This statement is a tactical mistake by Trump. He should just release the documents without providing any warning. Now Brennan or Comey or Clinton or the DNC will sue to stop Trump doing what he has full authority to do. And a DC court will find a reason to stop him and that reason will not be overturned on appeal. Then it will go to SCOTUS without Amy Coney Barrett yet seated where the outcome will be a 4-4 decision meaning the DC appellate court decision will stand. And if Trump acts regardless of the court he will be impeached. Please POTUS, please, please, please, just start releasing the documents immediately, at least get the most damning and incriminating documents out now before the Dems go to their allies in the judicial branch. The DC court and it’s circuit do not seem to be bound by the constitution, precedent or the law. Just look at how they have dealt with Flynn. Please POTUS, don’t talk about it, just do it and do it immediately.
