Having a husband who is an artist, this survey does not surprise me in the least! It is always interesting to see who will make a few tentative remarks, just to see if there are other conservatives in the group. When they discover that my hus is as well, there is a palpable sense of relief!

I stopped going with acquaintances to our local First Friday Art Walk because of this.
I was new in town, and a friend suggested I’d like it.
I did, at first. I gained exposure to several of our Southern Oregon artists.
Every once in a while, someone makes it and leaves for Seattle or SanFrancisco.
It’s like being part of an art “farm” team.

But the nights always end at a pub or establishment, and the discussions invariably turned from art to politics and other culture.
After a few convos with members of the tolerant and accepting Left, I decided this population wasn’t for me. I still go occasionally, but I fly solo.
I enjoy the art. I don’t enjoy the tolerant ideology.

WHY! Major Constitutional Battle (Justice) to either Win/lose this Civil Legal War/Country.

Joe Digenova; Prosecute Criminal Cases, No Matter the Odds of losing in trial.
Implied; Destroy the criminals through the Trial Process. The Process of the trial is Justice, 1-14 below.

When you are in a Legal Civil War; Indictments/Prosecutions 100% Will/Must happen without Hesitation because of Jury Pools.

WHY? 90% of criminals will Plea; individual coup criminals will not Plea if the criminals believe Prosecutors are scared/concerned/worried about bad Jury Pools.

Do not be brainwashed by the media who state; you must not prosecute because of Jury Pools. Most want to destroy our republic, they are the enemy. Others, who state there can’t be prosecutions because of the jury pools during this Civil Legal War; are weak-minded, not lateral thinkers and would have never supported the Revolutionary War creating the birth of the United States.

When you are at War; 3-keys Attributes are needed for all wars.
    1. Men/Women (Prosecutors) must have a Fighting Spirit.
    2. Men/Women (Prosecutors) should have Faith in Winning.
    3. Men/Women (Prosecutors) must have Faith in themselves.

Enforce the Rule of Law and Constitution at all costs.
Enforce the Rule of Law and the Constitution as written to Win this Legal Civil War or lose the Rule of Law, Constitution AND the Country.

    Indict and Prosecute (Easy Prosecutions).

    1. 90% will make a plea deal.
    2. Many will become a witness for the Prosecution.
    3. Grand Juries will Compel testimonies (Truth) or will risk conflicting statements of either paper/digital trails of evidence or other testimonies.
    4. They will be destroyed financially, seeing defense attorneys take their life savings. This is Justice.
    5. Mental stress will be overwhelming. Reading millions of documents/testimonies, seeing their guilt displayed within mountains of paper/digital/testimonies trails of direct evidence, showing conflicting statements causing anguish resulting in anxiety in how to move forward and deny the facts without perjury charges. This is Justice.
    6. Checkmated with Paper/Digital and testimonies trails of evidence. Example- if Hillary states she (allegedly) did not destroy 33,000 emails, Hillary can be guilty of perjury and if Hillary states she directly/indirectly destroyed 33,000 emails she is guilty of criminal acts. Voluminous Easy Prosecution traps. This is Justice.
    7. Physical deterioration. When fighting with fake facts/laws and conflicting statements to the actual evidence; they will never sleep and be destroyed. This is Justice.
    8. They will look for the defense Rule of Law and policies and procedures of their actions; finding nothing written. It was all fake.
    9. Using mountains of paper/digital trails of Evidence along with conflicting testimonies for the past 3-years; all the evidence combined will be like painting a clear picture and seeing the actual criminal acts, proving way beyond a reasonable doubt. This is Justice.
    10. Conflicting Statement, creating many Perjury Charges. This is Justice.
    11. Easily proving the Delaying and Destruction of documents. Easy clear identifiable trails. This is Justice
    12. Whistleblowers.
    13. Easily Proving, they (Comey etc.) will be confronted with mountains of clear identifiable evidence showing that normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures were allegedly not followed in the Hillary Email and Clinton Foundation cases, for political reasons, a criminal act, also adding an additional motive/intent to the FISA investigations. This is the back door to intent. Proving this will take away Comey’s defense of not knowing about FISA and blaming the so-called errors on lower employees.
    14. Aggressively use normal investigative/prosecutorial policies and procedures to create unbeatable prosecution cases. This list is easily several hundred (or thousands) of pages long.

