What Happened Inside Ed Buck’s Apartment?
Two men died of meth overdoses at the home of a West Hollywood political donor. Dark conspiracy theories abounded— but the truth is even darker.

    By Jesse Barron
    Published Sept. 16, 2020

    FTA:

An hour before sunset on July 27, 2017, four Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call from North Laurel Avenue in West Hollywood. The deputies walked through the black metal entry gate and into the open courtyard of a two-story apartment building, where an older white man in an undershirt was standing on the concrete stairs, beckoning urgently. They followed him into his living room — gray walls, a TV showing porn. A young Black man was lying unresponsive on a mattress on the floor, naked except for white socks. Three minutes later, the paramedics from Los Angeles County Fire Engine 8 raced up the stairs carrying their red plastic toolboxes, but the young man was already dead.

The tenant’s name was Edward Buck. He was white-haired with a strong jaw, 62 years old. He described the dead man as his “friend.” About two hours earlier, Buck said, his friend injected meth….
    (SNIP)…
Five days after Gemmel Moore died, the publisher of the online paper WeHo Daily received an email from a woman named LaTisha Nixon. “To whom this may concern,” it began. “I’m the mother of a young man who was found dead last week in the West Hollywood home of powerful political activist Ed Buck.” She attached a PDF with photos she had found on Buck’s Facebook page of him standing next to Hillary Clinton, the former governor Jerry Brown and Representatives Ted Lieu and ADAM SCHIFF. The PDF had more: “My son wasn’t working and had no money when he left Texas,” she wrote. “He didn’t have the money to pay for his flight or buy the meth the coroner says killed him.”

Mark Levin was talking about this yesterday. He said the judges, even the State Supreme Court cannot decide how elections are carried out. There is an article in the Federal Constitution that states “all election law is decided by the state’s legislature.” I don’t have it specifically but I’m sure he is right.
So, the Pennsylvania legislature should immediately take this decision to Federal Court.

This is true…I wrote this earlier today,, but will repost:

The PA supreme court has no legislative lawmaking ability, they can say what they want, but the judicial branch has no authority to affect election laws or rules.

Mark Levin covered this last night. He says the federal constitution states the state legislatures makes election laws for each state.
A PA state rep called in and was asking how to stop this…..Stephanie something….

Levin said that the Republican house has the ability to give a resolution, or some form of disavowal, saying that the PA SC decision to allow late ballots, including without postmark……and the executive branch decision, basically by fiat, saying that elector signatures don’t need to match…….are NULL AND VOID and the status quo will continue!

They still have options and the PA rep was getting off the phone and calling her leader and asking for an emergency house session to stop this!

If Levin said that he’s wrong …. Legislature can prescribe the rules but Congress can alter them.

        Article I, Section 4

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

What a joke! The name ‘general assembly’ comes right from the collectivist, utopian, French Revolution of 1789 which is ever-glorified by the Left.
So my question is: How the hell did a militant, communist movement grow and thrive right under the noses of our FBI?

Without a convincing answer in their defense, it’s apparent to me that the FBI has aided and abetted this underground, leftist movement, just as it has done by conjuring up, out of thin air, the necessary counterpoint to Antifa/BLM, that necessary piece that was meant to justify Antifa/BLM. I refer to the CIA/FBI-created White Supremacist Bogeyman that gives Communist Media USA a means of justifying the atrocity that is Antifa/BLM, and allows Dems to demagogue endlessly to lock-in the Black and Jewish vote.

The President has stated that he likes to hire people with opposing views so that he can have a discussion and see a problem from different viewpoints which leads to compromise and better solutions. This works in business and should work in politics. The problem is that currently the people with opposing views are not interested in discussion or compromise, only obstruction and deception. The President would be better off just surrounding himself with yes men. Sure the other side would complain, but what’s the difference?

It only looks that way. And something else that is very important: the President always gains much more from these personnel dust-ups than he loses.

As former appointees recede into the background, they also leave their dirty tracks in their wake, tracks that are more incriminating of them and of our governmental system than they are of the President, who always uses these experiences to attain new heights in his quest to restore our constitutional government, our sovereignty, our peace, and our identity.

