines are used to ‘count’ the vote.

ID checked, double blind hand counted paper ballots at the Precinct level.

After that its simple Precinct by Precinct certification of what is posted on the public web site along with scans of the ballots and tally sheets posted for download.

Two groups of two counters at each Precinct (500-1000 reg. voters) could hammer out the results no later than one day after election day (should be national holiday as well). Ideally every Precinct reports the final results on the same day and hour ‘nationwide’. Thus no forewarning on how much ‘additional’ voter fraud the blue Precincts need to pull off.

While we still have corrupt Precincts in 2022 and beyond, by clearing out as many RINOs and RATs as we can in 2022, we can begin the process of liberating the voters in those corrupt districts as well.

Any other approach is fraud by definition.

The problem is the people don’t know who the RINOs are. People like Dan Crenshaw is a two-faced SOB. The people don’t think their guy is a RINO.

When I voted in 2020, I had to show both a photo ID and my state-issued voter’s ID card and then sign a digital legal affidavit saying I was who I said I was. Then I was given a PAPER ballot and directed to booths with black marking pens to mark my choices.

I’ve never used a computer to vote.

OK – don’t throw hate my way – please just throw facts my way! Methinks something fishy is going on in Florida! I posted a few days ago about the suspicious deaths and severed covid cases amongst the “vaccine-hesitant” community, in particular conservative hosts and outspoken advocates of free-choice and medical autonomy.

That said, I have been following the case numbers and death number provided by the CDC in Florida and they appear to be “through the roof.” Not only are the cases higher than ever, the deaths are higher than ever! I also did the math and while the death rate (from the data given) has dropped to about an overall of .5%, the death rate in Florida seems to be closer to 1.5%. Now – I realize Florida has an older population – but so does Arizona and they aren’t seeing that death rate. Also, Florida is not particularly “behind” on vaccinations. They are actually well over 50% being fully vaxxed and almost 65% having at least one dose. So what gives? I smell a rat because either the data is off (wouldn’t surprise me) or someone is systematically killing these people. Any insight from my Florida friends? I know Sundance is from there, so I’d love some feedback. TIA

Logic tells me the MSM would be working triple overtime to make Gov DeSantis look as bad as possible. If you look at the page that Sundance linked to for this blog, an NBC affiliate, it is nothing but hysterical stories about Covid 19.
One has, according to the CDC, a TEACHER INFECTED HALF HER CLASS WITH COVID!!!
Another has a mid thirties married father drop dead almost immediately from Covid!!! If he was vaccinated within 14 days he is supposed to be listed as “unvaccinated” for the government’s purposes. So … was he defacto vaccinated or 57 states/35 genders “unvaccinated???
The only thing missing from this NBC trash is a story about Elvis getting Covid from Martians with the help of the Trump Administration.

Bioweapon built to be a weak solo weapon, but with Combining power ( 2 people weakly shedding equals more threat, now make it 5 people shedding combining it into a large cloud of threat; again now make it 20 people etc)

The weapon was designed to make all people alone NOTHING, but when people get near THE NUMBER OF SHED THREATS COMBINE and attack humans near until it overwhelms someone.

Joe Rogan single handedly has ended the covid hoax.

He is a messenger for the directed messages to be given to us, however, he recently caught covid and his life came before the message ( hint for how to reach people).

The millions that we’re under his influence, now got a thought vaccine, antidote to propaganda.

They saw Joe save himself with the everything possible approach, because he felt his life was worth it.

No going forward from this. His cut was to deep to the messaging machine.

His approach with all doctors now is to ask them have they considered…. And he names different things. Then he pulls up CDC guidance supporting his thoughts ( like 5% dying of covid only of the 600,000; the rest had an average of 4+ co-morbitites. The doctor responds I wasn’t aware of that ( after talking as if they were aware of everything and we’re the authority)

It is shocking how bimbofied our medical professionals have become.

Every single employer that “requires” experimental vaccines is also REQUIRED to offer an EXEMPTION. This is where we put on our big boy (or big girl) pants and FIGHT BACK using that exemption.

