Thursday night update – 2/13/20 – (See link above.)

    – Photo of Brian Kolfage shaking hands with Juárez Mexican sector immigration chief at border wall.
    – Misc. related tweets.

    – Jeff Rainforth video at Project 1. Jeff says he might be at Project 2 in a week or so to film.

    – – – – –
    Friday night update – 2/14/20

    – Jeff Rainforth post saying that tomorrow he will be travelling back to Project 2 to film. Then he will go to Project 3 which should begin shortly.
    – Brian Kolfage post about the documentary he took part in at the border.

    – – – – –
***Praise: 🧱 (Project 1: May/June 2019)… WBTW/Fisher Industries was able to build a half mile wall up the side of a mountain in 11 days (with zero safety incidents), cutting off 19 major drug cartel trails, and closing off one of the worst areas along the border… (Began building over Memorial Day weekend in Sunland Park, NM., just across the Rio Grande from El Paso, TX.)
***Praise: 👍 (11/20/19)… DHS Secretary Chad Wolf & CBP Chief gave a huge endorsement to WeBuildTheWall while visiting Project 1. CBP Chief called it a “Game Changer”. It’s the only time CBP or DHS have ever endorsed a wall builder.
***Praise: 🧱 (12/2/19)… Fisher Sand & Gravel was awarded a $400M border wall contract to build 31 miles of wall in the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma County, Arizona.
(Fisher receives $268M of this $400M project)(Estimated contract completion date is Dec 30, 2020.) (2 days of posts here & here.)

***Praise: (12/4/19)… Brian Kolfage & his family were given the opportunity to visit the White House.
***Praise: While the Temporary Restraining Order(s) were in place, Fisher Industries and crews were still able to keep working on some aspects of Project 2 from the Dec. 5th hearing to Dec 12th (after which they were off for the holidays).
***Praise: (Jan 3)… Judge Crane lifted/removed section 8b from the TRO so that Fisher was able to continue to shave, grade, or cut the riverbank.
***Praise: (Jan 9)… Judge Crane lifted/removed the TROs from both the Federal government’s lawsuit (on behalf of the IBWC) and the North American Butterfly Association’s lawsuit (on behalf of Marianna Trevino-Wright’s National Butterfly Center) against Fisher Sand and Gravel Co.
***Praise: 🧱 Fisher was able to begin installing bollards on Sunday (Jan 12) and work is progressing well. Looks like the wall itself is nearly completed as of Sunday (Jan 26). (They’ll probably start building the concrete service road next. Not sure what stage of completion the lighting and cameras are at.)

***Praise: Fisher has taken the lead on Project 2, covering most of the money for the wall($22M bank loan; total cost is ~$42M). (Haven’t heard any more about other investors with the exception of WBTW as a minor investor. Fisher plans to sell Project 2 back to the government for $14M per mile, or $16.5 million with 10 years of complete upkeep included.)
***Praise: 🔍 (Reported on 12/18/19)… Senator Kevin Cramer was able to complete his in-depth review of the USACE’s procurement process and send a letter with his findings and recommendations to President Trump on 12/6/19.
***Praise:🇺🇸 (12/22/19)… Brian Kolfage was awarded Patriot of the Year award by Turning Point USA at their Student Action Summit for his work with WBTW in helping to securing our border.
***Praise: (Reported on 1/22-23/20)… WBTW gained a major construction equipment company as a corporate sponsor & are looking for more. (See prayer below for specifics.)
***Praise: (Jan 22)… Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill,HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona, moved out of the Federal Relations committee with 4-3 vote in favor.
(Jan 30)… The bill failed on the house floor.
(Feb 6)… The bill passed house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

🙏 Prayer for the work crews. 🙏
Heavenly Father, we pray in Jesus’ name:
    – for safety and good weather for the work crews as they work on Project 2; that they would be able to continue uninterrupted (w/ no new TROs) until completion.
    – for WBTW & Fisher Sand & Gravel Co. regarding the ongoing lawsuits; that the lawsuits would be dismissed.
(Feb 5)… Judge Randy Crane granted a 60-day extension to all parties. The three sides will reconvene on April 8.
    – that WBTW would be able to find corporate sponsors for Project 3. (They already have a major construction equipment manufacturer and are looking for a solar LED security lighting manufacturer or supplier next who wants to be involved.)

