Any “white suburban mom” that intends on voting for Biden needs to become informed about AFFH – “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing” which strips cities and towns of local control over schools, zoning, roads, transit. Essentially every town and city comes under federal control. See joebiden dot com

This is one of the many programs that comes straight from the U.N. Implanted by U.S. politicians.
The strong city initiative is responsible for the destruction of cities while filling them with the progressive voters which negates the rest of the state voter block.

Then you have the promise program which is directly responsible for the murder of the innocent children in parkland.

Most of the suburban white moms I know are voting Biden. And they agree (in theory) with “affirmatively furthering fair housing.” If things start sucking too bad, they’ll just move further out in Chester or Berks county and start voting to ruin them too. I’m not kidding.

Or, more likely, they’ll simply send their kids to private schools, which a lot of these idiots can afford. Case in point: One of my nutty liberal nieces lives in a crappy school district so she’s just sending her kids to the Catholic school even though they’re agnostics and neither she nor her husband has set foot inside a Church in years (outside of baptizing their own kids, weddings, funerals, etc). She can afford the tuition. What does she care if the liberal policies are ruining her neighborhood schools?

Then they are ignorant. Not stupid, ignorant. Rather than fall for a glib title they should inform themselves of the facts. AFFH applies to regions, moving to another county is pointless.

When your ancestors have been taking tests for thousands of years, and your family makes it the most important thing in your life, and pays for you to go to private school as well as attend public school, and it becomes the sole goal of your life, then you just become a natural at test taking. Nothing to do with hard work, long hours of training or great intellect. They are even biasing the tests in your favor.

And when your culture is the exact opposite, emphasizing easy living through crime, demonizing anyone who even looks smart, let alone those who do well in school, or worse, actually work hard and study, then your doing poorly on tests is obviously due to discrimination against you. It is all so unfair.

As an aside, giving tests selects for the best test takers. Even in graduate level physics, the best scores tended to be by Asians who had beat out millions or even billions of others for the right to study in America. Great for finding theorists. Does tend to miss out on those who can apply it to life. Did Robinson Crusoe do really well on tests? Maybe so, but the best test is surviving.

The above totals are “in person voting”. Dems are still ahead in these areas when vote-by-mail totals are included.

Safe to assume GOP more enthusiastic, and Dems cross over more. but we will not know for some time, and frankly, the more of this seen by the DNC, the more opportunity they have to change it with busses, fraud, or actually showing up.

At the time, THAT election seemed like the single most important election of my lifetime. (As much as I despise Romney I continue to believe that neither he nor anyone else would have imported so many trains full of unaccompanied minors, violent armies of brutal young men, etc. as the Teleprompter-in-Chief did. It was a devastating term for the US.)

Add to that this stupidity: I recently worked with a muslim female veterinary student. She has no intention of working with farm animals or dogs so why is she taking a slot in our veterinary schools when we have a shortage of vets?

Not sure how to get around that, and I suspect, since Rudy has made it clear he HAS copy of the hardrive, and since FBI have the original, the only reason they haven’t arrested Rudy for possesion of child pornography, is that to do so would be an acknowledgement that there IS, in fact kiddie porn on it.

Not sure how to “finesses” this, but “lets see what happens”.

With all the forces of the dark side like Antifa, Communist Party USA, BLM, DNC etc openly planning for civil unrest the week after the Election perhaps it would be best if the president decided to (unscheduled) fly home to Florida next weekend. He can stay there until things cool down in DC. Let the National Park Service & the National Guard mop up the detritus in the streets around the White House. Read where state capitols will be also targeted by the Leftwing fanatics so the proper authorities should be prepared for that.

