  2. This thing ends after the President’s turn. Senators would rather stab their ear-drums than do this for another month. There is no way they can get Bolton without Biden–who could be compelled to testify with transactional immunity. The Uni-Party WILL NEVER ALLOW THIS.

    Your party’s over, girls.

I could care less at this point about Biden. As a defense you cannot point at someone else and say ‘he did it so what’s the big deal?’

I want the heart of the matter on a stick….I want the whistleleaker to testify and be questioned under oath. How did Schiff get that glorious lie of the phone call?

I want Vindman back under oath. When he testified that he was trying to edit the original transcript of the call to make sure it reflected what he ‘felt’ was said or implied, how many other official documents has he meddled with?

I want Yavonovich back under oath. What happened to the $5.2 billion in aid that went missing between getting to her and not getting to Ukraine? Out of the blue Ukraine was asking about it and it that caused Trump to order an accounting from the OMB. What is the explanation? Why were terrorists living in apartments that she paid for? Where did that money come from? I want an explanation as to why she was monitoring US citizens’ social media and phones against the law.

I want an accounting of every penny that went through the Embassy in Kiev. Aid, expenses, living costs, taxes, phone bills, etc. I want a balance sheet. I want a summary of phone numbers associated with the Embassy and whether they are legit or not. I want to know who had access to the internet in the Embassy and what they searched for on a daily basis.

Biden is easy….his litter and path of destruction from his wrecking ball style of existence is easy to trace. I want Yavanovitch and the rabbit hole in the State Department exposed and decimated. I want some butts!

It would expose the farce for what it is, a move to distract and cover up from ACTUAL malfeasance which PDJT was merely touching upon. As detailed in the Laura Ingraham and Bongino material I posted a page or two back, it’s HUGE, with new and incredibly damning evidence coming out. Most of the key players in the impeachment farce are intimately involved.

Nothing Uniparty about any of this. It’s the Democrats trying to further their coup efforts, protect their collective criminal rear ends and undermine President Trump and flip Senate seats this November.

Sen. McConnell has stayed true toward working for a clear decisive victory. All the gaslighting that he would throw in with the “UniParty” and overthrow President Trump proved to be a) false b) stupid c) both.

    • Graham’s high emotion the other day at his press conference, coupled with his impassioned defense of the right for a court order recognizing Executive Privilege may indicate the following:
      1. Knowledge that the Senate may currently have insufficient votes to recognize Executive Privilege IN THE SENATE.
      2. That if Team Trump appeals to the Supreme Court, the motion may be returned to the Senate (which
I believe is the correct call) for adjudication since the Senate has original
      3. Without Executive Privilege, witnesses are inevitable.

      4. There is a brand new bottle of Southern Comfort whisky on Graham’s night table.

🧐 Lindsey Graham 2.0 has returned and he’s coming for Hunter Biden. https://www.facebook.com/dan.bongino/videos/178338946562527/

      • There is now much debate about original jurisdiction in impeachments and Executive privilege.
I can only pose a rhetorical question: If a conviction and removal of a President were to stem from a patently corrupt decision, which branch of government would be more accountable to the voting public for its corrupt decision? The Judiciary, with its protected, lifetime appointments? Or the Senate, that interacts directly with voters and must face their wrath in elections?
By giving original jurisdiction to the Senate, I believe the Founders understood that a travesty of justice from a rogue government conspiracy would be more likely validated by the permanent ruling class (judges) than by a deliberative, elective class (the Senate), who, by a two-thirds will render justice, and no reviewability by the permanent rulers (the judges) who could rule by pure majority.
        An amazingly wise decision!

        • And if a Senate acquittal by two-thirds vote could be overruled by a simple, majority vote in the Supreme Court, the United States would assume an entirely vertical structure common to totalitarianism:
          Supreme Court
Each member would have authority over lower levels: House impeaches, Senate tries and acquits or convicts, Supreme Court overrules, or affirms: acquits or convicts.
Our Founders did not want a VERTICAL STRUCTURE!

The good stuff starts around 13:30. There’s a short interview with Peter Schweizer (Profiles in Corruption), which is followed by Glenn exposing & discussing an outrageous letter Joe Biden’s campaign sent to all media outlets.

Biden has given the media their marching orders, and the coordination of the media needs to be exposed.

He is just trying to hold on to it and delay as much as possible because as soon as it is out of his control it will just be appealed based on the fact that the good Judge would not consider the evidence doctoring as a reason to dismiss.

If Flynn does sue then via discovery does he get access to all communications that Jessie Liu received from others within the FIB, DOJ, prior counsel, including peers, subordinates and supervisors?

And can any of those peers, subordinates and supervisors be called to testify under oath what they knew about the Flynn case?

I hope the answer is a big YES as it could make for a very interesting scenario IMO.

Powell should request an evidentiary hearing and subpoena Strozk and Pientka. The Government cannot make its case on the merits without them.

I greatly look forward to Powell’s cross-examination of these witnesses. I suspect their credibility may be called into question.

I will also go out on a limb and predict that, if forced to testify, Strozk will invoke the 5th.

    Think about it.

Why is Rudy having to do podcasts to get the truth out on Ukraine?

After all he said he turned all his evidence over to Pompeo right?

We also have Barr saying they haven’t even begun to look at Ukraine.

By the way, who wouldn’t want to at least look at Rudy’s evidence?

So is the possible conclusion simply that the DOJ and Dept of State don’t want it, don’t want to know it or don’t want it public?

I find it interesting that with an AG and a Sec of State appointed by PT, does it appear that no one wants this packet or wants this packet out to the public?

So thus does it falls back on Rudy to get it out?

IMO Americans need to press Barr, Pompeo and Wray 1,000 times more demanding answers.

FACT CHECK: Ohio GOP Chairwoman Timken Spreads Falsehoods on Refugees in Letter to Party Members
Ohio Republican Party Chairwoman Jane Timken wrote an error-riddled apologetics letter sent by email on Thursday to party members defending Gov. Mike DeWine’s refugee resettlement policy.

It is highly unusual for the chairman of a state’s Republican Party to defend the politically unpopular decision of the state’s governor. In most states, the chairman of the Republican Party focuses on building the party organization by raising money and focusing on getting out the vote at precinct level.

But in Ohio, apparently, the Republican Party chairwoman defines her primary objective as protecting the left flank of the sitting governor from grassroots opposition among the conservative base.

At a policy level, Timken’s defense was flat out wrong in a number ways.
Gov. DeWine Tells Trump Administration to Bring on the Refugees, Despite Foreign-Born Residents in the State Having High Rate of TB
Gov. Mike DeWine’s Christmas gift to Ohio residents was a letter to the U.S. Department of State inviting refugees to keep on coming in, including from countries with “high burdens” of tuberculosis.

DeWine sent a letter Dec. 24 to U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo giving permission for refugees to be placed in or resettled in Ohio, The Plain Dealer reported.

    First paragraph

“Backed into a corner and influence waning, the United States has in recent weeks been promoting a plan to create an autonomous Sunni region in western Iraq, officials from both countries told Middle East Eye.

The US efforts, the officials say, come in response to Shia Iraqi parties’ attempts to expel American troops from their country.

Iraq represents a strategic land bridge between Iran and its allies in Syria, Lebanon and Palestine.

Establishing a US-controlled Sunni buffer zone in western Iraq would deprive Iran of using land routes into Syria and prevent it from reaching the eastern shores of the Mediterranean.”
