Really upbeat, lot of energy, just appeared like he was having fun.
A lot like the Mr. President of the 2016 campaign.

FTA “The allegation is “impermissibly speculative,” U.S. District Judge James C. Mahan said in a ruling Friday in Las Vegas.

“The state of Nevada has its own mechanisms for deterring and prosecuting voter fraud,” Mahan, an appointee of President George W. Bush, said in the decision.”

GW Bush’s Judge picks seem to be just one notch above obama’s Federal Judges. Maybe that’s too harsh but why are there so few Scalias?

There are millions of voters who die each year and election officials have no way of knowing who they are in order to remove them from the voter rolls so isn’t that reason enough to require voting in person? Also, any “mechanism” that Nevada has to deal with voter fraud takes months and years while the vote tally is completed in a few hours on election day. There is no way to deal with voter fraud that would be remotely timely to stop it! The judge is an idiot which is not unusual at all.

      • Bubby, I don’t think your statement is to harsh, I think GW’s picks are just a little smoother than the “o”‘s. The outcome is the same just less of an in your face version. A perfect example is Roberts slippery as an eel in trying to craft opinions that would be in line the the departed rgb. In crafting those opinions the eel frequently ties himself in knots that everyone can see, “o” care and is it a tax or a mandate”.

Yes it’s a feral judge once again, explicitly allowing the DemoCommunist Party to design, establish, and use a ballot system created specifically to cheat and defraud the vote.

I’m losing confidence in the November election since no one on our side appears to have an effective defense against the DemoCriminal Party’s glaringly obvious rigged election plans. They’re just marching ahead with impunity and setting up selected states system to enable unchecked cheating en mass… WTF?

I see NO reason for the judiciary committee to have hearings and give these hateful people a platform and as I understand it, it is not a requirement. If they didn’t learn their lesson with the shameful Barr hearing……they are impossibly tuned out. The Democrats will do everything imaginable to delay the process and destroy the nominee without any credible documents. Their despicable plotting and behavior at the Kavanaugh hearings was enough. I watched the Thomas hearings in horror. I do not have a word to describe how I felt during the Kavanaugh hearings. NO MORE of this I say! Nominate, then vote.

I also am unsure that ‘skipping’ hearings is the best coarse.

Its POLITICS, which is about PERCEPTIONS, not legalities.

For instance, PDJT woyld have been legally and Constitutionally ‘within his rights’ to fire Mueller team, but they would have impeached him for it, any way.

Because the PERCEPTION would have been of a ‘Nixon Sat. Nite massacre’, and that he had done so to “Obstruct Justice”.

No hearings, they will CLAIM the American people are being denied vetting, etc.

And, while the Kavanaugh hearings and Barr hearings were disgusting to watch, politically they triggered a BUNCH of #walkaways.

Especially since Karmalla is ON the committee, and won’t be able to resist ‘leading the charge’, let her show America EXACTLY who she is, and what she’s made of.

Politically, its to “our” advantage, as Karmala is even LESS “ready for prime time” than Sleepy Joe.

ANY nominee is going to be villified, and raked over the coals, whether hearings are held, or not.

I say GIVE the Dems a soapbox, to show America who they are. The ‘viewership’ will be off the charts.

If that happens, +8 points across the board.

I don’t see how the Dems in general, and Karmella in particular, can possibly resist.

Lets face it, they have NOT shown any restraint so far (just the opposite) NOR have they shown any capacity to acknowledge or learn from their mistakes.

I say give them the rope to hang themselves. Karmella will, as she did during debates and Kavanaugh hearings, show her “true nature”, and the MORE Americans see what sociopathic biotch she is, the better.

Then, the Debate makes it abundantly clear they really MEAN it when they say “Harris-Biden administration”.

Just when you thought the Dems couldn’t POSSIBLY drive more voters off the plantation, they surprise yet again!

      The Disappeared
China’s global kidnapping campaign has gone on for years and may be reaching inside U.S. borders.

      Foreign Policy Magazine

“In October 2015, Chinese government operatives kidnapped Gui Minhai, a Hong Kong-based book publisher and bookstore owner, from his apartment in Thailand. Months later, Gui, a Swedish citizen, resurfaced in China, declaring on state television that he had turned himself in to face decade-old drunk driving charges. Gui’s colleague, Lee Bo, a dual Chinese-British national, also appears to have been kidnapped in Hong Kong in December 2015 by Chinese security forces and brought back to the Chinese mainland.

