Lindsey Graham needs to be publicly hung. I hold him personally responsible for the Special Council even existing.
I will never buy Graham’s BS and I don’t care if he loses the election.
Graham has as much disdain for the deplorables as every swamp rat creature. He is still John McCain’s best damn friend.

I also ain’t buying Kevin McCarthy’s BS. I am never forgetting that we didn’t want him as Speaker when we got stuck with Paul Ryan. I still don’t want McCarthy as Speaker. He is a “low energy” whiner that does not know how to fight.
McCarthy’s “Commitment to America” is more gopE BS.
McCarthy couldn’t fight his way out of a paper bag.

The reason we want Trump is because he fights. Graham and McCarthy are parasites.

Even after all of the immoral and unethical things the Communist Democrats have done I still despise the Quisling GOP more.

Please Lord God give us more fighters and deliver us from the EVIL of parasitic EVIL Republicans.

      Agree wholeheartedly, JRD.
Would only add, don’t forget the guy behind the curtain, McConnell.

Look at his most recent public statements on election integrity, and peaceful transfer of power, where he totally contradicts and undermines PDJT.

And Ryan, let us not forget Ryan, when it comes to ascending the 13 steps of the gallows.

IMHO Ryan and McConnell have done far more to SUCCESSFULLY undermine PDJT and our MAGA agenda, than Pelousy or Schumer.

“Commitment to America” is standard nothing. McCarthy carefully avoids “committing” to anything that actually has purpose.

Free speech from Tech censorship with legal liability if speech denied, colleges denied any and all funding if they do not protect free speech. end funding for leftist propaganda NPR/NEA, amend tax laws so Amazon and other tech giants actually pay taxes, end K-12 educational indoctrination, hold deep state bureaucrats accountable with loss of job/pensions, legal accountability for corporations funding BLM/Antifa riots, and I could go on and on. Some of it takes to long to express in a short blog post.

      McCarthy is worthless gasbag.

I agree JRD. So let’s get Maria (as good as she is in these interviews) to ask the right question and that would be ” Why has the Senate not adjorned for a day so that President Trump can fill his desired appointments ” ? If it only takes one Senator to do it, please correct me if I’m wrong, and they are MAGA then why have they not recessed to help President Trump and MAGA???

I invite all Treepers, lawyers and wordsmiths to refraise my question to perfection so there can be no escape by turtle, Miss lindsey and mccarthy.

It is insulting that this has been going on for all these years.
The Congress members are protecting their friends jobs and pensions.
The FBI is 100 % corrupt.
Trump has to fire Wray. NOW.
Dismantle the FBI or just fire everyone. And get the documents that show the Democrats attempted a Coup d’eta, prosecute them for their Seditious acts. Obama Biden and all those involved must be prosecuted. Prosecute Hillary for tampering with the election and collusion with foreign governments.
It is beyond reasonable understanding that we are still talking about this and no accountability has taken place.

It’s a small wonder nations become tyrannies. The massive abuse by some, the theft and lies, and illegal activities of humans with no moral compass who enter politics is astonishing. We need Term Limits!!! The Clinton crime family will go down in history as the most corrupt in the nation’s history. The heads keep talking about evidence coming out. But we need indictments and arrests.

      Election Suicide
While some posters in this thread make some excellent points it is not the time now to make them IMHO. The primaries are all over (I believe) and the election is only weeks away.

I believe it’s imperative now to elect every possible GOP Rep and Senator running in this election. Calm the justified anger and answer this question. Which is the better option for the election if President Trump is reelected? A GOP majority Senate and House with a scattering of Rinos and Uniparty vestiges also elected or a majority Dem Senate and House but all the GOP Rinos and Uniparty vestiges out of a job?

Anyone that chooses the latter option is probably a Dem operative hoping to divide the GOP vote. They definitely exist as are the mass efforts to produce depressing suppression polls of Biden winning big in some swing states. If they’re not suppression polls then suggesting voters elect Dems to rid the GOP of “quislings, gasbags and parasites” is not logical.

This close to the election, the repub bashing is meant to dissuade voters, to plant a seed of doubt, and to weaken the resolve to support POTUS and his party.

