Look it up. It is a real thing. Team Biden has already hired some 600-800 attorneys, led by Eric Holder.

but, one think i noticed, was that all the signs EVERYWHERE were of on ideaology, one group politcal part affiliation.

It clicked. They are not threatened, they are not abused or scared, or hidden, or being hunted, or having their speech stopped, or threatend to be themsevles or outspoken.

They are free, with not threat, putting out threatening messages, and warnign signs everywhere. They dont worry about a sign being taken down, or their car damaged, or house damaged.

“If you are a liberal who can’t stand Trump,

and cannot possibly fathom why anyone would ever vote for him,

    let me fill you in.

It’s not that we love Donald Trump so much. It’s that we can’t stand what you are doing!

And we will do whatever it takes, even if that means electing a rude, obnoxious, unpredictable, narcissist (your words not ours) to the office of President of the United States — because the thing we find more dangerous to this nation than Donald Trump is YOU.

How is that possible you might ask?

You have done everything in your power to destroy our country.

From tearing down the police, to tearing down our history, to tearing down our borders.

From systematically destroying our schools and brainwashing our kids

into believing socialism is the answer to anything

(despite Socialism being an unmitigated failure everywhere),

while demonizing religion and faith, and glorifying abortion, violence, and thug culture.

You call us racists every time we expect everyone of any skin color to follow our laws equally to gaslighting us about 52 genders, polyamory, grown men in dresses sharing public locker rooms with little girls, and normalize the sexualization of young children.

You simultaneously ridicule us for having the audacity to wish someone a “Merry Christmas” or hang a flag on the 4th of July, stand for the national anthem, or (horror of horrors)

don a MAGA hat in public.

So much for your “tolerance.” You show no tolerance to anyone!

(Do you see why we think you are just hypocrites??)

We’re also not interested in the fact that you think you can unilaterally decide that 250 years of the right-to-bear-arms against a tyrannical or ineffective government should be abolished because you can’t get the violence in the cities you manage under control.

That free-speech should be tossed out the window,

and that those who disagree with your opinions are fair game for public harassment or doxing. You think that spoiled children with nose-rings and tattoos,

who still live off their parent’s dime

should be allowed to destroy cities and peoples livelihoods without repercussions.

You think that chaos, and lawlessness, and disrespect for authority should be the norm.

    This is your agenda.

And you wonder why we find you more dangerous than Donald Trump?

Your narrative is a constant drone of oppressor/oppressed race-baiting

intended to divide the country in as many ways as you possibly can.

You love to sell “victim-hood” to people of color every chance you get

because it’s such an easy sell,

compared to actually teaching people to stand on their own two feet

and take personal responsibility for their own lives

and their own communities and their own futures.

But you won’t do that, you will never do that,

because then you will lose control over people of color.

They might actually start thinking for themselves, God forbid!

This is why we will vote for Donald Trump.

Not because he is the most charming character on the block.

Not because he is the most polite politician to have ever graced the oval office.

Not because he is the most palatable choice,

or because we love his moral character or because the man never lies,

but because we are sick and tired of you and all of the destructive chaos

that you are doing to this once beautiful and relatively safe country of ours.

Your ineffective and completely dysfunctional liberal “leadership”

has literally destroyed our most beautiful cities, our public education system,

and done it’s darnedestto rip faith out of people’s lives.

However bad Donald Trump may be, and he is far from perfect,

every day we look at you and feel that no matter what Donald Trump says or does there is no possible way he could be any worse for our country than you people are.

We are sick to death of your stupid, destructive, ignorant, and intolerant behavior and beliefs — parading as “wokeness.”We are beyond sick of your hypocrisy and B.S.

We are fed up with your disrespectful divisiveness and constant unrelenting harping and whining and complaining (while you live in the most privileged nation in the world), while making literally zero contributions of anything positive to our society. Your entire focus is on ripping things down, never ever building anything up.

Think about that as there is something fundamentally very wrong in the psychology of people who choose destruction as their primary modus operandi.

When Donald J Trump is reelected, don’t blame us,

look in the mirror and blame yourselves.

Because you are the ones that are responsible for the rise of Donald Trump.

You are the ones who have created this “monster” that you so despise, by your very actions.

The reasons you try to cite to oppose ACB are not reasons but really, conjecture, speculation and really just innuendo.

Doesnt line up with your normally sane and thoughtful posts.

      • Boots says:

Amy Coney Barrett is a John Roberts in waiting. President Trump is going to make a huge mistake. Who suggested Barrett to Trump? Same person(s) who suggested Sessions? Rosenstein? Wray? And all the other losers he hired? Trump is walking into a trap. With eyes wide shut.