    DECLASSIFICATION and MAGA will not change the mindset;
Declassifications alone will not save this republic; Trial Process, Indictments and Prosecutions will.
It would be like believing PDJT legal team, who destroyed the prosecutor’s impeachment with the Rule of Law and the Constitution (True Facts and True Laws) will stop the coup and criminals; it did not. PDJT impeachment victory did not change the mind-set of the coup/left/globalist/media/elitist/RINOS or the deep state, for a Globalist Constitution nor will MAGA change their mind set.

The Trial Process, 90% of the coup/criminals making Plea deals and Long Prison Sentences will destroy the Coup/Left/Criminals/Globalist/RINOS and the Media. The process will gain PDJT “Millions” of new voters; the uniformed and brainwashed voters.

IMO-about 25% to30% of the country is lost forever. The 25% to 30% will be checkmated/trapped by the Rule of Law and the Constitution, long into the future.

Prosecutions will Win this Legal Civil War, destroyed the Coup, Left, Criminals, Globalist, Media, RINOS and gain millions of new voters. After the trials; new controls and policies/procedures will be written to ensure this never happens again. There is “NO” other way to save the Constitution.

PDJT has “Many Paths” to go Nuclear with the Criminal Codes; With or Without Barr.

President Trump Intentionally Checkmated/Trapped himself into Justice.
PDJT Intentionally Checkmated/Trapped himself to Guarantee Justice will happen. PDJT knew 3 years ago by his constant “Acknowledgments” of Criminal Acts along with the mountains of evidence seem by the American People, created a bound duty for the President to implement Justice. PDJT knew by trapping himself into Justice; it would be a dereliction of his duty, not to use all his powers given by the Constitution to Implement Justice; a sworn duty to the American People.

President Trump “Prearranged/Planned the Demand for Justice.
PDJT for the past 3-years has intentionally “Prearranged/Planned” (created) the Demand for Justice” by the American People, knowing there will be many D-days of Justice.

President Trump is holding an Unbeatable Hand for Easy Prosecution Cases

In time, it would also unveil a two tiered justice system in a DC jury pool. Perhaps crying out for a fix to that injustice . Maybe a movement for political cases to be shuffled around the country at random instead of being held in DC. .

      Good Post!

      100% AGREE!

Yes, Joe Digenova agrees with your “long standing view” of going to trial no matter the concerns of the jury pool.

Joe Digenova would probably agree with your “This is Justice” 14-items trial process nightmare for each coup/criminal defendant.

The trial process will destroy the criminals.

There are so many strategies for aggressive prosecutors to easily destroy the criminals embedded in your list of 14-items.

The defends nightmare will be going through mountains of pages of evidence and testimonies/depositions trying to see why their prior/current statements does not match, how they are going to explain/defend themselves without being charged with perjury. Many defendants will realize they are trapped because they have been using fake facts and lying and they are guilty.

The criminals will have no evidence to support their defense while the prosecutions has mountains of evidence.

The criminals will have no laws to justify what they did and the prosecution will have the defendant actions matched perfectly with the criminal codes.

Coup/criminal attorneys looks at all the mountains of evidence and see millions of dollars in billable hours. Defendant/criminals life saving will be destroyed by their crossing the line into corruption.

For some criminals the perjury charges alone will be greater than the actual criminal acts.

You’ve overlooked the fact that 90+% of democrats will perform “jury nullification” if the trial is in D.C. (District of Criminals).

But just putting the perps through the process will at least cost them a pretty penny!

        • Brittney says:

No, I didn’t overlook the fact since the entire point of the post knows there is a high probability of jury nullification.

YOU WROTE: But just putting the perps through the process will at least cost them a pretty penny!

