Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †

✝️ God’s Plan to Save You
The Extraordinary Good News of Eternal Life
The Gospel of John tells the redemptive story of what Jesus Christ did on our behalf. Summarizing the Gospel, John says, “These are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name” (20:31). Read on as we examine what the apostle John has to say in his Gospel about the eternal life we receive through Jesus Christ.
The Son of God
John wants to show us who Jesus really is: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:1, 14). Jesus, during His life on earth, was God in human form! And just in case John’s introduction isn’t clear enough, a few sentences later he quotes John the Baptist, who says, “I have seen and have borne witness that this is the Son of God” (1:34). Throughout the book, John gives evidences of Jesus’ deity—that Jesus performed many miracles (2:1-11; 4:46-54; 5:1-17; 6:1-13, 16-21; 9:1-7; 11:38-44), and that He fulfilled prophecies that had been written about Him centuries before (2:13-22; 3:14; 5:46; 12:14-16).
God’s Love
But why would Jesus, who is God, leave Heaven to live on earth as a human? Jesus Himself tells us why: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him” (John 3:16-17). God saw us as we were, dead in our sin. That’s why Jesus came. God is a forgiving God whose love and patience call all to repent of their sins.
Part 5 of 7 tomorrow, God willing:
Why Do We Need to Be Saved?
Jesus Is the Only Way
How Does Jesus Save Us?
Amen. Thank you, Jesus.
And I might humbly add: John’s gospel is the only book in the Bible written exclusively for the unbeliever. See, John 20:31 “these signs are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have eternal life.”
bravo!

Boys Over Flowers – “I’m Your Man” – Leonard Cohen
“Boys Over Flowers” is a Korean romantic comedy about the F4, a quartet of rich and handsome heirs, currently seniors in high school, and the poor girl who obtains a scholarship to the school. F4’s reputation is for major bullying and, when they can’t break the new girl, they adopt her as the group mascot, with 2 of the 4 falling for her. She’s the catalyst toward their maturation. Parents get a bad rap in this drama. The only reason the girl’s parents aren’t the worst is that the F4 leader’s mother would make Cruella de Vil look like Mary Poppins.

Yes, that was fun, but if you really want to know how politics works, watch a Korean Sageuk.
This wasn’t a political genre drama, but a business one. Absolute cut throat. So far the only historical I’ve made music videos in has been Sungkyunkwan Scandal. There does seem to be a large correlation between historical political dramas and present day political dramas (Kings 2 Heart).

How Was Christ Broken For Us?
By Pastor Ricky Kurth
“How could the Lord say that His body was broken for us if other verses say that none of His bones were broken?”
Speaking of the bread that the Lord broke at the last supper (1 Cor. 11:23), Paul said,
“…He brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is My body, which is broken for you…” (v. 24).
As the Lord broke the loaf of bread for the apostles to share, He used the broken bread to illustrate how His body would be broken for them on the cross. But speaking of the soldiers who crucified Him, John said:
“…they brake not His legs…that the Scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of Him shall not be broken” (John 19:33,36).
John was quoting Psalm 34:20. We also know that the cross was a type of the Passover (1 Cor. 5:7), and speaking of the Passover lamb, God told Moses, “neither shall ye break a bone thereof” (Ex. 12:46 cf. Num. 9:12). So how could the Lord say His body was broken for us?
Well, a body can be broken without breaking any bones. None of Job’s bones were broken, but he spoke of how God “breaketh me with a tempest, and multiplieth my wounds” (Job 9:17 cf. 16:14), a breaking which included the breaking of his skin (7:5). Other verses speak of the breaking of a body’s teeth (Psa. 3:7; Pr. 25:19; Lam. 3:16; Psa. 58:6), its heart (Eccl. 12:6) and other parts (Lev. 21:20). The “blood and water” that flowed from the Lord’s pierced side indicate His heart was broken, for the heart rests in a saline sac. So there is no contradiction between John 19:36 and 1 Corinthians 11:24.
https://www.bereanbiblesociety.org/how-was-christ-broken-for-us/
1 Corinthians 11:23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: 24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
John 19:33 But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs:
36 For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken.
Psalm 34:20 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
1 Corinthians 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:
Exodus 12:46 In one house shall it be eaten; thou shalt not carry forth ought of the flesh abroad out of the house; neither shall ye break a bone thereof. // Numbers 9:12 They shall leave none of it unto the morning, nor break any bone of it: according to all the ordinances of the passover they shall keep it.
Job 9:17 For he breaketh me with a tempest, and multiplieth my wounds without cause. // Job 16:14 He breaketh me with breach upon breach, he runneth upon me like a giant.
Job 7:5 My flesh is clothed with worms and clods of dust; my skin is broken, and become loathsome.
Psalm 3:7 Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
Proverbs 25:19 Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.
Lamentations 3:16 He hath also broken my teeth with gravel stones, he hath covered me with ashes.
Psalm 58:6 Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth: break out the great teeth of the young lions, O LORD.
Ecclesiastes 12:6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.
Leviticus 21:20 Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;

