Interesting video “interview” of Hong Kong Virologist Li-Meng Yan who fled to LA in April to tell the world the truth about Covid 19. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/chinese-virologist-flees-hong-kong-accuses-beijing-covid-19-cover. Click through to the exclusive Fox News interview.

The video has interesting production values: not a real interview because there is no interviewer, low volume ominous background sound, switches from close-up speaking by the brave but frightened young woman against a studio quality pleasant background, to blunt graphic texts against what looks like dark damaged concrete background, text made to jump periodically as if by static interference, helping to tell or emphasize parts of her story, with occasional photographs and videos interspersed for further illustration. No credits.

Her phone had details of texts from 12/31 among Chinese virologists confirming family clusters and therefore human-to-human transmission. Her boss at the University of Hong Kong Virology lab asks her to find out about it, since the CCP had put a lid on the information. Another text shows an inquiry from one doctor, responded to by “don’t ask,” “this is too sensitive, but we have to wear masks.” She reports, but her boss advises her to stay silent, or else “we will all be disappeared.” “Do not touch the red line.” Nonetheless, she blogs in Chinese via a US contact, apparently triggering the Jan 27 disclosure of human to human transmission, and a tripling of China-confirmed cases, but is later warned by this blogger that she is in danger. Her husband refuses to accompany her, is angry, telling her she will get them all killed.

She arrives in LA on April 28, is picked up and interrogated by the FBI, her phone taken, then goes into hiding.

Now this video coming out event, which includes pictures of the phone and its text messages, suggesting FBI involvement in producing the film, suggesting her introduction to the public is part of some government (or “rebel alliance”) plan.

So we have the Big Lie Narrative, run by the Deep State and its Globalist-Internationalist allies, and the Alternative Narrative, run by some secret group also spanning government and alternative media conduits, dribbling out crumbs to the patriotic public. A massive, life-or-death information war being waged among us with zero transparency.

At least we’re not paying for all of it anymore, what with the quietly embraced MMT and the Fed now printing 3 or 4 times as much cash to fund the government than we taxpayers are contributing (taxes are still due July 15, or next Wednesday, by the way).

PJDT should direct and order Fauci to specifically ask the WHO, which we have thankfully stopped supporting, to provide full and complete written answers to specific questions, including:
why did china never report the china virus?
What information did WHO request from china, when, and specifically what was received, and what was not provided?
why did china refuse to advise WHO about human-human transmission?
why did WHO ignore information from Tiawan that there was human-human transmission?
why did china refuse WHO and other experts from investigating in china?
does any china behavior violate any WHO rules, responsibilities or guidelines?
Why did WHO advise against blocking international travel with china?
Does WHO support, or oppose ‘gain of function’ enhancement of virus or bacteria against humans or animals (which the US Congress forbid)?

Why did WHO first admit that asymptomatic transmission of the virus was “rare,” and then almost immediately withdraw/retract the statement — after the “mandatory masks everywhere for the asymptomatic (!)” groupies exploded?

One aspect of such an inquiry from Fauci is that the WHO might respond, but you were part of the Pandemic Control Committee who ordered us to follow China’s lead and not to embarrass them.

The DC Circuit just ordered a reply to the rehearing petition. It is hard to read the tea leaves here, but my initial take is the Court wants to appear that they are being thorough and give everyone a chance to weigh in, including DOJ. The Court responded to the petition in less than 24 hours, so they clearly understand the need for speed. No reply briefs allowed. DOJ invited to participate.
Having briefs also gives the Court the opposing research. There could also be mixed views on whether Suspicious Sullivan has standing to seek rehearing, so this gives the full court the opportunity to address that issue for future cases should there be a standing challenge.

Note also that standing is an issue that the Court can raise on its own.