MY REPLY: It costing them a pretty penny is only part of Justice….You overlooked the 14-items listed and the point of the entire post.

The shock/drama and destruction of criminal defendants going through voluminous long trial processes is Justice and is how truth/facts are documented for all to see (history).

The point of listing the 14-items listed is “Justice” by going to trial, knowing that “jury nullification” is a high probability. The benefits of going to trial, far out weights not going to trial by a million percent for obvious reasons; mainly losing this legal civil war, the rule of law, justice, constitution and this country.

If it’s a choice of what you are advocating, David, or nothing, I’ll take your recommendation. Something vs Nothing.

      • Brittney says:

Hello decisiontime16…if I may chime-in on your post. I understand your point…I would like to clarify more clearly “something” compared to “nothing” .

It is wonderful you are going for something…but

IMO- I believe David is pointing out way beyond “something” compared to nothing.

It is either justice or no country, leaving no alternative.

One of many points David is making:
        1. Justice to 90% (plea deals) of the criminals and the 10% left (jury trials) would bring justice in the range of 90% to 100% of the criminals facing Justice. If you lose all (10%) the criminal trials, you would still have 90% of the coup/criminals facing justice. If you win all the trials (10%) the criminals facing justice would be at 100%. The criminals facing justice would be between 90% and 100%.
        2. Another BIG “something” would be having the criminals go through the 14-listed item trial process for reasons stated. This is Justice!
        3. Jury nullification accounted for; we know the prosecution has both the true facts and the true laws and the criminals have fake facts and fake/no laws to protect their actions. If the jury has a not-guilty verdict, we know they did not apply the law exactly as it is given. Therefore, it would be on record, the criminal cases lost, has to do with jurors not-believing in the rule of law, U.S. Constitution, United States and our way of life. The jury would be on record of intentionally not convicting a criminal with a clear paper trail of evidence and the criminal codes (laws), showing the motive for their not-guilty verdict was a form of anarchy.

It is also pointed out that the alternative is destroying justice, rule of law that protect the constitution and our way of life. This is not an alternative. It is either justice or no country.

There will never be another perfect opportunity of having so much evidence to implement justice to save our country in the range of 90% to 100% of the criminals. It is now or never.

It is also pointed out that P/T is 100% responsible for justice and he has the power.

It is also pointed out that there is a possibility of capturing millions of voters that would never be a P/T voter without justice.

The benefits of going to trial, far out weights not going to trial by a million percent for obvious reasons; mainly losing this legal civil war, the rule of law, justice, constitution and this country

This list of why there has to be justice goes on for pages….

Notice how he skirts around laying any blame on Barr. Sorry Friends but I am in no way impressed with Barr recommending 3 years instead of 9 for Stone . And you are right, the Stone case should have been dismissed. This bs we accept, is the very definition of battered conservative syndrome.

This is old grudges going back to Reagan days, IMO.
Barr is deep state sweeper, always has been. Anyone who trusts Bondi Barr, did not look at his past, IMO.

Larry Schweikart’s take on the failed identity politics of the Dem party.

    3) I saw at that time (early 2019) that the battle for the soul of the DemoKKKrat Party was over. It was fought in the primary fields of 2016 between Cankles and Dino, and while Dinobernie lost the battle, he won the war.

    4) In truth, their differences were only about timing.

    5) Cankles (and Zero before her) were as hard-core Marxists as Dinobernie, but they had come up in a DemoKKKrat Party that still concealed this reality.

    6) Zero would include the word “America” in his “fundamental transformation” speech.

    7) Dinobernie says, “Why bother?”

    8) The current crew of misfit malcontented mitchpissers have for the most part thrown in with the Red Revolution crowd. But Dino is still the most up-front voice, hence, the biggest vote getter.

    9) Both this dynamic and the rise of Trump in 2015 blow to smithereens . . .

    9) contd . . . the “demography is destiny” junk that had panicked the GOP into several limp presidential and senate candidates for over a decade.

    10) Thanks “analysts” and “experts” like Yoda Wilson, Fat Ana Navarro, & the legion of McTurd brains!

