Judge Jackson is setting up another outrage moment with her plan to rule and then consider motions for a new trial. She is daring the President to pardon Stone before she rules on a new trial.

      • I think I see a Judge who needs to be removed from the bench and disbarred.

If someone’s bringing allegations like the ones that have surfaced in a trial that is before you, you don’t pass a sentence before considering it. Charges of jury bias are serious, and if the biased person is the jury foreman it’s even more serious. And if, as we now have good reason to suspect, the Judge is also biased . . .

    • I’m not about to go “Grammar Nazi” on anything that our President Trump tweets. However he decides to spell a word and whether or not he chooses to use a contraction is just fine with me– But Libs’ heads will be blowing up because there are not one, but two, big errors in that single 280 character tweet.

      whose— Should be who’s
      your– Should be you’re

OTOH, whose to say if your not better off posting it like PDJT did, if you want lots of eyes on the tweet, and lots of people talking about it!

      • Sometimes auto correct just misspells words for you. Sometimes I’ll type the word in correctly and send my text. Then I read it. Then I want to throw my phone across the room. I know that I should slow down and READ my text but I’m in a hurry. I am thinking that this may be our very, very busy President’s issue. I cut him some slack because he’s busy fighting Satan’s army.

        • I completely concur with everything you just said– the only difference is that I DID throw my phone across the room, and I broke it. The one good thing that happened was when I got a new phone, I didn’t enable auto-correct. Life’s been way better, since.

Colorado data point on Trump, enthusiasm versus Bernie, et al, enthusiasm:

655 Republicans to 355 Democrats have voted so far!

“The La Plata County Clerk and Recorder fired up its processing machine Tuesday, and as of 4 p.m. it had tallied more than a 1,300 ballots in Colorado’s first presidential primary in 20 years.

Ann Hutchins, election administrator with the county clerk and recorder, said she expected the number of ballots to more than double by the end of the day, as more ballots had been received in the mail but were waiting to be run through processing machines.

As of 4 p.m. Tuesday, 655 Republicans, 355 Democrats and 381 unaffiliated voters had returned their ballots.

Two candidates, U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet, D-Colo., and John K. Delaney, a Maryland businessman and politician, have formally withdrawn from the Democratic race with the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office. Any votes for either of them will not be recorded, said La Plata County Clerk and Recorder Tiffany Parker.

However, other Democratic candidates who have withdrawn from the race or suspended their campaigns but have not formally withdrawn with the Secretary of State’s Office in Denver will have their votes counted. Those candidates include Marianne Williamson, Deval Patrick and Andrew Yang.

The election deadline is 7 p.m. March 3, and Hutchins said postmarks do not count. The presidential primary is being conducted through a mail-in ballot.”

I recall from my professional career that meeting and even talking with foreigners or even US citizens representing foreigners (Hello John Kerry and Barrack Obama) required reports on the meeting and even required prior disclosure before the discussions or meetings took place. People were walked to the door and worse, for not following these rules by our corporate security and export/import control folks.

Are congressional critters under similar restrictions, especially considering the Iranian Government has promised death and destruction vs the US.

Also, should not every meeting with John Kerry or any member of Obama’s think tamk require reports as they represent foreigners?? Wonder if their FARA paper work is in order. Also, they should require escorts whenever visiting a US Government or Government contractors office, by import/export laws and regulations.

Question? What no one talks about is how quiet Durham is. Shouldn’t that mean he is doing some serious digging? All I’ve read about him is he keeps his investigations close to the vest, and will follow the path wherever it leads until he reaches the end. I think he himself will do the right thing. He doesn’t sound like a person that does cover ups. Any thoughts?

The larger question in my mind is whether or not Barr will allow significant action on the evidence Durham digs up, or will it be another Killery/Comey/McCabe “No reasonable prosecutor, blah blah…” “Decline to prosecute, blah blah…” type of screw job.

There are instances, especially involving high profile criminal investigations, where the targeted suspects are not interviewed at all prior to indictments being made.

One more thing to expound on, a US Attorney, those federal prosecutors who are effective in doing their jobs and getting convictions, never ask a suspect or a defendant questions that they (the prosecutors) don’t already know the answers to.

Ya think folks in Austin will figure out that the liberals they elect have created the magnet for the homeless problem they are now complaining about??

Staley noted that his employees were being confronted more often and shoplifting had also increased.”

Austin, TX is a prime example to the down side of importing jobs, academia at UT-Austin and people into a Right Work, No Income Tax, Red State. They bring the the failed policies with them, believing they can do a better job implementing those ideas here. Interesting how they always end up creating the mess they left behind every time.