Second Supplement in Support of Agreed Dismissal
On May 7, 2020, the Government moved to dismiss the Information against General Flynn after shocking exculpatory evidence was revealed by U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Jensen’s review of the Flynn file. ECF No. 198. General Flynn consented to that motion. ECF No. 199. Although this Court has terminated briefing and hearing deadlines, the case is still pending as this court has not yet entered the order dismissing the case on the Government’s motion. As the court knows, the government has a continuing obligation to provide Brady material to the defense. Banks v. Dretke, 540 U.S. 668, 675-76 (2004); Min. Order (Feb. 16, 2018), United State v. Flynn, No. 17-232 (D.D.C.).
Mr. Jensen’s review has unearthed additional exculpatory evidence. Accordingly, as dismissal has not yet been granted and General Flynn must establish and preserve the record, General Flynn provided his first supplement seasonably on June 24, 2020,ECF No. 231, and now files this Second Supplement.
    On July 7, 2020, the Government produced to General Flynn 14-pages of additional evidence, demonstrating (i) his innocence; (ii) the absence of any crime;

    2
(iii) government misconduct in the investigation of General Flynn; and (iv) prosecutorial misconduct in the suppression of evidence favorable to the defense in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963) and this Court’s Brady order. These documents both corroborate information provided by others previously and provide new information known to at least ten people at the highest levels of the Department of Justice and the FBI. This evidence negates multiple essential elements required for the prosecution of a false statement offense.
These documents establish that on January 25, 2017—the day after the agents ambushed him at the White House—the agents and DOJ officials knew General Flynn’s statements were not material to any investigation, that he was “open and forthcoming” with the agents, that he had no intent to deceive them, and that he believed he was fully truthful with them. In short, there was no crime for many reasons. These documents were known to exist at the highest levels of the Justice Department and by Special Counsel, yet they were hidden from the defense for three years.
Despite clear evidence of no crime, as the defense briefed previously, Sally Yates and Mary McCord made two trips to the White House to get General Flynn fired, and Andrew McCabe met with Vice President Pence to convince him that General Flynn had not been honest with him. Further, after that meeting, FBI Agents Strzok and Lisa Page further altered the FBI 302 report of the interview until it met with McCabe’s approval and would facilitate a prosecution by the Special Counsel. ECF No. 235.

    3
These documents provide even more compelling evidence requiring the court to grant General Flynn’s Consent to and the Government’s Motion to Dismiss. Notes of then Deputy Assistant Attorney General Tashina Gauhar, reveal a January 25, 2017, meeting of ten officials including FBI General Counsel James Baker, Bill Priestap, Agent Peter Strzok, and [redacted]; from the National Security Division of DOJ: Mary McCord, George ZT, and STU; from the Office of the Deputy AG: Tash, Scott [Schools], and [redacted]. The FBI reported that they had an investigation open on Flynn from the prior summer but “had not seen things to point to initial issue.” They were “looking to close F” . . . “then recovered calls.” For General Flynn’s November and December calls, they even made “requests to foreign partners.” “Info came back—legitimate.” They claimed the “media leaks” regarding the calls being intercepted brought the “investigation in the open” and “changed the dynamic” so they decided to interview him immediately. Exhibit A.
They reported that they “asked to interview—with couple of agents to talk about [the] news.” Flynn told Deputy Director McCabe that he knew the FBI had the calls. Flynn walked through the history of his relationship with Kislyak.
Ms. Gauhar’s notes confirm that the agents had decided not to show him the cuts [transcripts] of the calls. Their sense was he was “being forthright.” Contrary to the “Final 302” itself, the Ms. Gauhar’s notes indicate they provided Flynn “no false statement or intro that he was under investigation.” General Flynn described an exercise of calling thirty or more countries. “FBI → says checked + is consistent w/ tech cuts.”