    16) The idea should be repellent to any American. We believe in ideas. That no matter who you are, what you do, or where you come from, the idea of America is for you.

    17) Now, again, slowly, we see the #s of both blacks and Hispanics coming to Trump.

    18) You say, “Yeah, but especially in the case of blacks, it’s slow and it’s still a small %.”

Right. Except for the “demographics is destiny” crap to be true, the SLIGHTEST crack in any of these groups sends the whole strategy down the drain.

    19) Prior to the snowflak-ization of suburban white women, it was a rule of thumb that DemoKKKrats needed over 90% of the black vote to consider a seat safe.

Now they are looking at 85% or slightly lower—not all GOP votes, but a LOT of stay at homes.

    20) Hispanic turnout at fixed percentages was also a requirement, not an option.

    22) Had Trump not come along, the GOP would still be losing with this Marxist foundational strategy.

    23) So, here’s the beauty: having glued “demography is destiny” to the DemoKKKrats . .

    23) Trump wedded them to a badly flawed theory, went about peeling off all the non-demographic voters, & now has cut into the DemoKKKrat demographic base.

    24) That leaves the DemoKKKrats as the party of snowflake college students, some suburban women, & the uber rich.

    25) Let’s see how far that coalition takes them when those groups all want free everything & rigid class identities. The uber-rich support this cuz they will keep their $ safe & have enough walls to protect their “class” in Manhattan and Malibu.

    26) That means the next group . .

    26) contd . . . to fall to Trumplicans will be suburban women, who see their lives and families endangered.

    27) Watching the culmination of 20 years of flawed Marxist theory (but I repeat myself) explode into little bits will be an absolute P.A.R.T.Y.

Everyone remembers Obammy’s “plausable deniability” talk on a prime time network with co host Gina Rodriquez where he all but said if you’re an illegal voter … don’t worry! Any reasonably intelligent person would have taken away from his words that the US Government didn’t care if someone “mistakenly” voted. How many illegal votes did that hand to the Hildebeast? If President Trump goes on network TV and says the US will leave no stone unturned and will bring the full measure of the law against anyone voting illegally, EVEN IF UNTRUE, should result in a monster plus for the GOP. This needs to be done very close to the election and hopefully be totally unexpected.

Absolutely. And it goes the other way by preventing legitimate voters from casting their ballots. I remember a group of thugs turning up at our polling place during the first Obama election. It took a hour before the LEOs showed up to make them move away and, meanwhile, many citizens, especially the older women, hesitated to cross them to enter the polling place.

Michael DiSabato, the ringleader in pushing grotesque allegations that Rep. Jim Jordan turned a blind eye over an alleged sex abuse scandal involving a team doctor at Ohio State University (OSU), has made further outrageous and obviously false accusations on Twitter, which call to question all of his previous statements and the integrity of the numerous outlets that regurgitated his assertions from the beginning.

A self-proclaimed “social justice activist,” DiSabato claimed in December (archived here) that during Jordan’s tenure as coach in the late eighties and early nineties, when he was barely older than the wrestlers he was coaching, Jordan “performed homoerotic acts in front on [OSU Doctor Richard] Strauss & other deviant male predators.”

Keep hammering away because you are educating your students to a lot more than the propaganda around climate change vs. weather. ALL programming shared by electronic and print media is propaganda now; the media has been weaponized and your students should know it so they can be most discerning about its use.

I can’t find it now, but I did see a news article stating the end of the world in ten years due to climate change — melting glaciers, dead polar bears and seals, overheated deserts and dying fields of produce — but it was written in the early 1900s. The same mindsets are still trying to control the populace with unscientific threats by “scientists” underwritten by foundations, etc. who benefit from terrifying the populations while they buy up assets at pennies on the dollar. ‘Tis been that way for centuries; it’s just faster and more sophisticated now.

