Comrade Whitmer Extends Stay-Home Order to June 12th – Michigan Now Focused on Eliminating Non-Existent “Second Wave”…

Well this is an interesting development.  The goal of the lockdown to “flatten the curve” in Michigan has now morphed into eliminating a mysterious second-wave of the COVID-19 virus that no-one has actually identified.

The rules are now justified to prevent the appearance of a ghost virus.

With a mysterious and invisible new-phase of the virus to battle, the Michigan stay home lock-down can possibly be extended to infinity.

According to the Detroit Free Press: [Whitmer] said while coronavirus cases and deaths are clearly declining, “we are not out of the woods yet.”

“If we’re going to lower the chance of a second wave and continue to protect our neighbors and loved ones from the spread of this virus, we must continue to do our part by staying safer at home,” she said in a statement first reported by the Free Press. (read more)

See what Comrade Whitmer is doing there?  The objective that grants her unilateral control over the lives of all citizens, has morphed to “lowering the chance of a second wave” as the hot new justification legalizing her totalitarian dictates.  Slick move.

Trump has pretty much ordered churches to be open. Let’s see how that goes. It may be Michigan may suddenly find religion as a form of protest. Trump would not hang that bait unless he had a baseball bat behind it.

Bert, the ‘baseball bat’ is 300+million Americans whose unalienable Rights come from God, not Government. NO executive order(Federal,State,Local) can usurp an individual’s Constitutional Rights without their consent or due process of law. Any infringement constitutes an unlawful act. All Government power is GRANTED, and contingent upon, the consent of the governed.

      Nope.

      It’s more cynical than that.

This is a power move, right out of the 90’s, just like the Clintons did at Ruby Ridge and Waco.

They are exerting POWER and DOMINANCE in a SHOW OF FORCE intended to either (a) break the citizens’ spirits, thereby getting them to submit, or (b) provoking the overwhelming USE OF FORCE (snipers at Ruby Ridge, fire at Waco) to EFFECT THE SAME RESULT, and break the citizens’ spirit.

It’s the same thing. She is TAUNTING the legally armed citizens to DO SOMETHING to JUSTIFY her use of force, to quell the rebellion, break spirit, and DEMAND the surrender of ALL FIRE ARMS.

Like Rush says, don’t doubt me on this.

      They’re THAT SICK.

        That will not happen here.
If it does, America will change on that day, forever.
She is trying to trigger our President. That isn’t going to happen either.
She was elected by the voters of her state,
Gov. Whitmore is killing people and their livelihoods for the Democrat mantra.
She will fail horribly, she already has.

I am beginning to suspect this is all about neutralizing Pres. Trump’s power – rallies. Michigan is one of the swing states the Democrats thought they had in their column for the last presidential election. Donald Trump campaigned hard right up to election day and flipped Michigan into his column.

Under all the restrictions (limited occupancy, ‘social distancing’, prohibiting public events), this limits how much campaigning Pres. Trump can do. Watch the media: when rallies start in states not under lock-down, the media will screech about risking a second wave, blood on his hands and more. Even as the lock-downs are eased, the democrat governors (especially swing states) will slow-walk opening public gatherings (Trump rallies) as much as they think they can get away with.

But Michiganders have to learn to vote in all their elections every single year, twice a year for there to be any substantial improvement in its state government.
Hopefully MI citizens are learning a very important lesson in the 2020 house arrest.

ALL of this is about ONE thing:

          MAIL-IN VOTING.

It translates into perpetual Democrat control. It won’t be instantaneous. They’ll have to perfect the skim. But once they have it…they have it. Forever.

THAT’S what all of this was about.

Do you know why PDJT keeps saying if he wasn’t elected we’d be at war with North Korea? Because THAT was going to be the diversion they used to implement MAIL-IN VOTING.

North Korea is controlled by China, so it wouldn’t have been a REAL war, but MAIL-IN VOTING would have been the result, and then HILLARY would have won a second term, and they’re off to the Socialist races.

That’s how close we came to being a socialist dystopia.

          That’s how real this is.

          This isn’t hypothetical.

          This isn’t debate time.

This is real. This is real. This is real.

Ask yourself why their unyielding commitment? Only someone TRULY invested in SOMETHING would be SO adamant about achieving a SINGULAR goal.

It’s not just PDJT, either. They would obviously be doing this to ANY Republican.

          But the vehemence. It’s…unnatural.