Here in North Texas, we are going through the same crisis with all the imported companies bringing their leftist-elites with them, who immediately build their gated or HOA controlled communities as they foist their ideas on the rest of us. As with Austin, every municipality where they gain control turns to crap.

MOSCOW – A Russia blogger has gone viral with a video prank that inadvertently goes to the heart of a debate over how much public support for Russian President Vladimir Putin enjoys after 20 years in power and counting.

The discussion was launched after blogger Bashir Dokhov posted a video to Youtube in which he glues a large portrait of the Russian leader on the wall of a Moscow apartment elevator.

“I’ll put a camera in the corner, too,” says Dokhov, while setting up the joke. “God forbid someone should steal him.”

Putin’s picture remained, but reactions to seeing the Russian leader weren’t kind.

Four-letter words abound as startled Russians enter the lift. “Why is he here?” asks one passenger. “What a nightmare!” exclaims another, who then proceeds to bow before the portrait while laughing as her friend snaps a picture.

“It’s the worst thing that could possibly happen to our home,” says yet another resident.

But not to Youtube. The video already has had more than 2 million views and counting after just three days.

This person has a problem going into the hair salon to get his/her hair cut and complains that men’s cuts are $5 and women’s are $9. (I wish my options were so bad!)

I live in Los Angeles and it is near impossible to get a haircut for under $50 at a salon other than Supercuts. I go to a salon in Koreatown and it is filled with men and women of all ages and orientations, and nobody cares what gender anybody is, and each stylist has their own rates. But none are $5 or $9.

Secretary of State Pompeo dotting the i’s and crossing the T,s.

Exclusive: Pompeo says new China media restrictions “long overdue”

‘ The State Department announced Tuesday that it has designated five Chinese state media outlets as “foreign missions,” meaning that they will be treated as arms of the Chinese government.

Driving the news: In his first public statement on the new designation, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tells Axios that the five outlets are “clearly controlled by the [Chinese Communist Party], and we are simply recognizing that fact by taking this action.”

Why it matters: This marks the latest move by the Trump administration to pressure the Chinese government by applying similar restrictions on Chinese entities in the United States as Beijing places on American organizations in China.

The label applies to the U.S.-based operations of five Chinese state-funded news outlets — Xinhua News Agency, China Global Television Network, China Radio International, China Daily Distribution Corp., and Hai Tian Development USA.
What he’s saying: “We are determined to treat China as it is, not as what we want it to be. In China, all media works for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), as General Secretary Xi Jinping has explicitly stated,” Pompeo said in a statement provided to Axios.

“Since these organizations work for the CCP, it is only fitting that we treat them as foreign missions, meaning they are subject to State Department regulation.”
“This action is long overdue. For years, these so-called media outlets have been mouthpieces of the Chinese Communist Party and these Chinese outlets are becoming more aggressive.”

The world has gotten stupider under Trump because people don’t even care about the issue with everything framed in relation to Trump. The term I like is what is the Presidential Wins Above Replacement and think about what would happen with any replacement politician? 1/n

If you’re looking at Huawei, take the decision solely on the merits regardless of country, Trump, and China. There is no reason you would choose Huawei. Even the countries like the UK that have tentatively said yes (subject to big fights) admit they are enormous risks. 2/n

you’re looking at Huawei, take the decision solely on the merits regardless of country, Trump, and China. There is no reason you would choose Huawei. Even the countries like the UK that have tentatively said yes (subject to big fights) admit they are enormous risks. 2/n

We know Huawei has zero days, hard coded entries, and security flaws you could drive a truck through. The UK blocked ZTE as being a security risk. The UK Huawei Oversight Board has many years of reports describing the risks and security failures of Huawei and saying Huawei 3/n

Refuses to fix the security flaws that are so easily identifiable. So why is London leaning towards legislation to allow Huawei? Money. Think of a major UK politician, civil servant, telecom firm, or university, they are now accepting CCP money (sometimes directly) and being 4/n

hreatened by Beijing. You think it is any coincidence British Telecom got the first Chinese mobile license days after the tentative announcement to allow Huawei? So what does this have to do with PWAR? The simple shallow narrative pushed by journalists who don’t know what 5/n

they are talking about is that this is a simple repudiation of Trump. The issues however are much much deeper. In reality, any president right now would find it very difficult to convince London and Berlin to ban Huawei because of the depth of compromised and purchased 6/n

persons representing Huawei and the CCP. Notably, part of the reason Huawei is so entrenched in Europe is because the Obama administration did NOTHING to push back when Huawei tried to make inroads beginning in 2010. Obama maintained the domestic ban but did nothing to push 7/n