Have them write their own propaganda — i.e. jelly beans are healthy, handwriting is no longer useful, the carbon cycle is irrelevant to plant growth — and discuss whose campaign is most successful in influencing the class. I don’t know the level of sophistication shared by your class, I had a teacher do that when I was in school and it made a huge impression on everyone.

Post bussing, people regarded riding on a bus, even short
distances as the new normal. Walking to school was suddenly
the aberancy. 40s-50s, suburban school systems. 1 three story
building, all 12 grades. Mid 50s-mid 60s outlying suburban
elementaries, feeding into one central high school. Ist 2 cases,
many kids went all 12 grades without climbing onto a bus. Mid
60s- 80s. Junior High Schools, often from older 1-12 school
building. Many still walking to school, but fewer then before.
This was in the midwest, small combined city/ township schools.

Here in Georgia the schools USED to be k-7 , high schools
8-12. Generally the schools were in short walking distance from
each other, so many kids could walk all 12 years. Until desegregation
suits changed some of that. Then, they started building middle
schools for 6-8, paired to high schools for 9-12. In one case in my
county there were two different high schools at the opposite ends
of a densely populated area. Each had 4 or so feeder schools, and
the vast majority of kids could walk all 12 years. Then, they used
the desegregation suit to close down 3 elementaries. All were located
smack, dab in the middle of large subdivisions of more then 300 homes.

The high school ( Cross Keys) closest to Atlanta remained a high school.
The middle school ( Sequoyah) 5 miles away, adjacent to 285 in the
suburbs became the middle schools. After the school closings, re
districting, NO ONE in the entire school attendance zone now had the
possibility of walking to school all 12 years. And, by bringing in all the
rental properties in the area, the entire attendance area became Title 1.

Sequoyah High School, late 80s: 17% free meals. Seqouyah MIDDLE
School, 1 year later 78% free meals.

This is lengthy, so if it interests anyone, friend it or say so. Part 2 will be
shorter. Thinking of posting this on the Open thread, because it’s an
        important concept NOBODY thinks about.

Indiana couple in car forces 2 teenage Trump supporters on bikes off the road

An Indiana couple used their car to force two twin teenage brothers off the road because their bikes bore flags that were supportive of President Trump, police said Friday.

Gregory Perry-Jones, 23, and Cailyn Marie Smith, 18, were each charged on Thursday with two felony counts of intimidation and criminal recklessness. They were also charged with one count each of theft and criminal mischief, according to The Associated Press.

Perry-Jones and Smith allegedly used their car to intimidate the two teenage boys and went so far as to rip one of the sibling’s flags from his bike.

Iran’s deputy health minister and an MP have both tested positive for the new coronavirus, as it struggles to contain an outbreak that has killed 15.

The country is one of three hot-spots outside China causing concern that the virus could be becoming a pandemic.

The deputy minister, Iraj Harirchi, had on Monday denied covering up the scale of the outbreak. He appeared to be in discomfort as he spoke to reporters.

Iran has reported 95 cases, but the actual number is thought to be higher.

The director general of the World Health Organization (WHO) has said the sudden increase in cases in countries outside China is “deeply concerning”.

What’s happening with the virus globally?

          – A hotel in Tenerife, in Spain’s Canary Islands, is in lockdown after a doctor from Italy visiting the hotel tested positive for the virus

          – Italy – Europe’s worst-affected country – confirmed the deaths of three more elderly people, bringing the total number of fatalities there to 10

-The virus has spread to the regions of Tuscany, Sicily and Liguria but Italy’s PM said his country remained safe for tourism

          – Several countries – Austria, Croatia, Switzerland, Algeria – reported their first cases, all involving people who had been to Italy

          – While Italy’s European neighbours have agreed to keep borders open, some are screening arriving travellers

The Resistance Starts To Infect Our Courts
Editorial of The New York Sun | February 25, 2020

We wonder what the Chief Justice of the United States, John Roberts, makes of that headline about the Ninth United States Circuit Court of Appeals. “Trump has flipped the 9th Circuit — and some new judges are causing a ‘shock wave,'” the headline said. Los Angeles Times attributes the claim to one of the circuit’s own judges. Chief Justice Roberts can’t be happy.