    – that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned.

    – that Rep. Warren Petersen’s (R-AZ) bill,HB 2084, making it easier to build border wall on private property in Arizona would get passed.
(Jan 22)… Bill passed out of Federal Relations committee with 4-3 vote in favor.
(Jan 30)… The bill failed on the house floor as one Republican sided with the Democrats.
(Feb 6)… The bill passed AZ house on reconsideration with 31-29 party line vote. Next, it goes to the Senate.

    – for the bi-national summit with the Mexican IBWC and American politicians that WBTW will be hosting; for open lines of communication/understanding; and that WBTW/Fisher Industries would learn what they need to know to facilitate the sign off and approval of their projects by the Mexican IBWC.

    – for 100% safety/health/guidance/direction for the work crews, security personnel, legal team, CBP, DHS, Army and all involved in Project’s 2, 3, 4, and other projects; and for WBTW/Fisher Industries as they work with private landowners to secure more property to build on
    – that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to build larger projects
    – that there would be no outside interference (cartels, IBWC, courts/judges, protesters, swamp, etc.) and that if outside interference takes place that it would only work toward WBTW/Fisher Industries/USA’s benefit (exposing corruption, raising awareness, fundraising, etc.)

    – that Project 2’s wall will prove that WBTW/Fisher Industries can rapidly complete large sections of wall, with a superior build, at the lowest price
    – that this wall would prove that the design is sound and they are able to safely and effectively build it on a large scale in the Rio Grande Valley (Project 2’s “water wall” design is the first border wall that’s ever been built inside the flood plain)
    – that the federal government would provide funding for WBTW/Fisher Industries to build 250+ miles of wall on Private Property in Texas

    – that the Government would purchase all of WBTW/Fisher Industries projects so the funds can be rolled into future projects and Fisher Industries will be able to scale up with additional equipment and manpower as needed.
(This, in addition to ongoing fundraising from public/investors, will allow WBTW/Fisher Industries to continue to self fund projects, build their reputation/resume, while they continue to pursue other avenues which could lead to government contracts down the road.)

A key solution to our homeless crisis would be a long legal immigration moratorium like a century ago. There is only so much low-income housing so why not turn off the human flood coming into this country until at least the situation significantly improves? Why should taxpayers pay for endless mile after mile of new low-income housing just to accommodate this flood? There is no way native born Americans in need of such housing can get a real opportunity with such overwhelming competition.

Hopefully, the summer season in South America has something to do with it.

“It’s a respiratory virus, and we know respiratory viruses are very seasonal, but not exclusively,” William Schaffner, who specializes in infectious disease at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, said. “One would hope that the gradual spring will help this virus recede. Firstly, tropical countries like Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines have all registered cases, as have Southern Hemisphere countries like Australia. Hong Kong and Macau are sub-tropical.

Secondly, the President, as diplomat, does not want to call out Xi-nobyl, because many others may do so. No one wishes To deter, but rather encourage him to do the right thing.

I’m not constrained by high diplomacy and can call the dictator out on his failings as head of the evil CCP.

Thanks for the link. Good info.
Appreciate your reports on this horrific situation.
I believe it is not being taken seriously enough here in the states.

My cousin in Houston is extremely sick with a “virus”. In his area, many, many, Chinese and Asians have settled.
When he went to doctor yesterday, no X-ray of lungs, no tests given. Just told him he had the flu. He has had fever for 4-5 days, lungs hurt, coughing, etc.
he probably has the common flu, but no one is checking any flu cases unless they have recently been to China.
All the exchange students were back mid Jan, with no screening.

JFK sent BP to Ol’ Miss to protect and enroll Janes Merideth. There were only about 300 US Marshals then, mostly old political appointees serving as bailiffs. JFK asked the FBI to help, but Comey, I mean Hoover, refused. So Big Green came, and some BOP, armed only with sticks and tear gas they
stood against one of the ugliest most violent mobs ever assembled. Some agents were shot. But they held. Eventually it took 30,000 troops to control tge violence.

  19. So much doom & gloom on CTH comments pages recently. One could almost think it organised… At the least, it seems quite infectious (which is what they rely upon).