The riots after the 2016 election were bad, but it will be worse this time. After the election, President Trump should invoke more of the powers available to the President.

      https://newswithviews.com/the-presidents-authority-to-suppress-insurrections/
… THIRTEENTH. As Section 253 provides, should the President determine that “any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy * * * so hinders the execution of the laws of [a] State, and of the United States within th[at] State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection”, he may “consider” that “the State * * * ha[s] denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.” In that regard, Section 253 is especially “appropriate legislation” through which Congress has empowered the President to “enforce” in the first instance the requirement that no State shall “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”, perforce of Sections 1 and 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution. See the origin of 10 U.S.C. § 253 in Act of 20 April 1871, chap. XXII, An Act to enforce the Provisions of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and for other Purposes, § 3, 17 Stat. 13, 14.

For instance, the President could determine that, in those States in which riots, looting, arson, and homicide have taken place with no adequate response from public officials—or, even worse, with their tacit acquiescence or approval—“part[s] or class[es] of [those States’] people” have been deprived of the rights to “property” and even “life” “named in the Constitution”, as well as the immunities “secured by law” from, for example, riots (18 U.S.C. § 2101), insurrections (18 U.S.C. § 2383), and sedition (18 U.S.C. § 2384).

To this, no disgruntled State or Local official (or anyone else, for that matter) can offer a legal objection, whether under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution or otherwise. After all, Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment delegates to Congress a plenary supervisory power which it may wield in aid of Section 1 of that Amendment against the States perforce of Article VI, Clause 2 of the Constitution (“the Supremacy Clause”). Under the Supremacy Clause, Sections 1 and 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment, along with 10 U.S.C. § 253, are “the supreme Law of the Land” by which “the Judges in every State shall be bound * * * , any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.” And, as required by Article VI, Clause 3 of the Constitution, “the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers * * * of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support th[e] Constitution” in the foregoing regard, not to disregard let alone to defy it.

FOURTEENTH. Inasmuch as Section 253 reaches every “insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy” which comes within its terms, the President need not deal solely with the rioters, looters, arsonists, insurrectionists, and killers to be found at the scenes of their crimes, but may also search out organizers, agitators and propagandists, logisticians, intermediaries, financiers, and other accomplices of any sort who have escaped to or who have always performed their nefarious operations in distant places. And the President’s authority in this regard embraces not only individuals, but also all ostensibly legitimate “foundations”, “think tanks”, and like institutions which fund, otherwise support, or encourage such criminal misbehavior. …

        • B Woodward says:

Dr. Vieira, who is a Constitutional scholar, is indicating that it does not matter that the dimms don’t recognize the rules. President Trump holds all of the Trump cards because of the laws enacted by Congress and the previous decisions of the US Supreme Court. President Trump has FULL authority to suppress the kinds of riots, looting, arson, and killings going on within the States.

          Dr: Vieira:
To this, no disgruntled State or Local official (or anyone else, for that matter) can offer a legal objection, whether under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution or otherwise. …

FIFTEENTH. As appears on its face, Section 253 does not require the President to solicit or receive the approval of a State’s Legislature, Governor, or other official before he (the President) executes that statute in that State. In this respect…

SIXTEENTH. Were the Constitution and 10 U.S.C. § 253 by themselves not enough to drive the point home, the Supreme Court has in principle already opined that the President’s determinations under that statute must be accepted as conclusive by everyone else, including the Judiciary. …

Referring to the power so delegated by Congress to the President, the Supreme Court described it as: … Is the president the sole and exclusive judge whether the exigency has arisen, or is it to be considered as an open question * * * ? We are all of opinion, that the authority to decide whether the exigency has arisen, belongs exclusively to the president, and that his decision is conclusive upon all other persons.

          (v) Finally, no matter how deeply “the Deep State’s” friends on the Bench despise President Trump and how desperately they desire to thwart him at every turn, unless and until the Supreme Court overrules Martin v. Mott the lower courts are required to adhere to its reasoning “no matter how misguided the judges of those courts may think it to be”. Hutto v. Davis, 454 U.S. 370, 375 (1982). Within the Judiciary, only the Supreme Court can overrule its own precedents. E.g., Rodriguez de Quijas v. Shearson/American Express, Inc., 490 U.S. 477, 484 (1989); Agostini v. Felton, 521 U.S. 203, 237 (1997); State Oil Company v. Khan, 522 U.S. 3, 20 (1997).

