If anyone wants a sample of more reality to come, keep an eye out for the EU/UK CARBON BORDER TAX proposal that is just starting to percolate.
The issue is MASSIVLEY HUGE because it is an admission that Green Energy is “more expensive” (as we said all along) and that many countries that have followed the Green Pied Piper are now facing the reality that their economies are no longer globally competitive.
So, the solution is more government intervention (after mandating and funding Green Energy) they now need to fix the problem they created by levying an artificial border tariff. This is INSANE in at least two ways.
1] EU consumers, who are now paying the highest electricity rates in the world will now have to pay exorbitant prices for anything imported (which thanks to offshoring is almost everything).
2] Companies that manufacture in the EU will be confined to the domestic market only, as their products are too expensive for anyone in the developing world. There is no way that people making a few hundred to a few thousand dollars a year will be able to afford EU products. And this leaves the global market place only open to China, India and Russia.
Thus a split is developing between the Oligarchs the Left relies on and the voters who keep them in power. So, unless Dominion voting machines are installed, to silence the people, the Progressive Green Left has a real problem on its hands.
A realist like Trump coming to power is the only way to put a halt to all of this madness. IMHO

This administration will never admit a mistake. If they are going back to a more secure border it’s because whoever and or whatever they wanted to get across the border is now safe inside the United States.