Notice that over time POTUS weeded out some of the obvious repub snakes. But you have to be wise in how far and fast you can go. But the divisive posts here, criticizing the SCOTUS nominee, and repub Senators (and never mentioning how bad the dems are) tells me all I need to know about them.

WTF?, indeed. The Senate is scheduled to recess in mid-October so everyone can go home to campaign. So why wait two weeks to hold a hearing that isn’t even required to begin with? The first Supreme Court nomination hearing was in 1916 when Wilson’s nomination of Louis Brandeis was so controversial (he was a Jew, ’nuff said) that hearings had to be held. Brandeis DID NOT ATTEND the hearings. And of course, he was seated anyway. So Graham has some Obamagate hearings scheduled between now and mid-October. Big whoop. Swap out the schedule and dispense with this unneeded (but politically necessary) formality first and get the full Senate to vote forthwith.

Koot—“…starting on the 12th of Oct?

That seems to be the usual time taken for all Senators to have the so called private discussions with the nominee before the nomination hearing. But Graham is cutting it closer than it probably needs to be and he never answered Judge Jeanine’s important question.

When she asked, “What if anything can you do to stop that?”
“That,” being the horrendous way Judge Kavanaugh was treated. Ans “If they treat her like Judge Kavanaugh it’s going to blow up in their faces…” In other words he can’t or won’t do anything to stop the attacks according to his answer.

Biden won’t have his teleprompter there. He may have a hearing aid/receiver to feed him answer (Don, Jr. has said he’ll bring in a signal jammer for that). It will be interesting if he can stand for 30-45 minutes at a stretch under hot studio lights in an evening appearance.

IIRC, the debates also usually end with extemporaneous statements by the candidates. Biden might be able to memorize soundbites ahead of time that he can use, but a whole speech, even five minutes’ worth? He’s been doing “sprints” in his short appearances. This will be more like a marathon.

Yes, and in dementia old habits and skills are the last to go. So with the proper drug dosing, I think it is very possible that nearly 50 years of speech giving, could let him get through the debate doing an average job. I’m sure a lot of his “down” days are rehearsing answers to the questions he’ll be given in the debate. I have no doubt he has them, but even if not, the topics were made public (how convenient), so he can have some pat responses for those topics.

I don’t see the debate really changing anyone’s minds though. PDJT and the democrat positions are just so polar opposite, I don’t see anyone watching it to form a voting opinion.

If the sources that Maria Bartoromo has are correct, that there will be no Durham indictments, or report, before the election – does that also mean nothing emerges before the election from the work Mr. Aldenberg is doing?

The impression I had was that the work of Agent Aldenberg is not for people directly related to the election i.e. no candidates or their spouses, children involved so it shouldn’t be hindered due to an upcoming election – so am wondering,

just like the information that the DOJ released to the Sullivan court regarding Gen. Flynn, damning as far as there being no real predicate to go after the General, could the Durham investigation be focusing on political players, whether congressman, senators, or elected administration officials whereas what Mr Aldenberg is doing is more employees of the various agencies doing things they had no legal right to do?

You know, when the twin towers were burning on 9/11, in all the chaos and confusion, people in the second tower heard loudspeakers warning them to wait inside their offices for help to arrive, because it was too dangerous to go outside.

Help never arrived, and all those who waited as they were told, perished in the collapse of the towers.

Those who said ‘eff this’ and ran for the stairwells, at least had a chance to get out safely, and many did just that.

IMHO, yes they HAVE rigged the election process, in numerous ways.
I THINK incumbents of BOTH faces of the two-faced Uniparty were using the NSA database against primary opponents, and they have lost that ‘tool’hence the recent successes, again in BOTH ‘parties’ of primary challengers.

                Second, if the massive electorate that support and will vote for PDJT truly cast off the blinders, and accepted the reality that Congressional Republicon leadership are NOT “stupid” “lazy” “incompetent” or even “greedy” (they ARE, but that is NOT why they support the policies of the Uniparty) and, given how they campaign against primary challengers, they DEFINETLY do not follow “marquis of queensbury” or indeed ANY rules;
They are COMPLICIT in the ongoing coup, continued protection of the small group, and were complicit in all the major scandals during 8 years of Obama, I think they would be forced to resign.