    4
To the extent there were any differences between the transcripts the FBI held but did not share with General Flynn and his recollection that day, the Agents said they “believe[d] that F. believe[d] that what he said was true.” This fact alone defeats the requisite intent for a crime.
The agents also reported that General Flynn did not remember the number of calls he made [from the Dominican Republic]. Remarkably, the “Final 302” wrongly states that General Flynn did remember making four-five calls. Finally, her notes document again that the agents believed he was “telling truth as he believed it.” He knew they had the cuts, and he focus was on radical Islam.1
The production includes heavily redacted notes from Peter Strzok taken at the same January 25, 2017 meeting. Strzok’s notes establish the DOJ nixed any Logan Act prosecution. George Tosca apparently wanted to know who thought it was “appropriate to tell the White House to stop making false statements”?
The Government’s production also contained a heavily redacted excerpt from a draft January 30, 2017, internal memo. The Government previously disclosed to General Flynn that this memo existed, but the actual memo has never been produced and contains more information than Mr. Van Grack’s meager summary. Among other points, the memo says that the FBI determined that based upon its interview of
1One of the many problems with the Special Counsel’s allegations of any wrongdoing by General Flynn depends on conflating “US sanctions” with expulsions—which are distinct issues with different meanings and cannot be used interchangeably—especially for allegations of a felonious “false statement.” See Margot Cleveland, New Flynn Transcripts Confirm Mueller Team Lied to The Court And The Country, THE FEDERALIST (June 1, 2020), https://thefederalist.com/2020/06/01/new-flynn-transcripts-confirm-mueller-team-lied-to-the-court-and-the-country/

    5
General Flynn on January 24, 2017, it “did not believe General Flynn was acting as an agent of Russia.” The FBI determined that General Flynn believed what he was telling the agents was the truth. “FBI advised that the purpose of the interview was to determine if Flynn was acting as an agent of Russia. FBI advised that Flynn was very open and forthcoming.” The memo also reveals it was the FBI leadership made the decision “not to confront Flynn with the actual tech cuts.” Also included in Exhibit A are one page of Dana Boente’s meager and redacted notes of March 30, 2017, weeks after Flynn left the White House. They disclose that the government actors “Do not view [Flynn] as source of collusion.”
These disclosures evince additional Brady violations and even more reasons requiring dismissal of the case against General Flynn. As with our first Supplement in Support of Agreed Dismissal, ECF No. 231, counsel conferred with the Government about this filing. The Government advised us that all necessary redactions were complete, and it had no objection to the documents being filed on the public docket. The Government’s production of July 7, 2020, is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Durham “report” is a myth. Durham’s job is the real thing. Specify crimes and bring indictments. “Reports” simply cause more work for the Gov. Printing Office.

Nunes has been making well researched criminal referrals to the DoJ for well on to two years. IG Horowitz even provided a criminal referral in raged McCabe with limited evidence and not one single indictment of a coup criminal.

Durham is not a special counsel or anything like that. He isn’t preparing a “report” to be turned over to somebody else for further review. He prosecutes people. That’s what he will do. Either prosecute or not. That will be that.

I’m sure if there are no prosecutions Barr will let us know by means of a statement or something. “Declined to prosecute” seems the favorable term these days. Hopefully it’s lots of indictments.

LOL Reports and indictments are two distinct things. Despite the number of times AG Barr stated in Fox News Durham’s job is to bring indictments or not and a report “may” be a by-product of his investigation, Faux News continues to peddle Durham is producing a report like Mueller did. Mueller’s report came after a number of indictments happened. Take Faux News reporting with a grain of salt!

A report may be produced and certainly happened after the election, but indictments could very well happened prior to any report being written.

Yesterday I posted the idea that the Maxwell arrest was to frame PDJT because of the rape allegation being within the specifc years she is indicted for 1994-1997.

However, user DIu replied saying that Maxwell was given immunity for a testimony during the trial for these years… The user also – pointed out something clearer – that methods of protecting people from within are being exposed.

as in, Why did Maxwell get off, and epstein get a smack on the wrist….
The thought i got from DIu’s reply – was that members from within (DOJ , whereever) were taking the evidence for ‘their own use’ and smacking the hands of the offender to move it along.