“Over the years, the cases have started to pile up. In 2002, Wang Bingzhang, a prominent pro-democracy activist, was seized in Vietnam by Chinese operatives and thrown into prison on the mainland, where he remains to this day. Two years later, another well-known dissident, Peng Ming, was kidnapped in Myanmar and jailed in China; in late 2016, he died under suspicious circumstances in prison.

“Now, however, Beijing’s policy of forcibly repatriating people it considers Chinese nationals — some of whom are in fact citizens of other countries — appears to be accelerating. Powerful businessmen, ex-Chinese Communist Party officials, dissidents, and activists have all been targeted as part of what Western intelligence officials say appears to be a large-scale campaign. “

If he screwed this one up he couldnt have gotten elected as dog catcher in Provost. Handsome and intelligent man but like most politicians he is an actor and not a policy maker. here is an interesting article from 2016. When you have a second read and apply what we know now to what they projected. Uniparty loves them some China.

Both Ben Sasse and Mitt Romney (Rubio too) are beholding to Paul Singer of Elliot Management. I will let you form your own opinion on Singer but I will say he just bought a seat on the board of Twitter last spring

Two brief and final observations on my morning rant Hedge fund are unregulated investment vehicles for the wealthy. By catering to the wealthy they are able to remain unregulated. But the outcomes of their significant transactions are often similar to Leverage buyouts of the 1980s. Hedge Funds make money for shareholders but common residents of the world have their lives destroyed. Soros, Browder, Ziff brothers, Singer, Mark Mercer, Guistra, Steyer Brothers all played roles in 2016 election fiasco. SD is so right about the trillions

Hedge fund shenanigans are being exposed. Hedge funds are now holding themselves out as Private Equity, but I am also seeing the High Net Worth (HNW) planning and legal types use NGOs and 501(c)4 to do their dark work.

We gotta reform the funding of politics. This is why we are a corporatocracy now

Last thought. I have been thinking for several years but it has come into focus through my time on CTH that front line politicians are just play actors – like I suggested for Pierre Delecto in my opening. Lobbyist and staff make the sausage and the pols do the T.V.

We have had two “real’ actors become President of the United States in the last 40 years and neither one of them were playing.

The review will also select particular cases for examination to determine whether there were irregularities in the BOP’s processes. If circumstances warrant, the OIG will consider including other issues that may arise during the course of the review. The OIG is undertaking this review in response to requests from Members of Congress, and issues the OIG identified during the series of remote inspections it has conducted regarding the BOP’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

        According to Worldometers, 123.
That makes sense. Most prisoners are younger and their risk of dying from the Wu Flu is probably in the one hundredth of one percent category.
Letting prisoners under 55 out of jail was not about their health. It was about creating chaos. See urban crime rates. Mission accomplished.

I heard Pennsylvania did the same thing. And judges are jumping all over the USPS for saying you all are bat blank crazy if you think this isn’t a recipe for disaster. All these last minute changes and expectations usually are hammered out at least a year in advance.

There is no excuse for POTUS and the Republican Party to not have prepared a better solution than, “Let’s go to court and hope these sketchy judges help us.” These voter rolls should have been cleaned before so many races were stolen in 2018 and in special elections, and voter ID and other laws put in place. I don’t understand why you bust your butt on trade deals and Middle East peace accords, and then are going to rely on hope to keep people coming back in behind your hard work and just undoing it.

From the moment Doug Jones stole Alabama, the POTUS and the Republican Party should have been on the warpath.

Executive order issued November 3rd at noon shutting down all mail collection for fourteen days post election. USPS to do mail delivery only, starting at midnight November 3 in each state. Clear all boxes at midnight on the 3rd, don’t pick up any mail again until the 17th.
That would not be a deprivation of anyone’s constitutional right to vote. They wouldn’t have enough time in those four hours to figure out how many votes they needed to make up in the swing states. Or at least the damage would be limited.
BTW, no one has a civil right to use the postal service. There are lots of other ways to pay bills. And by the time the litigation was over, the opportunity for fraud would be too.

Manhattan prosecutors didn’t ask for bail, and Harvard was granted supervised release — even though he had an open bench warrant for failing to show up to court on a March 1, 2019, case for threatening two Boost store staffers.