And all PDJT has to do, with his YUGE megaphone, is say the word.
He hinted at it, in a recent friendly protest, when he said something about how Republicans disgust him, referencing Senate Republicans.

All he has to do, is say the words, and he can destroy them,…and there isn’t a damn thing they can do to stop him.

I don’t know how much of the recent releases are a direct or indirect result of Sundances work.

Trying to educate the majority of the American public on what WE KNOW was ALWAYS going to be a monumental task, particularly with so many, from msm to graham working contra to that goal.

I am focusing on THIS, just what you and I have done.
Helping people put aside hope, which is NOT a strategy.

And, edumacating PDJT supporters on what I believe is the TRUE enemy, which is the traitorous Republicons.

The facts are right in front of EVERYONE, all we need to do is LOOK.
            McConnell, in the last week made two public statements;
the first directly contradicted PDJT on election integrity, the second on “peaceful transfer of Power”.

Those two statements alone show McConnell supports this latest scam to subvert the peoples vote.

When you take off the blinders, and truly LOOK at what Ryan, McConnell and the Republicons have done, for 3 1/2 years, it is obvious they have been working full time to drive PDJT from office, and to undermine him and his MAGA agenda, from day one.

To me, THIS is the “keystone” of what WE KNOW; the true nature of the Uniparty, which is out there for all to see.

We just need to point out “The Emperor is stark, buck NAKED!” in order for ALL to see.

The Republicons are like stealth airplanes; expose them, strip away their stealth, and they are just another airplane.

Strip the stealth from the Republicons, and they would be too worried about keeping their heads, to worry too much about keeping their seats.

            So, I am actually more curious about the unanswered question;
WHO is the,”Trump-whisperer” Sundance alluded to, but never identified?

That is a perfect question – who is the Trump-whisperer.

I fully expect, should Trump win re-election, the gloves will definitely come off. For our republic to survive, they must, and if it turns out work being done behind the scenes by Jensen et.al. is real work, then they would serve a seeds to begin the real work of re-founding our nation by cleaning out the rot.

I believe President Trump figured this out a while back, coming back to his speech right before the election, that this was a battle for the soul of our nation, that he knew at that time this was going to be a long slog, but even he was surprised at the ugliness of it all, that

we, individuals, only got glimpses of when in our day to day lives would run into the walls that surround the swamp.

So maybe it’s just as well to put these battles to the side and focus solely on re-electing this man who stepped up and is standing in the breach on our behalf?

To me, its clear the very center of the rot, is with Congressional Republicon leadership.
This traditionally center right nation, could have NEVER have gotten to the point of men in womens barhrooms, post partum abortions, and drag queens doing story hour in public libraries, if we had a party truly representing our values.

The ONLY way it could hapoen, is with a faux party, perporting to represent us, but actually ALWAYS “losing” these policy fights, so we gradually slip farther left.
With PDJT, the Uniparty has been forced to reveal itself, and yes after the reelection, PDJT will have no reason to continue the charade, that Congressional Republicons (Mitch, especially) are “working with him”; he can expose them, just by drawing attention to things we have all seen, with our own eyes.

And thats why they can NOT “allow” him to HAVE a second term.
Republicons are the lynchpin, the “keystone” holding up the whole, stinking rotten edifice.

McConnell recently made two public statements, on election integrity and transfer of power, undercutting PDJT, directly.

And, Graham is trying HARD to keep the b.s. myth of Russian interference ‘alive’, even as Jensens latest release negates it.

I agree with Dutchman for the most part. According to Sundance, Aldenberg is the Durham investigation, and it’s been previously stated by Barr that the election is not a factor in their timing.

I’m not convinced this is an intentional head fake, although it might be and I hope not. One thing that is becoming exceedingly clear to me, as if it already wasn’t, is that the DOJ wheels of justice move at glacial speed when corrupt agents and prosecutors aren’t involved.

Perhaps our best way forward is to do our best to get Trump re-elected so this will have a chance of being completed.