FTA ““As a result of this case, Pennsylvania voters can cast their vote without fear that their ballot could be rejected solely because an election official — who isn’t trained in handwriting analysis — thinks their signatures don’t match,” said Campaign Legal Center attorney Mark Gaber, who represented the plaintiffs in the since-shelved lawsuit.

“This is a big deal for voting in PA,” voting rights author Ari Berman said. “State can no longer reject mail ballots solely for mismatched signatures.”

Many on social media reacted favorably to the decision, but many supporters of President Donald Trump and the Republican Party answered that the commonwealth’s move away from signature matching validation is an open invitation for fraud.”

they still didn’t remove signature verification … from the ruling …

While one might hope that the General Assembly would revisit the issue and
consider furnishing such a procedure on its own initiative, this Court has the prerogative
to address this problem if it proves worthy upon closer examination. As a “state court
with the power to assure uniformity,” we have the authority, and indeed the obligation, to
direct the canvassing of absentee and mail-in ballots in a manner that satisfies “the
rudimentary requirements of equal treatment and fundamental fairness” when we find a
palpable failure to meet those constitutional thresholds.
          17
Regardless, Petitioners do not bring a discrete challenge to the Commonwealth’s prescribed processes for examining the validity of signatures on ballot envelopes, so resolution of that question must wait.

Now that would be the match that lit the fuse of civil war. Under such circumstances, I would not cede power to these communists. The President and his cabinet owe it to loyal citizens not to turn the keys of power over to totalitarians who would flush our constitution down the toilet.
I’ve said before that only the foolish believe Dems are so stupid to burn down our cities in hopes of elective success. Their game is armed revolution and surrender by us. All they really need is for the major cities to welcome them as new rulers, thus providing them enormous resources and geography which could be used strategically to subdue the suburbs, leading to collapse, state by state. If military is needed to put down rebellion, well, the result would almost be the same, since the US economy would plummet, and foreign adversaries would join the fray.
If I were the President, I would fire Wray immediately, or insist he roll up Antifa/BLM prior to the election. This network of communists has thrived under the very noses of our CIA and FBI, an unforgivable sin!

What the heck takes so long to straighten out your voting mess.

We live in Canada 5 mins from the U.S. border, and have a Nexus pass. ( expedited entry pass)

Thousands of Canadians have addresses in the U.S. and winter in Hawaii, Florida, Arizona and California to name just four States.

Many have bank accounts, utility bills etc in the U.S. as well as Canada.

It sure sounds like it would be easy for the unscrupulous to obtain a ballot, fill in some lies and fire it off.

I somewhat understand ( at least I think I do.) but how on earth can something that has national and even international consequences be ruled on by a tinpot politically appointed hack.

    Few would have anticipated this.

I posted yesterday, that a civil war may be in the offing, crazy maybe. However PDJT has exposed the utter corruption of the U.S.A.

53% in Rasmussen that’s a lot of popularity, and the number is likely in excess of 60%.

He made no major errors nor were there any of his now-famous gaffes….To underestimate Biden’s debating abilities would a serious error.”

“Despite what Trump supporters may believe, Pelosi’s reluctance to see a debate between Biden and Trump has little to do with Biden’s mental acuity. Biden likely will at least hold his own.”

If we keep promoting that Biden has dementia, and lower expectations for him to almost zero, and then he holds his own on the debate stage, then all the media will declare him the winner. I think the President is right to focus on whether or not he is taking drugs to hold his own in a debate.