‘Their own use’ gets into this blackmail stuff.

and DIu replied that the ‘crimes against children ‘ referenced in the OIG report and the NSA audit Collyer report – both point to a technician (TECHNICIAN in the OIG Feb 2018 report on their OIG site) seeing it, and a DOJ lawyer writing notes of being briefed on it in confunction with the Anthony Wiener laptop (the laptop Huma Abedin was using to sync Hillary’s server emails to this laptop for Insurance Policy (remember?)).

In viewing this.. it appears one group is cleaning up their mess and alerting their coup members via leaks and laundering the material through ‘investigations’ by commitees (politicians)… and there is ANOTHER GROUP actively pursuing these people and catching them.

I’ll make one last point – Agents do the field work – its Headquarters that makes the determination to go forward. Meaning we cant blame agents – they have no final say so (This is most likely why Sundance is putting the heat on Barr either doing justice or trying to cover it up). They can whistleblow, but Obama made sure that wouldnt work either:

    – remember the Coup Member Michael Atkinson being put in at the Intel IG?
    – remember why Snowden ran (his previous job he found out was surveilling a deutsch bank whistleblower)?

Our politicians were using their committees and allie within the many Agencies to identify dirt via whistleblow, complaints, or simple espionage (Sundance is showing Adam Waldman and Oleg hugging because he probably wants to make it clear the Russia Plant is a Friendly technique to gain FISA capability and they are never really scared of these russian plants)

The truth is that conservatives never get representation in our government (outside of President Trump and DNI Grenell). When the Left wants something from their representatives, their reps go to the ends of the earth to deliver for them. When we ask for even the most basic of things, they stall and delay like Judge Sullivan, hoping that we will forget or get tired.

At some point we are going to have to organize our own marches outside of these people’s homes if we want any results, starting with our “CONservatives” representatives and appointments.

These leaks about Durhap coming forth with nothing are consistent with him thinking Biden will win, and looking out for his own ass accordingly.

He may be a tenacious prosecutor, but I expect he is also a Democrat, and he’s got a political tiger by the tail—and it has scared the hell out of him.

I believe much of what is going on with the evilness of the communists controlling certain parts of our country will definitely backfire.

Surely, even the most moderate voter, the most dis-interested voter, the dumb of the dumbest, is eventually (if not already), going to get tired of buying, washing or tossing useless face masks along with being restricted, here, there and everywhere; not to mention their kids not going back to school!! OR in many cases, unemployment runs out and their job is gone too! And how about the fun of rationing of everything in the good ole USA…think dumb people like that? Or their favorite eatery being closed, etc., etc. And then there is the de-funding of police….sure that’s really a lot of fun.

You really believe that POTUS’s campaign is NOT going to point that obvious reality out every hour of every day until election day?

You really believe that vile cuomo will really get away with lying about the increase of deaths of the elderly with his intentional executive order to put the chi-com flu victims in NYS nursing homes? This happened in PA also; I have relatives living there…not happy campers….

Are there any national media outlets, or politicians, whether Senator or Congressman, asking Treasury Secretary Mnuchin to publicly explain what is going on, why there is a national coin shortage and what he’s doing to remedy that situation?

I keep watching the financial news channels, following their websites, and nothing, nothing on a response from Treasury on this national coin shortage.

There are lots of conspiracy theories around, especially the one about wanting to move everyone to digital currency, so it seems the federal Treasury Secretary should make a formal announcement of what is going on. The silence is destructive.

As a high risk person, I spent several hours today reviewing the symptoms and expected progression of the WuFlu. I might now be able to distinguish WuFlu, Ebola, and a heart attack.
As to treatment; When PDJT mentioned hydroxychloroquin, I locked onto that as I reasoned that there were a bunch of people at Walter Reid that knew a lot of practical treatments for infectious diseases, and might reasonably have observed that people who were taking prophylactic doses of antimalarial drugs seldom got a flu. Yes, there is study after study seeking there own piece of the pie and they will be happy to ‘help’ if you can hang on for 10 more years.
Bonus: the inexpensive stuff is often used to treat arthritis, of which I just developed a raging affliction.