The Chief Justice, remember, was so irked when President Trump laced into “Obama judges” that he issued a rebuke. “We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges,” he said. “What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them.”

    • After Sotomayer’s idiotic statement, I can see Roberts quaking in his boots, worrying that he has not twisted his logic enough to please the swamp..how much we want to bet the next few cases he will find a way to vote with the leftist judges.

This judge is just asking to be disciplined, if only there was some mechanism to do it. Whatever rulings she makes are likely to be overturned on appeal, as well they should be.

Optimally the judge will be impeached and removed from the bench. Of course that won’t happen unless the House and Senate are in Republican control after the November elections.

Time to eliminate such extremely biased judges from the judiciary. The only risk is politicizing it more than already exists. One can just imagine Democrats, should they have control of House and Senate, would be more than eager to remove conservative jurists just to promote their leftist agendas.

The extreme leftism among Democrats will perhaps fade in the wake of electoral catastrophe we surmise is coming their way. That will be a healthy development for the country, no doubt about it.

A faulty CDC coronavirus test delays monitoring of disease’s spread
    25 Feb 2020

Problems with a government-created coronavirus test has limited the U.S. capacity to rapidly increase testing, just as the outbreak has entered a worrisome new phase in countries around the world. Experts are increasingly concerned that the small number of U.S. cases thus far may be a reflection of limited testing, not of the virus’ spread.

While South Korea has run more than 35,000 coronavirus tests, the U.S. has tested only 426 people for the virus, not including people who returned on evacuation flights. Only about a dozen state and local laboratories can currently run tests outside of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta because the CDC kits sent out nationwide a week and a half ago included a faulty component.

Currently, U.S. guidelines recommend testing for a very narrow group of people – those who display respiratory symptoms and have recently traveled to China or had close contact with an infected person.

But many public health experts believe that in light of evidence the disease has taken root and spread locally in Singapore, South Korea, Iran, and Italy, it’s time to broaden testing in the United States. Infectious disease experts fear that aside from the 14 cases picked up by public health surveillance, there may be other people, undetected, mixed in with colds and flu. What scares them the most is that the virus is beginning to spread locally in countries outside China, but no one knows if that’s the case here, because they aren’t checking.

    • Johnny Boost says:

How do you propose going about testing people when this strain of coronavirus is:

      1)Contagious and airborne,
2)Has a long incubation period where the carrier doesn’t always show symptoms, and
3)Has symptoms largely indistinguishable from other cold or flu viruses?

      • lolli says:

IMO, when someone with the flu goes to a clinic and it is not one they can name, they should test for corona, not just label it “unknown” virus. No clinic in our country is testing. No hospital has tests, yet, last I read. Samples go to CDC, then tested. So, only people flying in from China are looked at. We have no clue if some of these bad flu cases we have been hearing about were identified as type A or B, or just “unknown”. How many unidentified flu cases were the corona virus?

    • lolli says:

Exactly what I keep posting about.
      We aren’t testing for it.
Ridiculous to assume we don’t have it in every large city by now.

“Republican Sen. Ted Cruz on Tuesday tore into Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor for a widely noticed dissent in which she blasted her colleagues for lifting injunctions on controversial Trump administration policies.

“I read it a little bit like an arsonist complaining about the noise from the fire trucks,” Cruz said of Sotomayor’s dissenting opinion in Wolf v. Cook County, which dealt with regulations placing restrictions on non-citizens applying for visas to enter the U.S.

During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the use of nationwide injunctions – which stop policies from taking effect – Cruz cast the blame on liberal jurists for what he described as an abnormal number of these measures against the Trump administration in the first place. He accused judges of acting as “partisan political activists.”

“In the eight years of the George W. Bush administration, district courts issued a total of 12 universal injunctions against the Bush administration,” he said. “In the eight years of the Obama administration, district courts issued 19 universal injunctions against the Obama administration. In just three years of the Trump administration, we have already had 55 national universal injunctions issued against the federal government.”