Absolutely, although it’s pretty darn simple anyway.
weather257,
Yes, clicking ‘post comment’ is simple. Adding to/verifying a post [even after 5 mins] is not possible for me. Tried it early this am, my post was gone. Understanding that I am a guest on private property here and that I don’t take the internet/computers for granted, allows me to concentrate on matters that I can control. No worries. Trust God. Fear not.
I have been a lurker for quite a while. Prior to CTH 2.0 I did not have to post to see all comments. Now all of CTHdom knows me. I am no longer an anonymous lurker.
Uros Baric is a young, very talented, guitarist from Slovenia who is quickly attaining international status from is Youtube performance. I just came across this very engaging performance of Joni Mitchel’s “Both Sides Now” which is the first transcription for classical guitar that I’ve heard. Uros has included this piece on his third CD which he has titled “Midnight”. I really like his playing on this piece.
‘I really like his playing on this piece’. Yes, it is a pure, crystal clear sound. Certainly touches your soul. Thank you for sharing.
Yeah, the guy’s definitely got chops. Haven’t ordered his “Midnight” CD yet, but I plan to soon. His phrasing tells me he’s been listening to a lot of Barrueco’s music. 🙂
Very beautiful. I moved me to tears

‘Bout sums it up, WeeWeed! Have a wonderful week!!
Morning WeeWeed!
So true. Afternoon, WeeWeed.
Great cartoon!
Good evening, WeeWeed!
Hello! I’ve been reading here since the summer of 2016. I read about this site on a comment at Brietbart and I never looked back. I appreciate Sundance’s research and writings. I’ve never been more informed or optimistic as I have these last four years. Also, I’ve always felt welcomed here even as a lurker. The tone of almost all comments is friendly and helpful, a rare thing on the interwebs! So thank you for this refuge.
Morning WeeWeed.
Pearl Harbor Day.
To all those who gave some, and gave all….. thank you, and we will continue the fight.
We will never forget and will always be thankful.
Yes. Thank you.
And the problem is that the Republican wing of the Uniparty does not appreciate the MAGA component. Theresore you get this current…. ehh! out of them. I agree that while the MAGA inspired movement is significant, it lacks an effective mechanism to rise up and have a real impact without a Nov 3 and Jan 5 win. Elections will become a thing of the past if the Dems pull this off. WE MUST WIN!
My father was being processed out of the Navy at Schofield Barracks with one week to go, on December 7th 1941. He spent 5 more years in the Navy, on the USS New Orleans mostly. He fought at Midway, Leyte Gulf, Savo Islands, Coral Sea and picked up a few medals here and there.
He passed June 15th 1992. There isn’t a day I don’t think of him, his courage, honor and respect for this once great country.
I am glad, he is not here, to see how far we have fallen.
Wow!
The New Orleans saw a lot of action. 16 battle stars. She (and your father) survived a fragmentation bomb at Pearl Harbor, having her bow blown off by a torpedo defending Guadalcanal, and a crash of one of our own planes.