This to allies making the current fight enormously more difficult. Trump is the first president to take the Huawei fight abroad really. What is finally notable is that not only do the technical reasons argue in favor of banning Huawei regardless of who is the US president 8/n

Foreign policy, in most every way (couple of outliers) this really is untrue. NATO and SCS just to name a few and building upon previous policies. What is so ironic in this whole ongoing dispute is that Europe likes to hold themselves up as the defender of human rights 10/n

and liberal democracy in the age of Trump but the sad reality is that London is offering up its IT security so BT can gain entry to China. Berlin is offering up its internet as Volkswagen operates plants nearby Xinjiang prisons. The only country to pass and impose penalties 11/n

***Praise: Project 2 is finished. (wall, concrete road, & lighting complete. Not sure if they finished the planting/seeding of the last stretch of the river bank yet though; also, there probably is some cleanup left.)

    Tuesday night update – 2/18/20

    – Aerial video of Project 2.
    – Misc. related content.
    – Jeff Rainforth video at Project 2.

***Praise: 🧱 (Project 1: May/June 2019)… WBTW/Fisher Industries was able to build a half mile wall up the side of a mountain in 11 days (with zero safety incidents), cutting off 19 major drug cartel trails, and closing off one of the worst areas along the border… (Began building over Memorial Day weekend in Sunland Park, NM., just across the Rio Grande from El Paso, TX.)
***Praise: 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to WeBuildTheWall while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.
***Praise: 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.
(Fisher receives $268M of this $400M project)(Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020.) (2 days of posts here & here.)

***Praise: (12/4/19)… Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House.
***Praise: While the Temporary Restraining Order(s) were in place, Fisher Industries and crews were still able to keep working on some aspects of Project 2 from the Dec. 5th hearing to Dec 12th (after which they were off for the holidays).
***Praise: (Jan 3)… Judge Crane lifted/removed section 8b from the TRO so that Fisher was able to continue to shave, grade, or cut the riverbank.
***Praise: (Jan 9)… Judge Crane lifted/removed the TROs from both the Federal government’s lawsuit (on behalf of the IBWC) and the North American Butterfly Association’s lawsuit (on behalf of Marianna Trevino-Wright’s National Butterfly Center) against Fisher Sand and Gravel Co.
***Praise: 🧱 (Feb 17)… Project 2 is complete. (Wall, concrete road, & lighting complete. Not sure if they finished the planting/seeding of the last stretch of the river bank yet though; also, there probably is some cleanup left.)

***Praise: Fisher has taken the lead on Project 2, covering most of the money for the wall($22M bank loan; total cost is ~$42M). (Haven’t heard any more about other investors with the exception of WBTW as a minor investor. Fisher plans to sell Project 2 back to the government for $14M per mile, or $16.5 million with 10 years of complete upkeep included.)
***Praise: 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE’s procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.
***Praise:🇺🇸 (12/22/19)… Brian Kolfage was awarded Patriot of the Year award by Turning Point USA at their Student Action Summit for his work with WBTW in helping to securing our border.
***Praise: (Reported on 1/22-23/20)… WBTW gained a major construction equipment company as a corporate sponsor & are looking for more. (See prayer below for specifics.)
***Praise: (Jan 22)… Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill, HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona, moved out of the Federal Relations committee with 4-3 vote in favor.
(Feb 6)… The bill passed house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name:
    – for safety and good weather for the work crews as they work on Project 3 & 4; that they would be able to continue uninterrupted until completion.
    – for WBTW / Fisher Industries regarding the ongoing lawsuits; that the lawsuits would be dismissed.
(Feb 5)… Judge Randy Crane granted a 60-day extension to all parties. The three sides will reconvene on April 8.
    – that WBTW would be able to find corporate sponsors for Project 3. (They already have a major construction equipment manufacturer and are looking for a solar LED security lighting manufacturer or supplier next who wants to be involved.)

    – that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned.

    – that Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill,HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona would get passed.
(Jan 22)… Bill passed out of Federal Relations committee with 4-3 vote in favor.
(Jan 30)… The bill failed on the house floor as one Republican sided with the Democrats.
(Feb 6)… The bill passed AZ house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

    – for the bi-national summit with the Mexican IBWC and American politicians that WBTW will be hosting; for open lines of communication/understanding; and that WBTW/Fisher Industries would learn what they need to know to facilitate the sign off and approval of their projects by the Mexican IBWC.