    Good Afternoon.
I don’t post here much, once in a blue moon. I used to be a daily reader. Actually several times daily, but I take what’s going on so personally it started making me sick so I stopped. However, just like in 2016, when I felt kind of the same way(it’s just more vicious this time around), I would come here to get some reassurance from my “peeps” as they say.
I’m not even talking the riots, Covid and all the other goodies “they” threw our way in an attempt to blame Trump because anybody with half a brain could have hopefully seen through that.
What is getting me upset is the mail in voting which will be rife with fraud and I’m afraid that is what will get Harris..oops I mean Biden in. You know that’s what it is all about. These same people are going out, so they can go out to vote. You don’t even have a choice anyways. My state doesn’t give you a choice. It’s only mail in , and I am not voting. I know it won’t count and I’m in a blue state anyways.
Why isn’t the President giving an Executive Order to stop it? He can’t allow this to go through. If they are elected they will be after his behind like white on rice, if that is allowable to say these days. I never thought I would see days like these. It is very depressing and I’m actually frightened by the thought of fraud and the Dems getting in.
Right now the inmates are running the asylum but I believe if Trump is re-elected Martial Law will have to be instated for awhile if the inmates continue running amok. The citizens are afraid and they have every night to be.
Obama, Souros and their ilk spawned this and something will need to be done should he be re-elected. Never in a million years did I ever think I would have to say SHOULD, but I could have never forseen four years ago the things that were thrown at Trump like they were.
Listen, I could go on and on but I think you understand where I am coming from.
    Thank you for listening.

Well done. Sometimes when I voice, written or verbal or however, the problem the problem disappears.

I don’t believe to an absolute certainty Martial Law is occurs if President Trump is re-elected. However, our nation is as divided as I’ve ever seen it and it wouldn’t take much to light the fuse.

I pray the angels of our better self’s will show us a peaceful response.

I must say that I haven’t read any solutions to the coming voter fraud. Like you, I wonder if an EO is forthcoming or if it can even be done legally to protect our country from fraudulent votes of massive portions.

Hope some here will chime in on this and hopefully give us some hope. Yes, I’m praying and I do know that is important too.

It is a logical conundrum that the dimms are clamoring to throw themselves into with election results.

1). There are a finite number of citizens of voting age.
2). A landslide of in-person voters, mainly voting for Trump cannot be hidden.
3). Attempts to pad the results after Election Day will be fraught with a numbers game:

In order for the dimms to pull off a victory, they are going to be shown to ‘find’ more ballots, which — when aggregated with the in-person ballots — far outnumber (even accounting for any margin of error) the finite number mentioned in point 1.

In addition to this the push polls they are using are going to hurt them. How, by claiming that the dems have more votes than the conservatives pushes the conservative to bring more votes. I stated this awkward. For example, in a high jump contest, its like the jumper says the bar is to high I will have to cheat, so raise the bar higher.

There is no doubt in my mind, that the RNC and Trump Campaign, along with those senators and representatives, and local elections are also gearing up for a fight.
Right now, it’s very important that the people of this country understand what mass mailing of unsolicited ballots really mean to our form of government. It is essential that we keep a true two- party system alive and well, and kick the fraudsters to the curb!
This is the kind of chicanery that is used in 3rd world countries.
Be aware and vote, regardless if you live in a Red or Blue State…there are essential local elections that are at stake also.
Please vote Republican all the way down the ballot. The Democrat Party must be completely destroyed!

Dee, you need to vote. You don’t know how many others in your state are fed up and will vote for Trump, too. You say your vote won’t matter. Your vote absolutely won’t matter if you don’t cast it.

Challenge your state to NOT count your vote. If Trump finds your vote wasn’t counted, you can doggone bet he will challenge it in court. So challenge your state officials by casting your vote. And give Trump some ammunition.

    2016 all over again.

Trump Job Approval is up 53 to 46 percent (+7!!) according to today’s poll released today by Rasmussen. Included 1500 respondents. Yet somehow NPR/PBS/Marist hobbled together a survey with 723 respondents to give Trump an ‘unfavorable’ by 10 percent.

How can there be a 17 percent swing among polls taken at the same time, unless there is intentional scrubbing of the data to get a predetermined result??

I listened to NPR Thursday morning as I drive to work. They had three military veterans on as guests to discuss the election. One was a red-blooded MAGA supporter and veteran of Fallujah and the other two were Biden voters, having served in Vietnam and the 1990s respectively. They were asked about the Altantic story with the WWI cemetery, and all three rejected the article’s sensationalism; the MAGA guy was the most insulted obviously but they all treated the article as lies against the commander-in-chief.

Then the interview concluded with a lightning round of “So what is your outlook on the 2020 election.”