IN SUM, those people who vociferously contend that the President has no authority to suppress the kinds of riots, looting, arson, and killings going on within the States these days know not whereof they speak.

I strongly disagree. Firstly, PDJT can not be seen to be cowering, in the face of protesters, and he is as safe in the WH as anywhere.

Beyond that, I am not sure we will actually SEE the threatened riots.

IF, as many of us expect, there IS going to be a Red wave tsunami, a MOSTER vote FOR PDJT, that fact, in and of itself is going to have a profound impact.

Sure there are dedicated, hardcore marxists.
But, they DEPEND on a lot of “useful idiots” caught up in the manipulations OF the marxists.

MOST of these “useful idiots” actually BELIEVE that THEY are in the MAJORITY, and that PDJT won last time, by cheating.

When they see a YUGE victory for PDJT, and Repubs, and see exit polls showing 25-45 percent of blacks, over 50 percent of hispanics, 60 percent of suburban moms AND Dads voted for PDJT, I suspect this is going to cause SOME “Red-pilling”, after an initial phase of absolute SHOCK.

This will not ONLY be an election of for or against PDJT, as many are charachterising it, it will ALSO be a referendum on his POLICIES, vs the POLICIES of Conmunism advocated by the other side, and a clear REJECTION of such policies.

So, IF the BLM ANTIFA group tries to stage riots, they may find they no longer have the crowds of useful idiots, staging “peaceful protests” and thereby providing the “cover” they require.

So, just as all the experts said moving the embassy to Jeruselem would set the mideast on fire, and nothing happened, I suspect these THREATENED riots may not happen.

THREATENING to riot if PDJT wins, MAY in their addled minds accomplish something.

Actual riots, AFTER PDJT wins, decisively just looks like spoiled children, holding their breath to try to get their way.

I don’t see it accomplishing anything.

      But, we’ll see what happens,…

Hoping that’s how it all turns out.

Still a secure undisclosed location, at least temporarily, would be preferable to the The Swamp. The dregs are ramping up for a violent confrontation at “BLM Plaza” in DC so the president NOT being at the WH would take a lot of wind out of their sails.

The Trafalgar pollster interview on Bongino’s show said that he is worried about violent incidents a couple of days _before_ the election, for example, firebombing polling places, in order to scare our voters into staying home on election day itself. He was specific about PA – he said that he is sure PDJT has the vote won there, but it’s very narrow and fraud could overtake it.

So we need to be concerned and ready not just on November 3rd…

I suspect that the violence will be concentrated in swing states, so treepers in those, please be careful! I don’t expect any trouble in my suburb of blueMA because the left assumes MA is in the bag. But you never know…

We don’t have to wear masks when we’re in our individual offices but must do so in common areas. Yesterday we had a meeting – most Zoomed in but there were several of us that were there in person including people from all over the state. So I go into the meeting with another employee and nobody was wearing a mask except the 2 of us – not even my boss who mandated the policy. Not only did they not wear a mask – they didn’t even seem to have one with them. They were going all over the office all day long. These people are super liberal so you can imagine how shocked I was with their hypocrisy. I thought all libs thought you had to be masked wherever you go. Go figure! !

A TEST, whether positive or not positive (negative) is and is DESIGNED as a diagnostic tool ONLY.

Just had an interesting conversation with my sister, who is the CFO for a large hospital network.

Apparently, bureaucrats at the SBA are in cahoots with the large banks to obstruct the reporting process on the PPP money.

Her husband, is also the CFO for two smaller start up companies and they’ve observed a pattern of obstruction, which appears to be designed to make the Trump Administration’s efforts to help American businesses look like it’s not working.

