Going by “just” those numbers, it would put Biden at 2.25 million votes and POTUS at 2.6 million for a difference of 350k.
And at that differential in votes it will be very hard for the demonrats to gain 300,000 or more net votes from late arriving ballots. The fraud would be way too obvious.
Trump won PA by only about 45K in 2016. If these current numbers are right, he may win by about 350K!

Just working with my elephant memory here, but I believe at least on the western front of PA, we have never forgotten the PAIN of becoming and named a RUST BELT. All of the steel mills shut down. Was truly horrible for humans around these parts. It was like another deep Depression re the 1930’s but it was in the 70’s.
I understand that fracking isn’t the most pollution free industry in the Universe. Nor were the steel mills. But both these industries serve a purpose.
I have been praying for President Trump these last 3 and 3/4 years. It is astounding to hear people at his rallies chant “WE LOVE YOU.”