Aldenberg isn’t the investigation! Dennehy led the investigation and Aldenberg is a gopher! This is what I wrote earlier today:

I suspect that his first assistant US Attorney Nora Dennehy probably sabotaged the investigation to protect Obama and Comey not to mention all her attorney friends at the DOJ and SCO like Weissman and Zelby. She was leading the investigation not FBI Agent Aldenbury who simply followed her direction. Remember, Dennehy was the Democrat appointed Deputy Attorney General of Connecticut who sued the gun manufacturer in the Sandy Hook school shooting along with FBI Agent Aldenbury as a plaintiff. Dennehy ignored the Connecticut family court judge who refused to commit the teenager after his mother hired an attorney and pleaded with the judge that her son was mentally ill and dangerous. Mom was the first person the teenager killed! Did Durham and Barr really expect this SJW who probably cried her heart out when Hillary Clinton was defeated to indict and arrest her tribe of Leftist Democrats???? A week after it became public that she was leading the Durham investigation she quietly and mysteriously resigned. I bet that AG BARR WENT NUTS WHEN HE READ THE SAME ARTICLE ABOUT HER THAT WE DID!

yes, with an honest DOJ. But an honest DOJ would have indicted the coup plotters a long time ago. The DOJ covered for Wolfe, when he could have been squeezed to rat out others. The DOJ covered for mccabe, for lying under oath to obstruct an IG investigation, when mccabe could have been indicted on multiple counts to put him in jail for a long while unless he ratted out other illegally spying coup plotters. The DOJ covered up the Awans and all the dem washerwoman-shultz corruption files, for ‘unexplained reasons’ DOJ put under court seal. The DOJ is covering up its own lies to the FISA Court, and its own withholding of records of its own criminality in the Flynn persecution.

None of the many lying perps are running for office. There is no reason they should not have been indicted long ago, or now. The DOJ is rotten to its core.

The poll reading exercise is a crystal ball exercise. I just took the RCP averages by month. I did not try to match same pollster from 2016 to 2020. Not sure it would be worth it.

One way to look at this is that 2016 came down to 76,000 votes in WI, MI, and PA. This is well within mail-in ballot “overcounting” errors and “late” votes. Very troubling. He needs big wins in these states to overcome the potential for fraud.

I think he loses Wisconsin but holds the rest of the MidWest and grabs Minnesota this time around. Might even get VA and NV… so I’m thinking between 299 and 312 Electoral votes.

Not very much analysis of WHY the polls were wrong in 2016 … just a casual one-liner or two about how national polls are going to be estimated properly this time. The only problem with that thinking is that 2020 is even far more polarized than 2016. And one side in particular is demonized to the point of being shut out of social media.
I’d be surprised to see a single participant in one of Trump’s boat rallies or road caravans that would give a pollster a straight answer or not hang up without swearing.
In 2020, national polling/national media has absolutely no relationship with the voting public. NONE. They literally pushed half the country outside the sphere of conversation.

Look around, it’s 2016 dialed up to 11.

Well, how about, the pollsters were being paid to lie; which is nothing new; IMHO.
They are paid to do a job and their job is to persuade the voter to vote a certain way.
$$’s talk and pollsters march to that tune.

That’s why internal pollsters do a different type of job for the candidate; unless as in the 2016 mess, those pollsters were hired by the campaign consultants. I believe those running the Clinton campaign knew the polls were wrong because they saw to it the pollsters were skewing the numbers and lying about Crooked winning; when in fact, she was losing.

I tend to think of two things when I read polls….one, that if they were real, there would be no reason for each campaign to do internal polling for their own benefit…and two, even the pollsters (so-called) admit they based their figures in 2016 on all the new, first-time voters in 2008 (thinking inner-city here, the ones whose mail-in votes are supposedly being tossed aside for errors) who voted for “one of their own” but do not maintain a political interest otherwise…

…which made them greatly overestimate dem votes…as they still do. (Then there’s the fact that at rallies, PDT often brings up “supression polls”…)

Honestly, I can’t imagine a group of New Yorkers, for example, demonstrating like this. Maybe the tyrant governors like Killer Cuomo will follow Desantis and open up their states.

Sadly I don’t think this is happening anytime soon. My prediction for NY, NJ, etc. is masks and semi lockdown forever.

I’m in FL. and can’t tell you how many phone calls I’ve gotten from concerned (Dem) friends across the U.S. (esp. West Coast) asking how I’m doing …. because of some sh*t report they heard on their news.

