I have a serious legal question about voting. I live in Texas. We require a legal picture ID to vote.
How can a poll worker verify a voter’s picture with a mask on his face?
My polling station for voting is in a school. On the door is a sign that says I must wear a mask to enter. If I don’t wear a mask to the polling station will I be denied the right to vote?

If you don’t wear a mask they won’t let you vote so wear the mask and then throw it away as soon as you leave!

      • Conrad says:

What about the voter ID ? You should not be wearing a mask to vote. It’s supposed to be the law. And that’s the more important question.

        • sunnydaze says:

Maybe they’ll let people slip the mask down for a second to get the face view.

Absolutely bring a mask if they’re requiring it.

The Vote is way more important than any other thing. And the last thing you want to do is cause a disruption at a Polling place.

Just get in there and get out quickly, so others can vote too.

    • WSB says:

If you can, try purchasing a Zshield or some sort of Plexi face shield. At least YOU will then be able to wear a mask underneath, drop it down for the poll worker and still be covered.

As for anyone who will trying to beat the system…dunno. However, you can file a complaint for the entire precinct and raise Holy Hell!!! Try to find a pro bono attorney who believes in Individual rights.

      Howdy neighbor,

I printed out King Abbott’s “mask mandate” when it was issued. I carry it with me when I go out.

“…this face covering requirement does not apply to the following…
#8 any person who is voting, assisting a voter…”

Unless his order has been updated, no, they can’t make you where a mask to vote.

Can you find another polling location not in a school? Where I live in TX, we have multiple options. Parks, libraries, etc. I voted at a library in the primary runoff. No mask, no problem.

      Hope that helps!

So I think we have a case study in what a compromised President looks like. Feels like Judge Sullivan in that the actions are confounding and unexplainable, but on a much larger scale.

Something occurred to me. If Biden appoints 6 judges to the SCOTUS, can you imagine what sort of dirtbags those six individuals would have to be inn order to accept those appointments? Every decent patriot would decline such an offer.

I just read the AT article on the Denver Antifa murderer, who was present purportedly as a “security guard” for a local TV station. It seems that the reporter himself was viewed by Antifa as “one of us,” meaning, he didn’t need security because they would cover for him, and he brought the murderer. The murderer was not a certified security person, and had not been hired by Pinkerton; even the TV station is trying to say they didn’t hire him, on top of which there is some indication that the murder was planned.

    It got me thinking.

Some time back there was an incident with the press pool out on the WH lawn which precipitated quick action on the part of the Secret Service. If anyone thinks that the members of the press are “safe” this is yet another indication that not only do we see daily that they are biased against our President, but we should put NOTHING past them.

They don’t actually report the news as try to create it daily anyway: We would lose nothing if they were put off the WH grounds. They should not have the proximity to our patriotic President which they enjoy.

Listening to Bill O’Reilly on WABC – oh my goodness, O’Reilly is just as arrogant, pompous, and irritating as ever.
But, on most things so far, O’Reilly is correct.

O’Reilly is speaking with Brett Whoits, former Utah DOJ attorney, who has been speaking with his pals in DOJ, one of whom was now-DNI John Ratcliff, although DNI Ratcliff is not one of Whosits sources.

Whosits says the Durham report is being delayed due to the now-cooperation with the Intelligence community, which is yielding more docs to Durham and thus changes the entire outlook of Durham’s investigation, and there will be indictments, no doubt, indictments are coming, between the election and inauguration 2021, guaranteed.

Apologies Whoists last name escapes me at present.
Podcast will be up later; will link it when up.

In the world of cons, there is the long con (a con-job that has a lot of planning and time involved; not a “quick payoff”).

Similarly, here I smell a “long hope-porn tick tock“.

The NYT compliments PDJT for bringing a vaccine to the forefront in record time. Wait- the NYT said WHAT?

There is zero need for a vaccine, when there are several extremely effective treatments.

I resent the government wasting tax payer money on this. Vaccines are always dangerous. A certain percentage of the people receiving the vaccine will die and other will have their health damaged for life.

Why isn’t a cost benefit analysis ever done for vaccines?

      • Tl Howard says:

You need to be effective explaining that to a lot of Americans who are damn scared of the virus (yeah, I know, I know) and have been convinced POTUS has been weak in understanding their fear.

You might not, but they will welcome news of a ready vaccine.

    • cjzak says:

The NYT probably wants a quick vaccine because it will be bad for us and so make PTrump look really incompetent and dangerous to our health. That’s the only reason I can think of for this article. They never say anything positive re the President so there must be an ulterior motive.

Of course, lockdowns were never about the virus but were all about ruining economies and increasing political power for corrupt politicians.

Looks like Ed Feulner was or is CIA and he worked on President Trump transition team in August 2016. You judge?

Is the Heritage Foundation a CIA front?

David Addington, Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the Heritage Foundation, was a senior official at the CIA.
Lisa Curtis, Senior Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, worked as an analyst for the CIA.

Bruce Klinger, Senior Research Fellow, Northeast Asia at the Heritage Foundation, worked at the CIA and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

“The report of the investigation noted, ‘In 1975, Ed Feulner … was introduced to KCIA station chief Kim Yung Hwan by Neil Salonen and Dan Feffernan of the Freedom Leadership foundation.’ Salonen was head of Sun Myung Moon’s Unification Church in the United States.

The 1975 Congressional investigation of the Korean Central Intelligence Agency (KCIA) activities in the U.S. noted a connection between Heritage and the Rev. Sun Myung Moon. Edwin J. Feulner, Jr. was recruited in 1977 by Richard Scaife to become Heritage president, a position he holds today:

The Heritage Foundation is staffed by more than 100 policy analysts, economists, and scholars – with backgrounds ranging from private sector leaders to former members of the armed forces, CIA staff, high-level government officials, and academics. These great minds publish conservative policy solutions, brief lawmakers on Capitol Hill and candidates for public office, and testify before Congress and state legislatures. Additionally, Heritage has a top-notch team of journalists, market research experts, and communications professionals.

Ed Feulner, former president of the conservative Heritage Foundation think tank, has joined Donald Trump’s transition team to help prepare for the possibility of a win by the Republican presidential candidate this fall.

This is not surprising at all in CA. The marxist corruption is absolute in CA. It is one party fascist rule with no constraints, checks or balances.

The MSM brainwashing seems particularly effective in CA. I am seriously beginning to wonder if some drug is being put in the water supply to enhance the effectiveness of the brainwashing.

When I point out things like this, the brainwashed just dismiss it as not being true.

Just last week I pointed out the multiple congressional elections in Orange County, CA that were decided in Rep favor the night of the election in 2018, but were flipped to democrat with vote harvesting in the week or so after the election. I was told by a brainwashed family member that no, I voted in Orange County and they all went democrat the night of the election. I asked would you like me to call up a news article, I asked. Response was: “no, I was there and know what happened.”

It is downright freakish how effective the mind control is. They refuse to even look at evidence. It is like they are in a mind control cult.