Remember what President Trump said – I think while as Candidate Trump in 2016: used to be our cars were made in Detroit and you couldn’t drink the water in Mexico – now our cars are made in Mexico and you can’t drink the water in Detroit –

also as candidate, early on in his candidacy, he said he didn’t like POW’s that got captured, referring to John McCain – oh, what a storm of criticism descended upon him from people all over the place who seemed to think this was going to nip the Trump candidacy in the bud – including Democrat John Dingell and his wife, Debbie who took over his spot in Congress –

it was an ongoing area of criticism by a Democrat who championed John McCain, as a fellow veteran – while the Dingell VA Center was rated one of the worst! One of the very worst, the Phoenix VA Center – doesn’t that show the sheer BS of these politicians who were so fired up against Trump for speaking plainly about John McCain? They use the veterans but when they have the responsibility and the duty to provide proper care, they fail.

Michigan needs to throw out all these bums who don’t deserve to serve.

I think seeding the Fall spike IS the political reason for blue states extending their “shelter-in-place” policies right now. I think their gameplan is to further ravage the economy, delay its rebound one more quarter, and then turn loose a largely-unexposed populace to produce a spike of new cases after schools re-open and when cooler temps return.

Dems are holding back the normal tides to create a tsunami close to the election. It is up to the governed in each state to emphatically and relentlessly withdraw their consent NOW.

Give voice to your freedom through every available media, and convince your friends to act also.
Write daily to newspapers–even if it’s only one or two lines of protest. You do not have to be eloquent. It will be your PERSISTENCE that wins the day.
Flood the lines of local radio talk shows and sports talk shows. Whatever their topic of the day, overwhelm them day after day with what THE topic of the day, week, and month is and will be until tyranny ends and tyrants repent.
For one minute, starting at 12:00 noon, you could just sit on your porch or open your window and beat a drum or a metal pan—one beat per second to represent the heartbeats of hundreds of thousands of citizens uniting into one against all who repress your freedom without your consent. Raise a din in every neighborhood. Drive to the capital at noon and raise the din where your governor works or resides.
Whatever you choose to do, find neighbors or friends who feel likewise, and UNITE in some course of response that carries audibly and visually across communities.

“THESE are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be highly rated.
Britain [or, insert your governor’s name here], with [no] army to enforce her tyranny, has declared that she has a right (not only to tax) but “to bind us in all cases whatsoever,” and if being bound in that manner is not slavery, then is there not such a thing as slavery upon earth. Even the expression is impious; for so unlimited a power can belong only to God.”

The protest of citizens in oppressive blue states becomes the voice of deliverence for each of the States United.

The extended shelter in place orders will weaken peoples natural immune defenses, and make US ripe for a second, maybe more lethal and virulent wave.
The whole thing is rotten to the core and the fact we see it coming and can’t do much about it is totally frustrating.

Why is Joe Biden acting like he doesn’t want to be president as he has been doing this for, well, since he began running. I believe now that in order for the Democrats to accept someone different at the convention will be more acceptable to them. I also believe that they have no one else run and I find it curious that Obama is rearing his Communist face again. Remember, Obama was their savior.

We are not out of the woods yet and no amount of stimulus is going to help. Behind the scenes they have been pushing this green new deal big time in order to get their agenda through. People like half-Whitmer don’t care about loss of jobs. Someone has to pay money back so get your houses in order economically.

Frankly, Michelle is more polarizing and has said things that might even make Biden look better. I just don’t see her giving up her billionaire lifestyle. She and Barry are lazy. While VP would be an arm trophy type with a normal President of the left, Biden is likely to implode paving the path to the top for any he chooses as the running mate. I cannot imagine that a majority of people in Michigan are happy with her at this point. Though Hitler enjoyed popularity of sorts through Germany throughout his reign, it was greatly forced through strong arm tactics which didn’t allow dissent. I see a similar dynamic with Whitmer. The propagandists try hard to paint her as something reasonable, but it is falling flat. There have been growing protests against her dictatorial ways and I can see it growing worse.