  44. Bogeyfree says:

Here are some very common sense questions to ask Barr, IMO if you want to know if this investigation is truly about getting to the truth and justice.

    1. Is the Wiener Laptop still in the possession of the FBI and have you or Durham ever seen/reviewed its contents? If not why not?

    2. Have you or Durham ever deposed FBI SSA Robertson who was a first hand witness of the contents/investigation of the Wiener Laptop 600K emails? If not why not?

    3. Have you or Durham ever deposed Julian Assange, a first hand witness on how Wikileaks got the DNC emails and if indeed it was via Russians like the Mueller team told everyone? If not why not?

    4. Have you or Durham examined if the FBI ever investigated the murder of Seth Rich as there should be an easy FBI report in the system? If not why not?

    5. Does the FBI still have the 47 hard drives turned in by the Hammer WB back in 2015 and have you or Durham reviewed their contents and deposed Dennis Montgomery? If not why not?

    6. Have you or Durham ever deposed Dennis Montgomery, the actual USER and first hand fact witness of the Hammer Program and who they spied and extracted data on? If not why not?

    7. Was exculpatory evidence withheld by Attorneys in the Flynn case and if so why have you not pursued prosecution of this crime or at least referred people to the Bar?

    8. Do you still have Mifsud’s phones and what was on them and is there any communications between him and people on the SC team?

    9. Where is the missing Flynn 302 and isn’t it a crime to alter a 302 and if so why have you not pursued prosecution of this crime?

    10. How many Americans were unmasked by the Obama administration and isn’t unmasking a crime? If so why have you not pursued prosecution of this crime?

    11. Have you or Durham gotten FBI SSA Dugen’s testimony and read his surveillance/investigative report about the Carter Page FISA Leak that possibly includes people in the Senate? If not why not?

    12. Is leaking a FISA to the media a crime and if so, why have you not pursued prosecution of this crime?

    13. If you and Durham know the Dossier was a lie and it was used in the FISA Court application and lying to a FISA Court is a crime, then why have you not pursued prosecution of this crime?

    14. Have you deposed Warner and asked about his involvement if any of the CP FISA leak? If not why not?

    15. Who received SSA Dugans CP FISA with the altered date and did anyone confiscate this person’s phone to see if indeed any of the classified 82 FISA text pages were sent to outside people?

    16. What did you find on Senator Burr’s phone that you confiscated and did it show him having any knowledge of the SSA Dugan CP FISA release?

    17. Have you or Durham depose Crowdstrike regarding the DNC hack? If not why not?

    18. Why have you not declassified all of the RR scope memo?

    19. Knowing via Adm. Rodgers NSA Search Audit and Judge Collyer’s 99 page report that there WAS massive illegal searching and abuse of the NSA database by contractors, have you or Durham done or requested a COMPLETE audit going back to 2012 of this NSA Contractor Abuse to fully see the extent of the illegal spying as documented? If not why not?

    20. Did you ever trace the PapaD frame money to see where it came from? If not why not?

    21. With 31 government issued phones that were wiped and are potential evidence in Durham’s Investigation, have you gone to the NSA or carriers to retrieve these emails and texts? If not why not?

    22. How is it after 4 years of non stop abuse, fraud, lying, leaking, money laundering and a coup on a sitting President you and your entire DOJ team can’t seem to find one crime?

IMO ALL of these are common sense questions and things ANY investigator would absolutely look into if justice and the rule of law is the mission.

Barr MUST answer these questions to the American people because IMO the answers will tell all if we truly have one system of justice or if that is all lip service.

Feel free to post these open questions as the more who see and ask the better.

      Nice effort, Bogeyfree.
I personally don’t NEED such questions, to know that Barr/Durham investigation is a sham.

Already figured it out, a long time ago, confirmed numerous times by observing their actions.

And, once, again confirmed by Sundances revelation that Barr has effectively recused Durham, Attenburg and the entire DOJ from anything that comes from “the POLITICAL silo”.

Much like Sessions recusing himself from anything “Russia related”, only much broader.

HOW can you possibly investigate a POLITICAL crime, which is what the coup WAS, if at the outset you refuse to accept ANY information that comes from “the Political silo”?

Its a POLITICAL CRIME, for cripes sake!
      Answer is, you CAN’T.

Like the “mid-year exam”, the outcome is pre-detirmined, and it DOES NOT lead to indictments.