Trump’s presumptive choice is Judge Amy Coney Barrett, currently sitting on the Seventh Circuit. But I have profound questions about Barrett’s suitability for the high court, as Barrett’s apparent unwillingness to separate her faith from her legal judgmentshould worry conservatives; jurists’ first allegiance should be to the Constitution, not the shifting political and doctrinal line at Pope Francis’ Vatican.

Barrett co-authored a scholarly legal article with John H. Garvey, now the President of the Catholic University of America. They stated their conclusion quite bluntly:

[W]e believe that Catholic judges (if they are faithful to the teaching of their church) are morally precluded from enforcing the death penalty This means that they can neither themselves sentence criminals to death nor enforce. jury recommendations of death.

A full ten years before Pope Francis made clear that he considers all (not most) capital punishment “inadmissible,” Barrett was anticipating the change in Catholic teaching, and binding herself to it. Why? She cites a document of the Second Vatican Council:

Bishops, teaching in communion with the Roman Pontiff, are to be respected by all as witnesses to divine and Catholic truth. In matters of faith and morals, the bishops speak in the name of Christ and the faithful are to accept their teaching and adhere to it with a religious assent of soul.

The moral impossibility of enforcing capital punishment in the first two or three cases (sentencing, enforcing jury recommendations, affirming) is a sufficient reason for recusal under federal law. (p. 306)

The answer gets more emphatic further down:

[T]he principle at stake in capital sentencing is a moral one, not a factual or simply legal one. And the judge is asked to violate it—not to reason from different legal premises to morally unobjectionable conclusions (like Justice Brandeis did in Whitney). There is no way the judge can do his job and obey his conscience. The judge’s conscience tells him to impose a life sentence; federal law directs him to impose death. Because the judge is unable to give the government the judgment to which it is entitled under the law, § 455(b)(1) directs him to disqualify himself. (p. 334)

It is clear what Judge Barrett believes about the obligations of a Catholic judge when there is a direct conflict between her views of what the Church teaches and the U.S. Constitution dictates: they must recuse themselves.

That’s a scary prospect, if Judge Barrett is to become Justice Barrett.

The excess mortality statistic doesn’t lie. It is the only statistic that really matters in the covid-19 pandemic.

I’m going to keep track of this site. Latest data says that excess deaths in USA went to zero on August 23, 2020, which is the latest data they have, apparently.
There are a number of plots and data available, but here is the plot for excess mortality for the USA only:
I looked at all the other countries that they had data for. Most of them had data ending later than 8/23/2020 and the excess deaths are saying that the pandemic is over in all those countries.

I suspect that the covid-19 pandemic is over in the USA as well.

    • Joemama says:

      • Joemama says:

When new data comes in for excess mortality due to Wuhan China coronavirus in the USA, I will post a plot that shows up without having to click on a link.

If nobody is dying over the usual numbers of people dying, there cannot be a pandemic.

If irrefutable proof exists of the end of the pandemic, then it seems to me that lawsuits for continued lock-down measures would be basically guaranteed to win in court.

I suspect that is why data for the USA stops on 8/23/2020. It has been almost a month since then & I suspect that covid-19 excess deaths are now insignificant.

The disease is real. Many people have died due to the disease. I believe that I contracted the disease and was the 2nd sickest that I have ever been in my life (was not tested, since tests were not readily available at that point in time, but was tested to show that I did not have a flu).

I am not making light of the people that have died and I have great sympathy for those who lost loved ones to this disease.

      Here are some examples:

I agree that the Dems have more to twist and spin with ACB because she has many years of cases to judge her by. That doesn’t mean they are right in their spin or that ACB can’t flip their argument. I’ve seen a lot in her favor also.

We are well armed and we protect our property. Our Governor is named DeSantis. NOT BISEXUAL GILLUM. And we will fight for Trump and freedom.

Oh but his wit is as dry as a bone!

‘McConnell tweaked Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) asserting, “Ironically, it was the Democratic leader who went out of his way to declare the midterm 2018 elections a referendum on the Senate’s handling of the Supreme Court. In his final speech, before Justice Kavanaugh was confirmed, he yelled, literally yelled, over and over at the American people to go vote. He told Americans go elect senators based on how they’d approach their advise and consent duties over these weeks.”

McConnell said succinctly, “Unfortunately for him, many Americans did just that”, as he let a trace of a grin appear on his face.’