Many people I talk to are growing more disgusted with the leftist dictates from this shut down, even self-proclaimed liberals are considering voting for their opposition because of the tyranny they see coming from these power mad governors. At some point, without having removed all guns from the people, there comes a breaking point where dictators are no longer welcome. Michigan workers are going broke. A Federal bailout for the dictates of this insane woman are unlikely to happen. When you starve people they reach a point where they rise up. Or lay down and die. MI has always had a numerous Union population and since Democrats pander to the Union voters, people mostly vote Dem. My Dad was strongly pro-union and he would participate in parades, picket lines, and political rallies. I worked in a union shop ONCE, and that was enough for me – I couldn’t stand how the union protected the laziest workers. My siblings still live in MI and we’ve all disagreed with Democrat policies for decades but there was no talking to Dad about it. My siblings and some of my cousins are disgusted with Whitmer, but I’ve got some other cousins and previous schoolmates who “LOVE” Whitmer – they actually use the word “love”! Liberty, I am a decades long resident of PA, and have a son, DIL, and grandchildren in MI. Don’t know where you are in PA, but in our region, except for the Capitol, it’s pretty Red. My MI family members live in a nice town, not far from Ann Arbor. As far as I can tell, many people there tow the line of the university mentality, which is blu-er than blue, but it appears to me that the Red Zones are expanding. I think John James for Senate is a mission that is forcing many people to examine closely.

You may have seen in news reports over the last 2-3 days that election officials – specifically the ones who tally the vote in Philly, have pled guilty to charges of ballot stuffing. The Dems in PA have to cheat in order to win. The charges to which these thieves pled out covered three separate sets of elections over the course of three election years.

Election 2014 is the first of the 3 sets of charges. Election 2014 was the year that Tom Wolf was elected PA Governor for the first time. My question now is, since election officials in Philadelphia admitted in court to stuffing ballot boxes in that election, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR TOM WOLF TO BE THE SWORN-IN GOVERNOR OF PENNSYLVANIA?

It does not matter what the vote count differential was, because we have acknowledged election fraud by ballot box stuffers, Democrats, out in the open, and now convicted.

Who knows how much manipulation of votes, in PA “hot zones”, occurred? The PA 2014 election of all State Officials who were on the ballots everywhere in Pennsylvania, must now be in dispute. Tom Wolf is an illegitimate Governor, who has unlawfully usurped the Constitutional Rights of all Pennsylvanians.

How to get to Phase 6: Post-pandemic

To reach the final phase, community spread is not expected to return and as a result, the economy has fully reopened. Whitmer’s plan says this step may be reached as a result of a vaccine being released.

You’ll know if your region will move to this phase if the following businesses and activities are permitted:

All business and organization open with lasting safety requirements
Minimal to no lasting limitations on personal and/or social activities

So… Perpetual Control Measures. Sounds like a Rush album title.

The average daily growth rate of both infections and deaths in MI for the last 21 days is 1%….ONE PERCENT. This is less then the average for the entire US (2% for both).

On top of this, its been clear from mid-April that ALL the mortal threat is to very elderly, very compromised, people. The death rate for people under 60 (working age) is, and always has been, about 5% (which is likely at or below that of an average flu experience).

The citizens of Michigan and wherever else is continuing lockdown nonsense are being subjected to CRIMINAL abuse of power. The Dems here are out of their minds. The data has been clear for a LONG time and this virus was never the threat it was predicted to be.

  12. Michiganders for years have been taken care of by someone else. First was mainly the unions, which praised the democrats as they fought against those evil republicans. As the union jobs started disappearing, the state and federal government stepped into that role. They supplied the people with free money in the form of disability payments and government handouts. It would absolutely shock you how many able bodied people are drawing 100% social security disability checks. And of course those evil republicans were trying to steal their freebies. This cycle has been going on for a generation.

I deal with people from all over the country and can tell you that Michigan is by far the worst. And it’s mainly the urban areas. The further north you get, the less you see welfare and disability addicted people. But the people up north either are struggling to.make ends meet or just want to be left alone. They don’t have time or the inclination to be activists. Plus the vast majority of the people are in the southern urban areas.

I really don’t know what, if anything, it will take to wake these people up. I got smart and when I turned 18, I joined the military and never returned to Michigan. Except to go hunting. After all, I grew up on the family farm and knew where all those big ass Michigan white tail were hiding out at.

The opposition to that is generations of union jobs and dyed in the D voters. That perception, the whole paradigm must be overcome.

But now there is government checks cut directly to freeloaders. That is now on steroids what with the high levels of unemployment and fedgov supplementing whatever monies are handed out by the states. So much money in fact that workers are now boasting that they’ll just stay home instead of return to work.