Thanks for telling us about your father’s service.
My father was also on the New Orleans! 97 years old now and will be 98 next March, God willing. So very proud of him but very humbled by all of our brave warriors of that time and all men and women who have served since then.
He sees through your eyes, Chuck, and will act through you.
My father was 35 when WWII began; too old to enlist, but secured duty as an intelligence officer for the US Army and served in England and Scotland. He was disappointed that his eligible years fell between WWI and WWII but was always a warrior (because…he just was!).
Hi Chuck, Long time lurker here but just started posting. I’m sorry I feel your pain. My dad served in Vietnam in a heavily defoliated area and ended up with a neurological disease that eventually landed him in a Veterans Home for 16 long years. I feel the same way you do. My father too would be horrified at what is happening in this great country. It’s up to us to fight. God bless.
Remember Pearl Harbor
REPENTANCE
“For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation.” 2 Cor. vii. 10
Conviction of sin is best portrayed in the words-
“My sins, my sins, my Saviour,
How sad ON THEE they fall.”
Conviction of sin is one of the rarest things that ever strikes a man. It is the threshold of an understanding of God. Jesus Christ said that when the Holy Spirit came He would convict of sin, and when the Holy Spirit rouses a man’s conscience and brings him into the presence of God, it is not his relationship with men that bothers him, but his relationship with God – “against Thee, Thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in Thy sight.” The marvels of conviction of sin, forgiveness, and holiness are so interwoven that it is only the forgiven man who is the holy man, he proves he is forgiven by being the opposite to what he was, by God’s grace. Repentance always brings a man to this point: I have sinned. The surest sign that God is at work is when a man says that and means it. Anything less than this is remorse for having made blunders, the reflex action of disgust at himself.
The entrance into the Kingdom is through the panging pains of repentance crashing into a man’s respectable goodness; then the Holy Ghost, Who produces these agonies, begins the formation of the Son of God in the life. The new life will manifest itself in conscious repentance and unconscious holiness, never the other way about. The bedrock of Christianity is repentance. Strictly speaking, a man cannot repent when he chooses; repentance is a gift of God. The old Puritans use to pray for “the gift of tears.” If ever you cease to know the virtue of repentance, you are in darkness. Examine yourself and see if you have forgotten how to be sorry.

I have become fed up with Republican Party. I am now an American Patriot. If I can not find an American Patriot to vote for I will do a write in, if I can find one. After Waco, I’ve considered the Feral Deep State as The Enemy of the People.
Here is something I came across in the Bible. Some of you may be aware of the President Trump/King Cyrus comparison. If not, there are articles about it online.
Anyway, Isaiah 45, yes, 45, proclaims:
(KJV) Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
I didn’t catch the ’45’ reference until I shared the scripture and the person whom I read to caught it.
By the way, I believe President Trump is a Christian.
I have always made the comparison that President Trump was like King David, flawed but a good Christian. I am not familiar with Cyrus so will have to do some studying up!
As said by for Speaker of the House or Representatives; “we have tried politics and it doesn’t work”. It is quite evident that politics on its best day has a negative affect on our lives. Political party’s simply divide. The party powers will lie, cheat, steal and do anything to gain money and political power.
With political party’s and the current political structure for electing and governing we the people will never be winners.
However, in my not so humble opinion there is an easy solution, but, will take the support of millions of patriots.
Voter ID,
All voting on paper ballots
Signature and thumb print on all completed ballots
NO political party affiliations on ballots
All persons elected to any office or appointed by an elected officer must sign a contract with one base plus any option years. Thus they become independent contractors. This includes Supreme Court Justices.
All districts, states etc. having elected representation must have a performance evaluation team that evaluates each office holders performance over the last year.
We, each of U.S. citizen is the sovereign power in America not the political party’s or the corrupt politicians.
Someone asked the other day what a beach book is. Don’t know if anyone replied, but a beach book is a novel with an interesting plot, but not too complicated, so you can alternate between reading and admiring the water, birds, and sky.
These aren’t quite beach books, but I’d like to recommend Ken Follett’s Kingsbridge trilogy on the evolution of cathedral building. The first one is The Pillars of the Earth. They aren’t perfect, but are very good and historically accurate. (There are places where you may want to skip forward a few pages.)