Because the morons implementing this travesty at the HR level actually believe they are heroes, they DO make it difficult. But with pushback they are legally required to BTFO. They just don’t want us to realize that.

Sit yourself down and have a meaningful talk with God our Father. Lean on Him and ask for His divine guidance to save your soul from the globalist. Look up Bible verses that eludicate on your body being the temple of the living, all-knowing God.

Then get to work on your RELIGIOUS exemption.

Do not be discouraged by the first denial. That is their lame attempt to throw sand in God’s machine. Be persistent and keep pushing the paper. With God in your heart, and your right to Freedom of Religion cemented in the US Constitution, they have no choice but to approve your exemption.

Your point is well taken, however…The Florida Legislature and Governor should not allow our people to be hassled regarding their health. Of course religious exemption is an option but not all know the scriptures on the matters of clean and unclean and the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit and that those who defile the temple God will destroy. Regardless “get a jab or lose your job” should not even be a problem that citizens should have to deal with. Republicans are cowards and Desantis is engaging in Symbolism over substance on health choice freedom. He could stop this or at least force them to spend money in court to defend their tyranny.

When Florida will start charging State of Hawaii $5000 for every time their travel site asks a Florida resident for the proof of vaccination?

With the real estate prices skyrocketing in Florida reflects a natural outcome of demand, it is ironic that once upon a time Americans had freedom and wealth was measured by material possessions… now everyone has material possessions and wealth is measured by how much freedom you can buy. Never would have seen that coming when I was younger.

I think DeSantis has done some fantastic things and he needs to be applauded for it, but he is a politician, and it is best not to ever trust one. I read with my own eyes a copy of the bill from the Florida State Legislature that prohibited any business from requiring “proof of vaccination” in order to do business here. However, in that very same bill, there is a provision that allows the health departments in each county to have anyone who refuses to be vaccinated under their defined profile, as a danger to the health of the community, and can be force vaccinated if they refuse. Even to the point of entering their abode by force as well. So why would a governor so concerned about our freedom allow that stipulation in that bill and then sign it? It raised a big red flag with me when one of the first things DeSantis did after being elected was to make a trip to Israel. I fear it was to get his marching orders. I hope I am wrong.

Governor DeSantis is of Italian ancestry and a practicing Catholic always active in his church. The trip to Israel was a very successful trade mission for both our tourism and growing computer sciences industry.

The section of the Florida Statute to which you refer is intended to be a proactive measure to combat Federal mandates that we all believe are coming. By staking out that authority exclusive to the State, it establishes a tenth amendment issue that should be safe with any SCOTUS ruling when the DOJ launches their attack on Florida.

I want to believe that, but a lot of other well informed people see it otherwise and none of us know for sure. We will have to wait and see, I suppose. He has also made comments about the hospitals being full of unvaccinated people when the opposite is true, according to a lot of whistleblowers. Thanks for the response, it at least offers a plausible explanation.

It sounds like legislating that horrendous protocol at the state level FIRST, cuts off those demons at national level. SMART.

As we can see in Florida, state LAWS DO take precedent over the Feds, IF ONLY OUR FECKLESS STATE LEADERS WOULD EXERCISE THEIR POWER via legislation.

By sitting around for a hundred years pretending they are at the mercy of DC, these feckless state “leaders” tricked us into thinking they/we are powerless!

Oh, stop. Do we really need to undermine our own best leaders? Or are you from the Other Side? A little skepticism is OK, but follow a person’s whole career. He has been one of Ours for a long time now. And get over fearing Israel. We have enough problems here.

This is one good way to deal with the tyranny of the left! They are never content to “live and let live” but always must force their views on everyone – and when they get to use force and coercion is when they are the happiest.

Left to their own devices, sane thinking people do not choose voluntarily to do what the left wants. It is always imposed on them.

Our Founders would approve of this measure to stop the tyranny of the left. But I also think they would be asking, “Why don’t you just shoot them if they try to force you?” Sic Semper Tyrannis!