Will the MI legislature file a new action against the Governor? Will the legislature only appeal the rejected action? Is there a procedure which prevents an appeal from being filed immediately? If the legislature has decided to appeal, what are they waiting for? Yes, the judge only ruled on May 21st but I would think the claimant (legislature) would have had a plan to be activated if the judge ruled as she did.

Apparently, the judge ruled in favor of the 1976 law which set a 28 day expiration. Yet, under a 1945 law, the judge decided in favor of the Governor because that law does not have a time limit.

It seems to me that the proper thing would be the legislature invalidate the 1945 law. Will they?
Heck, what is to prevent the legislature from placing a restriction of emergency powers from the Governor?

Of course my plan would be for the citizens to just go about their business unfettered by the dictates of the Governor.

The violation of any such orders, rules and regulations made in conformity with this act shall be punishable as a misdemeanor, where such order…

This law gives her 30 days of unilateral power.

    Michigan PA390 of 1976:

AN ACT to provide for planning, mitigation, response, and recovery from natural and human-made disaster within and outside this state; to create the Michigan emergency management advisory council and prescribe its powers and duties; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state and local agencies and officials; to prescribe immunities and liabilities; to provide for the acceptance of gifts; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.

The 1976 law sets the limit to her emergency order to 30 days subject to review by the State legislature. After 30 days the legislature can extend the emergency or not. Whitless declared her emergency on March 10th. On April 7th the legislature extended until April 28th. On that date her emergency powers expired. Since then she has not only been violating the Constitution but also statute.

The legislature then took her to court for violating the 1976 law. They had video oral arguments and Michigan Court of Claims judge Cynthia Stevens ruled on May 21 in favor of Whitler.

The judge did side with the Republicans’ legal argument that Whitmer overstepped her power when citing a 1976 law, the Emergency Management Act, to re-declare a state of emergency in late April without support from the Legislature.

But Whitler went too far, the judge said, because the 1976 law has a 28-day limit on how long a governor can act independently from the Legislature. How the Judge could rule in favor with Whitless but agree with the legislature is mental gymnastics only a Demcom tyrant could muster.

This will go to the Michigan Supreme Court. The make up of the Supreme Court is ostensibly 4-3 Republican. But we have non partisan Supreme Court elections in Michigan with the candidates being put forward by the parties, so the actual political leanings of the Court are anyones guess. Nevertheless, the 1976 law is clear and it is Constitutional. Whitmer is violating MI PA390.

The only evidence left that we are under lockdown is that some businesses remain closed and nearly everyone wears masks when they enter a store. Stores ignore her mandatory mask order though. I have only been stopped from entering a store without a mask at Menards in Wixom, MI and that only lasted a few days. I was there yesterday with no mask. They also ignore her 4 people/1000sf of floor space. She told us that northern lower Michigan and the UP were open for business but that we couldnt travel there unless we owned property. The highways were jammed yesterday with Memorial Day traffic, with alot of RVs seen on the road. I will bet the farm not all of those people own property up north. I see zero social distancing any longer.

Karl Mankes win in court will see a rush to open among barbers and salons. Churches are opening depending on the political bent of thier Pastors. The State no longer has the power to stop them. County Sheriffs and Prosecutors all over the State have refused to enforce the edicts but it is worrisome that the State Police seem to be on the side of Whitler.

The militia is involved with the protests as is the former Tea Party under the guise of the Convention of States. The CoS is getting the protests more organized. There are 2 to 3 protests per week right now. The Militia was guarding the entrance to Karl Mankes barber shop.

Michigan balances on the knifes edge. The People have had enough of this crap and are voicing their displeasure loudly. We will take our State back.

This black male Covid carrier proceeded to film himself going from room to room and savaging the white patients, beating them bloody, purely for fun. Oh, and it happened at the order of Gretchen Whitmer. She had him sent there.

Demographically, elderly whites are generally conservative. So Whitmer deployed an expendable virus carrier to a place known to be full of old white people, with the goal to spread the sickness and cause as much destruction as he could before being neutralized or captured.

For a political official to commit this act of war against her own citizens is the purest form of treason. It is time to stop tiptoeing around this. They don’t want to live in their personal nirvanas, so they move, and proceed to try to get everybody else to do it the same way it’s done in the places they left. For the most part they will blame moving on the weather being too cold or dreary. So they want warmth, sunlight, quality of life, friendly people, etc. Then they want to change conditions on the ground to meet their expectations of the bizarro world they left. Nope – not happening. Adapt to us or go back to bizarro.