As previously suggested, follow the lead of the President. Listen carefully to what he says. Please don’t join the legion of enemy operatives wandering amongst us spreading despair. If you are inclined that way, stand down and remove yourself from the field. Alternatively, contaminate their pages with your despondency. At least then you’ll be doing something useful.

Sheesh – so much for which to be profoundly grateful, so much winning. No need for “sky-is-falling” despair in the midst of so much progress and success. We are in an ugly war against deeply-rooted treachery and evil; this war was NEVER going to be fast or easy, NEVER.

Forgive me for the repetition; I posted this 10 days ago or so, and I stand by it:
      *******
They have hurt his family… without mercy, without apology and without end.

The President has NOT forgotten and is not procrastinating. He is deeply engaged in the battle, executing an ironclad battle plan. He is thoroughly informed by intelligence that, if known to us, would sicken us and instantly drop us to the floor. Many worry that he is being tricked, is missing something; he misses nothing. We see evidence of that every day.

It has also broken his heart that “Forgotten Americans” have been so badly harmed by Globalism and its Swamp. It would be horrific enough had they harmed “only” him or his businesses. This is far more egregious, make no mistake. This is for all the marbles.

Much “art of war” is, by design, done in secret, but again… woe unto those who hurt his family and his family of Americans.
      *******
When I refer to the President’s “ironclad battle plan” I am not referring to “the plan” correctly or incorrectly held in derision on this site. The President has an ironclad plan to overcome, to make America great again. He has declared numerous times that ours will never be a socialist country. Every moment of every day and with every ounce of his considerable energy, he is restoring our country to its former freedoms, glory and Constitutional grandeur. THAT is his ironclad plan. As required by the warrior this country needs at this extremely crucial moment in history, his plan is flexible, and he course-corrects as he deftly navigates each and every day.

They have hurt his family. He does not waver. This warrior never, ever gives up. Never.

Bingo! Being surprised by what the swamp does and moving to despondency is short sighted at best and intentional at worst. One of the most used tactics of the swamp is apathy. Do not question the loyalty and determination of those of us that feel the pain of a wound in battle. Just because we express the agony of a battle lost, it does not mean we will surrender or will not fight on to death if necessary. Unlike our foe we are human. Like you we feel every lost measure of our stand against the desire of the left to attain unlimited power. Ultimately our expression of pain is a reflection of our ever strengthened resolve to prevent the destruction of our nation. Now go spend your energy against the enemy and worry less about us who are on your side.

One of these days…soon…her smile will be wiped off, maybe permanently. But for now you can bet these Zombies aren’t getting their good night sleep at all these days.

I remembered a phrase of an old song, “We Wish We’d All Been Ready”, that we sang in our church youth group — “…and the demons dined…”. — Whenever I read/see the Opposition gloats and parties, this phrase comes to mind, perfectly describing them. In the long run, they truly lost the race.

In the meantime, our Cold Anger is in place and we will continue to stand in the Gap watching the enemy move around. We will continue to take care of ourselves, pray daily and get a good night sleep, ready to do what needs to be done for many tomorrows to come. We must take our country back, if not for us, then for our children and grandchildren and beyond, if it is God’s Will.

and then there is this….SPIT on them all.