Hello
hello
Pearl Harbor day…. 5 days after I was born…. God bless those who sacrificed and served.
HR1 (2019) had some interesting parts:
(2) DEFINITION.—The term “automatic registration” means a system that registers an individual to vote in elections for Federal office in a State, if eligible, by electronically transferring the information necessary for registration from government agencies to election officials of the State so that, unless the individual affirmatively declines to be registered, the individual will be registered to vote in such elections.
(A) an explanation that voter registration is voluntary, but if the individual does not decline registration, the individual will be registered to vote;
(d) Treatment of individuals under 18 years of age.—A State may not refuse to treat an individual as an eligible individual for purposes of this part on the grounds that the individual is less than 18 years of age at the time a contributing agency receives information with respect to the individual, so long as the individual is at least 16 years of age at such time.
(a) Protections for errors in registration.—An individual shall not be prosecuted under any Federal or State law, adversely affected in any civil adjudication concerning immigration status or naturalization, or subject to an allegation in any legal proceeding that the individual is not a citizen of the United States on any of the following grounds:
(1) The individual notified an election office of the individual’s automatic registration to vote under this part.
(2) The individual is not eligible to vote in elections for Federal office but was automatically registered to vote under this part.
(3) The individual was automatically registered to vote under this part at an incorrect address.
(4) The individual declined the opportunity to register to vote or did not make an affirmation of citizenship, including through automatic registration, under this part.
(b) Limits on use of automatic registration.—The automatic registration of any individual or the fact that an individual declined the opportunity to register to vote or did not make an affirmation of citizenship (including through automatic registration) under this part may not be used as evidence against that individual in any State or Federal law enforcement proceeding, and an individual’s lack of knowledge or willfulness of such registration may be demonstrated by the individual’s testimony alone.
(c) Protection of election integrity.—Nothing in subsections (a) or (b) may be construed to prohibit or restrict any action under color of law against an individual who—
(1) knowingly and willfully makes a false statement to effectuate or perpetuate automatic voter registration by any individual; or
(2) casts a ballot knowingly and willfully in violation of State law or the laws of the United States.
(d) Contributing agencies’ protection of information.—Nothing in this part authorizes a contributing agency to collect, retain, transmit, or publicly disclose any of the following:
(1) An individual’s decision to decline to register to vote or not to register to vote.
(2) An individual’s decision not to affirm his or her citizenship.
(3) Any information that a contributing agency transmits pursuant to section 1013(b)(3), except in pursuing the agency’s ordinary course of business.
I guess this begins the Stacey Abrams section of HR1, 2019:
(A) IN GENERAL.—Subject to subparagraph (B), with respect to any individual for whom any State election official receives information from a contributing agency, the State election officials shall not publicly disclose any of the following:
(i) The identity of the contributing agency.
(ii) Any information not necessary to voter registration.
(iii) Any voter information otherwise shielded from disclosure under State law or section 8(a) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20507(a)).
(iv) Any portion of the individual’s social security number.
(v) Any portion of the individual’s motor vehicle driver’s license number.
(vi) The individual’s signature.
(vii) The individual’s telephone number.
(viii) The individual’s email address.
(a) Correcting registration information at polling place.—Notwithstanding section 302(a) of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. 21082(a)), if an individual is registered to vote in elections for Federal office held in a State, the appropriate election official at the polling pace for any such election (including a location used as a polling place on a date other than the date of the election) shall permit the individual to—
(1) update the individual’s address for purposes of the records of the election official;
(2) correct any incorrect information relating to the individual, including the individual’s name and political party affiliation, in the records of the election official; and
(3) cast a ballot in the election on the basis of the updated address or corrected information, and to have the ballot treated as a regular ballot and not as a provisional ballot under section 302(a) of such Act.
(1) REGISTRATION.—Each State shall permit any eligible individual on the day of a Federal election and on any day when voting, including early voting, is permitted for a Federal election—
“(A) to register to vote in such election at the polling place using a form that meets the requirements under section 9(b) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (or, if the individual is already registered to vote, to revise any of the individual’s voter registration information); and
“(B) to cast a vote in such election.
(a) Minimum information required for removal under cross-check.—Section 8(c)(2) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20507(c)(2)) is amended—
