Soros Funded St. Louis Circuit Attorney Threatens Legal Action Against Property Owners Who Defended Themselves Against Rampaging Mob…

This is a great example why law-abiding citizens need to be very involved in local elections.  The husband and wife who defended themselves and protected their property from looters/protestors are now being threatened by a Soros funded STL Circuit Attorney.

Ms. Kimberly M Gardner is an activist within the legal profession who has an expressed purpose to destroy property rights, advance the cause of a socialist society, and collapse the legal system that allows citizens to protect themselves from the rampaging mob.

ST. Louis Dispatch […] The McCloskeys had been at home and heard a loud commotion coming from the street; they went to investigate and saw “a large group of subjects forcefully break an iron gate marked with ‘No Trespassing’ and ‘Private Street’ signs,” police said.

“The group began yelling obscenities and threats of harm to both victims,” police said. “When the victims observed multiple subjects who were armed, they then armed themselves and contacted police.”

Police are continuing the investigate the incident on Portland Place but are labeling it as a case of trespassing and fourth-degree assault by intimidation.

Meanwhile, were the couple, as they stood on their own property, within their rights to point weapons at protesters? Gun rights advocates say yes. A police spokesperson said to ask “the courts.”

Anders Walker, a constitutional law professor at St. Louis University, said that although it’s “very dangerous” to engage protesters with guns, the homeowners broke no laws by brandishing or pointing weapons at them because Portland Place is a private street. He said the McCloskeys are protected by Missouri’s Castle Doctrine, which allows people to use deadly force to defend private property.

“At any point that you enter the property, they can then, in Missouri, use deadly force to get you off the lawn,” Walker said, calling the state’s Castle Doctrine a “force field” that “indemnifies you, and you can even pull the trigger in Missouri.”

Luckily, Walker said, no one got shot.

“There’s no right to protest on those streets,” Walker said. “The protesters thought they had a right to protest, but as a technical matter, they were not allowed to be there. … It’s essentially a private estate. If anyone was violating the law, it was the protesters. In fact, if (the McCloskeys) have photos of the protesters, they could go after them for trespassing.”

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner appeared to take a different view, releasing a statement Monday that said she’s “alarmed at the events that occurred over the weekend where peaceful protestors (sic) were met by guns and a violent assault.”

Gardner said her office is investigating. (read more)

Another City run by DEMS for decades.
Famous for President FDR introducing the Pruitt-Igoe Housing Project that was specifically built and in 1950-51 housed African Americans. Known as the “Project” in St. Louis it offered nothing to the African Americans other than create a hell hole known for its poverty, crime and the start of gangs.
Blown up in 1972 and the tenants were left with no where To
    to go.
Another “DEM program that created a no-way-out for and no-way-up for Black Americans.

She won’t have to go after that couple, Antifa and the rest of the activist left are going to utterly destroy them. They are going to review bomb their business, try to hack all their accounts, and contact their banks to try and get their accounts closed. Do not be surprised if BLM comes back specifically to their house with a huge mob just to terrify them, if not break down their door and murder them inside their own home. Both of them should also be very careful when out and about, if a leftist recognizes them a flash mob will be there within minutes to harass and intimidate them.

If what you describe does not happen, I will take it as proof that this was a staged false flag event. Antifa & BLM & the muslim brotherhood & uniparty would very much like to see some white people shoot and kill some “protesters”.

First they tried for a Ohio State type situation. but they didn’t get the deaths to justify the rioters as being “victims”. They are now attacking white residential neighborhoods trying to create the shooting death to feed the narrative. This may have been a false flag to attempt to normalize the behaviour to try to get some one else to provide the shooting deaths that they desire.

If that happens, immediately there will be calls to confiscate weapons and tons of red flag laws passed.

Yep. This was a trial run. The McCloskys were notified by someone to expect protesters coming across private property to get to the mayor’s home. So they had weapons at hand.