With all the complaining about Trump’s tweeting I just want to point out the Republican Party and Barr are fools!!
Instead of criticizing Trump, McConnell ought to be kissing the ground Trump walks on.
McConnell wants his legacy to stress all the judges he’s been able to get through the senate confirmation process including 2 Supreme Court Justices, Appelate Judges which include a large number of lifetime appointments.
McConnell would never have had this opportunity if it was not for Trump. McConnell has not vigorously tried to push much of Trump’s agenda and its hs job to do so. That’s what the people of Kentucky expected.
All these senators and house members that aren’t behind Trump need to go! Very few speak out against the false propaganda about Trump and MSM continue to spew their hatred without any, but token blowback by a few Republicans.
The Republican Party as a whole (except for a select few) tolerate Trump and treat him like an interloper.
They are in for a rude awakening!!!
The RNC was broke until Trump came along. They were on life support not unlike what’s gappening to the democratic party right now.
Instead of taking advantage of a popular, one of a kind President like Trump, the party wants him out.
Trump is the glue and as soon as he’s gone, so is much of the hands on involvement and interest they are getting as a positive fall out of having Trump in the Oval Office.
The focus should be on 2024 and staying out of Trump’s way in getting elected in 2020
The Republicans have not supported Trump’s agenda which is why the idiots were elected.
If they don’t figure out how special Trump is and embrace the gift of Trump they will soon feel just like the democrats do right now.
Powerless, stupid, and obviously questioning how they got it so wrong.
Republicans still don’t want to face the people actually wated Trump and even worse to them want him for another term.
The main focus should be on how to replace a trump in 2024.
The presidency will never be the same.
Trump changed how a president communicates, governs, and listens to his constituents.
We the people will expect the next president to at least emulate many of the very qualities all these politicians despise in Trump!
MSM might as well forget it as well, it will not be going back to daily briefings and fluff bs journalism.
Trump opened up the Pandora’s box and millions of Trump suppoRters want more transparency if anything. The tweets are more of a positive for Trump as well.
Not being presidential by tweeting too much is such crap.
How about wiretapping, selling guns to Mexican drug cartels, lying about Russia hacking into the DNC??
That would be Obama. These things are crimes! That’s my idea of not being presidential!!!!
    Trump 2020
2024, we will have to ask Trump would be a start!!

He was laying out 9 or 10 years ago how unique his situation was to run as independently as he did. And yes, that is a big problem. There’s nobody behind him, he is one of a kind. Look what happened after Reagan.

Well, after Reagan things returned to “business as usual”. I think what you’re saying is that Pres Trump is a more transformative President than any other in recent memory. In a phrase PT will be “a hard act to follow”, expectations for effectiveness will be sky high.

It will be so easy for the next President to disappoint the voters. In any case Americans henceforth will value and insist on direct communication from the President to the people. Past practices won’t do it at all, “tweeting” (or equivalent) will be the expectation, and the norm until better options come along. The transparency of the Trump administration has permanently upgraded the voters’ standards for the American Presidency.

Very doubtful in 2024 Jeb Bush would be able to attract much of a following. Besides there are a number of Republicans in the House that have charisma, intelligence and MAGA credentials. If any of these people have the ambition to seek the Presidency, they’d have a good shot at succeeding. Always good to have a deep bench, something the Democrats lack now and likely for 2024 as well.

An exception might be the Trump family. That is, if any of Pres Trump’s family actually have interest in politics, it’s very likely we’d see PT’s agenda carried forward.

The Reagan lesson is an important one. He showed how to deliver landslide election victories. But no one except Gingrich learned anything.

Reagan passed the mantle of leadership to his vice. But that vice, and his crew of power mad sycophants, despised Reagan and all he did.

Since then, everyone who followed pretended to be the next Reagan, but all were deceitful liars. Until there was Trump, who was himself through and through, honest, not pretending to be anyone else.

Funny how the first President who didn’t pretend to be Reagan is the first President to really do Reagan like stuff. Even more of it than Reagan succeeded to do.

Unlike under Reagan, the deep state is not biding its time. They are trying to oust Trump. So post Trump, there will be Trump haters and Trump wanna be fakers competing for your votes. All will fail us. We want people who have learned Trump’s lessons, who hold him in high regard, but who are themselves. And we need real conservatives, not the fake ones.

US’ Pelosi speaks like Trump in Europe, slams Huawei

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday warned European officials against working with Chinese telecom company Huawei to protect “Western democracy”.

Speaking during an event as one of the guest speakers on the sidelines of Munich Security Conference in Germany, Pelosi said Huawei poses the most “insidious form of aggression” against both American and European values.

Her anti-Huawei remarks come only a day after the U.S. Department of Justice has charged the Chinese 5G provider Huawei and four of its subsidiaries with racketeering and conspiracy to steal trade secrets.

U.S. officials first charged Huawei in January 2019 and company’s CFO Wanzhou Meng was arrested weeks after upon the request of U.S. administration by authorities in Canada, where she is still fighting her extradition to the U.S.

    What’s a Patriot to believe?
From observation, the presence of a two-tiered justice system is undeniable. In addition to having allies in the media, the Democrats great equalizers are Obama appointed and strategically placed Federal judiciary and a DOJ who refuses to charge Democrats who have committed felonies.