This has been going on for months and months. At first it was funny, but by the 2nd week it began to get boring.

I predict there’s gonna be a massive uptick in “Are you OK?” calls this week and next w/ DeSantis opening FL. up.

      1) Partially satisfy people who are already going to vote Trump (me, for instance),

I read the statement that Biden gave. His speechwriters did a pretty good job. He’s staying away from Barrett’s religious beliefs, as that backfired last time when the Dem senators tried it, and could bring up some unpleasant comparisons to Biden’s religious fidelity.

Instead the speech focused on 1) the closeness to the election and Merrick Garland; and 2) how Barrett would vote on the upcoming SCOTUS Obamacare case (now that the individual mandate was eliminated, there is no “tax” on which John Roberts hung his pretzel-twist reasoning.) Also some of the usual fearmongering about losing clean water and air because of Trump’s regulatory rollback, tax breaks went to the rich, etc.

Getting rid of the mandate made obamacare legal IMO. I still don’t like it, but that was the part that made it illegal, and Roberts had to call it something that it wasn’t.

I’d be surprised to even find it appearing at the supreme court now that the mandate has been removed. Bad policy, yes; unconstitutional? I don’t see why.

      Like

      • Wethal says:

Roberts said the mandate was not a tax for the purpose of the Anti-injunction Act (which does not allow anyone to challenge a tax until they’ave actually paid it), but then said that Obamacare was constitutional under the Congress’ taxing power (not its commerce power, which would have exceeded its constitutional powers.)

So if it’s not a tax under AIA, then it has to be an exercise of commerce power, but it can’t be an exercise of commerce power (that would be unconstitutional), so it has to be an exercise of the taxing power, but it can’t be a tax because of the AIA……

Scalia shredded this argument into confetti.

As I recall, it was Roberts calling the mandate a tax that made it constitutional, because a penalty for not buying insurance was not constitutional. Now there is nothing compulsory about obamacare, so how can it be unconstitutional. People can buy it or not, just like medicare.

Is it constitutional to mandate all people must be covered for post-natal care, and all the rest? Maybe it is…no legal experience here.

(The other thing that bothered me about o-care was all the quotas,,,,how medical teaching hospitals and university research institutes would not to eligible for funding without certain percentages of ethic groups… It wouldn’t affect constitutionality, I suppose {again, no attorney here}, but it was a part of the legislation I didn’t hear much talk about, and when I read it, I though it was a pretty big deal for everyone to ignore. )

The cold reality is PT got bamboozled into a “warp speed” vaccine production, for purely political reasons, that was neither necessary nor prudent. All along, something as simple as a generic drug that is OTC in most of the rest of the world would have cured any real aspect of this pandemic, assuming there is any. But, of course, that won’t make big Pharma rich, and it won’t score political points for PT’s re-election by somehow producing a vaccine at warp speed for a type of virus which no previous vaccine attempt has been remotely successful. Oh, and it will somehow be “safe and effective”. But big Pharma still gets full statutory indemnity. As a doctor, can you explain why a supposedly “safe and effective” category of pharmaceutical needs statutory indemnity?

Lacking new true leaders, 8 years of President Trump will likely not defeat the rulers of America and their Democrat party.

Andrew Codevilla published a new essay on 9-23-2020 in ‘The American Mind’ by the Claremont Institute. It is titled “Revolution 2020”. The essay explains how Americanism began in the Colonies and developed in the United States, and has been supplanted by Revolutionary Progressivism with complications from Intersectionality. The triumph of globally-connected elites over yesteryear’s Americans is almost complete. Regardless of which side wins the presidency, the next years will include wide violence that could grow into civil war.

The way it used to be is gone and past ‘conserving’ by ‘conservatives’. The opponents’ inner views on behavior in society have no common ground. Codevilla suggested that Deplorables could be protected by election of leaders and even champions in charge of state and local government.

Citizens are moving out of the worst cities and states into relatively safer-for-now red states. Things being equal, these ‘safer’ places will be on the losing side eventually. It seems to me that our local mask-wearing Progressives (in charge of the power levers of education, medicine, business – all layers of regulation) must be persuaded to emigrate out and away from us. Being respectful of their differentness will not cause them to go and leave behind their power over us.

I am done with being quiet when the consequence is ever more evil. MAGA.