MAGA guy was Trump 100%. But the other two veterans, as if by magic, reverted to a script of the need to ‘restore
dignity to the Oval Office’ and how Biden provides ‘decorum’ to the role Command-in-chief. A complete 180 from their shared rejection of the Atlantic story.

I don’t know what NPR is selling, but they must have looked under every rock to find a Vietnam-era vet who doesn’t support President Trump. Sure I can understand some vets under the Clinton era would support a dem candidate, but I’m not buying the 2 out of 3 ratio. Nope. Not gonna happen.

    Sorry, NPR.

That is NPR’s standard format. They claim to get one from left, one in center and one on right. Reality is that they get two foaming at the mouth marxists and one centrist or someone slightly left of center.

It is actually unusual that they appear to have gotten a full MAGA person. That was probably a mistake in casting.

He absolutely eviscerated the host, and he was surprisingly given several minutes without interruption. He referenced an event this summer at Fort McHenry when POTUS was hosting veterans, and the media was only concerned about whether POTUS appeared to avoid touching the disabled veterans… like they had an agenda to fulfill. They asked for interviews with severally-disabled vets and only asked they if the President stayed opposite a fence and refused to touch them. You could tell he was incensed about the behavior of the media but he managed to maintain his composure as he related the story.

The fact that this guy was allowed on air seems to indicate virtually ZERO veterans from the Obama years will support Biden. Obama and Biden basically shat on an entire generation of men and women and they haven’t forgotten.

Bob Woodward was interviewed by Judy Woodruff on PBS Newshour last night, and I couldn’t listen to much of it, but my ears perked up when Woodward described having presented the whole Critical Race Theory “White Privilege” “White Guilt” framework, setting up the President to appear tone-deaf, “lacking empathy” for the suffering of African American victims of white supremacy.
To which our VSGPDJT responded, “Wow, Bob, you’ve really drunk the Kool-aid on that.” I’d missed that from when Woodward’s book first made the rounds a week ago

For those too young to remember, “drink the Kool-Aid” refers to the Jonestown poisoning massacre in Guyana in 1978, in which charismatic San Francisco People’s Temple leader James Jones, led 918 cult members to drink cyanide-laced Kool-Aid as part of a mass suicide/murder, in which the entire group was wiped out, many by voluntarily poisoning themselves, others by forcible injection or just being shot by guards. Jones was an important figure in the leftward swing in politics in San Francisco, playing a pivotal role in George Moscone’s election as mayor in 1975. His People’s Temple was a weird mixture of Marxism and fundamental religious doctrine. They set up this “Agricultural colony” in Guyana, as a way to escape criminal prosecution and avoid extradition to the US, where Socialism in nearby Ecuador was welcoming. Family and friends of Cult members raised concerns, and Jones eventually murdered Dem Congressman Leo Ryan of California’s 11th District (San Mateo county), who came to Guyana to investigate. Left-wing Congresswoman Jackie Speier was an aide to Ryan on that trip.

So this was President Trump’s off-the-cuff brilliance on display, IMHO, by taking on Critical Race Theory, and the Big Lie Media’s white-guilt/white privilege/black victimhood narrative head on, labeling it as “drinking the Kool-Aid,” committing “mass suicide.”

It will be “mass American cultural suicide” if the Left wins this particular Cultural-Marxism invasion into American intellectual thought, and into the broader culture. The CRT existential threat to America has already established a beach-head within US academia, and is spreading like cancer into “woke” corporate board rooms and administrative-state seventh floors via their McKinsey/BCG consulting teams, poisoning HR dogma with cultural cyanide. Our children and grand-children have been groomed for this assault through our high school and college education systems.

Some impressionable young Blacks believe they now get to exercise Black Privilege, and make White Guilt people kneel down to them to properly show their shame for the color of their skin (led by Joe, Nancy & Chuck in African tribal garb). Opposition is publicly branded as White Supremacy by the Big Lie Media. The stark dissonance with MLK, Jr.’s dream that people will be “judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin” is studiously ignored, Mamet-style, by the talking heads.

PDJT is fearless, clear-eyed, in walking through the minefields set by our enemies, blowing up their sophistries right and left.