Don’t know if the mayor is in the same gated community or the protesters wanted a shortcut and/or they’re now going to invade gated communities. Evidently, Mr. McClosky went down to his office & had his windows bordered up. I doubt he wants the same look on his home. He called the police & 911. They never came.

And now, even though the law says you have right to defend your property, the GS-funded DAs, starting in big cities & moving on to us peons in smaller communities, is in essence saying the Mob Rules (and we’re not talking the Gambino familly).

Any harm to the Mob will mean criminal prosecution of the property/life defender. And under the new standards, defendants are guilty until they prove their innocence. And you just know these DAs won’t let defendants prove their innocence with evidence because most often now, judges support any and all leftist mobs and will unfairly exclude evidence.

This new event should deter immigrants & illegals from wanting to come to this country. They’ve got the same thing going on in their homeland.

I think I’m going to join “Bikers for Trump” even though I don’t ride because they’re the only group who has a loud voice.

@Jan, if that happens and they want to prosecute the law abiding home owners, then I say don’t let them arrest you that day. That’s the day you say NO, I won’t let you arrest me today. Ask yourself, do you live the rest of your life cowering, submitting or stand for truth and morality? A choice you can make either way….

Soros funded City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberley M. Gardner is a legal activist hack who pursues destroying property rights and to hamstring the legal system that protects citizens ability to defend themselves from rampaging mobs. She will eventually lose her license to practice law primarily because she doesn’t respect the law.

In Texas, Brandishing is a serious crime, and aiming at anyone is an Assault.
They used extremely poor muzzle awareness, often pointing their weapons at each other.
My understanding of the Castle Doctrine is that mere presence in not a threat to life, thus warranting lethal response. All it takes is one aggressive movement, not verbal, to cross that line. As attorneys, they should know this.
This raises the question as to whether the whole thing was staged to create a pretext to undermine the Castle Doctrine!!

Those are Missouri attorneys who know they acted well within their rights. This isn’t brandishing on public ground. They’re on their own private property and seconds away from having to legally use lethal force against anyone who dared to continue to approach them.

“Missouri’s law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, in addition to yourself or another individual. This means that if someone illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against them without retreating first.”

@ curtmilr, the castle law is different from state to state, yes, but if you think a mob of people is the same as an individual in this scenario you’re nuts. They have the right to protect themselves and their property. Brandishing and pointing at a mob of people, illegally on your private property inciting violence to you, you have the right to kill them if you think your life is in danger. The McCluskey’s were fantastic in showing level-headed restraint from pulling that trigger and blasting some of them period. But, if you think they are in legal jeopardy from pointing a damn gun at a mob of violent rioters, you’re nuts.

I think the point here is that St Louis is no longer being run by Democraps, but is now being run by far left Collectivists who are being financed by the worst of the Global Monopolist interests, namely George Soros, including the similarly dependent Democraps. Follow the money and we will clearly see how these supposed Democraps are getting elected. We have to beat these people at the polls or we will all be subjects of Soros’ pathetic leeches. That means we can’t keep letting them run unopposed in Democrap districts.

Lets be real here. Like Trumps presidency – its all about creating an asterisk for the public record. When officials release statements like this, it’s not to be hypocritical. It is to blatantly alter the narrative and subsequent public record so when people look back on these events, it will be remembered the way liberals want them remembered (aka BLM good; everyone else bad). Idiot lemmings like my mother in law will say there must have been something else that wasn’t captured on that video otherwise why would the district atty say those things… why would she lie?!?

Unless your wife is a Dana Loesch type (mine isn’t), the least you can do is teach her proper gun safety and take her to the range. More than once would be great! Tell her it’s a way to bond with you, your love language. Or send her to a gun safety class and pay for some good one-on-one instruction. And then go to the range together. Couples thing again. If she refuses, so be it, but when/if the protestors come please don’t hand her a loaded gun and say, “Honey, now let’s go protect our property” and expect anything else than a disaster.