So apparently the NYT got a hold.of 20 years of his tax returns. I hope he takes them to court over this. We all know someone has been sitting on his returns for a long time. If they have released this now it must surely be all they have left to throw at him.

Anyway, these dunderheads will pretend to not understand how you can legally report losses to reduce your tax burden. All corporations do it so they can also invest in further infrastructure. Big fat nothing burger. Again. Or the IRS would have been all over him.

It would be my guess that, dare I say, most people try to pay as little in taxes as possible BASED ON THE TAX LAWS THAT CRUSTACEANS LIKE BIDEN WROTE! If he had broken any laws, the IRS would have come after him years ago. Yawn…

I have little doubt that when the Obama-Jarrett team packed up and left the White House in January 2017, electronic copies of these returns among other items of interest left with them, all of it packed amongst the dishes.

Methinks President Trump’s cases against Congress and the NYAG (I believe) just got a whole lot stronger. First, now he can argue those cases are moot, since there’s already been publication and nothing there, and second, he can now factually demonstrate that the need was never for “legislative” purpose but only for political gain.

Me-also-thinks Mueller, Weissman -and maybe Lois Lerner and Obama and others – might have some splainin’ to do to about how NYTimes got them. Barr likely will open another leak investigation.

As for his losses… this is a nothingburger. My family ran a real estate business for many years. They always ran it at a loss, same as Trump. Real estate operators have there assets in illiquid assets – not cash, stocks and bonds. Trump is still plenty rich. Furthermore, I am not shocked Trump lost a ton of money being President of the United States. His business has been under constant attack for 4-5 years by the media and leftists.

All of the plandemic by the Alphabets and their overpaid, underworked flunkies was specifically designed to target the hotel, restaurant, music, bar industries.
Two weeks to flatten the curve is now 6 months and we are still being tortured with this fake emergency.

I’m gagging over an absolutely ignorant advertisement of an Amazon employee expressing his pride over Amazons’ new ‘zero emissions’ electric delivery vans. Those dimwits so lack critical thinking that they simply do not understand that the electricity those Vans run on has to come from somewhere, most likely fossil fuels. If they claim a renewable source they don’t count the environmental impact of the production and eventual disposal of the materials involved in building those generators involving rare earth magnets or poisonous semiconductor solar panels. Electric vehicles waste electricity tremendously and require greater power generation to overcome the enormous inefficiency of the energy transfers from electricity generation to distribution to battery storage final expenditure in terribly inefficient electric drive motors. They cannot fathom they are impacting the environment to a much greater extent than simply burning gasoline in one single step thus avoiding the losses due to inefficiency.

Amazon is on a government enabled trajectory to become America’s retail monopoly – from manufacturer to your door. Ads like this weave a fabric of virtual signalling and guilt avoidance as the monster that people are directly supporting, takes over.

It might even make sense in dense urban settings to “move” the pollution somewhere else by using electric vehicles, but that isn’t saving the planet, it is just making the urban area more livable.

Your assets aren’t taxed, that isn’t legal. What is taxed is your net income. People with lots of investments have many years with losses they can apply forward against years where they have profits. If I start a business and lose 100,000 a year for ten years getting the business going and then make a million dollars the 11th year, I haven’t made any money and I don’t owe taxes. (oversimplified, but you get the idea,)

If it’s illegal, I wouldn’t be surprised to see President Trump move for a temporary injunction tomorrow on publishing anything else. This is different than prior restraint which was not illegal to publish it, just govt didn’t want it made public. Here, if it’s illegal to knowingly disseminate someone’s tax returns, then NYTimes is at least aiding and abetting. I would also not be surprised to see the Feds immediately bring them in, or subpoena or make an arrest to get the reporter to name the source (again, if it’s illegal to disseminate) and if they won’t, then send the reporters – and the publishers – to jail for contempt. Gloves are off. Nothing is off the table at this point.

I also won’t be surprised if President Trump doesn’t turn this around on them if it comes up at the debate – goes after Biden for all the money laundering. But also goes after Nancy and Chuck and Burr and ChiFi and all the other R’s and D’s who are part of the money laundering game.

To me, this also means they know they’ve lost the argument against ACB, so they’re already moving on.