She said that it’s as if the SBA bureaucrats are intentionally rejecting attempts by businesses to report spending of PPP funds and the big banks are colluding with the SBA, because the reporting will hurt them.

She said that it has something to do with the banks’ debt ratios and the requirements of the program.

She said that the big banks appear to expect Biden to forgive all the debt, even money that wasn’t spent according to the terms of the agreement, which will benefit the banks.

A lot of Americans are having their Red-Pill Moment, something that has been happening since John Reed went Commie a century ago. Here’s a young woman who just had hers: “This 2016 Democrat Trump hater just voted for Trump.” https://twitter.com/KamVTV/status/1319736790778077185
My own came in 94 when Empress Hillary used the FBI to frame an innocent man. Sound familiar?

    Here’s Ronald Reagan’s Red-Pill Moment from 1945:

“One day after giving one of my speeches to the men’s club at the Hollywood Beverly Christian Church where I worshipped, our pastor came up to me and said he agreed with what I’d said about the rise of neofascism. But he said: “I think your speech would be even better if you also mentioned that if Communism ever looked like a threat, you’d be just as opposed to it as you are to fascism.” I told the minister I hadn’t given much thought to the threat of Communism but the suggestion seemed like a good one and that I’d begin saying if the day came when it also posed a threat to American values, I’d be just as strongly opposed to it as I was to fascism.

Not long afterward, I was asked to give a speech to a local citizens’ organization. I made my usual speech defending American values against the new fascism that seemed to be abroad in the land and was applauded after almost every paragraph. I was a smash. Then I finished up with my new line at the end: “I’ve talked about the continuing threat of fascism in the postwar world, but there’s another ‘ism,’ Communism, and if I ever find evidence that Communism represents a threat to all that we believe in and stand for, I’ll speak out just as harshly against Communism as I have fascism.” Then I walked off the stage – to a dead silence. A few days later, I received a letter from a woman who said she’d been in the audience that night. “I have been disturbed for quite some time,” she said, “suspecting there is something sinister happening in that organization that I don’t like.” Then she added: “I’m sure you noticed the reaction to your last paragraph when you mentioned Communism. I hope you recognize what that means. I think the group is becoming a front for Communists. I just wanted you to know that that settled it for me. I resigned from the organization the next day.” Thanks to my minister and that lady, I began to wake up to the real world and what was going on in my own business, the motion picture industry.”…….

    Walt Disney from that time:

Mr. SMITH: “Can you name any other individuals that were active at the time of the strike that you believe in your opinion are Communists?
Mr. DISNEY: Well, I feel that there is one artist in my plant, that came in there, he came in about 1938, and he sort of stayed in the background, he wasn’t too active, but he was the real brains of this, and I believe he is a Communist. His name is David Hilberman.
Mr. SMITH: How is it spelled?
Mr. DISNEY: H-i-l-b-e-r-m-a-n, I believe. I looked into his record and I found that, No. 1, that he had no religion and, No. 2, that he had considerable time at the Moscow Art Theater studying art direction, or something.
Mr. SMITH: Any others, Mr. Disney?
Mr. DISNEY: Well, I think Herb Sorrell is sure tied up with them. If he isn’t a Communist, he sure should be one.”

The Rats have an extremely well-funded and coordinated campaign for the House and Senate particularly, all the need is one seat in the Senate to block legislation throughout Congress and to hold on to the House. If they get the WH and one Senate seat it’s game over, they’ve already said their first moves will be to ensure they never lose control of the WH and Congress again, and they have the tools at hand to do so. By close of business on 3 November we’ll see if we remain a democracy or whether we become a minorityocracy.

I still say the Republicans have let the Congressional seats slide, praying that incumbent momentum would carry them through. I saw that fail at every level from Federal to local with, hubris. We can’t seem to get our game on with the younger voters as the Rats have, we also failed big time under Reagan when we had the chance to destroy the Democrats and we may well yet pay the price.