I believe it will help intellectuals appreciate their error by just replacing the word “Critical” in the various intellectual and cultural “theories” – Critical Legal Theory, Critical Race Theory, Critical Literature Theory, and their “cousin-theories” throughout “post-modernity” – with the word “Marxist.” As in the Long March through the Institutions.

I’ll post below a reprint of my Marxism for non-Marxists post from awhile back.

    • Doppler says:

      Marxism for non-Marxists
Marxism has two phases: subversion and control.
In the subversion phase, it identifies the cultural fault-lines within existing societies, sets class against class, and group against group, race against race, in order to foment Revolution! It feeds conflicts within societies with an endless stream of economic, intellectual, and cultural sophistries designed to lend credence to its subversion, while moving as a hidden cadre into key positions within all institutions wielding political, cultural, academic, financial, or other power, in order to enable coordinated actions and echo chambers to magnify the impact of their subversive initiatives, and their justifying sophistries.
In the control phase, the carrot of “social justice,” intended to “right the wrongs” identified through the subversion stage, is replaced by the stick of totalitarian one-party control of all levers of power. The sophistries morph into thought-control mechanisms by which the party hierarchy can control and dominate those beneath them within the hierarchy, or outside the Party, and the exercise and abuse of absolute power can be disguised in a sort of “emperor’s new clothes” phenomenon that everyone must acknowledge to be beautiful and utopian, or else be cast out of society, killed or imprisoned, or put to work in enslavement and re-education camps.
Or maybe just fail to advance. Perhaps there’s a Marxist Pietr Principal for bureaucracies: Non-Marxists advance to the level of their cluelessness.
In the United States today, perhaps uniquely in history, we can observe both phases of Marxism at work simultaneously. Our own Revolution pre-dated Marxism, but our Founding Fathers built our political system to survive “all enemies, foreign and domestic.” They made our system intentionally complex and deliberately built in inefficient political arrangements designed to limit political power at all levels, and to set co-equal branches and different levels of government against one another, so as to inhibit the exercise of power. Each level is supposed to be accountable to its citizens, each official to an elected official who answers at the polls to the citizens, and to the judiciary. Power is dispersed out among equally empowered and ambitious competitors, whose competitive instincts check each other, all designed to preserve the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. Because of this complexity, we are living in a time when both phases of the Marxist Enterprise co-exist in our larger American society at the same time.
The Democrat Party has fallen, and wherever its minions and warhorses hold office, there Marxist doctrine has a place to grow. One of the randomly generated criticisms directed at President Trump is to compare supposedly successful local programs dealing with Covid to the absence of a uniform national policy (as if it’s obvious that strongman totalitarianism is to be preferred, just from someone who can recite Marxist jargon with the best of them). Wisely, President Trump has decided to side with Founders, not the Cadre. He won’t be baited into the tyrannical abuse of Presidential power.
Arbitrary rules “justified” for the safety of the populace forced onto “the People,” while the Party does as it pleases, such as “government gyms are open and functioning,” but privately owned and operated gyms are locked down, can perhaps be understood in this context of the two stages of Marxism, in power in various cities and states, but not yet in others, in some nooks and crannies within DC, but not all of the federal government.
It is there for us all to see, and to rebel against. Trump must win this election, the Republicans must hold the Senate and regain the House. But these arbitrary, Marxist-doctrine spewing Mayors, council-members, DAs, state legislators and Governors must also be voted out of power.
Then the subversive sophistries that have invaded our culture, our schools and universities, our churches and synagogues, our corporate HR C Suites, our Journalism and our Media, our banks and economic institutions must all be rooted out.
While I have been extremely frustrated with the lack of justice, and the snail’s pace for what little is administered, I retain some hope that President Trump continues with a plan to bring out the worst in his enemies in order to get them to destroy themselves.
This “Government Gyms are Okay, Private Gyms are Not Okay” story should open many eyes, especially among the young work-out crowd. Freshly-coifed Nancy proclaiming herself “victim,” and blaming her stylist is more of the same. Hate-filled mobs roaming the streets while police are disempowered to protect property and lives will work the same way.
What is Sun Tzu’s lesson: never interrupt your enemy when he is self-destructing?