It’s Difficult to watch the conservative media and their talking heads any longer because they’re sounding delusional now. Trust the plan crowd and the tick tock types sound naive. The Democrats control the DOJ, the DC circuit court, the Eastern District of VA, the SDNY and the FBI. They are immune from accountability. Fact: the only people benefiting from all of this are the lawyers employed by the lawfare crowd.

    What we have seen:
    1) Comey, McCabe, Hillary, Podesta brothers, Page and the rest are off the hook.
    2) Charged and destroyed: Manafort, Flynn, Cohen, Stone, etc.
    3) Dying in jail: Julian Assange
Who are we starting to resemble?
    The delusional left.

Are we being played or is this all a sick, reality tv show for the masses’ entertainment?

    • Jim in TN says:

The DOJ is a festering corruption all by itself, and has been that way long before Obama, long before Barr’s first stint. But it is a carefully masked corruption. One that masquerades as good. Even when the corruption pours out into the open, it demands to be treated as good. And it backs up that demand with ostracism of those who don’t play the game and punishment of those who dare to make accusations.

In the meantime, they all know they are nothing put a pustering boil on the back side of humanity. But even though they are nothing but pus, they are very powerful pus. And they wield that power to their own ends. And they protect each other in these abuses of power, carefully recording the details, in case they ever have a need to protect themselves.

It was no harder for the corrupt Obamaites to step in and steer that corruption to Obama’s goals than it was for our corrupt Senate to step into Ukraine to steer Ukraine’s corruption to the wealth of the Senator’s families.

It is very hard for somebody to actually clean out the corruption.

While Mueller used the up or out rules to further corrupt the FBI under Bush, Comey was a perfect fit for Obama’s corruption. Comey parades his corruption as a noble virtue. Holder, Lynch and Yates were all massively corrupt. And all four are still praised. Still politicking from their past in Justice, just like they politicked when administering Justice.

Barr is happy with all the corruption, he is just not happy with it being front page news. Fixing the corruption will make it front page news. Covering it up makes the news go away. Parse his words.

Barr tries to not know about what his people are doing. Not knowing allows him to call the abuse of justice happening to Stone a ‘righteous’ prosecution. That makes the abusing prosecutors and the abusing Judge ‘righteous’ in Barr’s eyes. And that makes the abuse victim ‘deserving’ of punishment.

But if someone brings your abuses to his attention, specifically by abusing him and his buddies, heads will roll. Nope, just quietly blackmail each other, and you too will be quietly freed to go your way.

Yep, a festering pus of corruption, oozing out the back side of this great nation. That is our DOJ.

Is lying to the FBI and to Congress while under oath still a felony in the USA but not so much the case if you are a former Obama Administration bureaucrat employee?

My intuition tells me something has to be up. Multiple Criminal swap meets?
    1) Trump acquittal for Gang of 8 and SSCI protection from prosecution.
    2) Andrew McCabe for Stone and Flynn.
    3) If McCabe was a cooperating witness they would have kept every investigation against him open for leverage. By putting him on a media tour selling his book and playing the persecuted victim, his attorney strategy guaranteed the perception McCabe would never receive a “fair trial”. Hence, no charges.

The Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency on the southern border has been extended for another year.

An Executive Order on securing critical public service technology has been issued:
“The national and economic security of the United States depends on the reliable and efficient functioning of critical infrastructure. Since the United States made the Global Positioning System available worldwide, positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) services provided by space-based systems have become a largely invisible utility for technology and infrastructure, including the electrical power grid, communications infrastructure and mobile devices, all modes of transportation, precision agriculture, weather forecasting, and emergency response. Because of the widespread adoption of PNT services, the disruption or manipulation of these services has the potential to adversely affect the national and economic security of the United States. To strengthen national resilience, the Federal Government must foster the responsible use of PNT services by critical infrastructure owners and operators.”

Pompeo has said that peace talks with the Taliban have been encouraging and hopes that a short term cease-fire will hold so more substantive negotiations can proceed (with the help of other nations).

Several sets of nominations for the appointment of a lot of judges have been forwarded for approval.

So you see, that despite the massive fixation on Barr/Durham and all the other related stuff, it isn’t the end of the world just yet (it may even last long enough for the President and Melania to welcome the King and Queen of Spain for a state visit later in April).