(1) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as subparagraph (D); and
(2) by inserting after subparagraph (A) the following new subparagraphs:
“(B) To the extent that the program carried out by a State under subparagraph (A) to systematically remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters uses information obtained in an interstate cross-check, in addition to any other conditions imposed under this Act on the authority of the State to remove the name of the voter from such a list, the State may not remove the name of the voter from such a list unless—
“(i) the State obtained the voter’s full name (including the voter’s middle name, if any) and date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the voter’s social security number, in the interstate cross-check; or
“(ii) the State obtained documentation from the ERIC system that the voter is no longer a resident of the State.
“(C) In this paragraph—
“(i) the term ‘interstate cross-check’ means the transmission of information from an election official in one State to an election official of another State; and
“(ii) the term ‘ERIC system’ means the system operated by the Electronic Registration Information Center to share voter registration information and voter identification information among participating States.”.
(b) Requiring completion of cross-checks not later than 6 months prior to election.—Subparagraph (A) of section 8(c)(2) of such Act (52 U.S.C. 20507(c)(2)) is amended by striking “not later than 90 days” and inserting the following: “not later than 90 days (or, in the case of a program in which the State uses interstate cross-checks, not later than 6 months)”.
HR1, 2019 on Vote by Mail and Curing ballots:
(a) Requirements for applicants for licenses.—Section 5(d) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20504(d)) is amended—
(1) by striking “Any change” and inserting “(1) Any change”; and
(2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
“(2) (A) A State motor vehicle authority shall require each individual applying for a motor vehicle driver’s license in the State—
“(i) to indicate whether the individual resides in another State or resided in another State prior to applying for the license, and, if so, to identify the State involved; and
“(ii) to indicate whether the individual intends for the State to serve as the individual’s residence for purposes of registering to vote in elections for Federal office.
“(B) If pursuant to subparagraph (A)(ii) an individual indicates to the State motor vehicle authority that the individual intends for the State to serve as the individual’s residence for purposes of registering to vote in elections for Federal office, the authority shall notify the motor vehicle authority of the State identified by the individual pursuant to subparagraph (A)(i), who shall notify the chief State election official of such State that the individual no longer intends for that State to serve as the individual’s residence for purposes of registering to vote in elections for Federal office.”.
“SEC. 307. Promoting ability of voters to vote by mail.
“(a) In General.—If an individual in a State is eligible to cast a vote in an election for Federal office, the State may not impose any additional conditions or requirements on the eligibility of the individual to cast the vote in such election by absentee ballot by mail, except as required under subsection (b) and except to the extent that the State imposes a deadline for requesting the ballot and related voting materials from the appropriate State or local election official and for returning the ballot to the appropriate State or local election official.
“(b) Requiring signature verification.—
“(1) REQUIREMENT.—A State may not accept and process an absentee ballot submitted by any individual with respect to an election for Federal office unless the State verifies the identification of the individual by comparing the individual’s signature on the absentee ballot with the individual’s signature on the official list of registered voters in the State, in accordance with such procedures as the State may adopt (subject to the requirements of paragraph (2)).
“(2) DUE PROCESS REQUIREMENTS.—
“(A) NOTICE AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE DISCREPANCY.—If an individual submits an absentee ballot and the appropriate State or local election official determines that a discrepancy exists between the signature on such ballot and the signature of such individual on the official list of registered voters in the State, such election official, prior to making a final determination as to the validity of such ballot, shall make a good faith effort to immediately notify such individual by mail, telephone, and (if available) electronic mail that—
“(i) a discrepancy exists between the signature on such ballot and the signature of such individual on the official list of registered voters in the State;
“(ii) such individual may provide the official with information to cure such discrepancy, either in person, by telephone, or by electronic methods; and
“(iii) if such discrepancy is not cured prior to the expiration of the 7-day period which begins on the date of the election, such ballot will not be counted.
“(B) OTHER REQUIREMENTS.—An election official may not make a determination that a discrepancy exists between the signature on an absentee ballot and the signature of the individual who submits the ballot on the official list of registered voters in the State unless—
“(i) at least 2 election officials make the determination; and
“(ii) each official who makes the determination has received training in procedures used to verify signatures.
“(3) REPORT.—