The difference between rebellion and sedition is that rebellion is (uncountable) armed resistance to an established government or ruler while sedition is organized incitement of rebellion or civil disorder against authority or the state, usually by speech or writing.

So why are the actions we are seeing from the FBI & DOJ and CIA not why sedition?
So why are the actions of Obama, Biden and Hillary Clinton not acts of sedition?
So why are the actions of Judges like Sullivan to delay the release of Flynn not sedition?
So why are the actions of people like AOC to defund the police not act of sedition?

The BLM protest here in Scotts Valley California was pathetic!

It looked like 15-20 white people.

They had an open mic to speak on black , indigenous and persons of color.

A white tatted up guy, dressed in black with a black bandanna covering his face, claimed he was indigenous as he lives on the street. He preaches his white privilege to fellow street dwellers.

I feel bad for the sweet girl that organized this. 😭

If you want to see the pitiful live stream it’s public at Scotts Valley Black Lives Matter protest.

The Trump 2020 police car will be racing tonight at Ocean Speedway in Watsonville. Even with the grand stands closed, more people will view Trump 2020 than their entire pathetic march.

By the time people get to nursing homes, many have little family that is very involved. What better group to kill or ascribe CV to because who is going to argue over someone at the end of a long life. People just want to be done with it.

Or, going out there here, just make up older people. Sharryl Attikisson used to list names and towns for each before the numbers got too big. When numbers were 1000+ a day – who even knows or checks the deaths? This is a big country and the numbers are too big.

You would think that the homeless would have died like flies because who has worse overall health than them? In fact, forget about them dying, I didn’t even read stories about them getting sick at any appreciable rate. There weren’t many stories about homeless and CV that I saw at least.

The funny thing is homeless healthcare was equivalent to someone with good healthcare because primary care providers ran away from CV.

We know that these boycotts aren’t organic, but I also wonder if there is some corporate sabotage involved also. These large corporations are so intertwined with media companies, tv and movies studios, internet platforms, etc., that it would be easy for a corporation wanting to take over a business to wait to misunderstand and vilify some word or tweet, and send hordes of bad press to lower stock prices, remove a CEO or Board Member standing in their way, and then later the corporation has taken over the vilified company. These are not just some SJW actions; these are corporate hijackings.

    Epoch Times – VIEWPOINTS
No, Mr. Durham. We Need Your Report Before Election Day, July 9, 2020
    By Roger L. Simon

“…And if Durham does “punt” until after the 2020 election, it could become more political still, pushing our society to the edge of civil war and beyond.

“Imagine this: Joe Biden wins the election and come January 2021, just before his inauguration, the Durham report comes out. Several major players in the aforementioned government agencies, household names at this point, are indicted.”

“These indictments go all the way to the top but not quite, leaving Obama and Biden unscathed, at least technically….”

“How does Mr. Durham, or any reasonable person, expect the losers in the election, the tens of millions of Trump supporters, to react then?

“With massive justifiable outrage is my guess.

“They will do any number of things from refusing to pay taxes to acts of sabotage to taking to the streets in a more militarily organized fashion than anything we are seeing today.”

“And, for that matter, how could a Joe Biden possibly govern with criminal indictments of his and Obama’s previous administration all around him? Whatever moral authority he had would be gone.

“In all, the country would start to disintegrate. You name the way.

“No, John Durham had better think twice about “punting” his report until after the election.

“Of course, that’s assuming Ms. Singeman’s “sources” are reliable….”

    https://m.theepochtimes.com/no-mr-durham-we-need-your-report-before-election-day_3418881.html/amp?__twitter_impression=true

    ********

I believe many Democrats would be OK with all of this, in order to protect the Supreme Court, RBG seat, and to expunge President Trump. TDS & MSM idiocy are very real.

I don’t see why Durham can’t roll out 30-40-50 indictments at the end of summer, and then add more later.

Because, surely, any unsavory acts were merely undertaken to protect our democracy (sarcasm)… and on top of that, there was no INTENT (Obama go-to fabrication).