    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction for the work crews, security personnel, legal team, CBP, DHS, Army and all involved in Project’s 2, 3, 4, and other projects; and for WBTW/Fisher Industries as they work with private landowners to secure more property to build on
    – that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)

    – that Project 2’s wall will prove that WBTW/Fisher Industries can rapidly complete large sections of wall, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that this wall would prove that the design is sound and they are able to safely and effectively build it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley (Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain)
    – that the federal government would provide funding for WBTW/Fisher Industries to build 250+ miles of wall on Private Property in Texas

    – that the Government would purchase all of WBTW/Fisher Industries projects so the funds can be rolled into future projects and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.
(This, in addition to ongoing fundraising from public/investors, will allow WBTW/Fisher Industries to continue to self fund projects, build their reputation/resume, while they continue to pursue other avenues which could lead to government contracts down the road.)

We Build The Wall Project #2 COMPLETE – 2/18/20
      – 3.5 MILES OF NEW WALL! Built just outside of Mcallen Texas. The first border wall in the state of Texas to be built near the actual border.
      – 18′ tall, anti-tunnelling measures taken, no flat faces to rest a ladder on (but who’s swimming with one across the Rio?)
      – Ropes won’t work since nothing to snag on, will fall right through to the ground.
      – And the moment anyone touches the ground sensors are alerted, cameras take videos, and agents are given exact location within 10′ of illegal crossers.
      – You can’t cut it in any timely manner, the steel tubes are filled with concrete, and then rebar inside of that. In the end this wall like all We Build The Wall projects will stop and deter 100% of illegal crossings. You build things right, and they work as planned.
      – Project 3 on deck! We need every penny to complete #3 it’s a big one! (from GoFundMe page)

Brian Kolfage tweet: This is how we secure America. 3.5 miles of privitized wall funded by American Patriots without any government assistance. Project 3 is on deck! Will be HUGE!!

Brian Kolfage Instagram post – 2/18/20
“@webuildthewall project 2 is coming to a close. 3.5 miles of new wall built in one month in one of the worst smuggling areas in Texas. Hats off to @fisherindustries for leading this project and securing America with another privatized border wall to help our @borderpatrol agents manage the crisis at our doorstep!”

      Brian Kolfage Facebook post
“We build the wall, project 2 in McAllen Texas is complete! 3.5 miles of American made *** funded by American patriots is protecting us right now! Border patrol loves it! Let’s bring this new wall style to all of Texas! We don’t need border wall miles inland that take years to build like the Army Corps is going! This was done in 1 month even with lawsuits. ONTO PROJECT 3!!! Keep donating, the next project will be game changing. And if you can’t donate, SHARE!”

Searching YouTube for “Border Wall” only seems to bring up negative MSM narrative’s..

Have yet to see any of these WeBuildTheWall clips returned from the search….

I usually don’t get the most current info by searching for “We Build The Wall”. Youtube search is messed up since last summer as you can’t refine your search for the latest videos on WBTW’s wall. I think google and other social media sites purposely make it difficult to find new content. Eventually they show up, but not in a timely manner.

But I generally watch certain news organizations or people that keep tabs on the wall situation. I have some terms I search for along with the location of a project to refine my search. I’d rather not say specifically how I find them as I don’t want google(etc.) to filter these methods out as well. 🙂

But I will say that you’ll get better results by searching for “Fisher” or “Fisher Industries” than “We Build The Wall”. Also, include the project’s location in the search.

Wow!! Check out RCP Presidential favorability rating. Haven’t seen the disparity this low (5.1%) since the beginning of his presidency. And that includes the perpetual outlier polls of Reuter’s, Quinnipiac, and Politico who always have a double digit negativity rating against PDJT since they over sample Dems. Any poll that has more Dems in it than Independents is flawed. Not reality. Bottom line, things have turned a corner when I see this!!

FTA – Blagojevich declared himself a “Trumpocrat” Tuesday night hours after the president commuted his federal prison sentence.

“He’s got obviously a big fan in me,” Blagojevich told reporters at Denver International Airport. “And if you’re asking me what my party affiliation is, I’m a Trumpocrat,” according to NBC News.

Will the House of Representatives(UniParty) end up choosing Bloomberg for President

    • Bloomberg has exactly one quality that is interesting to these people: “he’s also filthy rich.” That’s it. That’s all. Some unremarkable experience in politics, and a helluva lot of money.

Basically, we’re going to see the same game being played out here: the party will dabble with candidates and primaries, going through motions, then their Board of Directors is going to sit down in a conference room and decide who their product will be.

      And their product will be:

I wish they form a third party. With a minimum of 46% that he already has secure, P. Trump would win all 50 states.