“(i) The number of ballots invalidated due to a discrepancy under this subsection.
“(ii) Description of attempts to contact voters to provide notice as required by this subsection.

“(1) not later than 2 weeks before the date of the election; or
“(2) in the case of a State which imposes a deadline for requesting an absentee ballot and related voting materials which is less than 2 weeks before the date of the election, as expeditiously as possible before the date of the election.
“(f) Uniform deadline for acceptance of mailed ballots.—If a ballot submitted by an individual by mail with respect to an election for Federal office in a State is postmarked on or before the date of the election, the State may not refuse to accept or process the ballot on the grounds that the individual did not meet a deadline for returning the ballot to the appropriate State or local election official.

Some humor from HR1 2019″
(1) DEVELOPMENT OF STANDARDS.—The National Institute of Standards, in consultation with the Election Assistance Commission, shall develop standards for the use of biometric methods which could be used voluntarily in place of the signature verification requirements of section 307(b) of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (as added by subsection (a)) for purposes of verifying the identification of an individual voting by absentee ballot in elections for Federal office.
“(2) PRE-ELECTION REPORT ON ABSENTEE BALLOT TRANSMISSION.—Not later than 43 days before any regularly scheduled general election for Federal office, each State shall submit a report to the Attorney General, the Commission, and the Presidential Designee, and make that report publicly available that same day, certifying whether all absentee ballots have been transmitted by not later than 45 days before the election to all qualified absent uniformed services and overseas voters whose requests were received at least 45 days before the election. The report shall be in a form prescribed jointly by the Attorney General and the Commission, and shall require the State to certify specific information about ballot transmission, including the total numbers of ballot requests received and ballots transmitted, from each unit of local government which will administer the election.
“(3) POST-ELECTION REPORT ON NUMBER OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS TRANSMITTED AND RECEIVED.—Not later than 90 days after the date of each regularly scheduled general election for Federal office, each State and unit of local government which administered the election shall (through the State, in the case of a unit of local government) submit a report to the Attorney General, the Commission, and the Presidential Designee on the combined number of absentee ballots transmitted to absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters for the election and the combined number of such ballots which were returned by such voters and cast in the election, and shall make such report available to the general public that same day.”.
“(a) In general.—If a State accepts and processes an official post card form (prescribed under section 101) submitted by an absent uniformed services voter or overseas voter for simultaneous voter registration and absentee ballot application (in accordance with section 102(a)(4)) and the voter requests that the application be considered an application for an absentee ballot for each subsequent election for Federal office held in the State through the next regularly scheduled general election for Federal office (including any runoff elections which may occur as a result of the outcome of such general election), the State shall provide an absentee ballot to the voter for each such subsequent election.
“(b) Exception for voters changing registration.—Subsection (a) shall not apply with respect to a voter registered to vote in a State for any election held after the voter notifies the State that the voter no longer wishes to be registered to vote in the State or after the State determines that the voter has registered to vote in another State or is otherwise no longer eligible to vote in the State.
“(c) Prohibition of refusal of application on grounds of early submission.—A State may not refuse to accept or to process, with respect to any election for Federal office, any otherwise valid voter registration application or absentee ballot application (including the postcard form prescribed under section 101) submitted by an absent uniformed services voter or overseas voter on the grounds that the voter submitted the application before the first date on which the State otherwise accepts or processes such applications for that election which are submitted by absentee voters who are not members of the uniformed services or overseas citizens.”.
(b) Effective date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to voter registration and absentee ballot applications which are submitted to a State or local election official on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
(b) Sense of Congress on need to improve election infrastructure security.—It is the sense of Congress that, in light of the lessons learned from Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential election, the Federal Government should intensify its efforts to improve the security of election infrastructure in the United States, including through the use of individual, durable, paper ballots marked by the voter by hand.

lilbirdee12’s prayer:
Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.
Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.
Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence and their families as they seek to lead America back to You. Also, we pray for Angels to protect and support our Sundance as he works for justice and peace.
Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
Spread blessings over Israel and Netanyahu.
We humbly ask that You please comfort those who are grieving and in pain.
Thank you Father, for Your Love and the gift of Life.
In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
Amen

A prayer for Justice Kavanaugh and Gen. Flynn:
Prayer to St. Michael
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle;
be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do you, O prince of the heavenly host,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan and the other evil spirits
who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
Amen

It is awfully unreliable.
This morning the NYT reported that the Trump administration, months ago, passed when Pfizer offered to lock-in millions of extra doses of its super COVID vaccine, perhaps allowing other countries to ‘perhaps’ take the supplies. 35 minutes ago the WaPo released that Pfizer now says it will not be able to supply a substantial amount of its vaccine until June or July. On November 9th Fortune released that The Trump administration agreed in July to pay almost $2 billion for 100 million doses, with an option to acquire as many as 500 million more, once the emergency FDA clearance comes. Can’t these lying sacks of @#$%&* get their lies together?
CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna refuse to attend the WH ‘Vaccine Summit’. Let’s see if they pony up an emergency supply of lip balm to attend a Biden ‘Vaccine Summit’.
